Such an incredible store that is wide aisles. They have many options and they will price match, from a phone coupon. The manager and employees were so incredibly kind and went into the back to break my $100 bill, right after they opened. I was so grateful. The store was extremely clean, too. Good store to go to.

Came here for the first time, I was going to rescue a cat and wanted to make sure I had everything necessary. This would be my first cat, the staff was very helpful and they had everything I needed. They also gave me a 25% discount for first-timer. Thank you Petco.

Sad to give this Petco a 1 Star review as most of the staff is helpful. The vetco here took my call and listened to me explain the story of our rescue dog. They booked an appointment for me and then when we did show up turned us away because all we had were the rescue papers. They took my call and knew that was all we had and still let us make an appointment. They wasted our time.

Its alright. Usually I go here for my cats food and litter. Today I noticed they finally got more mini shopping carts! Took you long enough. Also, it seemed like there are more people working here and at the registers which is good. So good job, Petco.The only thing irritating now is the parents that allow their kids to talk at decibels of 100. Teach your kids better.

Do not buy their saltwater fish, since the fishes are kept in poor conditions. Had a bad experience while buying a lawnmower goby. The fish was dead even before I got back home within 30 mins. And they refused take any responsibility citing their store policy. So, I highly discourage people to buy any saltwater fish from here, instead support your local fish store.How about a compensation?

Worst haircut shes ever had. Actually questioned if they treat the animals well. She didnt even smell like she had a bath. I work a lot, i was able to call and go there on my first day off 5 days after her cut and was wondering if i can get my money back and i told him i was worried about the treatment. He asked me why i didnt say anything when i picked my dog up. I was in a hurry on my way to work. I didnt want to hurt anyones feelings or say how ugly the cut was. As the days went on it bothered me more and more. People asked why my dogs hair looked like that. I called to ask for money back and report it. He said maybe they could re touch her haircut but i dont trust leaving my dog there. No money back because i didnt say anything right away.

Clean and well stocked. Helpful associates ready to assist you with your shopping list. The only con was in the reptile department. I purchased some superworms for my Bearded Dragon but on arriving home I found only 3 in a container listed as having 12. I called immediately and the person helping me assured me that a full refund would be given . I was pleased but had not planned on an additional trip back to the store. So inspect your feeders before you leave. I will the next time I shop at Petco. I gave 4 out of 5 ⭐

Please double check all food products before purchasing. Never had this problem until today. Food was expired ten days ago. Went back to switch it for another and turns out that specific brand food was ALL expired. Workers gotta Step up on checking them, doesn’t matter if it just got shipped to the store, CHECK THEM!!!! Could have made my fur babies sick if I didn’t catch it on time !!!!

It also helps that the Petco app shows timely promotional discounts, rewards, and even buy one, pay later plans like Klarna one can check out with to stretch one’s budget. The store was having some great sales on some of my pups favorites. The store was stocked very well and I was able to come home with arms full of treats for my 4 pups. When I went to Petco it was actively under construction but the selection was still ample and the employees were incredibly helpful. I went in search of a betta fish and they had an extensive variety of not only betta fish but betta fish accessories. The staff was knowledgeable and help set me up with everything I would need to take care of my fish. My one gripe is that compare to online shopping Petco is expensive. For stuff you absolutely need today I would highly recommend you go to this Petco location.

Ive raised several hamsters from this location and each time the employees have been very kind and helpful with showing me the hamsters they have. They currently dont allow customers to touch the pets due to covid, and the hamsters arent as used to human touch because the workers themselves dont usually touch them unless needed (due to covid) . I did have one instance where a hamster died within 2 weeks after I purchased it. I have raised about 9 hamsters throughout my life so it was treated well. I brought my receipt back to Petco and they honored it and allowed me to get a new buddy.

Terrible experience every visit. The people who work the cash registers are extremely rude. I’ve encountered Andrew several times and he is a complete smarta$$ each and every visit. The store needs an attitude adjustment. My work takes me to various areas around the city so I avoid this location if at all possible. All the other locations are super helpful and super nice.

