Very good Tesla-style stereos. Coraima is a very helpful person and she will do her best to give you a really good customer service. I have bought many stereos with her and I’ve never had any issues with them. I recommend this place for your car stereo upgrade!

I just purchased the unit, looks aside ( it looks awesome 😎) it was an easy setup basically plug and Play. I called customer support just to make sure I had everything set correctly and they took the time to confirm that everything I did was correct. I did have an issue whats my dual zone climate control. . I called the company support again, and I swear Ive never had this much customer support from any other company Ive ever dealt with! The rep was AWESOME! She was patient, EXTREMELY KNOWLEDGEABLE! She helped me through all my issues.If you have a older truck as I do, this would be the unit I would highly recommend to anyone!Kind regardsEug

They got the Tesla size screen to me in about a week. 12.1 vertical screen for my 2011 Mustang GT California Special. Stereo worked right off. Steering wheel, AC fans stereo volume and fast forward and rewind all worked. Heated seats as well. About a week later for some reason the Canbuss settings were gone. I called and Shereena was able to help me out and got me the correct settings. Im back on the roads. Those gauges on the screen? yeah, they work. You can add your own car as well.

Great radio !!! 2012 silverado lt crew cab !! I had no issues with the installation, and all went just as promised. It works well no lagging, BUT... I wouldnt try to have high memory apps running in the back ground, it then may get laggy. I worked for a sound shop in Los Angeles, so Im used to high end head units, but Id purchase this unit again. Its already my 2nd unit. 1st was 2004 honda accord sadan. Excellent !!!!

Spent 300 having a radio installed after twirling 7 hours one way for a specialist to Do install. They tell me a connector is missing and it will be another 300 to finish the job or put the old radio back in. Contacted customer service they informed me they shipped my radio out intentionally without the connector because they didnt have it in stock, and they had intended on sending it at a later date. This was never communicated to me it was found out after hours on the phone with tech support. If I had known I would have waited to have it installed or I would have canceled the order that already took over a month to ship. It has now cost me more money then I spent on their radio to have it installed and Uninstalled just to get my car driveable again. Have a permanent air bag srs light now that I have to take to the dealer to get sorted out. Would not recommend wasting your money. They have a store front in California everything is made and all tech support is in China. They cant over night anything because it all comes from China. Tech support speaks poor broken English and is very hard to understand.

Would leave this company a 0 if possible. Purchase a screen for my Lexus. After several attempts to install by a professional, the unit never worked. Each time I received different instructions on how to install. It was as if they had no idea how to get the unit to work so they kept guessing. Of course after all the attempts (and $400 to my professional installer) the unit never worked and the return date had passed. Now they want a restocking fee. Do yourself a favor, move on and dont purchase from this company.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. TERRIBLE TECHNICAL SUPPORT. EVEN WHEN THE RADIO ARRIVES DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED, THEY MAKE IT VERY HARD TO RETURN THE RADIO FOR A REFUND, AND IF YOU CAN, THEY CHARGE YOU FEES SO YOU WILL NEVER GET A FULL REFUND.I purchased a PX6 Android radio for my Silverado in January 2024. The unit arrived and was defective and I had nothing but issues with the radio. Some of the advertised features did not work and I was told the factory in China could not find a solution for the issues. I called customer service numerous times to get technical help. Each time, I was told a technician would call me back at a set time. This never happened. I would wait for the appointment time, and when no-one called after 30 minutes, I would call customer service back again. They would be put me on hold for up to one hour to await a technician to come onto the line and help me. Once I got them on the line, some of them were helpful and could assist me but, most were useless and had to keep putting me on hold to go confer with other technicians. After three months of trying to get this radio working properly, I had enough of it and asked for my money back. Initially, even though the radio was defective, they wanted to charge me a 15% restocking fee but, that was eventually waived by the owner, Alex. I packaged everything into its original box and sent it back, mostly at my own expense, as they would only cover $30 of the $72 return shipping cost. Then, a week later, Phoenix tried to tell me there was a part missing. I had ticked off each item on their original list of items when I sent it back and I know everything was all there. It is possible (or probable) that the item went missing at their end. They were just trying to make up a reason to get some of their money back. I again called to speak to a supervisor about this back charge and, of course, no-one ever called me back. I tried several times, requesting the owner, Alex, to return my call...it has been several weeks and numerous calls and still no callback.DO NOT deal with this company. You will be very disappointed in the customer service and technical support provided by Phoenix. There are plenty of other aftermarket radios out there that perform much better. I have now purchased an AUTOTECH unit and it has performed flawlessly, and it looks much better as well.I have also initiated a Small Claims court process to recover my non-refunded money. What is owing to me is less than the filing fee for the Small Claims Court challenge but, at this point its the principle of the thing. Alex wants to brush me off over a few bucks. Well, its going to end up costing him more.

Ordered a retro fit 12.5 for my dads 2014 F150 being that the stock 4 was giving his old man eyes a tough time. Ive installed tons of single and double din decks over the years and admittedly have a lot of experience with tech hardware and software but was still a bit apprehensive seeing how many of the functions this new head until takes control of. End result, it was surprisingly easy to install and the unit its self is quite well laid out and intuitive. It took no more than 3 hours including a stop for dinner time and the call to Anne at tech support for a couple of questions, which she answered easily. Its actually a legitimately nice unit in both hardware quality and software quality. Keep in mind, if you dont know what your doing with car audio, even the simplest install will be a frustrating experience! But take your time and use the tech support and Id highly doubt youll regret buying one of these bad boys!!

Buyer beware. I purchased a unit for my Yukon to install. I noticed that the installation manual link on the website didnt work. When I contacted Customer Service, they mentioned that they dont have an installation manual for my vehicle - 2017 GMC Yukon. No documents, wiring drawings, nothing.The package arrived within about a week. The box looked pretty rough and looked like it had been used multiple times. Lots of tape that had been cut open and retaped on the outside of the box, and cut open, retaped, etc.I opened the box to find the unit damaged, the knob broken, and the corner of the unit poking thru the side of the box. The box used for shipping was too small for the actual unit so it couldnt lay flat and was at an angle so the corner was forced into the side of the box. There wasnt much plastic wrapping and more than half of the bubbles popped on the wrapping so there wasnt much protection for the unit.I contacted customer service with lots of pictures of the damaged unit but they wanted me to file a shipping claim. The issue wasnt a shipping issue, it wasnt packaged correctly which led to the damage. I had to go back and forth with them to return the unit. Once it was returned, they told me that it was damaged and only gave a partial refund. Of course, it was damaged, this is why I want to return it.I keep going back and forth with them to get a full refund and am still fighting with them.I would stay away from this company.I think they are sending out broken units hoping that shipping insurance will take care of it.

