I recently visited the PetSmart store in Upland and was impressed. The store is clean and well-organized, making it easy to find what I needed. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, always ready to help.PetSmart offers a wide variety of items for all kinds of pets, including cats, dogs, guinea pigs, chinchillas, and even tarantulas. They also have adoption services, so you can bring home a new pet. Additionally, they provide convenient services like engraving tags and sell specialty items like skunk odor removal spray.Overall, my experience was fantastic. I highly recommend this PetSmart for all your pet needs.

I have been impressed with the staff and various new products, have more variety of Litter containers, Toys, at Chino PetSmart. Also great Dog instructor. The location was in center to the left of store. She was knowledgeable of specific questions dog owners asked. It was not hidden, and safe. Thank you.

The price is high there. The service wasnt that great. Looking for someone to help you cant find nobody. Theres a line at the cash register. There is enough parking place there. The place is clean. They have neat stuff there to shop. The neighborhood is good.

This PetSmart has everything. Inside there is a Banfield animal hospital, animal vaccinations, professional grooming and dog training classes. There is an excellent selection for all animals ranging from fish, rodents, reptiles to cats and dogs. On certain days this place hosts animal adoption events. There are plenty of toys and treats for all animals. Lots of options in the pet food aisles. A helpful and friendly staff and the management is good too. Definitely one of the better locations. Plus, not to brag but my dog, Hondo is the most adorable and well behaved companion of all time ha. Thus, I included lots of pics Haha. Enjoy.

Customer service over the phone is def lacking, in person as well!was there a week or so back near closing time and the cashier was in such a rush that when I asked the b price difference on 2 items, she scanned them both and charged me for both and when I was asking why my items were so expensive, she said something like yeah it adds up quick and then as I was waking out the door I looked at my receipt and seen her mistake. clearly she was not worried about anything but getting out of there and then bin order to be let back into the store so the cashier could correct her mistake, the guy at the door was very reluctant to let me in.seems to me ( always has ) that the kids they hire here are not necessarily educated or experienced with animals.just my opinion.

PetSmarts customer service is severely lacking, both over the phone and in person. During my visit, the cashier rushed through my purchase, charging me for items I didnt intend to buy. When I questioned the high price, she dismissively replied that it adds up quickly. They refused to accommodate a handicapped elderly woman in need of a shopping cart, displaying a complete lack of empathy and respect. If you or your loved ones are disabled or elderly, I strongly recommend seeking a more compassionate and helpful establishment.

Beware, this Pet Dumb charges you for things you do not want. The vet service charges you even though you say you do not want the services, and then when you complain they tell you you signed for the service. If you dont sign you do no get service. Do not sign until they explain every detail of the service. Do not let them trick you!

Went into grooming to get my pup a nail trim, when I encountered the girl named Jessica at grooming she was very rude and told me I had to wait 20 minutes, which I didnt mind at first, but what bothered me was that for about 10 minutes I saw her on her personal cell phone texting and just fooling around. 😡

It’s very difficult finding a specific food that we need for our pet. I was lucky enough to find the food at the store and management held the food for me because I was having difficulties with my debit card. I was able to come back and pay for it later. The staff at this location are always very helpful and very courteous. We will always continue to be customers.

I purchased an item that was marked on clearance. It rang up for the clearance price as marked on shelf. But I was made to return the items and was told I could not purchase them. They were marked at $0.05. Thats what the shelf tag said and thats the price that they rang up as. I purchased all my items but before I left the checks and, another checker came up and talked to my checker. Next thing I know, I was told I had to return the 2 items. I was not able to purchase them. So they errant me minus those 2 items. No explanation no nothing. ”Thank you”

The only reason why i give 4 stars is because this 2cond time i took my dogs i have to ask them to please put the vendetta on my male dog and the clips on my female dog wicht it came off the next day and she was not shave properly they ask me to wait out side and i wait for 15 min more after 4 hours and still not bringer well groom like the first time that i took her they clean her good .hope next time i can get the first grummer .and i will change my review.

