Peter is a excellent lawyer and all around good person. You can definitely tell he truly cares about his clients and works very hard to help them out. When I called him he answered right away and was able to schedule a consultation that same day. I explained my case to him and he explained every option that he would attempt to achieve in court in clear detail to me. Although my case had me on losing end of it, peter assured me he would work to help me keep my rights and avoid any jail time. I hired Peter in 2007 to handle my court case. He was able to get the case reduced, which ultimately saved my job. I needed some paperwork to apply for a lab technician license and I didn’t have it. I called Peter fourteen laters with little hope of him retaining the paperwork I needed. As it turns out, he still had everything I needed!!!!!! It was fourteen years later!!! My 2020 did, not start off as good as id hoped . I was charged with A DUI and a myriad of other charges. The DUI was a misdemeanor but the other charges where of the felony nature. This being my first offense I was nervous about the whole situation. The first thing I appreciated about Mr. Marek was that we met for a consultation in the evening as I was only available at that time. He is available when you need. After retaining Peter he handled all court proceedings and was an excellent guide through the court system. He then told us to come back a couple years later and he would completely remove that from her record we went back to him years later and he made time for us and had everything completely removed from her record within a couple days!!! Therefore not only did he lower the Felony to a misdemeanor he also got it completely erased from her criminal record! When I got Arrested I knew that i needed someone to help me navigate the legal system and minimize the impact to my life. He sent me information step-by-step how to set up DMV hearing so I could keep my license while going to court he also told me to be aware of attorneys That make promises they cannot deliver. I decided to make an appointment to meet him in person to get further information pertaining to my case he explained to me the disciplinary actions according to my violations visually With software he had in his office on a flat screen and verbally then he explained what he could do for my case and what he could not do. I had gotten other quotes from other attorneys ranging in five to $8000 range when he said 3500 with payment plan I was blown away. I immediately hired him as my attorney. I got one of my charges completely dropped, and all of the disciplinary actions reduced greatly. I give Peter a 10 and recommend him to anyone who needs a criminal defense attorney. 2023-05-12 18:54:45I was referred to Peter by a buddy of mine and right from the first contact Peter was incredibly helpful. He answered a lot of my questions and followed up even before I decided on a consultation. After calling around to find an Attorney, I went back to Peter for a consultation. During the consultation I didnt feel like I was less than and he made everything very comfortable. He always gets back to you even if hes busy, hell let you know that hes busy and hell either call you or ask you to call him back. I really appreciate that he was also available to text whenever I needed to reach out. He was very transparent and gave me all my options, even options that didnt involve hiring him. I knew everything that would happen because of how honest and open he was with explaining all the steps and end results. 10/10 would HIGHLY recommend. Hes also very kind and very easy to speak to.