Recently I went to petco to stock up on my monthly supply of cat and dog food and being a vital care member I always have so many coupons. I haven’t been able to log into my app to claim these rewards and coupons so they’ve just been expiring. But today my cashier, Ed, was very helpful and he had called for me to redeem the 5$ coupons that I had and also the ones that had already expired. He saved me like 70$!! Self wash stations here are a disaster. 3 out of 4 were broken (no dryer) and the hoses for shampoo and conditioner dont work on any of them. Instead you get bottles of shampoo and conditioner, which is fine, just more hassle. The water and air pressure were abysmal (think hotel shower/dryer) and definitely not high velocity as marked. If youve seen an actual groomers set up youll know that this is not it. It would be easier to wash my dog at home because it was a pain to rinse her thick fur and dry her with the puny hose pressure. However, Im giving this place 4/5 stars because theyre generally well stocked, organized, and staff is kind and helpful. I appreciate that they now screen people before buying fish and reptiles because these are some of the most abused pets due to owner ignorance. People especially think fish dont matter because theyre cheap. Dont be a**, please, and take good care of your pets.

Autumn took the time to ask what we wanted, then went above and beyond by clarifying the details. We got EXACTLY the cut we wanted!! Had to return dog food as puppy had an adverse reaction. Cashier noticed I had used 20% new puppy coupon and advised to call customer service number so that they could provide a replacement. Customer service conversation was a complete joke. I explained why I was calling and the person asked me about 4 times if I was calling about dog training, my receipt, my return, anything except the issue at hand. After 35 minutes on the phone she came back on the line and said I was not due a coupon because supposedly I was refunded a larger amount than was due!? What? Receipt she was looking at and had reviewed with the Escondido store manager clearly states $1.27 paid per can of dog food and $1.27 refunded, I even returned less cans than purchased. I asked to speak with a manager, was shoved on another 15 minute hold, then told no manager, then another 10 minute hold and a supervisor came on and just said they cant do anything as this is Petco customer service and they dont provide coupons. Im sorry, am I not calling Petco or is this a different company? is it so difficult to e-mail a coupon? Over 50 minutes of time wasted and being accused of getting more money back than was owned. Not sure what Petco considers appropriate customer service or appropriate hold times. Petco is great until you have a problem with your order or ask for an issue to be fixed.

Went in to get fish for our new set up. Found some great deals on shrimps and some communjty fish to add to our tank. The associate in aquatics was very helpful. Only opportunity was the checkout line. There were 2 associates and about 20 customers in line. We were close to the exit by the time we began to move forward. The cashier did call for back up and the aquatics team member came over to assist. She helped move the line swiftly and we were on our way within about 7 minutes.

4/30/22 I WILL NEVER GO BACK!!!! My dog developed a cough over night. Tried calling to make an appointment for the Vet Services the night before, no answer. Then tried making an appointment online, not user friendly. It says they take walk Ins, they open at 8:00 am. I got there at 7:50 am.I was the only one there.Thought Id be seen first. I was sent away because my dog was not already a patient, with no appointment and old. What? I was basically given a death sentence for my beautiful, loyal girl. This is one of the better Petco locations with a very good grooming service. Kim is the best groomer Ive ever come in contact with. The selection is good and the associates are very helpful. The store is organized in typical Petco fashion, which could use some improvements. Pet parents who bring fur babies should make sure that the males dont mark their territory while inside the store. I see this often and its disgusting and disrespectful. I wonder if they let this happen when they are at home?

We used to take our dog to be groomed here and didnt have a pleasant experience with that, and if you are a reptile owner- the worms here can be VERY old, but as far as pet supplies we really like it!

The positive dog training at Petco is incredible! Everyone comments how well behaved our dog is and its because of the great training she got from Petco. The dog self wash area used to be really nice,, but has recently fallen into disrepair over the past few months. The only thing that actually works is the water. The shampoo bottles are all cracked and leak, only one dryer has worked for months. Management needs to invest a bit of time and money.

Well, it was all good until I ran into a pretty tatted up gal named Ashley. All I asked for were some fish. When I told her the size of tank, she replied with how many fish do you have in the tank? When the limit exceeded her max occupancy for my tank, she replied with, I cant sell you any fish, and that theyll die. Everyone is different each time I go in. Some will gladly sell me fish and remark that theyll be just fine as long as the tank is clean and the fish are regularly fed. Others, like Ashley are just too stuck up about their job. Now, as far as Ashley goes, I will say shes cute but, as far as work ethics go, she needs to realize that she works for a business and she should just go with it sometimes. One star for customer service. The front counter was nice, but Ashley... not so nice.

