One of the nurses there was Soo rude and condescending...I wouldnt come here anymore..I felt Soo discriminated. they offered plans I couldnt afford so they shrugged me off poor customer service!!!

On arrival, the store seemed clean, organized and staffed sufficiently. I liked that they had many knowledgeable staff available to answer questions about products.I am always happy to find the animal cages well kept. There is a discount basket in the front if you want stuff for 75 percent off.

Went to this location last week on May 10 and WAS DIFFINITELY NOT HAPPY with the service I was given...We came in on a New Puppy wellness apt which I had a coupon for A free exam...We checked in and the gal asked us a few questions regarding services and if we would like to purchase a Puppy package, we declined due to Rescuing the Puppy and was not sure if we were adopting the Puppy But we did want to get a complete check up and asked foe the Puppy to be fecal Tested and Dewormed. Than a few minutes later the tech came out and spoke to my son and I stated that the doctor was recommending vaccines the Parvo and Dapp Vaccine that the other 2 we initially asked for wasnt necessary at the time not like The vaccines. So we changed our mind upon their request so we left and my son got a call 10 minutes later from the tech again stating that the Doctor noticed Complications with the Puppy and it looked like she had Parvo and she was very Lethargic and severely Dehydrated and that they were stopping all vaccines and doing a parvo test and Fecal cause she might have parasites... my son was so scared wasnt sure what to do ..he was aaked if the dog was aick throwing up, diarrhea, loose stool, Lethargic, my son said No shes been eating normal, playful and active .I was not called and was told to come back at 4:45180.00 dollars after which they went ahead and Proceeded with the test which I was VERY UPSET ABOUT THIS!!!! WHEN I COMFRONTED THE TECHS AND ASKED FOR THE DOCTOR THEY SAID AHE LEFT ALREADY FOR THE DAY!!! WHO DOES THAT, WHAT KINDA DOCTOR LEAVES WITHOUT SPEAKING TO THE PATIENTS OWNER...MY PUPPY CAME IN ACTIVE, HAPPY AND EXCITED TO SEE OTHER DOGS. EATING NORMAL GOING TO THE RESTROOM NORMAL AND ACTIVE...THIS ISNT PARVO..They need use better judgement and go based off what pet parents say...Not take things into their own hands and do things anyways and charge us Customers for expensive services we dont agree on!!!! SHAME ON BANFIELD AND VERY DISAPPOINTED....Use to Love this place BUT IM NEVER GOING BACK AGAIN TO BRING ANY OF MY PETS!!!!FINAL RESULT- NEGATIVE TO PARVO!!!! Everyone here has been fantastic. First I had purchased an aquarium online for store pickup but dont recall ever getting an email about the item being ready for pickup. I then forgot about it. By the time I remembered to go pick it up, my pickup window had expired and the price has gone up. However, the person that was there at the time have honored the online price. I let my kids reach pick out a fish and all the decorations. This was on Monday. Today, Thursday one of the fish died and we were back to exchange the fish. I couldnt believe that there was a 14 day return window for fish. Its just been a great experience and everyone there is super helpful.

Dont use the grooming services!! I took my dog and they left her half way done with patches. I made an online appointment with a particular groomer which when I arrived was not available and the person who helped me clearly was not able to do the job. My dog was scared and he did nothing to calm her or make her feel at ease, the groomer then mentioned that my dog was being difficult and that he did not have the time to deal with her since he had other appointments and even mention that he felt threatened by my small Maltese poodle. Ive never had any of my groomers ever tell me that but I could just tell that he was not up for it. As he was telling me this a customer came in with a large dog and the groomer proceeded to cut the new dogs hair. I will never use their services again very bad customer service.

I had a bad experience in adopting my cat . (Adoption fee 126.00.) Petsmart had a lady by the name of Joni from Cassies wish foundation . To make a long, long story short. Joni stole my cat for about 3 months and Petsmart did nothing to help get my cat back. All they kept saying is she no longer works here. After months of tracking down Joni I finally got my cat back . It wasnt a easy task to deal with this crazy lady Joni.

Kia was amazing! She had a lot of patience with Zen and made me feel comfortable leaving him under her care. She made the best possible recommendations for Zen which I appreciate because Zen smells amazing and his fur looks shiny. She also did an amazing job filing his nails. She will be missed despite us only meeting her once. I hope our next groomer experience is as wonderful as it was with Kia.

I came in to pick up an online order. I experienced some miscommunication, as I explained that I was here to pick up an online order and showed a print out of my receipt, but the associate simply told me where the product was. At first I thought, well thats odd? I need to find the item and take it to the register myself? (It was paid for online) Of course, I blame the masks.. because as soon as I got to the register and showed her my print out order, this new associate was like, Oh, you already placed the order, let me get that for you-- lol Like, whats happening? Overall I got my order and it really didnt take much extra time dealing with the miscommunication. Im still satisfied, the store was clean, my experience was fine.Sidenote; there are a bunch of adorable Halloween goodies for the furbabies at this location.

