My mom makes me come to the dentist which I love it here. When I do come to get my teeth checked, I feel safe and sure that I will have a good dentist working on me. They see you on emergency appointments also. You just have to be patience with the wait. Everyone is always so nice here. Love to visit.They may be busy but they always friendly and try their best to get you out fast.

I am so happy i decided to choose Phd Dental for my whole family. We are new to the Lynwood office and have only been there once but the customer service and attention we received was AMAZING!! I loved the exceptional help I received from Perla she went above and beyond in helping me out with insurance without hesitation.. Both Perla and Vanessa are great at what they do!! Great job ladies.. Candy was amazing as well explaining everything to me and even offering to help in the future. I was very happy with just the treatment from the staff and management… When my daughter Who was seen and had a extensive treatment came out and raved about how she loved this new dental office. Victoria said the Doctor was friendly and super nice and made her feel so comfortable!! So thank you all at Phd Dental we look forward to seeing you all again!!

Came this afternoon feeling tired and frustrated and just getting ready to get my cleaning done but after being called I was greeted warmly by the lady doing my X-rays, Julie. She absolutely made this experience better, we talked a while we did my X-rays she called my roots cute lol. Overall she made me feel much more relaxed. 10/10 best staff and sat my down quite fast, the receptionist were very professional and helpful. Came here for wisdom teeth extraction and also had the best experience ever!! I def recommend.

I would go here with my kids for years ! They made changes ! I use to leave amazing reviews I wanted people to know it was amazing all these changes they did are not for us . I come in one day and now ortho is next door now they’re giving me problems seems like the new people don’t know all the stuff and the plan I had for years now it’s like having to start over ? I mean the staff is polite . But It sucks . I only stayed long because I tried completing the plan but I live far and now it’s not convenient . Looks I owed $600 on my braces I went in and now they want to re - evaluate me and give me a new quote of $3800!? Like what !? When I started my braces it was about $3,200! I was down to owing $600 ! Oh another thing is when they call to confirm my appointments they keep calling my parents house i was visiting the other day and they called I asked why are they calling there I don’t live there and they proceeded with sorry ma’am but can we confirm your appointment ?” What !? I just got ignored ? Hello I don’t live there for the past 6 years that never happened before, also any text that come in to confirm my kids appointment are not even in my name it’s “ __different name ___ you have an appointment for your kids ____,___,___. “ I have no idea why my information is messed up, but good luck y’all ! You’re brave if you go here .

Only our second time here but they are amazing with children. I love that they give them little prizes at the end and big ones if they don’t have cavities, good incentives for the little ones. All the staff are patient and super efficient. My wait is never unreasonably long and they their time to explain things to your child. I’m happy with our service!

It was our first time at this dentist they got us an appointment on the same day. We arrived with no wait time. We got examined with our teeth cleaned and polished. X-rayed and had a consultation. We were very pleased with everybody who worked there very professional but also very comforting. They completed all the work that was needed per my request. Even worked through there lunch. The front office staff, dental assistants and Dr Khouri provide excellent customer service. They are professional, courteous and provide detailed information about what they recommend for your dental health. Candy, the office manager is a gem. She is kind and works with you to help to see that your needs are met. She is very transparent about the cost for services. So far, coming to this office and so close to home has been a great experience.

My recent visit to PHD Dental left me utterly disappointed and frustrated. The recurring issue of interminable wait times, coupled with the dentists unprofessional rudeness, has led me to the decision to seek dental care elsewhere.The consistent long waits were nothing short of exasperating. On every visit, I found myself waiting for an unacceptable amount of time in the waiting area. Its disheartening when a dental appointment takes up a significant portion of the day due to delays that seem to be the norm rather than the exception.To compound my dissatisfaction, the unprofessional behavior displayed by the dentist was shocking. Their rudeness and lack of respect towards patients were both surprising and disconcerting. I believe that professionalism and empathy are paramount in the medical field, and my experience at PHD Dental fell far short of these expectations.Given the ongoing issues and the negative atmosphere created by the long waits and the unprofessional demeanor of the dentist, I have decided to start my search for another dentist who values their patients time and treats them with the respect they deserve.I share this review with the hope that others can make informed decisions about their dental care. No one should have to endure such disappointing experiences when seeking healthcare. 3/13/2024- Came for my regular cleaning and check up. Dr. Sage on point with my appointment. Rosa and Crystal very nice and professional. The guys in the office were friendly too I just forgot their names. The front desk are welcoming and sweet women. Loved the new upstairs office looking good.3/10/22- when you got pain they will make room to see you. As long as your okay with the wait. My son was over the moon to come see Dr. DELAREM. SHE THE GREATEST.03/19/21- Here we are again, Ladies are so nice and sweet. They call you in once your next. So we can be safe and social distance by waiting in our car. They have nice dental assistances to help with x-rays and cleaning. My 2 young ones had to get 1 tooth removed and Dr. Delarem(Hope i spelled that right) is a very gentle soul. She wanted to take every measure it wouldnt hurt or Traumatize my children. Love the staff, they are a great team. Thank you again.1/27/2021- look forward to getting my teeth checked. WORT EXPERIENCE my sister Went for a night guard procedure April of this year. Many of my little sister’s appointments were rescheduled and canceled with out her knowing. The missed appointments were blamed on her saying she broke the contract. Went many times (she lives far) and several times she was told there were no doctors working. Once they finally got to work they had to redo the treatment because they messed up the bottom impressions. We went back on the appointment dates just to be told multiple times the night guard wasn’t ready. It is now really late in July (remember the process started in April) and the night guard did not adequately suit my sisters mouth. When brought to the managers attention, the manager wasn’t very helpful and just brought up the missed appointments that was their fault. When asked for a refund to get the night guard done at a new place, the manager showed no interest in returning the payment. This was not the only negative situation at this location. There were many other canceled appointments when she wanted to get her wisdom teeth removed. Doctors often told her they could and had time to fit her in their schedule but had to reschedule after waiting several hours. This happened twice. Highly unprofessional workplace. HIGHLY RECOMMEND FINDING A DIFFERENT DENTIST DONT WASTE YOUR TIME

