Recently came over the weekend to get supplies for our family cat. And while shopping a lady on sales floor who looked like a trainer possibly asked if I needed help, which I did. She recommended a few things to help keep our cat sonic busy so he isnt attacking when he is bored. She had great recommendations. And also the cashier that rung me up was very kind and had a good attitude. I appreciate going into a store and being treated so well by the staff! So thank you! 10 🌟 s

This Petco store offers a wide variety of products. Although the parking lot is chaotic, the staff inside are all very friendly and knowledgeable about everything, showing great love and care for animals. Especially Elisa and Eric, their patience is like that of angels, never failing to please every customer. They go out of their way to help customers find everything their pets need and provide excellent service. If any issues arise, they are exceptionally patient in assisting customers in resolving them.I am not a big fan of Petco, as I mostly shop online, but the staff at Petco are just so friendly and warm that I now visit them every day for my pets, vets, grooming and pets supplies. I Just love being there!!!

Im very unhappy with the assistance Ive been receiving, which is false information. Ive been attempting to rehome two Guinea pigs I bought for my daughters birthday. For the past 6 months, I have been visiting and calling for help. We initially only wanted to purchase one, but we were coached into purchasing two. Although theyre adorable, the maintenance is too much for 8 years to handle. My dissatisfaction comes from being lied to. I visited the location and they were completely sold out. I followed up via phone with management and she placed me on hold multiple times to come back and advise me that we are waiting on our shipment. I advise her that I have been trying to get assistance as promised for over 6 months.As a customer, I just require respect, ethics, and honesty. Because I visited the store pretending to buy one, they advised me that they had no clue when inventory would be restocked. Upon reaching home, not even within 10 minutes, I was informed that there was no space available for boarding. It was totally insulting because there was never a direct answer. I kept being placed on hold and given false information.Dont deceive your customers just to get rid of them..

I hate leaving bad reviews but I’m feeling unheard and very disappointed with my grooming experience with Ivaan. After spending several minutes and showing photos of what I didn’t and did want for my goldendoodle’s cut - and him taking a photo of the goal photo - the end result was so different and disappointing. The head and neck aren’t blended and I asked for his chin hair to be longer. It’s like I wasn’t heard. I will not be returning to this Petco for his grooming. I will not tip again before seeing my dog first either.

Truly recommend this location for pets needs. My dog never had fleas before, so I went there for emergency help because I dont do bugs, and my dog is my heartbeat. I was recommended Advantage 11 and after giving her a bath and applying advantage. No fleas.

I have been a monthly paying member of Petco’s Vital Care Premier plan for what is going to be two years now. I visited the store tonight to buy cat food. Unfortunately, I met the manager, Maria, who did not want to honor their advertisement. Most importantly, she was unprofessional with her delivery and blamed customers for the misunderstanding.I wanted to purchase 4 Temptations bags (cat snack bites) because they were on sale. The cashier let me know there was no sale on the bags and asked Maria to go look at the tag; I now regret not going with her. She told the cashier, via walkie-talkie, that the sale was for a smaller size of the Temptations bags I chose. I then walked to meet Maria so I could explain to her why that was not the case. Once I got there, I realized she had removed all the larger-sized Temptations bags from the advertisement. I let her know that I noticed what she did. She then blamed her customers for the mistake. It was obviously a Petco staff mistake; there were too many large-size Temptations bags for it to be a customer mistake. To top it off, there were many large-size bags of two different flavors in the same advertisement. She removed both before I got to her.I need to add that I had no idea the advertisement was not for the large size that I picked but rather for the smaller size, which was an honest mistake. If she had been professional with me about the whole thing, I would not be leaving this review. Her demeanor was not that of a manager or any employee. Her facial expressions and tone of voice in our conversation were out of place. I left buying the cat food (40 cans) and two Temptations bags, but I now feel I should not have bought the bags.I later called the store to ask how to cancel my cats monthly plan; Maria picked up and let me know I only needed to remove the card on file, and the plan would cancel itself out. I could be wrong, but that doesn’t even sound right. I will be calling tomorrow to confirm.Maria, you need training on how to handle what you failed to make correct today. It should always be a priority to keep a respectful and professional relationship with your customers—members or not. Blaming your customers for your or your employees’ mistakes, like false advertising, should never be your go-to reason for why your floor is not running properly.

There are a lot of pet stores in the South Bay area, but this one is near my home. They have a good selection of products, and the staff are friendly and helpful. This is my go-t0 store for purchases out of cycle with my auto ship that I have set up with Petco.

So upset I went in to an exchange he gave me a “gift card” to use online because my item was cheaper turns out it wasn’t even a gift card, it was a “merchandise card” that I can’t even use online! What a waste of my time now having to go back after all and get it in person

I dont come here frequently even though I have 2 kitties, but the service was great. I asked an employee for a shopping cart 🛒 because there was none, and she stopped ✋️ what she was doing to get me a cart front outside.. keep it up