I purchased this item without my wifes knowledge, as she might not allow me. But, by the time she sees it, she was shocked and amazed. Which means, I did the right purchased, lolAnd the customer service/technical support was very knowledgeable during the video chat, that he able to solved the problem right away.The only downside, was that... couple of stuff was not included in the package compared to the video they provide. First, I did not received the extra USB bracket beside the cigarette port, so that port was empty now. I also did not received the safety hazard bracket, which I really really need it, so what I did, I just used the old one from stock while putting a double sided tape on it (not recommended) as it was not the right one, different size, no holes for screws or whatsoever.. Last thing, theres no manual as a reference. Referring the video was not enough... But, overall!! I am super happy with the item and highly recommend.

Great radio I really love it comparing to the 6 inch factory that came with my truck. CarPlay issues was causing some annoyances but one they send me the update file, everything was good after that. Love the fact that I have streaming abilities that was a plus for me. There’s one issue that Phoenix need to work on….the display is not so great during the daytime. Screen visibility needs some improvement. Maybe there’s a way to fix that but I haven’t found it yet because I’m still trying to navigate my way around this unit since it doesn’t come with a manual…c’mon Phoenix get the ball rolling with manuals. Tech support is awesome when it comes to getting help I’m very pleased with that. Thank you Shereena! 👍🏽 Overall I think it’s a great unit…love the big 13” display that allows me to see things much better and clearer now. I really love the esthetics of it. Giving 4 stars. Got my 13 android head unit faster than promised. It was an easy install and works great. The one thing I would recommend is to add a manual for Installation with all the you tube links. Is kindve and inconvenience to have to call customer support several times when you could just look at the Manuel. Other than that Im extremely happy with the product. Id add pictures if I could but its not letting me.

Purchased an android unit for my land cruiser, and had some issues with the initial set up but their tech-support was great in following up and helping me resolve most of my issues. Really appreciated the ability to speak to someone and the quick response time.I do wish the Android units came with actual instructions, though. It would make it much easier to work through the settings instead of trial and error.

I ordered this multimedia Ford Explorer Police Interceptor 2017 on 12/10/2022 to Ukraine. Delivery was carried out through Europe and took a very long time. But all this time the store managers were in touch. When installation began, problems arose with the climate control. Technical support was always in touch and made efforts to fix the problem. I bought a radio from these guys and i received it about 3 weeks later. came in cracked screen. well luckily i had insurance i got reimbursed.i was told to keep the radio so i called phoenix and asked if i could buy a screen replacement. I ordered one in for 160dollars an paid 15 dollars extra for expedited shipping. this was on feb 2nd.. its now feb 16th item was not sent out. no call backs. I called in and asked what was going on. I was then told that I wasnt priority because they have to prioritize there customers as if he was saying I wasnt one. He then said Ill receive the item when they have a spare. No eta. was pretty much told Im not important because i wont pay them to fix it. I was never told this when i initially called in. I was told 3-5 days shipping it will be shipped immediately. I was also blocked from calling the store because he didnt like my questions.... Horrible customer service an its a waiting game when your receive item. Also they havent refunded me the money for screen. I sent in a request. I wil update this if they do.

Ok, I gotta say after seeing the mix reviews on these units, I was sort of skeptical on my purchase. Especially since it took over a month to get here. But I did finally receive it, and got it installed. Installation was fairly simple, mostly plug and play. Doesnt fit like original but with minor mods it worked out. Now, I did have trouble figuring things out on it, could not get sound, no camera, no radio, pretty much nothing worked on it like it should of. All it did was turn on. I had watched videos and figured out some of my problems. But still had issue. After a couple of the scheduled sessions with the techs and 2 weeks of playing with it, this thing works great. Its a little finicky at times just like any other electronic but all in all it works great. I was going to the ios6 conversion but at a fraction of the price this ended up being a way better option. So I guess for those who are thinking about purchasing one of these and are not, like me, techie, just be patient and set up an appointment with the techs and they will get you going.

What a rip off they send you an incomplete radio missing pieces on purpose because it doesnt work properly. By the time they send you the right connector after sending the wrong one multiple times over a course of months, youre out of the return period. So your stuck with an incomplete broken radio that you cant return. It takes so long for them to send things because its intentional to void your warranty and also because theyre really in China and it takes forever to ship it internationally.

I recently ordered a new phoenix tablet style radio from Phoenix automotive I had some hesitation with the order due to previous reviews regarding tech support or lack there of. I installed the unit in my vehicle and unfortunately had an issue with my installation of equipment and the unit not working properly I called tech support and they scheduled an appointment for me to get in contact with tech support I had a video chat with a technician by the name of Jin he called at the specified time and walked through the installation with me and found a part of the wiring harness not plugged in properly he instructed me to plug it in and asked my to cycle through to ensure unit was working as intended. I am very pleased to say they were very responsive and informative as well as helpful I would definitely recommend purchasing their products. The only downfall or negative thing to say is I wish the unit came with installation instructions. Thank you

I was very please with their professionalism from day 1. I made multiple calls to their customer service with a lot of questions, before buying the 10.4 vertical screen for my 2010 Cadillac CTS. Glenn took the time to explain everything. Once the unit was received within 2-3 weeks, I scheduled my local installation. Corayma was very helpful setting up my appointment and assisting me with all my questions. After the unit was installed, Chris took the time to show me the basics on how to work my beautiful 10.4 screen unit. Even after a few days, when I reached back to their office, they were very professional and helpful by sending me a few links to figure a few features I wasnt very familiar with. Ordered a unit in the begining of December and was told it was being made in China than all of a sudden it came to their warehouse a week later and of course they didnt have the right unit i ordered so I agreed to get a open box unit and they told me it would work with my truck that they will bench test it before shipping it and when I get it first thing the heat was on and will not change temp or fan speed or even let me turn the heat or AC on my seats got the tech support to call me and went back and forth with taking the unit in and out of the truck for 3hrs just to be told I have to push software to their unit for it to work and that they are done helping me out with the install. Than I asked about my refund for the new unit to open box unit and its been 2 weeks and nothing yet so I am sending it back and getting a full refund and going to a different company. Better to spend more money some times than it is to save some.

