Just like all the rest of their locations. The prices have more than tripled. The parts are not even prestine. Theyre pricing items like the dealer now days. The entry fee has gone up as well. I have left many items at the counter when they ring it up and tell you the price. Even the employee at the counter is surprised when they scan it. I just put it to the side and get the Hell out of there as quick as I can. Will be looking for the independent yard from now on.

KEEP A FIRM GRIP ON YOUR PARTWent up to the cashier and had my part taken away by an employee who wanted to purchase it and the manager gave me a custom price of $80 to intimidate me out of purchasing an item that they all wanted.Items should not be charged differently just because it is an audiobahn or a dual. They will actually threaten to call the cops when they are probably more scared of them than me. They surrounded me and I’m no where near these guys’ sizes. Degenerates and shady practices even from the manager. Just laughable. Saying I wasn’t serious about buying… of course I want to buy it but not for double price. Or you guys quickly decide and throw warranty when I actually mentioned it. Just an extra 10% onto your total price because the cashier. Just playing with your money when the little dollars add up. I said nothing bad and tried to joke with them saying I would rap with the amplifier and they got offended. Typical behavior. Just hating on my style. Just leave.Extra points for being the only yard where I can open a door and not bang into another car.

These place is going from better to worst, they are supposedly to draining every single vehicle all the fluid’s to avoid leaking into the ground and get absorbed, the vehicles leaking oil, coolants, brake fluid, transmissions oil, someone’s is not doing their job, the concrete floor is super slippery cover in oil and coolant, I been in all of the LKQ yards from the border to victorville these is one of the worse locations and to make it worse when you go to the window to paid, the employees trying to force a warranty, saying is part of the sale, purchased front bumper, headlights, fender, hood, they charge $98 on top of the price for warranties, after paying I went to the office to talk to a supervisor and they refunded me the $98 dollars they charge me for warranties, so better be aware, before you paid tell then no warranty! If you don’t wish to purchase warranty on the parts make sure you let them know ahead of time they will automatically charge it and if you try to get $$ make because you don’t want it they will not return your money. Parts are extremely high now you better of getting parts online. Anaheim location is the worst

2024- a used cracked front bumper is now $100+ ?Xenon Headlight $350+? cost more than New PartsThey buy a car for less than 350 and sell a headlight for $350+ ? Whaaat? That line of customers must be long..Gone this year.Planet auto is free admission if you have one close by. Or pick and pull in Ontario. $2 bucks to get in. Hope that helps.Came for simple job. Buying a rim getting tire dismantled. Guy in the front gave me the run-around when it comes to doing something..said he could do it but needs someone to tell him to. So, Even being told over the walkie-talkie he wont budge.Waited till they called a second guy to do it. Not only a liar, a Lazy one. Waisting peoples time. Picture tooken, he tried to threaten me over it. Im a customer, hes an employee, he lied to me, picture taken. Congrats, Now hes n the hall of shame.Other than that soda machine gave me 3x, gave two away. To a customer and to the 2nd guy called in to work on my rim.

Got here 20 mins before closing, I walk up to pay and a worker yells “we’re closed!!” The Part that I needed would’ve taken less than five minutes for me to grab and I knew exactly where the car Was located. Lazy workers and bad management. Im a major in business management and business marketing and I can proudly say I would run this location 10 times better than what it is. I understand if you guys want to stop letting people in at a certain time so that way you still close at the correct time but you should have a sign up saying so and you shouldn’t yell at your customers the man could’ve nicely said “excuse me sir it’s close to closing and we stop letting people in, please come back tomorrow though” but I guess this is what happens when a business just hires anyone.

$55 for a broken mirror that Ive gotta Frankenstein together with my old one to have a functional mirror. A new one is $49 online.You need it today, LKQ will be happy to bend you over a barrel.Support your local mom and pop junk yard or else a big evil company will come along and buy them out.Something needs to be done about the price gouging here.

The access to the yard, its higher-ups, its the worst place to go, if you trying to get anything that its used, the prices are pretty close to the prices at any auto parts, where the parts are new and has guaranteed,. This company had my vehicle which I had reported stolen for 70 days. They knew it was stolen for over a month, but kept it on their lot to profit off of the parts. I had to sue them to recover the towing fees that they directly caused. Know that if you buy from here, you are supporting this criminal activity.

Prices are higher than the auto parts store. You can find stuff at better prices on OfferUp, Craigslist or Ebay. They charge you bogus core charges for things that should not have core for example a plastic grill. They force Warranty on you even if you dont want it. Then they charge you an environment fee, the more you buy the more they charge. Someone please start class action lawsuits on these folks

I take all my cans, plastic and glass bottles here. Good prices, parking is re arranged to make it easier to get in and out. Staff are very helpful if its your first time and work with you. No attitudes. You have to go around the corner to get your money now, instead of out front, which is fine. During the week, not very crowded. Weekends go early, otherwise there will be a line.

