Big man helped with my Lil bros last minute grad pics. Hes lax but straightforward, no dilly dallying over here at Photo Max Studios. I asked for prints within 2 days and he got back to me within 1. Very speedy work, 100% recommend.

First here today and definitely will be returning to the pretty young lady who helped me out very polite and professional also the owner was very nice and took time to explain, best option. Plan to arrive early I showed up around 10ish was in and out when I went to pick up very busy around 3pm. Thanks for everything cant wait to come back . I found my new photo studio close to home great service ✌😎

Horrible experience, I came in for passport photos for my 5 year old nephew and baby boy. The Asian man behind the counter walked from the back barefoot (awkward), when he asked who the pictures where for he refused to take the pictures because he said “my baby boy wasn’t going to be too happy”. He is rude and gives weird vibes. Avoid this place completely.

I came here multiple times & been very satisfied great pictures! This was my favorite place for pictures... but this last time was horrible! I recently took Easter pictures & I didnt like anything at all. Their service wasnt the best! The Easter pictures where super simple. Didnt add any nice decorations what so ever. Also the person who was helping me was a bit rude & careless. I told her my 3 month old baby wasnt able to sit down & she didnt care she still brought a chair to sit him down on his own. Had no type of patience & didnt put any effort. She was in such a hurry & didnt even have people waiting. Im super disappointed!

Its a 0! But had to rate to post. I made my appointment and they didnt show up, it was closed! Eventually took the pics another day and when I went to pick up the Asian man just complaining about my 1.5 y.o. walking around and touching (I am a parent that tries to watch my kids). He also stated, I dont understand why kids have to touch everything, and Im like, because they are healthy and thats how they explore to learn and develop well. Once again I go back for their services but the Asian man is just waiting for my child to do something so he can say something; this time he told him to sit down when he was stepping on the door stopper and the girl in the front was just rolling her eyes at me. Its funny the Asian grandpa stops what he is working on to be a hater.

Very disappointing and not good customer service.. When i finally got there my pictures were not ready, bigger size wasnt available, frame had just one left that was way too much money low quality, and then i asked about items displayed and the rude lady said with a attitude & eyes rolling its not for sale cuz the lady who sells them is not working today. Needless to say I will not be wasting anymore of my money or time at this place and I highly suggest to not go here theres plenty other places with much better service, good quality and worth your time & money.

Great customer service. He even waited passed closing time because I told him I wasnt gonna make it. Great customer service and images. My mom needed for some government docs.