Either way, help is always available and aftermarket products are top notch. Install was simplistic for connections behind dash/head unit and for what couldnt be resolved the support team helped me fix. Only videos and written instructions could have been more current with sold units. My co-worker did business with Phoenix Automotive with his Ford FX pickup and really enjoyed the item, but, technical support was kind of sketchy. Anyhow, I purchased my unit in October 2021 for my 2020 Toyota Tundra Platinum. My unit FINALLY arrived 8 March 2022. Had a professional install to accommodate a new amp and subs. Following the install, I had no A/C or Air in my vehicle. I called Technical Support immediately and was put in touch with Robert who troubleshot the issue and provided me with upgraded software that fixed the issue. During this process, which spanned over 4 hours or so, Robert called me back and even texted with updates and statuss. To sum this up, yes it took along time to get the unit and yes, it was not configured correctly, but, Tech Support and the overall performance of the unit made up for that. I recommend this item and give a thumbs up for Robert and his Technical Support Group.

This company is run by criminals. I’ve had a unit for over a year, I’ve been on the call with tech-support over a dozen times spending over a dozen hours, trying to get the unit to work. I have called and begged to speak to someone that can help or give me a refund and they refuse to. do not give them your business. They are thieves.

Ordered an Android 10 unit for my vehicle back in November. It arrived by December. Installation was probably the easiest install Ive ever done, with everything being plug and play and all necessary adapters provided by the company. When I had a question, a meeting was promptly setup and my questions were answered. So far the unit has worked flawlessly and the sound quality is fantastic for an android radio. Currently running stock interior speakers, 1/500 Rockford and two JL audio 10s. All vehicle OEM settings are accessible and functional and the android os has been working great as well. 5/5 all day.

I purchased [ PX6 six-core ] 10.4 Vertical Screen Android 9 Fast boot Navigation Radio for Nissan Maxima 2016 2017 × 1 and this product is defective. The AC controls do not work, Phoenix was not able to fix it over the phone, they submitted a ticket to the mfr but they have not gotten in touch with me. I have reached out numerous times to Phoenix and they are not responding. DO not buy from this company unless you want your money to go into a black hole. They after sales support is horrible. They bombard you with generic emails so you think they are responding, but a human being never responds. Warning....do not buy from this company. They sent me a defective product and now dont want to issue a refund or answer my emails.

I ordered the PX6 SIX-CORE Android 9 Fast boot 12.1 Navi Radio, 360° Camera and TPMS for my 2020 FORD F-350. The radio arrived mislabeled and incompatible with my trucks radio control unit. While under the one year warranty,I have had communicated with Phoenix Automotive through 34 email messages with several attempts to receive the correct radio jumper cables yet Phoenix customer support is implying that Im installing the radio incorrectly. I assure you that I am not. SEE PHOTOS! Order PA 27534 PA222918 Ticket 419922.They did send the incorrect jumper cable set a second time to fit a 2017-2019 F-350. I have made my final offer to resolve this by requesting returning the radio to Phoenix Automotive with a 50% restocking fee and I pay the return shipping.I cannot recommend this company to anybody until they agree to stand behind their products when they make multiple errors from the onset.

Do not waste your money!!!!! This company is straight garbage, they took forever to ship my screen and from the first day I installed it, it had issues. After half a dozen tech calls they determined the unit was faulty and that it need to be exchanged but wanted to charge me 80% of the cost of the screen for them to send me a new screen and refund me when I send the faulty unit back. It took them months for them to send me my unit and now they expect me to be without a unit, until they can send me a new one. I sold my factory radio because I assumed this product would be flawless so I wouldnt need it. The Tesla style radio from Phoenix Automotive is perfect. The quality is superb and the interface is easy to use. If you can use a tablet you can use this. It has so many great features such as downloading apps, browsing capabilities, running videos to name a few. I put this product in my SEMA show build which was later featured in PAS mag. I had some technical difficulties and the staff/tech was very responsive and helpful in resolving the matter. I had nothing but perfect customer service from this company. I read some of the negative reviews on here and didnt find one negative thing with this company. I highly highly recommend this product to any one who wants something cool and techy in the car and especially anyone who has a show car like myself. The pricing is excellent, before units like this would cost over $1000 and you can get it now for half the cost. Im a bit disappointed with technical support, I purchased the unit for my Lexus GX470 got it professionally installed worked great. I had to purchase a signal booster for the AM/FM did not mind, few days latter the radio would come on and after a few seconds no sound . All works fine but no sound I contacted them made them aware of the problem, had to send in video of the problem ( sent 3 times ) its been about 2 weeks no one have called. I called numerous times and when I do get someone they promise the tech department will call, so I have a great screen that does not work at this point dont know what to do I hope this information is informative. Upon inspection I found out the only reason their is mixed reviews is because their call center is in china and they have no idea what’s going on here at the walnut location. I bought a 12 inch screen for my 2018 GMC Sierra Denali for $646.62. Install went ok after finding the install videos online as no instructions come in the box. After installation certain features and applications only had static sound out of 1 speaker. Many other features were quirky and had intermittent issues. In order to get customer service, you need to schedule on their calendar on a certain date and time. After 4 appointments that lasted 30 - 90 minutes each, the radio could not be fixed. The choice was, send the radio back for a replacement and live with no radio for 2 weeks, or pay $600 for them to send a new one to me.I chose to return the defective radio for a refund and found out that Phoenix only refunded $464.24 of the $646.62 I paid them. Thats $180.00 less than I paid for the radio. I complained and Ralph sent me an email basically saying tough _ _ _ _, that is their policy. So, Im out $180.00 and not really happy about it.Beware, spend a little more and get a better product with better service and a legit return policy if its defective.

