I have been researching a good place to replace my windshield. After going through what felt like hundreds of locations, I found P&G Auto Glass. Sherry who took my call was very responsive, accommodating, and patient with all my questions and concerns. They do have a deposit policy for when you make your appointment and Sherry was very honest and straightforward about it when making my consideration. Her non-pushy and understanding attitude toward my financial struggles aids in my decision to choose this shop. They have a great price for their service and come with great quality. She was able to make an appointment for me the same day. I also learned that they are available to come to you and they are open on weekends which was helpful as well. While waiting they checked up on me and let me know how everything was going. It was nice being kept in the loop. I recommend this shop and Sherry and her team were very professional.

P&G Auto Glass was phenomenal!! My front windshield was cracked beyond repair and they were able to replace it on the same day Im about 1.5 hours. Windshield had to also be calibrated, but the price was still less than Safelite. Recently they also repaired my wifes back side window and they were able to match the tint on it. Ill definitely use them again should I need glass repair!!

These guys were life savers! My driver window was broken into, insurance wouldn’t fix it for a week (leaving my car open to any other takers while parked on the street!). I went to Safelite in Sherman Way to replace my Quarter Glass of my Honda Pilot 2020 and to my surprise they cant provide it to me but when I try to check Google maps for a glass company near in San Fernando Valley I saw P&G Auto Glass I was curious about the perfect reviews it receive 5.0 to be exact. I went to their store near Flyaway and I was welcomed by Sir Peter and everything was history good price nice person and honest. After 2 days my quarter glass arrive and when they installed you as you see on the picture perfect and beautiful. This company is a hidden gem in san fernando valley. Had a small chip on my driver’s side windows that grew across the entire window. The window replacement was done quickly, the prices were affordable, and had no issue getting the window replaced. I would highly recommend anyone to this shop who needs any kind of window replacement. Came in at 8am, and left within 30 minutes.

The person in the front “Kelly” needs to be sent for customer service skills. . My auto glass was never ready when promised after I went there twice for nothing. Felt ignored the times I went there while he was on the phone busy, busy. I decided to take my car to the dealership even though it cost more.

I had my car broken into last night, which unfortunately resulted in a smashed my side window.I found P&G and saw the great reviews, called and they had me in and out same day within an hour. They worked very hard at finding the glass needed to replace my rear window. The glass was difficult to locate as the glass for my car was backed up, but they didn’t stop looking. As soon as they found the glass for my car they called me immediately. They replaced my window in less than 1 hour. I would recommend P&G auto glass for window replacement because they work hard and are easy to work with.

Someone broke into my car by breaking the passenger side window. There was glass everywhere and I didn’t feel comfortable driving with shattered glass flying around. I called everywhere to see if could do same day service. I explained that with all the shattered glass I would not be able to drive home on the FWY. Everyone said I would need to wait till the next day. When I called P&G Auto Glass at first they said they could do it the next day but when I explained what happened they were able to send someone out to get the window for me. They were very kind and understanding. I would highly recommend this place to anyone in need of glass repair.

Called around several auto glass shops before going with P&G Auto Glass. Other places wanted to sell whatever glass was readily available to them but I wanted to keep Pilkington which was the same brand on my car. Peter understood my concern and even agreed with me that we should use quality glass and gave a fair price. They also calibrate the camera after installation with a computer print out to make sure it works well. It has been over 2 weeks and I have no issues with my windshield and camera. There is something assuring about Peter with his calm and professional manner. Thank you.

I just had the windshield on my 2023 BMW replaced today at P&G and it was a very positive experience. The shop is clean and modern and all the people at P&G were friendly. The replacement work was excellent and the individuals who worked in my car, were very careful to make sure that the paint was not scratched and the interior was not damaged. When the windshield was replaced, the technicians were required to recalibrate all the electronics associated with the new windshield. The calibration was perfect and they gave me a detailed report showing all the test that were conducted.I would rate P&G 10 out of 10 and would highly recommend them for any auto glass repair or replacement.

After going to a shop (safelite) that didn’t wanna do my windshield due to aftermarket wheels (yes I know so stupid), I was losing hope and decided to go on Yelp and look for windshield replacement shops around my area and THANK GOODNESS I saw P&G auto glass. I called around 1230pm asked if they do replacement for my car and he said they did so after giving a deposit, within 30 minutes he told me to come and he also sort out the insurance with me which helped a ton! After couple hours of waiting, I finally got my car and it looked great! They went above and beyond helping me. If you’re reading this, just do it and get your windshield replaced here, you would not regret it!

I found a crack in my windshield the weekend before July 4th and wanted to get it fixed before the holiday. I read the reviews for P&G Auto Glass and decided to give them a try. I called on a Sunday and they were able to have me come in and check it out Monday morning. I did have to replace the windshield but the price was reasonable and service was fast. The employees are also very friendly which is nice because I usually dont like having to deal with car repairs.

P&G Auto Glass is just awesome. There is nothing more that I appreciate from a business than excellent service. From the moment I called for an appointment, to being warmly greeted when I arrived. They took my keys and immediately started to work on my vehicle. They have a nice bright waiting room with nice cold water in the fridge. While waiting for the car, Sherry came out to explain the cost and the methods I could use for payment, when my vehicle was ready, she provided do’s and don’ts on how to care for my windshield.Now the best part. P&G saved me $280. I had initially called my insurance company to file a claim. Because of my deductible, I would be responsible for the entire bill. My insurance company set up the whole appointment with another auto glass shop and when she told me how much it would cost, I asked if I was getting a good rate because the cost seem very high. She assured me that the cost was very reasonable-It was not! It was much more. I’m so glad I went with my instincts and called P&G. They saved me money and time. The other repair shop my insurance company referred me to couldn’t do the repair for 2 days. P&G had my car ready within 2 hours of me calling for an appointment. Save some money and headaches, call P&G first.

He was very communicative and felt I got the best deal in terms of price and QUALITY of service after asking around the area. I am by no means a car person so I always appreciate when businesses explain to me the type of service is needed since I just learned windshields are much more high-tech given my car’s auto safe features. My back windshield was broken at work by accident. And I needed to get it replaced as soon as possible for work. I called a few places for quotes and came across P&G Auto Glass. They were so nice and helpful over the phone and gave me a good and decent quote. So I was determined to come by and have them fix my windshield .I waited in their lobby and their hospitality was very generous. They provided coffee and pastries that were so delicious... Very friendly staff and respectful... I will recommend this place to my family and friends... Good location here in the San Fernando valley... Price was decent not too expensive...