So I took my dog to the Grooming salon yesterday and I’ll took him in at 3:30 and they told me the dog was done by 4:11 and I have a husky like it takes an hour or a half the latest to get it done however, I was not satisfy And he was so dirty and smell which is not right service grooming. I personally would not come back for their service, one the eMployees were rude over the phone. I wish I had a better experience at this petsmart. I don’t hate petsmart I just hate bad, rude and horrible employees that they hire. Please do better Petsmart.

Customer Service was AWESOME! I wasnt even inside the store yet and I was already receiving a warm welcome by the associate outside getting the shopping carts.I was welcomed when I walked in and was offered asistance on finding my item, which was food for my pup.As I was paying for my item, the associate at the register showed quite some knowledge on the breed of my pup and was offered some advice on the type of food I should focus on.All together, I had a great experience at this store. I will probably make this store my go to from now on.

My dog, Carrie always looks gorgeous after a grooming. The groomers are very welcoming and extremely caring and courteous.They listen to what you want done and ask about health issues to be aware of. Shots need to be up to date. Ive been going here for years.

They offer 1 price on the website, specifically kaytee exact handfeeding formula for baby birds $8.99 and when you go to the store they charge $17.99. I asked and they had me show them on their own website. When I did, they price matched, but it was on THEIR WEBSITE!. Why should I have to show them? Animal abuse witnessed!!!! Today I went to this location to take my dog in to see the vet. But, while I was waiting I was watching how the doggies where getting groomed and what I experienced was horrifying! I saw a groomer by the name of Miles get very agitated while he was brushing a young red golden retriever female pup. She must of been no more than a year old and she started barking at another dog there. The groomer wanted her to stop and first grabbed the dog by the nose and mouth to keep it shut with his hand over the nose and held on for a few seconds until the dog squirmed and pull away. Then he grabbed her from the bottom of the mouth and shut it close again. He noticed I was looking at him and let go but continued to make mad expressions with his face and hand gestures to the dog to stop. (By the way, the dog was not barking out of control just a brief friendly bark)A looked away from him a pretended not to be interested anymore in what he was doing when the dog barked again and this time I saw him with the dogs head in a headlock and brushing her very roughly on her chest area I want to say he was hitting her with the brush and a angry face. A made it clear that I saw everything by making eye contact with him and he immediately stopped. I walked in and told the girl in the front what I saw but she did not seem to care or even look up and acknowledge I was speaking with her she continued to look at the computer. I asked her if she even cared what I was saying and she just replied “I hear you.” I demanded to have a manager speak with me and they brought the manager Jordan out. She although tried to be polite she didn’t seem to really be bothered by what I told her kind of like annoyed she was receiving another complaint. she said is I saw him just get the dogs head close to his chest to calm her down. I told her to review the videos since I’m sure you have some. She said she was going to do that and also have a talk with Miles. I told her he should not be working with animals at this time since he clearly had an issue today. She said she was going to speak with him. I reminded her about all of their negative reviews and she said she was fully aware of that and she knew of the reviews. Clearly this was not my dog but, if it was mine I would of loved someone stepping up to any abuse my dog received. I hope the owner of this precious young red golden retriever reads this and never brings their dog here again... hopefully Miles stops working with animals! As for the rest of the staff they need to be trained in customer service and how to handle a complaint. Never did I feel like the manager took it serious. It was more of an inconvenience to her to have to speak with me.

This location had a variety of options of food and accessories for dogs, cats, lizards, and small rodents. They sell a large variety of fish and all the accessories you need for all of them as well. They have a Banfield and dog grooming at the back of the store. No cat grooming as of yet. They have a loyalty program and earn dollars as you spend. Great place to bring my two doggies. They have a great time every time we come here. Its also the place where we got our fishes for our aquarium and our hamster. Its too bad they dont have the Pet Hotel at this location. However, they do have the hospital and the grooming.The associates were very helpful in answering whatever questions we had and the store was nice and clean. Plenty of parking out front.

When going in the pet bather SAM from the start already had an attitude towards me because I was told I could bring my dog in at 8 but his appointment was going to be at 11. instead of say hi how can I help you I get name of dog after your late and your rabies are expired (they were not expired) so she rejected me and sent me away. I had to call bandfield and had them fax them my dogs records showing that his rabies shots are not expired. she did not apologize for sending me away, or doing her job, or even being so rude and disrespectful! she finally checked my dog in, did explain nothing on prices or even checked my dog for any recommendations on anything! just said well call you when hes done and that was it! the other girl that was working there had to apologize for her mistake and her attitude! sooo bad!! I hate to not come back because of this person but never again will I have her help me or take care of my dog! horrible service!!

I just left the grooming service and I am BEYOND disappointed. I made an appointment with Desiree who has NO sense of customer service and is not personable at all. From the start I got the vibe she did not want to work on my puppy. I didn’t even make it to the parking lot before I got the call that my dog “was going crazy” and I needed to come back. She had begun to work on him and didn’t even bother brushing off the hair she had shaved off. I am covered in hair and so is my car. For my first experience with this Petsmart grooming I will NOT be going back and Desiree has everything to do with that. Terrible service, unpersonable staff, awful experience. She didn’t even offer to at least do the bath and groom him without the cut. AWFUL!