For a competitive price as other high end brands like Kenwood, Phoenix delivers far more value with the oversized and built in center console upgrades. I did need a little help from customer support (as you will with any significant upgrade like this) and was very pleased with their expertise. They have technicians available 6 days a week for video calls and provide support over Messenger and email for asynchronous help. Like a lot of people I like to have new cool things. This was one of those. I tried to do an update that I got online because I just cant be satisfied with good enough. Well, that completely jacked up my head unit. It wouldnt stop beeping, canbus upgrades wouldnt complete, it wouldnt shut off with the car so it kept beeping no matter what unless you disconnected it, which is what I did. I tried SO MANY ways to fix this via forums and any information I could find online. For almost a month. I finally threw in the towel and set up an appointment with one of their technical support persons. To begin with, they called me ahead of my scheduled time to see if I would like to have an earlier time. I was on a Google Meet with this tech for maybe 10 minutes. They knew the problem and had sent me a file that made all of the problems go away. The speed and expertise they had in getting the problem fixed was just amazing. I will not be trying to update anything that I do not get straight from them, id suggest the same for anyone else that is fortunate enough to install one of these units. This is a review about the service provided and not about the product itself.We ordered a 13 screen Android 10 for a Ford F150 in January 23rd, and paid in full. Then on January 30th we received an email asking for pictures of the dashboard. We sent it at the same day.Then we kept waiting for the product to be delivered. Meanwhile, in mid February we sent emails asking about the status of our purchase - without a firm answer, just saying that it will be send to you soon.Then around March 6th, we were able to finally talk to someone, and received an answer that they did not have any idea when the product would be available to be delivered, and then offered to upgrade our purchase to an Android 12. However, they did not have the slightest idea when this new product would be available.We could not wait any longer for a product that they do not know when would be available, and request our full refund.We are a business too, and for years we strive to provide good products in a good timely manner to our customer. -1 star. The company does not honor its warranty and tech support was done by email or video chat. I bought the tesla radio for my 2020 Gladiator in December 2021. It appeared to work fine, A few months later the rear video camera begins to flicker and then eventually just stopped working. I continued to send repeated emails requesting tech support. The replies were very sad. They sent me photos of the back of some other model stereo that was pointing to with plug was the camera. Serious broken Asian/English to the point I just could not understand them. I kept telling the that the camera was working and now the unit was not showing the camera. I installed my Mopar radio back in and the camera worked fine. So the problem was the radio itself. If there was no problem with this radio the warranty would have expired in Dec 2022, but there was an ongoing problem up to June 2022 with the radio not working correctly because the rear camera was not displaying on the tesla style radio. I continued from December 2022- June 2022 to chase them down for Tech support, constantly worthless IT support by Email to solve the problem. So, the warranty was an ongoing problem into June 2022 and now they Michelle Posasare is hiding behind the warranty claiming the warranty expired in December 2022 even though they admit of the ongoing problem while it was under warranty and stringed me along into June 2022 with Emails and IT support that did not fix the problem. They did not offer to swap out the radio, to send it in for repair, refund me, etc. now they are hiding behind the warranty and Michelle refuses to give me any other information for their bosses, the so-called Return team information that is claiming that the warranty expired even though the problem was ongoing while it was under warranty. Basically, they are not honoring the on-going problem that was under warranty, they refuse to solve the problem for 6 months and when I asked to swap out the unit because we have exhausted all avenues to fix the problem, they then decided to hide behind the warranty expiration date. they are a scam, They ripped me off and they will not take care of the customer. Save your money and do business elsewhere because you will get the run-around sham deal from this company and get stroked until the warranty expires regardless if the unit was fixed or not. I can see from other bad reviews and the BBB complaints on this company this is a pattern that they operate under. I wish my case was an isolated one, but the public should read all the reviews on Yelp, Google business and the BBB before being crazy enough to do business with this company. I am not the only victim of this scam. Shame on Phoenix Auto for not taking care of their customers. I ordered an Android 10 PX6 radio for my 17 Ford Fusion with Manual A/C, and I received it within a month in very good condition (nothing broken or scratched). I watched their YouTube videos specifically for my car to get installation tips (no instructions provided with kit), but their videos were all outdated showing equipment that is no longer needed. I wasted hours of my time trying to figure out if I had all required parts or if I was shipped the wrong pieces. Once I figured it all out and installed the radio, I noticed several issues. (Side Note: Contacting Phoenix by telephone is useless because no one answers, and e-mail response is inconsistent.) The speed measurement by the radio was off. From 0-45 mph, it was off by 2 mph. As you increase from here it could be off by as much as 7 mph (70 mph actual). The GPS speed measurement on the radio didnt work at all. The FM radio does not have RDS, so you cant see the artist name or title of songs. The GPS directions only played through the driver speaker when playing the radio but played through all speakers if streaming music (e.g. Pandora). The built-in mic doesnt work, you must use the mic provided in the kit (found out by trial and error on a phone call). The scan feature on the radio does not work. After pressing the button, it just goes through all of the stations without stopping. Lastly, the radio presets would display incorrect info every time I started the car. To reset the display, I had to push and hold one of the presets for 2 seconds, and then everything would display fine. I had to do this every morning. I contacted Phoenix Auto, and exchanged the unit for another unit, which I was told wouldnt have these issues, and I experienced all of the same problems. I returned the second unit for a refund, and although it was within 30 days, I was charged a 15% restocking fee. DO NOT BUY!

Avoid this company like the plague. I returned the radio for a full refund after 3 months going back & forth with tech support. Weve had it installed for only 2 weeks now and were very disappointed overall. Its a great system to have full screen but here were the issues:1) making it as bright as possible during the day is not bright enough when wearing sunglasses. Sitting in drivers seat it can appear its completely turned off. We live in Florida its always sunny here.2) it was never told to me I would lose back up camera abilities when purchase was made, only after when I kept telling support there was not any way your radio connects to backup cable factory connection3) There is no display anywhere what the external temperature is, not any North, south, east west when driving.4) radio doesnt display artist & song currently playing such as factory system.5) radio time keeps going back to West coast time, Ive changed it every time getting in the car6) at night when you adjust brightness the lowest setting is too high, then the only other option is to turn it to night mode which turns the screen completely off.7) Bluetooth was very poor quality everyone told me when talking on speaker phoneI returned unit and they charged me a shipping cost. Even after I paid a rush order fee of $75 when I purchased it. Ill be fighting that. & it took almost a month to arrive. Express my a$$ Id give them 0 stars if it was an Option

I had a telephone assistance call with Robert from Phoenix Automotive, Inc a few days ago. My 12,1 inch screen was installed but would not turn on. Within just a few minutes he had discovered the problem and it was corrected. The screen turned on and everything seemed top function. I had another appointment to get to so we finished the call. I discovered the A/C was not running. When I returned I easily see up another tech phone call and it is scheduled today. I know Robert will have this problem completed easily. Purchased a 10.1 inch screen for my Lexus IS250. It looks amazing and fits like a glove. Thats where the positives end. My installer said a part was missing to connect my existing rear view camera to the unit. I called and left a message, never get a return call. Try again a week later and actually get a customer service agent and they have no information for me at all and tell me I have to make an appointment to speak to a technician. I make the appointment and no one ever calls. I call back to find out what happened and they have no idea what Im talking about. I try for a second time to make an appointment and once again the scheduled time and day go by without a call. At this point Im infuriated and call back asking to speak to anyone with an ounce of knowledge about the only product they sell and nothing. After a total of a dozen attempts to speak to a competent employee I gave up. I went to my installer and purchased a new camera. This place has zero customer service. I never thought Id find a place that had worse customer service than AT&T, yet Phoenix Automotive has taken the thrown. This is truly a joke of a business.