They pretty much have everything your looking for, because they try over charging you for everything, so nobody is buying. They’ll argue steel rims are aluminum and cracked tires are in good condition. They wanted $130 for 2 rims from the 90’s with bald tires. Cheaper and easier to just buy aftermarket or new. The prices on the website aren’t even a reference.

The layout of this place is weird. I didnt know where to go in at first. Unlike other lkq locations this one has asphalt !! Which means oil, gas, and every kind of liquid you can think of are on the ground. Its really easy to trip and you better not wear shoes you like. That said the selection is pretty good and prices are good too .

Highly recommend for their junk car purchasing service. I called five junk yards to see which would give me the best price for a 30 year old minivan. This was it and the price quoted to me over the phone was exactly the amount of the check received when the tow truck came to pick up the car. It was a matter of a few hours from calling to when the car was picked up! In addition, customer service via the phone was always so helpful each time I called. Thanks for providing such a pleasant experience.

Cashier states that 90 day warranty is required and not optional as shown on web Site. Went round and round and round with cashier as to why the warranty was an extra $20 and added automatily. Advised that I did not want or need it. Was told I had to purchase it or not buy the part at all. I see that the reviews posted by others confirm this behavior. At checkout I asked the cashier I didnt want the 90 day warranty for any of the parts I was purchasing. They insisted it was mandatory because the parts came off the body of the car. What a joke and a scam. All I bought was a coolant reservoir tank and a plastic shroud. The Wilmington location didnt force the warranty and gladly removed it from the price. Customer service is hit or miss between locations. I probably wont be coming here again unless I really need to.

Great experience, i left a tool behind, when back the same day I left the tool behind 5min when it was already close, I asked If it was possible to get the tool I left behind, at first he said come the next but then he changed his mind and let me go in the junkyard really quick, the good thing is I knew where it was left it. They have an app, which makes it really easy to locate your parts in the huge yard. Mondays tires are on sale if you remove them from the vehicle, take them to the window and pay, then have them dismounted from the rims right there. I paid 53 bucks for 4 matching good used tires.

I got there a little before the yard opened and there were already a lot of people waiting to get in. Once I found the car I needed parts from, I got to work and finished in no time. But I did forget some other parts that werent on my original list. From start to finish, including the line at the cashier, it took me about 90 minutes. Pretty good time for someone who doesnt wrench on a car all day, everyday. All in all, it was a good experience today.

I went to this Junkyard and was very happy with the experience! Staff seemed friendly, young guy cashier and the guy who checked receipts on the way out were really cool. Prices were good.Only bad thing is the ground caked in grease/oil, and bits of glass.. it’s a slipping and sliding ride but it’s all good lolSelection of cars is great, they keep the app updated, so what you see on the app is what you’ll see in person (unlike other locations).It was my first time, and I’m definitely going back for more parts :)

Its all from the top Maricella Camarena is the manager and is the most unprofessional person you will ever talk too. She doesn’t reply and tries her hardest to avoid fixing mistakes. I legitimately had legal recourse so they let me back in after they cleared out 4 cars that were the ones i needed so then i had to wait for over a month before i could come back to that yard. I don’t understand how a person like that is in a leadership position, no back bone no integrity.

LKQ company along with workers are bunch of thiefs. Over charges you, always changing prices even if same car part. Charges warranty on parts when not needed and not asking customer if wants it. I went back to get the warranty remove also tooka core and cashiers didnt want to remove the warranty that it was passed 7 days of purchase nowhere in the reciept it said 7days. Good place to get used car parts but be careful whe it comes time to pay. This yard will automatically add a warranty fee on every part. In the past you would be able to decline the warranty if you told the cashier before you pay. Not anymore. The cashier informed me that this yard along with two other yards in the socal LKQ network are also tacking on this mandatory warranty fee. Seems like an unjustified money grab tactic to me, especially since many of the parts dont need a warranty.On a side note, make sure to download the LKQ app to get notifications when any of their yards get a car that youre interested in. Its the best way to make sure you dont waste your time searching for a car. The app tells you which yard received the car you want, sends you pics of the car, and even tells you the exact location within the yard of the car!! Saves so much time!!

Ripoff!! Straight out prices are increased dramatically and that price will be damn near near a new part price. A front bumper cladding cost $ 139.oo today. Said i had the reinfroncement bar and i didnt. It was welded to the frame so couldnt get it cuz i tried. Ripoff. Its a junk yard. Some times I can find the cars and parts i need sometimes I dont. But the best time to go is early in the morning. Now the staff are all pretty cool, from the guy at the entrance to the guys checking bags when you leave. The girls at the register/cash window are always nice and even occasionally hook you up with a deal if your nice. When it comes to pricing, myself I think they charge too much for somethings like O2 sensors. They charge almost what youd pay at auto zone. I mostly go for hoses (gas lines and air lines) they are cheap and I always get good ones. Car batteries and tires are also iteams Id only buy.You can also recycle cans, plastic, glass, wires, copper, scrap metal (decent prices).It is a junk yard but I dont know, maybe they could clean the ground of the grease, oil, and dirt build up a little more often.Other then thats in never had a problem.