I went in to do a self dog wash. Omg the dog shampoo and conditioner was so watered down and the worst part my shirt was wet because the Apron sucks. Im so upset. I walked out with a wet shirt and I had to go meet someone too. I take my 2 year old Pug named CHUCO here to get a mini make-rover every other week (nail trim and buff, ear cleaning, teeth brushed) and I do the self wash there as well. Every time we pull into the parking lot, Chuco goes crazy with his excitement about going to Petco. He cries and whimpers with joy and happily barks as we park. Went to use the self wash for my two dogs, it was quick and easy. Its $10 a dog and theres no time limit. They provide you with a basket with towels, brushes and an apron. It just like a little car wash, great idea. My only feedback would be that they should clean the wash area a little better because the floor was soaked and also clean the brushes before next use because they still had another dogs hair in it with h could spread fleas. Other than that it was pretty good. We will be back for sure :)

Worst groomer on earth. Just because the groomers are racists. First time I’ve beel told they can’t groom my dog cause he is not american. How come you can cross the american boarder with his vaccination card but not petco … also the attitudes of the groomer is not professional and unacceptable. I went in to get my dogs dental cleaning and a necessary extraction done in Thrive, the little clinic inside off to the right of the entrance. My visit was overall smooth, albeit there was a bit of a wait for picking up and dropping off my dog as the number of staff was small. I came in person on Saturday as soon as they opened February 5, 2022 to make a grooming appointment for my dog. While I was waiting to be helped a small dog was barking at me aggressively and even the groomer and she took him back. She immediately went into defense mode and said she would not be taking my dog.My husband spoke to the manager Phil and he did not ask to hear my husbands side of the story. Very disheartening because we have been taking my dog to Petco for grooming for years with zero problems.I called customer service on February 8, 2022 and as of today have not heard back. So I went to see Phil in person and he said my dog is no longer welcome at Petco. I asked him for his supervisors number and he said I needed to call customer service. I asked if there were any legal posters where you can file an investigation and he said they did not have any posters or numbers.Not one time did Phil say sorry for the groomer being rough with my dog or rude to my husband. The remodel looks nice but they are going the wrong way. They don’t carry our dogs favorite treats anymore. (Two different kinds). The stopped carrying condolence cards and no longer carry the food they like. The self pet washes are nice but we had to wait 20 minutes for them to be cleaned even though there was not a soul around and they were not particularly busy so they could have been cleaning them before a request for use. We decided to take our dog to the Escondido location after having a horrible experience with the San Marcos one before they closed down. The San Marcos groomer over shaved him to the point where you can just see his pink skin and some cuts and they were so rough on his ears it caused them to get irritated. They were nice enough to have the vet check him and prescribe him medication. At the time I thought it was just an inexperienced groomers fault so this time we went to Escondido. Unfortunately the same thing happened, Thank goodness they didn’t over shave him again this time but they seem to keep being so rough on the ears. Which doesn’t make sense to me if they have notes of what happened last time ( they admitted they have notes) you would think they would try to be more gentle. Second WORST customer service experience in my life. I called the store prior to bringing in my fish which had died within 24 hours of purchase. The person I talked to told me, we can do returns on fish, just bring in a water sample. That is all he told me and so I brought in my fish, water sample, and receipt and then I was told that Petcos store policy was that they could not return or give store credit for salt water fish. This of coarse would have been no problem if they had said this in the first place (on the phone) and I had not already gone through the hassle of coming there (with water sample and dead fish). Anyways, they tested my water and said there was nothing wrong with it and they dont know why it died. We have bought many snails, crabs, coral, and a few fish here before and none have ever died within a day. I think we were literally given a dieing fish because we dont have other hostel fish or anything like that and we let the fish acclimate before letting it go into the tank. Long story short, I talked to the manager and because it was against store policy they couldnt do anything for me. In my eyes, by not helping me solve this problem, they have lost me as a continued customer and maybe other customers because of this review. Store policy is not set in stone, it can be broken, especially when it comes to customer satisfaction. The only time store policy cannot be broken is when it is trumped by state or federal law!