Dont buy from here. I installed my radio as per their videos since they dont come with instructions and the majority of the functions dont work. Mainly my ac. I live in south Florida, you just cant drive around with ac. Called tech support several times. Average wait time is about 20 minutes each call. I was told Id have to wait several days before a would receive any help. So I removed the radio and packed it up. Im awaiting a shipping label from them. I will update on the return policy. I should have heeded the other reviews. Dont buy here. Product is junk and horrible tech support (or lack of)* update, now they tell me I need to make a video of the radio not working to get my money back. I already took it out because the ac didnt work and its in the 90s in South Florida. Im not putting it back in. Give me my money back. Im tired of calling you.

Received the unit vertical 13 screen for 2nd gen Toyota Tundra after some delay due to in sufficient stock for the capacity I required (8 rom 128 ram).The unit I chose from the website at first was 13.3 screen without physical buttons, what I received is 13 with physical buttons (upgraded version with newer Android software).The unit came in good new condition.There is no paper manual or link for installation only the video on the website.Main problem I encountered was that the main power connector of the unit did not fit to the cars connector. I used the tech support help and scheduled a phone call which went very good and the responses given to me were efficient at spot, except for the connectors issue which I received the answer next day.I chose this unit since it supports OEM functions (JBL sound system, steering wheel functions, rear view camera. except to: GPS antenna of the car has different connector and there is no adapter for it compatible with the cars year and model.For the car model, the audio links there were 3 sets (each red and white) and for their connection there is no direct instruction on how to do it (different combination) so I connected them by try and error.Just fitted the unit without much of operation feedback.

I cant recommend avoiding a company more!! This is a small company but working with them is reminiscent of dealing with the cable company. Inconsistent, rude, untrustworthy and they will nickel and dime you.A company should not charge restocking fees for an issue that they created. And the restocking fee should not be 75% of $1,000 product.Canned answers to an extensive delay and getting hung up on by support is unreasonable. These products are expensive and if youre trying to schedule with an installer, endless delays really create problems. At one point they even told me my product shipped, for over a week they told me the product shipped and it never even left their facility.One hand doesnt talk to the other. No one at the facility has any idea whats going on so if you run into an issue you really are on your own to figure it out.These are all things you might expect from a big box company or if youre going to direct to the manufacturer. But this is a small specialty company that advertises themselves like a specialty company. But theres nothing really that special about it because they dont know their products. Not be on the point of sale.Everything was great until the moment I purchased and it just went downhill from there. I started getting emails that Id purchased the wrong product but I had purchased based on their recommendation. Then endless delays And if you need to do anything its a form. Who has time for all these forms. Only they understand them.

Had an amazing experience with Elizabeth and her team on resolving my issue and being able to work with me with my unique circumstances. They could of easily said no and passed me on the sideline but they didnt and I am really grateful for their wonderful customer service! Phoenix Automotive makes innovative car stereo head units that are Android based. I have a LOT of experience (Ran one of the best car stereo shops in Soutern California and helped bring the first in car navigation to market in 1999 for Alpine Electronoics) with car stereo to say the least and I honestly had a lot of reservations about investing in one of their products. There was atleast a 6 month wait before their latest model (13 Android 10) came out and was ready to order. I pulled the trigger and placed the order to replace my 2012 Ford Raptor Sync 1 touch screen navigation head unit. After almost 3 months I finally received it. Unfortunately being a new model the firmware it came with wasnt ready to install and I thought I received the wrong unit or wiring harness. Theie email support system needs a lot of improvement to say the least if they want to do business in America. Yesterday I was able to get one of two firmwares updated and my new Phoenix unit was usable. It still needed another update to fix the next issue but I was lucky enough to be in contact with one of their employees (Alex) that sent me the 2nd update to make my unit work. Both fixes were to make my HVAC and heated and cooled seats work. At first my heater blew 100% fan speed and also full heat so there was no way I could use my Raptor. The 2nd fix was to make the heated and cooled seats work because they were stuck in a constant cycle of ON/OFF without a way to turn them off. At the end of the day the unit finally works and I feel lucky I was able to get help from Alex otherwise I would be getting a refund to say the least. The product is promising but the support in America needs an overhaul. Now that the unit is installed and working it is pretty much everything I hoped it would be and I am a tough critic and knows how these should operate. Its day two so I cant say how well it holds up or how it performs overall but I am happy for now. Thank you Alex and Tommy for the support. Fingers crossed...

Well organized customer service and support. They use multiple means of contact and are very quick and available. I pre-ordered an Android radio and it took some time to release and then ship but when it came, their were limited instructions in the box. They offer numerous videos on YouTube, but one suggestion would be offering an instruction and user manual vs. just YouTube to show actual wiring options and when to use them as the YouTube videos are not well lit and clear. I needed to work with support several times and they were great at answering all my questions even providing a text number for easy access. All told, I really like the radio and the help from Phoenix Auto.

Unfortunately, I have to give a bad review, not because Im not satisfied with the product but because I never got it. Heres why:The company uses too many automated third party systems to handle their customer service. (from Facebook messages to emails, issue tickets, Route for tracking, Shopify ecommerce, etc) I understand that gadgets and technology is great for handling minor things but when something goes wrong, the system fails. My order was never shipped by the supplier and not only that no one caught it, no one knew what happened. I personally think they rely too much on their system without actually getting physical confirmation when saying it will arrive within 3-4 weeks.I had to call after 5 weeks by patiently waiting for them to realized that the order was not processed in the first place. Instead of taking the bull by the horns and get in touch with me to apologize or make up for their mistake, I got an automated message (again) telling me the order will be processed within 7 days. Most importantly the message said : Please note that this is not a guarantee. Your order may be sent out sooner or it may take longer. This is not something you want to tell a client who found out 5 weeks later that his $800 purchase wasnt processed correctly and may or may not be shipped. We all know that these products are coming from China by sea, so what...another 3-4 weeks. I was looking at 12 weeks total before getting the product. It would have been great if someone said, sorry for our mistake, well ship your product by air freight and should get it within the next 7 days or something.Anyway, I cancelled the order. I would have waited another week or 2 if the company would have dealt with the issue and give me good customer service.Hopefully they use my comment as a lesson learn to improve their customer experience. I think the products they sell are amazing but the company needs to redefine how their system works.PS : One more thing, I dont why but the website keeps flickering from a auto-translation trying desperately to change the language to French. Is it geo tagging my area as French? No idea but its buggy. It should get fixed.

