2024-01-30 01:54:22Peter was incredibly helpful from the very start. We appreciate his approach of this process because we were unsure about starting the search or even committing to buying a home. He gave us some insight with a pretty casual phone call, provided good explanations and personal examples from his experience and with former clients. It wasn’t until talking to Peter that helped us feel comfortable with our financial situation. Peter told us to make sure we had all our ducks in a row, so dealing with any debts, saving up etc. before we really start applying and filling out any documents. Most of the time, he meets us where we are at and is not pushy and made sure we understood everything. Provided pros and cons for decisions we would make to make sure whatever we did was not going to leave us financially burdened. Throughout the entire process, when buying a home started to look more feasible for us, he continues to meet with us via phone/FaceTime to explain everything in detail. He takes extra care to make sure everything is going accordingly and worked really well with our realtor. So, in other words, we have become a part of the homeowner community with the help of Peter and his team! I have already recommended him to my friends! Thanks Peter for your help!!

We’ve purchased properties before but nothing like this. From cash out refis, to HELOCs, to investment properties, this guy did it all for us. He literally made the impossible possible for us and we could not be more grateful for his professionalism, his knowledge of the market and over the top customer service. He treats everybody as if they were his own family and will do whatever it takes to streamline the closing process. To more properties in the future 🤝

2022-11-12 00:18:51Buying a house for the first time is scary. Or at least, I heard its supposed to be, but working with Peter made it so much easier than I would have imagined. He handled *everything*, and all I had to do was respond to the occasional text message. He found me the best rate, and with a lender who was willing to lock the rate in for longer than the typical 90 days (since rates were rising fast). He was super responsive, and would respond to my questions at basically any hour of the day. I couldnt recommend Peters services enough, so if youre looking for a mortgage broker, look no further!
