I have bought and sold several homes in my life, but this was by far my best experience. With Pete and Tarahs guidance I was able to sell my home for top dollar. They even project managed the improvements on my home while my wife and I had already retired to Tennessee. For me, doing something like allowing others to manage improvements to my home while I am away takes a very high level of trust, but there was never a hitch and everything went according to plan. I really cant say enough about Pete and his team. What they did required excellent communication, timing and thoughtfulness with all the people and companies involved, and it was delivered. Like Pete and Tarah say, Its what we do!

Ive done many real estate transactions. Pete was the best realtor anyone could ask for. He is super knowledgeable about the area. He helped us flush out 17 different neighborhoods. He was patient and listened to what we needed. He helped us put together the offer that worked. In this crazy sellers market, we only put out one offer for one house and voila, we now own in our dream neighborhood. It does not stop there with Pete. Pete now is helping with after care. He is so well connected, we are getting introduced do a dozen people that can help us with our needs. He incredible knowledge of construction is such a huge bonus on evaluating homes and knowing what you are getting. His partner Tarah Fyock was always there for us when Pete was not available and she was also a pleasure to work with. Pete and his associate Tarah helped us with the purchase of our home. I cannot imagine a realtor that is more professional, responsive, and trustworthy. Pete and Tarah were incredibly patient and accommodating with us. When we found the property we wanted, Pete went out of his way to resolve some issues that arose along the way, making the purchase possible for us. He is great at follow-up and at providing timely information, we never once were left wondering about the status of our offer, paperwork, or work to be done. If you need a mover, handyman, HVAC professional, locksmith, gardener, etc., Pete can recommend a local business that he has worked with that would do a great job and be reasonably priced. Pete has been great to work with! He first used his knowledge and experience to help me and my wife sell our place. He priced it perfectly to yield quite a bit of interest and a great selling price.When it came to us getting into our new home, Pete was such an asset. As soon as we saw the home we bought come onto the market, he arranged time for us to actually visit the home the next day. We told Pete that we wanted to make an offer and then after a counter-offer we got it.The next few weeks were very hectic. There were so many forms that needed to be reviewed and DocuSigned but Pete was there for us. He was ready to explain any of the forms that my wife and I didnt understand.It has truly been a pleasure working with Pete. Pete is a great realtor. My wife and I first met Pete at an open house he was holding when we were on the search for our first house. We knew he would be a good fit for us. He was able to get us into our first house with a very smooth transaction. Fast forward to now. We just bought our third house with him. He has sold two houses for us. Both houses we sold were on the market for less than a week. Pete is very personable, hes honest, well connected in the community, extremely knowledgeable, and he used to be a contractor which is a plus. We have developed a good friendship over the years, he makes it a point to keep in touch and often drops goodies by. If you are looking for a realtor Pete will definitely be a great choice. Pete and Tarah are the best agents one could ever hope for. Very thorough and good communicators. They provided inspection and repair resources that were good. Overall amazing. We were purchasing from a distance and they took care of everything so I didnt have to be there. I appreciated their years of experience in the area: Pete knew the listing agent which usually helps when there are problems (there were none) and they warned us about neighborhood issues that could have killed the deal with a fainthearted buyer. We were very lucky to have had them represent us in this transaction!

It is a “two for one.” During the listing process and sale we were out of town for the holidays. They made the process effortless. I cannot say enough about Pete. He helped during our 8 month home search on the coast of California. He was so knowledgeable of the area, and always made us feel like we were his only clients. He stuck with us when we decided to pull out on a property due to information obtained during the inspection period. He always had good contacts for us to get more info, as we were considering adding an ADU, and that made things more complicated. Finally, he knows so many realtors, and they trust him. He was able to get a realtor to accept our offer before we could get over to the coast (we live 3 hours away) to see the property. We are now moving into that house!