My unit didn’t arrive from China before our cross country road trip so they offered an open boxed unit they had in house. Coraima helped with my order and the install process and was a great help.There are “spark” sounds coming from the unit and it flickers off and on every so often (without going offline) but hinders phone calls. Other than that it would have been a 5 star review. It’s a good unit otherwise.I’m reaching out to their general manager for the instruction manual and possible fixes to the spark sounds and flickering.

I ordered a vertical screen unit, but I had to make emergency travel plans because of COVID-19, and so I was not able to install the unit until after I returned three months later. I figured that wouldnt be a problem, that I could trust the quality of the product, but no, the vertical screen unit they sent me was dead-on-arrival! Their tech support was useless. I spent the better part of two weeks chasing them down. You have to set appointments online with a Google Form, but often, the tech support guy wouldnt pick up the phone at my scheduled appointment time. Or he would tell me that he needed to look into the problem and would get back to me--and then never call back. Eventually he finally told me there was nothing he could do to make the unit operational. I asked to return my order for a full refund. They agreed and sent me a prepaid shipping label. I was led to believe I would be getting a full refund--that they had made an exception to their policy for me. They received the return and then suddenly informed me that they would only be refunding me 60%! They also deducted $10 for a microphone they claimed was missing, but they never shipped me a microphone in the first place! Now I dont have a radio or my money! What a slimy, dishonest company.Dont buy from these guys. Theyll send you a piece of junk and then keep all your money.Edit: Dang, I sure wish their customer support responded to requests for help as quickly as they respond to bad Google reviews!

Terrible company. I installed the radio in my Nissan Titan XD. It plays music, etc., but the climate controls don’t work. I live in Texas and need AC. Their tech support is abismal. Robert is his name. He told me I needed a software update but never sent it to me as promised. Robert now will not answer his phone, will not answer text messages and his voicemail box is full. $1000 radios should work. If they don’t, seller should be responsive. They don’t answer their office phone either. I’m sending it back and buying something better. AVOID THE HEADACHE.

My experience with this so-called Company was far from pleasant. I bought a radio for my truck and a wireless Apple car play dongle. Wireless Apple car play dongle never worked. It has a hidden defect with audio latency that appears during the phone call (2-3 second delay) making calls impossible. This delay also appears during the video stream from YouTube or any other media (You can clearly see mouth moving faster than the sound coming out). I dealt with it for a bit supplementing it with a direct Bluetooth connection but at some point, I had enough. I contacted Phoenix Automotive and reported the issue. We went back and forth for almost a month, literally a month and the frustration grew from an injury to an insult. Their support is out of this planet. I removed the dongle. I was provided the return label, so I shipped it back. They received it and confirmed the issue is beyond repair or replacement but CHARGED me a RESTOCKING FEE $8.99 stating I reported it after 30 days. Excuse me, this dongle was returned due to a defect that you confirmed is beyond repair. What are you restocking? Are you selling a defective product again? They contradict their own policy. On top of everything they up sold me on a $40 app that does allow Apple Car Play to work with the wire that has the same issue with the delayed sound. I requested a refund and was informed there is no refunds. Are you kidding me? From when it is okay to rip off a customer and sell defective products that should be under warranty? I have only one advise to every customer that tries to think to get anything from this disgraceful Company. Please steer clear and do not walk but run from there. This place is full of amateurs that want to make a quick buck every way possible and not deliver a good product or service. These people sell half baked, untested, defective products, provide partial or no refunds, take returns of defective merchandise and sell it again.

I ordered a stereo from these guys they said there was a high number of orders and it would be delayed. One month later I called and they informed me I needed to send a pic of my dash to complete the order even after they said it was complete. They never asked me to send the pic after my order was confirmed. After the pic was sent they said it would be another 10-17 business days and I’ve been waiting for 2 months now and my order still hasn’t even been shipped. I would stay away from this company if I were you. I did a tremendous amount of research before I purchased this unit and despite the multiple bad reviews, I decided to buy it anyway, big mistake. After receiving the unit I installed it, which was pretty easy, there were only two problems, none of the A/C controls worked and there was no place to plug in the traction control or hazard light wiring. I scheduled multiple tech support session, none of which anyone bothered to show up to or even email me to reschedule. I did keep getting email with requests to fill out google docs, but I dont think that anyone reads them. I have called their phone number and waited on hold for hours and hours only to be disconnected EVERY time I have called. Now I just have to try and get my $900 back. Well see how that goes.

I have a 2016 mustang. My unit would randomly blacked out but not often. The main problem is the unit not communicating with the HVAC system so temperature switch on the screen wouldn’t work. My AC WORKS PERFECT, just not the switch button. I requested a refund, but THE OWNER rejected and threatened to call police if I don’t leave. This is not how a business should be run. I purchased one of their newest radios recently, and the hardware worked perfectly. However, the software had some compatibility issues with my OEM interface that I needed to troubleshoot with the company. After getting a hold of one of their engineers online via Facebook, Ive been in touch with that person to troubleshoot every single one of the issues I brought up. Many reviews pointed out the lack of customer service, or poor response rates for Phoenix. While it is true that when I contacted the store directly through their phone number, the service wasnt that helpful, this particular engineer was absolutely amazing. He worked even over the weekends to help me with fixing the problems I encountered, and didnt stop replying to my requests until everything was resolved. We video chatted at least three times to make sure we were all on the same page. I was disappointed at first that there were some compatibility issues, but the unit I purchased was a brand new design and as with all new designs, theres bound to be some kinks to work out. In the end, though, largely due to the diligence of this Phoenix employee, all the problems were resolved and Im now happily using the radio without any compatibly issues. I cannot be more satisfied! I highly recommend Phoenix as long as you can get a hold of someone who knows the units inside and out.