The reason Im giving this place 2 stars is because they always have a wait for everything. But yet I see workers wondering around . I come once a week and I have to flag someone down to get my crickets which I think is ridiculous. They also have 1 employee helping guest for fish and crickets therefore I have to wait 20 mins ...I do think the staff is friendly for the most part .Maybe management needs to hire more people or actually help there employees on the floor.

I came in to buy a bag of dog food but the size bag was not available. The manager checked other stores and found out that particular size was discontinued. He offered me a discount on the larger sized bag. This is the second time they have taken care of me when not having the product in stock. I am always so happy to go into that store knowing that I will be taken care of .

I love PetSmart. Going in this store I am always greeted by the cashiers. And today a sales floor associate asked me if I needed help and I actually did need help so I was very grateful that he reached out to me before I had to go searching for someone. He was knowledgeable, helpful, and kind. I wish I caught his name but he was able to help us find some particular things that we needed for our hamster. He was also balancing several customers at once but managed to be attentive to all of us. It was fantastic! Also he was feeding some of the animals at the same time. 1000% making this my main pet need place.

I can’t believe how Pet Smart is so rude to seniors who have a disability. An elderly women could barely walk with her little dog he had an appointment for grooming. The women saw a shopping cart an was going to get it but someone else took it.The Women has a cane an barely able to walk. The Women called Pet Smart to see if someone can bring a shipping cart she told them she is handicap they told her no, sorry we can’t do that. That is so rude of Pet Smart. If your disabled or elderly make sure you find a place where they help handicap an the elderly.

I have 20 years of experience with fish keeping. This location has dead betta fish in dirty cups, fithy cups with barely living fish. dead fish and fithy aquariums in the back. You cant keep living things in such poor conditions. I dont know what happened to this place in the last 6 months but the fish area has gone down hill, fast. Not to mention I was ignored for 20 min. Staff used to be so kind and i enjoyed coming here for the last 10 years.A fella needed something and staff was right there then proceeded to walk right past me. I go an ask for assistance and she sends the same staff member back there. I ask her questions about said fishes gender and she just wanders off mid conversation to help some other gentleman. Dont know if she was having a bad day or what but no need to ignore a kind costumer trying to get fish for her now upset child. You were kind and helpful to other but for some reason annoyed just by me being there. Needless to say we left and will now be taking our business to healthy fish pet stores. Feel super bad for those fish. Very disappointed in the staff and fish area.

I took my poodle this PM to get a face cleaning. Petsmart advertise that no appointment needed but I was told had to wait for 30 minutes for other groomers to return from lunch. Thats a long time to wait. I guess you do need to call first. So much for walks in welcomed .

Purchased the wrong bag of cat food and didnt realize it until I got home. Took it back the same day to exchange for the right kind but they wouldnt accept it because of Covid. Their policy is if it leaves their store then no returns. That makes sense for items that are not in packaging but this is a factory sealed bag that can be wiped down and it was never opened. Ridiculous policy pandemic or not. Your store is no cleaner than my car or house. I dont have the public coming in and touching everything, you do.

Very friendly staff here, and a great selection of toys, food, and other supplies for your pets. They have mostly items from big brand names, so you wont find many organic or super healthy treats here, though they do have some.If youre getting a new pet and havent shopped for them yet, check out their Puppy Guide. It costs about 20 bucks, but has so many coupons youll end up paying for it and saving more if you buy enough.

Customer service is great and the employees are all very nice, however their prices do not match the PetSmart website prices. This could be really annoying if you want to buy some things but then realize that you only have enough for a couple of them. i.e. I planned on buying an aquarium before going to the store so I could figure out all the costs, but everything at the specific store was much more expensive than the website said so I barely had enough money. One more thing would be that I had bought two turtles here who both had shell rot (a disease that I discovered on them later :/ ) So no, I dont think the animals were well taken care of.