I found this place just by looking around on Google maps and I checked it out cause its rated so highly. Im so glad I did because everyone that works there is so nice and attentive. No one acts like theyre bothered to help me. And of course, Dr. Sage is literally the best dentist Ive ever had. Not exaggerating. And Ive been to A LOT. Hes patient with me, answers all my questions, and he does his best for me to have a beautiful smile. Ive seen how they work with kids too. Very patient and kind.

Highly recommend this office. After having really bad toothache I searched for a dental office. I called closed to closing time and the receptionist was very kind and scheduled me an appointment for the following morning. Upon my arrival the next morning all the staff was very polite and helpful. Dr. Gomez explained everything I needed very well. The follow up appointment for me to get my procedure done was available with quite a few weeks of waiting, Candy was amazing and helped me schedule the earliest appointment possible and took care of it for me. Great dental office. Very helpful and excellent service.

I recently switched over my kids to PhD Dental. Staff is very friendly and helpful. My youngest son is terrified of dentist and they were very patient with him and were able to calm him down and walk him thru the process. Also my 15 year old has autism and can get very anxious and put his arms up. They have walked him thru it and explain to him about the procedure/s they would do to him. It’s very hard to find staff and doctors that can adjust to my sons needs. I would recommend this office to everyone.

This was my first time coming to PhD Dental, my sister recommended me to this place since she brings her daughter here for braces. So I gave it a try to and it’s a nice friendly environment. When I first arrived I got asked if I had an appointment, which I did. Had to fill out some papers since it was my first time here. The people here are so nice and friendly, had some good conversations with them, which is good because there’s people that don’t like talking to patients. Got pretty good information on what I needed to be treated on and got options and how to do them. Overall, it was a good experience here. And hopefully I win the raffle for the TV!!! Dr. Shayefar is AMAZING. Definitely went above and beyond for me. You can always tell when someone loves their job because it shows in their work. Customer service is everything to me. Very professional. Now…. My other reviews for this place wasn’t so great. But he definitely made up for it. Sometimes it’s the little things that matter to a patient. Like getting my name right. Taking the time out to say my name correct. So many ppl will glance and just say the first thing that come to mind and don’t bother to ask if that’s how you pronounce it. He pays attention to detail and definitely doesn’t rush when your in his care. So if you go to this place schedule for Dr. Shayefar. You won’t regret. If he’s not there just ask for the location he at. 🤷🏽‍♀️

When you have an emergency, they will always try to make room for you, Even if theres a wait.I have been coming here for 3 years now and with all this Health scare going on they make me feel very safe. They limit the number of patients inside the waiting rooms. They work on the patients as soon as they get in. I want to send a nice review for Desire. My insurance has been a pain on the rear. They have denied my claim over 10 time and each time I have to go back to Desire for help. She has been so supportive and continues to answer my insurance questions. She even offered to talk to them to get the issue resolved. This continued until finally we were finally able to get a clear answer from them. Desire is going above and beyond to make sure we are able to answer the mail so I dont loose my insurance money for this year. It is a piece of mind having her on my side.Thanks so much Desire.

**Scam** I called them because I needed extractions and it felt like a scam because they didnt at any point let me know it would be a specialist that only came once a month and it was 3 weeks away when I needed them out asap. They wasted my time, waited 30 minutes after the dentist had checked me out just for the woman that did the pricing to inform me I had to wait 3 weeks. The techs and dentist were really nice but the ladies in the front were rude and non-responsive. They took the consultation fee and then they were no help.