Ordered the PX6 Android tablet for my 16 Ford Explorer. Took a bit longer to get than I thought it would. Installed very easy! I was surprised there wasn’t more to it. Phoenix Android Sales and Customer Service are very good! I purchased a 10.1 unit for my Infiniti a year and a half ago, and it fits and functions perfectly! When I recently needed it serviced, Phoenix Android took care of it, and got me all up and running perfectly again! My only wish is that there was an actual users manual that better explained how set and program functions like the time and Google settings... It would also definitely be nice to have access to all the units hidden settings and features as well. I really, really wanted this system to work in my 2010 Lexus IS250 convertible. What a great idea! However, I quickly encountered a lot of problems with this set up. I could never get the heating and air-conditioning systems to work properly, I could not get the radio to work properly, and there was also an issue with the airbag light. Even if all of these issues could have been resolved, the addition of the extra wiring harness behind my factory radio made it impossible to fit in the dash (mine required most of the factory radio units minus the screen). Tech support was hit or miss. It was hard to understand most of their accents. It took about 4-5 calls before I was told I needed to completely disassemble my factory radio and re-use most of it. Then, it still didn’t work. They did issue a full refund, to which I’m grateful. No car stereo installers in the entire DFW area will touch these due to all the issues with getting them to work. I’ll put up with 2010 tech for now. Instructions are horrible. They refer you to YouTube video that completely skips the installation of the harness. Good for taking the old radio out. Very poor to learn how to install their unit.

Im giving this one star rating in hopes that somebody from Phoenix actually reads this. I havent received my unit yet, so I will update the rating once I get it installed and it works fine. However the one thing that irritates me is you spend $500 on this unit, and they dont tell you in any way shape or form how long it will take you to get your item. Then you spend $50 on expedited shipping and again it doesnt tell you what that actually means. We live in a day and age where I can order something on Amazon and have it delivered in 5 hours, but it takes 3 weeks to a month to get a radio from you guys? Thats pathetic. We paid $750 for a radio which arrived 3 weeks later. There were no installation instructions with the unit. They stated video call assistance for installation help was available, but after making an appointment, no one ever joined the call. The email customer service was not helpful at all. Does not honor warranties for manufacturing defects and will charge a 25% fee for restocking defective products. Have a defect and company will not return or exchange without charging fees and requiring the unit to be returned prior, even though it took 3 weeks for the unit to be shipped initially.

Honestly this is the worst company I have dealt with. I bought a screen for my 2017 mustang and it wasn’t working and it took them a while to send me a replacement and they were unprofessional and customer service was not professional. They sent me a replacement after I paid a deposit and then the replacement screen is not working and it’s worse than the one I have and then when I returned it, they didn’t send me my full money back. Worst experience ever. Don’t waste your money. Find a different company to buy your stuff from.

Impossible to get a hold of anyone. They can’t tell you when order will ship. All they are willing to tell me is don’t worry it will ship. I’ve asked repeatedly for a time frame for it to ship Spent over an hour in the phone to cancel order. Continued to get status updates. Was reassured repeatedly it was cancelled, but still get processing emails, so I disputed charges with credit card company. Now I get an email stating that because you disputed the charges, they are not capable of cancelling an order and the order has shipped. Almost 2 weeks later I’m still getting order processing emails. I wish I would have looked at the reviews for this company before I ordered.**UPDATE***It is now almost 30 days since trying to repeatedly cancel this order. I still have yet to receive my order or at least shipping information. Do not buy from this company! I purchased a head unit and have had nothing but problems with it for the past 10 months. The units are extremely glitchy. I have contacted this company atleast 50 times about multiple problems. They ended up sending me a replacement unit because there were to many issues to work through with the original unit. I put a deposit down(basically buying another unit) to get the replacement sent out. I sent my old unit back to them and they refunded my deposit except for $75. They stated there was damage to the bezel from a mounting screw. The pictures they sent are not from my unit, the only screws that are used are 2 on the top of the unit no where near the bezel. They then replied stating the pictures were wrong and from another unit so they sent pictures from mine with 2 little nicks in it. Its only $75 but the principle behind the company are horrible. Between the horrible product and the horrible customer service I would never purchase from them again. I am also having the same issues with the new unit.

Stay away from Phoenix Automotive.I bought a vertical screen for my ford mustang, after only 4 months the screen is not working at all. I have been trying to contact them for over 2 weeks and nobody answers the phones and if they do it they just tell you that the IT department will contact you shortly which never happens. I just receive email telling me to update my screen and a tutorial of how to do it.I am tired of telling them that my screen is complete off/dead/black I dont know how to explain to them that I can’t do any updates because the screen is not responding. At this point I am so mad because I can’t control either the radio or the ac of the car and it is frustrating that It is cold and my AC is on.It is kind of unfair that I am unable to receive the proper service as a customer. I am just going to remove the screen and trash it. Please dont buy anything from them, you are going to regret it just like I am doing it right now.

I purchased an android 7.1 radio from these guys for my 2015 Ford explorer, and I couldnt have been more overjoyed. Ditching the old bulky, knob ridden and button laced radio for this touch screen masterpiece was one of my favorite upgrades to my car. I had a few issues with my climate controls, but Chris helped me over the phone to sort them out. Still to this day Im convinced the man is a living god for all the troubleshooting he helped me with. For all the customization and ease of access this radio gives, its worth the money. For anyone having issues, my biggest advice is to consult them FIRST before buying. Figure out what type of radio your car requires, and have it professionally installed if you dont know what youre doing. Like any company, especially ones dealing with technology and devices, theyre constantly helping people, so please have some patience with them if you do end up having a problem. These guys are trash through and through. Dont trust the reviews here, look these guys up on Facebook and see what theyre all about. If you have an issue they offer absolutely zero support. Theyll run the clock down until your out of the warranty period. They will not call you back, they wont answer any emails, and theyll pester you non stop with emails asking for reviews which you cant submit because their website is as jank as they are. I purchased a Tesla style unit for my Ford Fusion Hybrid from Phoenix Automotive. A PX6 SIX-CORE with a 13.6 screen. While I had to wait for it to be shipped from China, it only took about a week to 10 days to arrive. I had watched several YouTube videos and had an idea as to how to install it, but all of the videos used Sync 3 and my Fusion is Sync 1. So, things didnt match the video and I was really confused in doing a self install. So, I contacted Phoenix Automotive and set it up where I brought in the unit since I live locally. I completed a self install in Phoenix Automotive parking lot with their technician John helping to guide me and explaining the steps. Fantastic, personal service and Im so very happy with my new PX6. Highly recommended!Edit:After two weeks with the unit, Im not as enamored with it as I was day 1 or 2. The UI for the radio lacks the ability to save or retrieve stations. It also completely lacks the AM band. I dont really listen to AM but on occasion, I do want to pick up a few ballgames that seem to only be on AM. I had a 15 minute video call where a technician provided me with links to updates. The updates were nice and all but didnt change the radio UI.Also, in direct daylight while driving and wearing polarized sunglasses, dont expect to be able to see the screen. The brightness settings are minimal. I have ordered a screen protector that is supposed to help with glare. But still, it sucks that I spent $700+ to not be able to see the screen while driving during sunny days. These two issues are making me question the wisdom of making this purchase.