I have to say, I was not so impressed. I did think some of the prices were expensive but some reasonable. They kept the store nice and clean, and was easy to find what you needed. I thought some of the cashiers were a bit grumpy looking but I dealt with it. It could have been since it was later on the day, but don’t think it was much of a deal. The main problem I had were the Betta Fish. I bought a Betta Fish from there and was not in good shape. When I was there I think I saw a few dead fish. They were kept in approx. 3 by 3 containers. I asked when my Betta was fed, she responded that they feed the fish every other day. I have researched that you are supposed to feed your Betta two times daily. When I got my Betta he had a discoloration on his body and looked very unhappy. He looked beautiful and like he needed a home so I bought him and other supplies. I got home to prepare his bowl and put him in his new home. I fed him and went on to get ready for bed. I made sure he was fine and noticed he gained some of his color back. I went to sleep and woke up in the morning to find that my Betta slept well and gained his purple color back. I fed him before going to school and went off. I do think Petco should take care of their Betta fish better. That’s all I had to say.

I was so upset with the new layout of this place that I hardly come here at all anymore. Who decided it would be a good idea to put the dog grooming place in the middle of the store where you have to encounter every other customer and dog on the way there? Went to petco tonight to buy a reptile. I arrived at petco at 6:40, 20 minutes before they closed. By the time I realized which lizard I wanted to adopt it was 6:46, I went to to the front register to find an associate to help me and the guy I approached said for me to ask someone at the front counter. I went to the front counter and a lady there by the name of Ash who said she was the store manager said I wouldn’t be able to purchase the lizard because it was 15 minutes before closing. Once I told her I had been there and was deciding what to get she had said in a rude manner that petco doesn’t sell animals 15 minutes prior to closing. She had 3 other associates behind the register who could have easily helped me and or even checked in on us looking at the reptiles. Petco didn’t have a line where three associates needed to be behind the register sitting down.. Needless to say I left petco empty handed and was disgusted by the lack of customer service by Ash. We used to use Petcos grooming services with our previous dog before remodeling took place and except of the long time my dog had to spend there waiting for grooming we didnt have any other complaints. We were always happy with the services. 2 weeks ago we brought our new dog for grooming. She spent 4.5 hrs there, we got called she was ready to be picked up but when we came she wasnt even nearly half way done. Our dog is husky woolly, very fluffy and needs a lot of brushing. She wasnt even half way brushed, still a lot of undercoat left, she wasnt dried properly and started smell bad the next day. I am not going to mention that she wasnt trimmed at all. We paid over $100 with tip for washing and brushing and trimming. Unfortunately I paid the tip before they brought her to us. So then they said they did not finish so we need to come back. The only problem was they were booked for 2 weeks in advanced. Once the time of the 2nd visit came, they called to reschedule because the groomer didnt show up for work. I am still upset about this whole experience every time I look at my dog. I had to look for another groomer to finish the job petco didnt finish and had to pay another $100. My dog is terrified of the groomer so just the fact I had to put her through so much stress two times this month makes me double mad. My regular mobile groomer does beautiful job on my dog in maximum 3 hours and petco couldnt do it in almost 5hrs. Due the covid-19 we were forced to use Petco. Maybe they remodeled but customer service of the grooming dept didnt keep up to the look of the store. Just the fact that I wrote this review means the bad experience reached the limits. Soo mad. I wish could post it without stars but i need to pick at least one

Brought my Pom in for a self bath. Station looks impressive, however, be forewarned the water is too warm on the verge of hot, and theres no way to control the temperature. After dealing with that, their built in blow dryer only blows cold air. So my dog, who normally loves bath time, was very distressed and shivering cold. I brought a hair dryer along that I always use at home, but they refused to let me use it. So I sat there with a wet dog half groomed because meanwhile my Yorkie was getting a full groom and I had to wait for her.... Not a pleasant experience! Petco has a nice amount of animal supplies for small pets that I enjoy. I always buy my bedding her, and appreciate the sales they have every once in a while. The one thing I dont like though is that they market small critter trial cages as suitable for living, when these cages are in fact too small for small pets. I took my little dog in there her name is Tasha. She is afraid of everything as a result of prior abuse. She was rescued from living in a room at motel 6. My point to all this is the vet was very relaxed which made Tash much more at ease with her check up. The Dr seemed fairly astute and knew much about her after only a few minutes. Petcos prices arent any cheaper than anywhere else on any particular thing, but their self-service Pet Wash is quite economical. Its always clean and prepped. Still, Id recommend bringing or buying your own pet washing soap as the built in soap dispenser sucks. It may add soap, but never enough to get a good lather. And, like all retail shops, some of the employees are on their A-game all the time, and some, well... theyd rather be elsewhere. Overall, I probably wouldnt come in except for their pet washing station.