I have 3 dogs, each with different needs. I find it frustrating that each time I go to this Pet Smart, it is out of stock of an item or items I need. Since the pandemic, ordering online at PetSmart.com is even more frustrating. Many of the products I need for my dogs are out of stock or pick up in store only. Yet, when I go to Chewy.com (which is owned by Pet Smart) its available BUT only in jumbo sizes or by the case! And yes I have talked to the store manager who tells me they do not have control of ordering their in store stock.

To the groomer who just cut my dogs nails and thought giving me an attitude was a good idea. Lets review your customer service or lack there of. I am aware that my dogs nail were long that would be why I took him to the groomers. So your incessant need to keep repeating it every time you made him cry was unnecessary. When you are dealing with a customer you should try not to repeatedly offend them, and maybe you would get their business again.

Even though PetSmart has a very wide selection of accessories supplies and anything you might need for the majority of household pets their prices far exceed the competition. And identical item available through any of the local competing stores was found to be clearly twice as expensive when purchased at PetSmart. It is just a matter of deciding if the value for the item you seek is worth what they charge for it and whether it is available at another local retailer for substantially less before you make your purchase. Some of their products are priced a bit more reasonably and some others are very specialized and not available elsewhere but it is clearly a matter of making sure that you are getting the most product for your money when you make a purchase from their establishments.

PetSmart is a pretty good store because they do have quite a large selection. I think they are a bit pricey but I usually can find what I am looking for. We needed food and a bottle for baby bunnies that had lost their mother. I was surprised that PetSmart had everything I needed to nurse these little ones to keep them alive.

Love pets & pets art does too. Thats the feel of the store & the employees. On some weekends they host adoptions in store. Everything you pay you can donate $1 $3 or $5. And if you choose not to, its ok. No one will pressure you or give you the youre cheap look. 😊

I had always gone to Petco but decided to give PetSmart a shot. Im glad I took the chance as they were very friendly and informative, and more importantly, they had Iggy for 3 hours as opposed to the 6 hours Petco kept my other dogs. I didnt ask, but I assume that they actually work on one dog at a time which is why it was so quick. I always hated the though of the dogs languishing in a crate while they were working on other pets. And they took Iggys picture and shared it with me! Plus, they give you a report card that tells you what services they did and how the dog behaved.Im sold... next week my Labradoodle gets pampered!🤩

I want to start off this review by stating my experience with the grooming department from this location, I was there bright and early Sunday morning and was poorly treated by a staff member in the grooming department by the name of Jade. I initially made contact with Jade in the grooming department while she was not busy with another customer or doing anything else, she set me aside not just once, but twice to help other customers who came in after I did. When another worker of the grooming department came in, she handed me off to him to finish checking in my Chinese shar pei.I was then told that my dogs eye boogers were contagious and would get other dogs sick, I told jade that my dog is not sick or contagious and that they were just eye boogers, you know the same eye boogers she herself would get after a late night of partying, anyways.She denied my dog of their grooming service and I went to another establishment. Quite simple. Dont go here for grooming services, they seem to only want to treat cute little doggies that wake up apparently according to her, pretty and not contagious.Go somewhere else.Jade, learn how to treat customers.

Butchered my dog today haircut uneven and denied they cut him. If you do not like your dog take him here to get untreated!!!! Completly unsatisfied and requested a refund and they said no.. Been here a few times and they have pretty good products all around. Im mainly into fish and they do take pretty good care of the fish here. Very little or no dead fish from my experiences. Plants are not that good though, they only sell stuff like Ludwigia, Hornwort or Anubias (a bit expensive). NO swords (PETCO sells them.) Some plants do have snails so watch out (clean them out good.) From my experience PETCO plants are probably better, less snails (I have not found snails in the local PETCO I go to). They also do sell plants that are not meant for aquariums (mondo grass is not an aquatic plant.) Other than that, its pretty good. I also bought my parakeet Buddy from this store and hes a great pet. Very docile and the bird lady (I forgot her name) was quite astonished at his docility.) I usually come here for cheaper prices, PETCO tends to be a bit higher. I also hear Petsmart does price match, but I havent really checked at this store. Will let you know if they do. Overall good store, but could improve on plant selection and quality.