Product arrived a lil later than expected due to Covid. But once radio arrived everything needed was in the box. Despite YouTube video instructions, had some issues getting radio to work. On 2nd attempt with Tech support, they called and walked me thru how to fix issues. Once those instructions were followed, unit worked great and had no issues. As of now, completely satisfied with unit. Cant beat the price. Would highly recommend Phoenix Auto.

The worst customer service I have ever received from any company. If they answer all they care is that you give them a good review even without them resolving the problem. It usually take them about a month to answer, and when someone finally gets in touch with you they dont have any knowledge about the radios at all. Not happy at all, i Spent over $600 buying a radio that i cant even get a owners manual nor any technical support.

The idea of the screen is amazing, but not coming from this company. Ive had nothing but trouble from this company. The install sounds easy, but it is not. It supposed to be OEM click and play, but it is not. After connecting everything, the Bluetooth does not work, temperature does not work, the backup camera does not work. After messing around with it, got the Bluetooth to work, but does not come out of the car speakers like it is supposed to. Ive called tech support on multiple occasions, but they are useless. They kept saying senior tech support would call, but they never do. Then I tried to get it exchanged, that was a dead end, they make you jump through hoops, then dont replace it. I paid for the $150 warranty, but they wont knowledge it. They have a one-year manufacturer warranty, then two-year warranty with Clyde. Clyde will not fullfill the claim due to it is still under manufacturer warranty, and Phoenix Automotive is saying it is under Clyde. So, Im getting the run around. DO NOT buy from this company. The product sucks, and when you try to get it fix, they give you the run around.

The only reason I give 4 stars and not 5 is that it was a difficult installation. But in the end, the android screen is AWESOME!The product comes with no documentation, wiring diagrams or schematics. Supposedly no problem as you just match up the different sized connectors to connectors on the new wiring harness. But my heating/AC/fan controls did not work.So phone/text support was very good. Phoenix responded promptly and did their best to help. Calls were made to China engineers on multiple days to figure out the issue. Turned out I was missing a critical wiring harness. Phoenix mailed this to me and the problem was solved.They offered to help me at their facility in Calif., but I am in Idaho. So everything was accomplished by phone/text/photos. Phoenix was responsive, checked up on me, and eventually got the problem solved. As I mentioned it was difficult, but I expected this to a degree because of the complexity of the new unit.I am very happy with the end result. Wish it were really plug and play, but overall I am very pleased. The most important thing is that Phoenix will take care of you and solve your issue IF you have one.

I purchased a radio unit for my H2 along with CarPlay and a wireless CarPlay dongle. The unit was delivered to my house and I had it unit professionally installed. After installation it had no CarPlay on the unit, the factory backup camera wouldnt work, and the steering wheel buttons didnt function. I was told by the installation technician that the unit didnt support any of these features. I purchased this unit specifically for these features and they were advertised as coming on the unit. Ive contacted this company for MONTHS asking them to resolve this issue and the only correspondence Ive gotten is to take pictures of the System Menu. Ive tried to contact them, Ive set up Technician Appointments, theyve confirmed and not been available during the time of the appointment, Ive called, left VM, they wont get back with me at all. Ive had to dispute the charge with my credit card company to get a resolution. Save yourself the trouble and Go Elsewhere. If any part of your order has an issue, you will find it impossible to get help from this company.

I had a pretty awful experience trying to order from this company via their website. I placed the order for a $700+ radio before Christmas. They asked me to send them pictures of my car dash to make sure it was the correct radio. I responded immediately -- our dash was EXACTLY as it shows on their website. Then I heard nothing from them. I sent them four emails asking for an update on the shipment and got no response. After three weeks, I finally got them on the phone (previously, I was getting their voicemail). The woman who answered was completely un-appologetic and blamed their lack of responses on being busy during the holidays. After the call, I suddenly got a UPS tracking number for a shipment made from China. I spent the next four days checking the tracking number to see when the radio would arrive, but the shipment never was picked up by UPS. Then, I abruptly got an email from Phoenix Auto stating, Our technician find out that the model for your car is not compatible to the product you ordered. Then, they refunded the money I paid. It took just under 3 weeks between the time I initially paid for the radio until they refunded my payment -- 3 weeks where I could have purchased elsewhere.I really wish I would have read Phoenix Automotives Better Business Bureau profile before I placed the order. Its currently an F rating with loads of complaints.

I was having difficulty getting the wireless Apple CarPlay to connect. I had watched the video several times and still couldn’t get it to connect. I set an appointment on-line with tech support at Phoenix Automotive. Chris and I connected and he used Facetime (other conference call apps possible), to look at my settings and walk me through adjusting the settings. I am not tech literate and Chris was patient with me. Within 30 minutes the CarPlay was working and he helped me change the screen to my car.This is the advantage of buying through Phoenix Automotive, “Tech Support”. He says he’s there if I have any other issues. Great customer service!

13 Android 10 Fast boot Vertical Screen Navi Radio for Dodge Ram 2009 - 2018Great headunit so far, has every bell and whistle one could ever really want. Install was very straight forward and simple, had a slight issue with some options not working but pretty quickly resolved the issue over two tech appointments. My only issue is screen brightness on sunny days, if its hitting the screen you cant see anything due to its matte finish. Pretty sure this can be fixed with an anti glare protector so I dont see this as an issue. I did buy the extended warranty just to be safe.Highly recommend!

I buy a stereo system and all the features, spend like thousand dollars only to receive a stereo system that is not allowing the AC unit to work. Once I stated my issue to Phoenix automotive all they told me to was try again. They will not return my calls nor answer when I call them. After going rounds with them to have a warranty unit replaced it is now a month since I have sent the unit back (using their finally issued RMA) and still no replacement in my possession. Five emails with only computer generated “we are working on a response” replies. When you call the phone numbers supplied in said computer generated emails for direct assistance you yet again get no response. Don’t waste your time or money, product is not very high quality and customer service is nonexistent once they have made the sale.
