Thank you to these guys, they were great! On time, very nice and professional. I asked if we could pay for 1 more hour and they were great about it, no hassles, great games for all to play and air conditioning and super friendly guys. We are so glad we booked this photo booth. Our guests had a blast and enjoyed being silly on camera. I booked super last minute, Ernesto gave me a great deal, he was easy and quick to communicate and timely. Will definitely use them for our next event.

Thank you soooo much Capture Entertainment for the wonderful gaming truck and 360* video booth! The kids had a blast and parents got a break. Staff was very professional and fair with giving all the kids a turn on all the games. We had a lot of teenagers at our event and they really enjoyed the giant yard games you provided. The giant connect 4 and Jenga was a hit even the parents enjoyed playing 😂

We had the best experience when we rented the video game truck from Capture Entertainment. The rental was super easy and the team kept in contact with me until showing up for the party and setting up the truck with all the gaming stations. The 2 ladies that set up the truck and games were friendly and helped us with anything that we needed. They even played all the music that we liked. The kids had an amazing time. Ill defiantly rent from Capture entertainment again and tell all my friends to also. Thanks!

Great service! Ernesto, the owner is detailed and responsive. He answered all my questions before, while, and after booking my event. I will definitely be hiring his company again. 😄Our event coordinator, Elena is fantastic! She was patient and professional with all of our kids. She kept parent concerns in mind and gently explained it to our older kids. I appreciated that she did this for me.

Awsome service. I rented the gaming lounge for my sons birthday. Capture Entertainment makes sure to confirm the event and they were there on time. Our teens and their guests loved the truck and all the games that were offered! The attendants were helpful and extremely courteous. We had such a great experience with the fantastic customer service when we needed to reachedule initially as well. We highly recommend booking this game truck!

I called Ernesto two days before my Saturday evening event thinking there was no way I would get a Photo Booth in time for my event. To my surprise, he was more than willing to be there. He quickly worked with me to create our template for the printed pictures, and he was there right on time on the day of the event. If that wasnt enough, he was willing to stay an extra hour on the day of the event when I asked him! He truly works with his customers and the pictures turned out beautiful. It was the highlight of the party, with all kinds of fun props and great service. I was on the fence about having a Photo Booth (thats why I booked so late) and now I am so glad I went with it. If I ever need a Photo Booth again I will be SURE to book with them!!!! Thank you so so much!!!!!

Wish I could give them 10 stars! My photo booth company cancelled on me 1 week before my wedding and Capture Entertainment was able to step in last minute and help me find a solution. I was able to book two hours for my brothers birthday party and the process was so smooth and the team was very responsive. On the day of the event the team communicated with me on eta and they arrived on time to set up and have it ready at the time I ordered the gaming service. The team members were super friendly and were attentive to anything we needed help with.

If I could give Capture Entertainment 10 Stars I would! Ernesto was amazing to work with. From beginning to end, he is professional, responded quickly, and provided A+++ customer service. We used Capture Entertainments photo booth for a high school basketball banquet. They arrived early, set up quickly, and they were extremely organized. The props table was filled with many choices, neatly organized, and everything was in great condition! WOW! The attendants were easy to work with, and very professional. They were so quiet when they cleaned up. We were in the middle of our awards ceremony when they had to leave. I really appreciated the way they quietly left in a respectful manner. Thank you Ernesto & Capture Entertainment! We will definitely use you at our next event!! I am a happy customer!!

It was my first time hiring a Photo Booth, I am so glad I went with Capture Ent. They made it very easy since day one. From answering all my questions to making a couple revisions to my contract. When it was time to make my template, they also worked with me until I chose the perfect one! Also one thing I really liked was that their word props were not the cheap thin ones. They were thick but not heavy, really nice ones. Overall great experience!! Will definitely hire them again!

I am so happy I used Captured Entertainment for my sons 1st birthday. The process was so easy, from getting great customer service, an easy way to pay, and being able to contact them with any questions.