All i needed was 5 min to see (visually look)if a part was on a car 5 min before closing (willing to pay $3 entrance and leave my tools at the front desk) and the admissions guys would rather talk to me for 5 min about how it might be an issue and that they stop allowing people in at 5:45 instead of 6:00. I suggest u post the latest time of admission so u can avoid the idea of false advertisement for your closing time.

The people working here are morons. I purchased a set of motorcycle carbs that are a set of four. I paid $60 and $20 for warranty. When I was leaving I had to let them mark them for warranty. The guy didnt know how to mark them so he asked the cashier and came back to tell me that I have to pay for the price of 2. That would have been something like $140. Long story short I had to get a refund. Sucks because I really needed the part. Waist of my time. I should have told them #$%@ and left with my carbs. Be aware that nasty people are removing parts from the cars,i drive from very far 2 hours driving for a car that they just posted,same day, when I got there they already take there time to remove the good parts to sell it online for a very high price obviously. But they do have plenty of late model cars and the place is clean for a junkyard. They even have shopping carts do you can carry your stuff. All in all its the closet junkyard to me. So I guess not having to drive to Ontario or Wilmington is my savings. And only $3.00 to get in...

My rating reasons as follows. The yard is very big but unorganized and messy. Things are a mess things on the floor very dirty, cars or scattered throughout the yard but this isnt much of a problem for me( its a scrap yard) I like going in and hunting down the parts I need. My biggest problem is with cashier Randy which I have nicknamed Rude Randy. Rude Randy is the most unmotivated, uneducated and enthusiastic person you will ever meet. I have taken my nieces to hot topic but Rude Randy takes the cake for the most unsatisfactory customer service anywhere. I would rather go to the DMV in the middle of summer with no appointment then deal with Randy again. Randy was so uneducated about the Parts and procedures he somehow tried to charge me $400 for a used intake manifold when a new one from the dealer is $500. So I asked him why it was so high, so he asked another cashier to help, when she came over to take a look she saw that he was charging me for 5 pieces I didnt have on the intake manifold. When she removed the parts Randy was wrongfully charging me for it brought my total down to $41.00 so then he rudely asked how I was going to pay I said my debit card and he made it seem it I was A huge inconvenience and loss to him to run my card. While he was dramatically and impatiently exhaling I overheard the lady next to him ask a customer if they wanted warranty. When Randy came back I asked him about the warranty he told me I had to buy and I told him thats fine thats when he exhaled like a dying lion doing his last roar before death. Randy then demanded and snatched my debit card out of my hands like if it was my fault he forgot to ask me if I wanted warranty on a used auto part. When he returned my card he asked if I was done is that it?!, are you done!? I said yes and thank you for his help and in return he just looked down at me very unpleasantly. I was I can just rate Randy himself a negative review. But overall the place was ok. I would say save yourself a headache and go to the yard in Anaheim they are just as big if not bigger and alot more organized and clean. I have a review there as well with better praise. Worst customer service experiences at this location only. First experience - checkout booth returning back to back to back customers to cashiers for charging incomplete or wrong parts treating customers like if they were interrogating them. Todays experience is check in booth man telling me I cannot take a alternator housing in the yard because they do not just sell just the housing. second man said I have to buy entire alternator for $35. I called lkq headquarters and they priced it at $25. I explained I just need a piece of an alternator called front housing the rest is obsolete and other location priced it at $12. Abbey manager of this location broke it down to fees this fees that and totaled to $30 and she was willing to accept the very same alternator without the front housing she would sell me as a core to get my core fee back. With all that said the alternator wasnt even there, I drove to next location and got what I need for $12 no coreno inconvenience.If youre looking for a piece of metal you wont find the right price here .I hope this location in the future doesnt have what I need so I wont have to come to this location.This location doesnt know the difference between managing inconvenience and courtesy hence poor management.

To those that complain its messy, well yeah, its a junkyard. When you come here, wear stuff that you dont mind getting dirty, greasy or soiled. Wear shoes or boots that you dont mind getting greasy. This isnt the cleanest yard, but not the worst. It is one of the better ones though for selection. Hit or miss.5 stars for having cars with pics listed online. 3 stars because you never really know what youre going to pay for a part because its up to the cashiers discretion. Is that pair of plastic moldings medium ($13.65 ea.) or large ($20.75 ea.) Its the difference between $27 or $41 at the register, plus tax and an environmental fee that is like almost doubling the tax. Also, this particular yard is dirtier than the others. The entire lot is covered with a thick film of grease/oil and broken glass, and there are a few really foul puddles of nastiness. On the flip side, this particular yard also seems to get the most later model and fancier trim cars, so there are actually some really good parts in the mix.

I would say that accessible force isnt just used by the sheriffs but from the new manager at LKQ in Santa Fe Springs. I AINT allowed to step foot in this location EVER again.