Id give the groomers zero stars. Took my American Bully in for a premium was. About 3 hours later I pick him up. His name were filthy, he didnt smell like shampoo, paws were still dirty and nails werent clipped. Im not sure they even washed him. Once we got home I used a deshed glove and a massive amount of hair was attached and on the floor. Never again. What a rip off for 50 USD.

Im going to be as nice as possible only because I got remorse and kindness from Chris the dog trainer, and eventually understanding from the store manager Jordy, and got a full refund from Petco for what Cydney the dog trainer said and did to me and my 6 month old puppy who is a working line german shepherd. Please Beware of dog trainer Cydney. Broken promises and bad trainer. Should be fired, very very very unprofessional on her approach to talk to Me on my lunch break!She slightly maybe can train little dogs, but as far as real obiendience definitely go and pay a trainer that specializes in your breed. This is what I have learned from Cydney: sit, down stay, come, and touch in 6 weeks.I taught shake which she hasnt taught the class. Thats about it. No leash manners at all.Anyways Jordy said my puppy so aggressive and petco policy has to fire my dog either tho Jordy said once a trainer fires you its their decision. So okay its Cydney decision due to her not knowing how to properly train a German shep puppy, not petco. He said my puppies temperament of being hyper and leash reactive isnt petco policy so your policy isnt training a oh wait 6 month old puppy whos still learning manners. Sounds like excuses due to your trainer not knowing how to be a good trainer.Cydney said hes leash reactive and aggressive but he goes to daycare, dog beach and dog parks.She fired us from puppy training classes said he is leash reactive, but didnt see what actually happened when he supposely did bark at another dog. My pup isnt aggressive. He just wanted to meet another dog and bark and meet. But petco trainer once again said she doesnt let them meet rn due to Covidalso I told her he had water habit. Liked to protect it, which he hasnt shown since he was 10 weeks old and been training with him every day. And not once did she warn me about anything. When she called she gave me 2 options private or money back. Thats it. Not move to another class with other pets or anything to work with me, she clearly gave up on my puppy due to him being a big 60 pound pup..Period. I said to her when I signed him up at 8 weeks. Im a new time doggy mom and please dont give up on him. She said absolutely not. False, I dont recommend taking your puppy to Cydney. Now Chris is a diffeent story. Hes a great person and and a great dog trainer who knows what hes talking about, very knowledgeable, respectful and listened to my concerns. I hope Petco policy gets some real help and actually a good trainer for Escondido.P.S. Cydnee the pic of my puppy you took of him on your phone delete it.. Thanks!

I had an amazing experience in petco! I had some petco pal rewards saved up that I hadnt used. I didnt know that they had an expiration date. When I got to checkout, I mentioned it to the cashier. She proceeded to get on the phone with customer service and ask them to validate my expired rewards so I could use them! It was so kind of her to go out of her way. I also went in later the same day to buy a beta fish. The gentleman working the front information station was so informative and knowledgeable about everything. From the food, to the tank decoration, to the fish itself, he knew it all! I would recommend a visit to this petco to anyone!!!

This review is about the staff at the grooming salon. I waited a few minutes to be attended while I watched 3 groomers talking. When one finally saw me, she started to brush the dog she was working on and continued to talk to the other groomers. When I was finally talked to by a groomer that looked like she was leaving (purse on shoulder), she asked the groomers working if they could do a walk-in feet, fanny, face trim (which is a walk-in service they offer) and they said that they were too busy. That they could take me in an about 2 hours! How frustrating!! What a waste of my time. So morale of this story: make sure to CALL IN for a WALK-IN SERVICE 😒

I ordered 2 cute doggie collars online and picked them up at my Petco in Escondido. Michael is my go to guy. I can ask him for advise on dog food, or flea meds, etc. Hes a big help. He knows his stuff! Also, Petco usually has many choices of whatever you need and I like that.

The store has been remodeled inside. Looks and feels very open- like it! You can wash your dog there- yeah. Groomers and vet service are available too. Not enough sales people to help on the floor.

I love this petco. They have always been helpful and have a vet clinic, grooming, and dog training. I have small animals and they have a better selection for them than the stores near me. Jordan in particular is always so upbeat and helpful too.

I got what I needed but the guy who was helping me was condescending. I decided not to buy what he was suggesting and he goes, well, Ive only been a dog trainer for ten years. I dont know if he realized he was coming off as pompous. Ill make my decision about whats best for my guy.