Items are at a great price. I would recommend the grooming for ur pet. There parking is perfect with the amount of space. There are other places to shop around this store. The inside has a lot of stuff for your pets. I definitely recommend the grooming and candice dog food for your dog. I can spend hours 8n this store finding new items for my dog.

Worst place to go for grooming took my poodle on the 23rd of December for ear cleaning and on the 25th he died ever since I picked him up he was sad and wouldnt want to eat or drink water I let them know on the 24th when I took my other puppy for a bath and nail clipping which they couldnt do and their response was well if he gets any worse take him to a vet I am pretty sure they did something to my (Max) poodle also my puppy the one for a bath and nail clipping when I picked him up he was really stressed out I couldnt pet him or touch his paws is too bad I just cant afford an attorney to sue them I will never visit this damn place!!!

I usually just go to PetSmart just to look at the animals to consider which one I would like to get in the future. Well this time around, I actually got something; I got a Roborovski Dwarf Hamster. I love how all the of supplies I needed was right next to the animal that I chose. When it was time to choose which hamster Id like to bring home, the employee thats been working there for about 10 years really helped. She let me handle the hamsters to see if I was comfortable with the type that I chose. Adding on, she also was very gentle and helpful throughout the time of handling the little creatures. The most useful advise of all was when she tipped me on which hamster will bite the most. All in all, I had an very joyful time at this Petsmart.

This is for the grooming department only, specifically the tall, blonde, 40ish woman. We took our pup in to get prettied up, and the groomer began stating that my dog is unhealthy and malnourished. Oh really lady? We had just taken her to the vet, where she got a good health report. Who is she to say this, and if she didn’t want to work that day, then just say ‘sorry but I’m booked for the day’. There is no need to be so rude and unprofessional. Before the next time you want to offer your unsolicited opinion, show your Veterinarian degree. We do not believe in obese animals and our very active pup is well fed and properly nourished.

Good customer service and staff is very friendly. To me this is important just like it should be for any responsible pet owner. I believe if u have people working at a pet store specially as big of a corporation as petsmart is, please make sure they are well educated on your products and pets u sale. It is crucial that the information given to the customer is 100 % accurate and Im not blaming the employee but its your responsibility to provide facts and to ask to be educated on the pets al9ng with products related to them. Health is involved here and if an opinion is gonna cost my pet hes health....forget it.

I love every single one of the living beings on this planet. I admire its essence within creation and deeply respect the great need we have for them biologically and emotionally. In fact I studied veterinary one year. And I understand that adoption institutions have to bear general maintenance and medical expenses, but if their work is altruistic, I dont think it is fair that they impose a specific amount for adopting a cat for example. $ 40 dollars and being already adult animals. to that amount add food. Ceptic box sen activity games etc. Tiwnws have to go prepared with at least $ 200 so your son or daughter doesnt. Come out crying for the pet you promised and could not afford because they represent the food for two weeks. They should consider each applicant by their economic means. It is not possible that a beautiful angel cannot live with another beautiful creature of creation because of a financial impediment. USA PLANET WALLET.

Grooming here is iffy. Took my pup in on several occasions. I gave them 3 chances and each experience was more disappointing than the last. I always got the same excuse, Your dog is too wiggly/hyper. Okay everyone...we are reviewing THE STORE itself, not Steven.My experience with this store has been nothing but good so far. The staff is always very friendly. Theres a lady there who is a cashier who is always so nice to my dogs when we visit. She always politely asks if she can give them both a treat. We go here regularly to take my two australian shepherd for grooming. The two ladies, Chloe and Vetta, in the grooming salon are WONDERFUL! My oldest dog is very shy but they are always so sweet to him and know exactly how to handle him. He always comes out looking beautiful and smelling wonderful! The store itself is big and nicely kept compared to some other Petsmarts Ive seen. My shopping experience here has always been very enjoyable and easy.

Khloe usually does our D.O.G. this week our dog was quite itchy after his bath. The new girl took care of him. Calmed down his skin with an oatmeal bath. Soon after he became sick. They treated him to the vet at Banfield. Seems that our D.O.G has some stress issues and it snowballed into him having some blood in his stool. Banfield sent me home with some instruction how to help our D.O.G and followed up with a phone call. If it was not for Khole and her staff in the grooming department our D.O.G would have been really sick. Thee ENTIRE grooming Department is very kind, thoughtful, caring and loving. None of us will know for sure what happened to D.O.G as to why or what made him sickie, but we are greatful to PETSMART for stepping up and helping us find a solution. THANK YOU❤❤

I brought in my cat for the sjimal hospital and the cat they gave me back was same cplor but with not the same markings and different eye color?The manager evaded my calls and the staff Donna and laura said they agreed it wasnt the same cat but there was nothing they could do.I assume they sent it to a shelter and it got euthanized. Bastards they didnt even care about what happens to the cat they gave usDont bring your animals here or they will disappear.
