Great experience! Love the team. I saw Angela and Dr. Mangrum today—5 stars as always. The team is welcoming. I had left the practice for a few years due to travel distance but found myself back because of Petaluma Dental Group’s attention to detail and extraordinary service! Their commitment to patient comfort and thorough care makes the extra travel worth it.

Terrible experience overall. Today was extremely disappointing as they would not fix my cap that fell out after less than 2 years. They were still going to make me pay for the fix that they shouldve done right in the first place. I sat in the chair after an hour they finally came back to me and explained all the ways it wouldnt work UNLESS they do this OTHER work ... that they shouldve done in the first place.THIS IS NOT THE FIRST INCIDENT... we also had an alarming Dr. pull me aside when I had both of my kids there getting worked on and one of them was saying my Son can barely breathe!! I did not understand what was happening but he looked completely fine and then she showed me pictures of his tonsils and how they were blocking his airwaves. I explained to her that he just had an examination at a Doctors office and they didnt say anything about his tonsils. She insisted this was a real issue and that an orthodontist would be calling us very soon. NO ONE CALLED. They completely forgot and we had to re-trigger this whole process, get a sleep study, and another doctor check up and the RESULT... everything is fine. No Doctor could see what happened that day with my son... maybe it was swollen? Maybe it was... who knows... but thats another example of a waste of time working with this office. We arent coming anymore. BYE BYE

Best dentist, hands down. Look no further. This dentist gives a vibe of welcomeness unlike any other. I’ve been terrified to go in the past and look forward to my appointments for once. High quality care that will not up-charge you and focuses on what’s right for you.

What a great first visit to the dentist! Everyone I interacted with was wonderful from my first phone, office staff, hygienist to the exam with the dentist. They are thoughtful, thorough and not pushy. Definitely would recommend the Petaluma Dental Group to anyone looking for a new dentist!

Terrible experience with bait and switch tactics on what I thought was a simple cleaning that came included on their in house services plan. They seem to an almost used car mentality when someone comes in while I was groggy from all these X rays they took, and you sign some paper while groggy and without my glasses and afterwards I find out the so called cleaning is classified at a much higher rate. No body spells it out until after the procedure and the deep cleaning is much higher, I felt totally like they are not transparent, Beware they are set up I think to slip in charges and not be clear, I felt pissed and taken advantage of as a person over 65. Who knows, but your better off bringing a lawyer here, My Gawd, Help us! Stay away

I had to have (2) fillings replaced today and Petaluma Dental Group did such great work. They walked me thru each step of the process and had a calming Netflix show on for me as well as a massaging dental chair! Wow! …The facility is very clean and relaxing. The procedure was fast and I now have (2) new fillings. I highly recommend Petaluma Dental Services. 5 stars!!

My family comes here for all dental needs. I just had completed my ortho treatment with Invisalign and had an implant to replace a baby tooth. The staff are amazing and they are 100% on top of making sure you are satisfied before leaving. I had zero pain or issues with implant, and never needed to take any pain meds. Highly recommended!!

When I first walked in I said to myself wow this place is beautiful. Then I was promptly greeted by the friendly receptionist and recieved a complimentary gift bag. She then gave me a little tour of the place which was welcoming. There was plenty of seating in the waiting room and they even had 4 or 5 of those high dollar massage chairs. Yes, massage chairs! I showed up a 11:27 for my 11:30 appoimtment and they were ready for me right at 11:30 which was great. I then went back to get xrays from a lady there named Katie. She was so friendly and made me feel so comfortable, just an absolute sweetheart. The customer service was top notch they kept asking if I was okay and reassuring me I was doing great during the cleaning. Friendly all the way around from when I first walked in the door. I would have to say Katie was the kindest soul Ive ever encountered at a dentist/doctors office. Bravo! 5/5

Called 8 different dentists, no one willing to help, with a cracked tooth and throbbing pain. I could not find anyone to take me until I called here! Very nice staff and eager to help. I was in and out quickly, will be back later this week for an extraction and was sent home with antibiotics to help. I felt heard and was worked with quickly.

My husband and I were visiting Petaluma from the East Coast. My husband had a serious dental emergency. Petaluma Dental Group took him within an hour of our call. They stabilized the situation so that we could enjoy the holiday and my husband could remain comfortable for the rest of our visit. Everyone was so sympathetic, personable and competent. We are very impressed and grateful. Cant recommend this practice highly enough. W