Im 30 Years Old And Have Been Shopping At Petco Stores From New York To California.. There Is A Better Choice Of Things And Animals Here And Will Continue to Be A Part of the Petco Family!! Let me start this review off by saying that I had very low expectations for Petco.I did not expect to see you very many different types of animals but yet I have they have surprised me.One of the animals thats pretty uncommon among certain pet stores is that they have a Pac-Man frog.A pretty cool frog that I was not expecting to see at a Petco. They also had very many turtles they had some bearded dragons and some guinea pigs and even some hairless guinea pigs.Personally I prefer reptiles and to see that they have such a big selection is tremendous Ive always known Petco as being unreliable and irresponsible with their pets I have had unfortunate incidents at a Petco before in my early childhood however that was around 11 years ago it seems as if theyve improved the quality of their store has definitely improved over the last 10 years or so.When I move into my new place I am thinking of getting a Pac-Man frog or a red ear slider if I had a choice to go somewhere else I would probably go here instead.Good job Petco well done.Pros: good quality storePros: big selectionPros: good habitats for animalsCons: as of right now on the date 04/05/2021 I have no cons will update on next visit.

The second my husband and I walked in, there was a bark battle between our dog and another persons dog. We are currently training our dog, as he is very young and still learning the ropes of being out in public, and it was a slight mishap. One of the dog trainers came up and asked if we mind, I thought he was going to pet our dog. No. He grabbed the leash and started running back and forth with our dog, freaking him out, scaring him, and then telling us that we needed to start doing that. Our dog did NOT like him. He bragged about how much experience he has and about how much he actually knows that we dont about our dog. This trainer then started trying to speak in German to our dog. It FREAKED him out. I thought my dog was going to bite him.I have never had an experience like that when I walked into a store. No one should EVER have to worry about a random employee grabbing their dog and freaking them out like that. Mind you, we only came in to buy a brush for our dog. We did not come in for a training lesson that he thought we were so priveleged to receive.

They have a nutrition specialist there and she was able to tell me in detail what I should look for in cat food and answer all of my questions and show me brands with the ingredients that I’m looking for. Please never get rid of this service!

We brought in a picture of our granddog (boston terrier) wearing a Padres baseball uniform and a big Padres bat. We wanted to have his picture (5x7) placed by the treats since he won the K-9 challenge with the Padres, but it has to be approved by someone far above anyone we were able to speak with. I hope they will put it up and let us know. We will come back to take a picture of it and put it on Facebook for all the friends to see. I think that is a great publicity angle. The score would have been a 10 if they put the picture up.

I shop at this plaza often but havent been to this particular Petco. Its enormous. Lots of inventory. I found just what I needed. There are various staff posted in the various departments ready to assist customers. This isnt the closest Petco to my house, but I might come here more often.

Lack luster customer service, overpriced pet supplies, and they dont observe same store hours as listed on their website. I drove for 35 minutes to get pet specific food. Store hours online said store open til 8pm, but when I arrived at 7:30pm, there was a paper sign taped to front door saying store will close at 6pm. I will be going to Amazon for pet supplies from now on.

Awful location. Every fish I buy from here dies within a week (with the exception of one) and Petco employees dont know what theyre talking about when it comes to fish. They recommend putting 5 fish that get 3+ inches in a 5 gallon tank which is a big no go. ALL their snails are always dead and (having rabbits myself) really breaks my heart. Recently bought a bag of sand (imagitarium aquatic substrate) from there and it killed my dwarf (pea) puffer after having rised the sand 4-5 times and waiting for the water to settle down after a couple hours. Go to Love Aquarium, Coast Gem USA or PetSmart if you want fish and fish supplies. Avoid this place at all costs.

This is the largest Petco nearest me and has expanded offerings and selection. For example, I can only find the fish oil for my dog at this site and not the other sites Ive visited locally. It is near my work, and when it is not convenient, I still go there. Or, I shop online.

Smallish for a Petco. Had all pets areas, but limited selection of items. Almsot had me adopting another kitten, but cost was no beneficial in my opinion, especially if my 2 currsnt kittens might not get along well with a new one.

My boyfriend and i came in to buysome fish ...we walked around the fish decided what we wanted ...several employes walked by us one with long pink hair green t ahirt never made eye contact or asked if we needed help....thw other eemployee was sitting down walked by us several times same reaponse ...this was on 7-16-20 about 3:30....i get better sevice at petsmart...