I had a 1020 appointment for a cleaning. They took my X-rays very fast with in the first 15 minutes. After that I was put in a room and waited for the doctor. Every now and then someone would come in to tell me the doctor will see you in a bit. 2 hrs and 20 minutes later I walked out with X-rays and nothing else. Complete wast of my dayy

The staff here is super friendly! I cant express this enough but they make you feel extremely comfortable and its easy for me to trust them with my teeth. They are great even on the busiest of days. Ive had my cleanings done here and two years ago I had some braces installed lol. The girls and guys in the back are very attentive and gentle. They make sure to assist you with any concerns. Definitely A great dentist office! So glad I found them. All the staff is friendly and professional! I was treated by Dr. Sage and he explained everything, step by step and made me feel at ease. My daughter got fed braces in December 2019 and she looks forward to seeing the staff at her next appointment even though she knows she will be in pain as her braces get adjusted. During this pandemic the office has been taking all precautionary measures. From taking temperatures, to the chairs being 6 feet apart, the chairs also being wiped down. I will start off this way, I did not get everyone names in the dentist office, but one, Jeniffer Reyes the treatment coordinator because she gave me her card, but her, and everyone I encountered was absolutely amazing at their job, & the customer service I received was outstanding. Thank you to all, for your patience’s with the Wiseman family, I know Lukys, today was a handful in there, and we’re sorry about that. The next time should be way better, lol, again tho, thank you. You know, I really can’t say it enough, & I don’t want to overly do it with the praising, but WOW!!! Really from the customer service to even right down to the cleanliness of the building was amazing. At the end of the day, you have to give credit were credit is due, and in this regard, it comes highly in my opinion. Nothing in life is perfect, sometimes we have to roll with the punches & there are those times things go well..... well I saw EFFORT, and in my opinion that’s all you can ask for of a person, or a place of business, is EFFORT!!! Effort is a cool way of having a nice balance to yourself; so that you have that opportunity to put things in better perspective ..... and that’s what I saw, it was like a well oiled machine, the entire staff made it work smoothly, and not forced. As as customer/patient made me feel more comfortable. I’ll give two examples: one... while I was getting my X-rays done, the communication between the two technicians in regards to using the X-ray went down so smoothly, and both were patient with one another. Another example is when I went back to the X-ray room, and there again something took place, I low key over herd about a customer/patient getting impatient, and once again the staff knew what to do and defused whatever problem could have been. So I say all this to say thank you again, and I want everyone to know, you guys are the best.

Great service by the two young ladies in the desk. Inside dental assiatants are very very great at what they do. Even though they are sanitized on the area and i saw a worker santizing the office. Only one complaint i have is the manager this young very beautiful lady does NOT really work with people as much as another did by helpimg but couldnt so much without authorization of the manager. But everything is great. Another thing that i loved was that if they had earlier appointments available we couldve walk in amd were helped right away. Keep up the grrat work assistants. Visit this location 8-5-20 because of the great reviews but the just wasted my time on top of the the are not practicing social distance it all. When I call I ask the receptionist if they accept my current insurance she said yes so I booked an emergency appointment because I had a emergency treatment. Also the receptionist said that only taking 2 patients at time because of the virus. But the day of my appointment I show up I did all the paperwork and guess WHAT they dont take my insurance. So I WASTED my TIME and my gas and the whole morning. On top of that the place was filled with patients inside the office also the receptionist NOT PRACTICING SOCIAL DISTANCE. Who ever is running this dentistry office must just care about the MONEY NOT about the PATIENTS or the staff safety.

Today i was scheduled for extractions i was admitted by amazing Carlos office supervisor, one of the best assistants always welcoming and always asking how em i doing. I was seen by the oral surgeon they have that only comes once a month i was not expecting this procedure to go so well he was AMAZING i didnt feel anything but only pressure which is normal duh. He made sure i was fine and was asking me how i was doing all along best dentist ever light hands for treatment fast and accurate. My 4 year old went in December for a check up and they only saw 1 cavity. Come *february* I noticed my sons tooth had a hole now and had a cavity that needed a crown. They did the crown procedure which was supposed to fix the problem and prevent it from growing. 2 months later we go in for a routine check up and now he has an infection due to the work not being done correctly and they want to pull out his tooth. I would not recommend going in here unless you want to risk it. ***update*** I took him to another doctor and they let me know about a cavity that my son had that this dentist did not tell me about. They (oh dental) only said he had a couple that did could not be worked on. Come to find he has a pretty big cavity that needs work asap.

I real happy with the service they provided ... my daughter had pain on her tooth, i thought they were gona give a appointnet for monday, sonce it was friday.. but no right away she told me to go in.. and within 30 min i was out... very goid service me and alexa are real happy.. thank you phd dental ....
