My pup loves to try out new treats, and this store has an abundance of them. She is allergic to chicken, and I needed help with food and treats without chicken 🍗. This is where Isaac, and Gabby were super helpful. Isaac went to the extent to explain how some of the foods available can meet my pup’s daily requirements for nutrients. He also assured me that he had used some of the products for his pet. Thank you, Isaac! Jake was very helpful with billing. This is definitely my favorite location for pet food shopping!

If youre in the market for higher end pet food this is the place to go. They stock a good variety of brands. This isnt the place to find mass market per foods. You wont find the same brands you would at Safeway. These are boutique brands. Many of which are made with human grade food.

So I bring my doggo here once a week. We come here for the dog wash and every week Im greeted like Im family. Regardless if its someone I dont know or one of the familiar faces that know my doggo Butters by name, pretty much everyone is great! My suggestion, buy 3 washes and you get one free!

The line for the bi-monthly VSP vaccines is indoors, which is nice in inclement weather. Its nice that this store accepts the VSP program.The Beginner dog training class was in process and it looked great. The store is clean, well lit, with very friendly and helpful staff. I really like this location!!

Self serve dog wash was great! Very good value at $18 for 25 mins of washing and drying, regardless of size of dog. Shampoos included in cost.The staff was very helpful and kind to make sure we understood the process and checked in on us to make sure we did not have any additional questions!I ended up buying a de-shedding shampoo, and a Furminator brush as they did not have any brushes. The staff also were very friendly as I was not sure where to find these items. However, the prices were very reasonable, perhaps more reasonable than the big-box stores that I normally shop at.The cashier noted that I was buying the wrong Furminator brush (my dog is a long coat and I chose a short coat brush) and traded out the brushes! She also gave me some good pointers on the Furminator brush that I did not know about.Super impressed with this location. I will be going back the next time my pup needs a wash!

My dog Logan and I want to thank the Staff at the Campbell Location. They are always so friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable of their products. Today Brian, Sharon and Cesar helped me choose what type of dog food I should get for Logan since he is transitioning from Puppy to Adult food. The store has a variety of dog food (all exceptionally well rated) to pick from. They also have a unique variety of treats, training tools and toys for your dog and your cat.I take Logan there for Puppy Social Training 2 times a week (since October 2018) and the store is always clean and their shelves are neatly stocked.I highly recommend Pet Food Express if you want excellent customer service, good quality pet foods, treats, toys and training tools They have an on going promotion - Buy 3 get 1 Free and their prices are very competitive if not better than other large commercial pet stores.Thank you again Brian, Sharon and Cesar for your excellent customer service. Amazing experience! Have never enjoyed washing my Alaskan Malamute. Tried local groomers, but his separation anxiety and puppy like focus on other dogs made it challenging. We love the self-washing experience today. It was fast, well-designed, and clean; we will be back soon!

This is a big store but its not always stocked well. The bath station soap doesnt work. You have to get little cups of soap. Aprons are also covered in dog hair and youre expected to clean up after yourself. The Stevens Creek store is better but it tends to get crowded in the bath area

Supet helpful staff, its walking distance from our house. The puppy and I walk down and grab their buy 3 get one free canned dog food. Our dog is a picky eater and the staff helped me find the only food she will eat, which has really helped out.

Loved it. 💕 The dog 🚿 was pretty nice.i especially give credit for the warm water and how it is set at a comfortable not to warm and not to chilly. They got nice wash gun/nozzles with different settings. Basically its your common garden water hose attachment but they worked just fine. Theres settings like ones you get at a self serve car wash. Id bring my own personal doggy shampoo but still use the soaps they offer to use. After turn the Dial to blower option and dry your pup fully with the air hose.the store even has small stack of clean towels to dry off ur little buddy. So pretty much this pet store has your back if you forgot anything to bath dog at home. Shieeet for the price its expected I think so at least. Or maybe Im just cheap but its a fair price for something like 20 minutes for 10 or 20 bucks. Loved it

If youre skimming reviews, then Ill just say that this Pet Food Express location is a great place to pick-up supplies. Give them a try.I know this location as the former Tower Records store, but my wife brought me here to pick-up some things for our puppy. I still have flashbacks of the numerous aisles of albums & CDs.First off, parking is easy. And, each time Ive come here, the staff always says a hello and welcome us as we step inside.The store is well lit inside, and the team working their are quick to help you find what youre looking for. To me, they seem to be pretty knowledgeable about the products (any product) in the store. One of the nice discoveries for us are the rice-based chews, as our dog seems to love them.They have a pet-wash area, as well as an indoor training area (available by appointment, I believe).Its a friendly, well-stocked location, thats clean & brightly lit. And, one of the best parts is that the staff is so friendly & welcoming. I recommend you give this location a try. This is my preferred location. I brought my puppy here for training classes with a woman named Nancy Le. The dog wash is very convenient because I have a large dog and I dont have to bend down as the baths are elevated. They always have the items I want and need in stock. Sometimes it can be loud of there are loud dogs in the store. I think their management must be good because the employees are always kind, helpful, and patient.

We love it here! The selection of treats and food are sourced here, made here, and distributed here in the US. I buy all of my pups treats here because the ones we like are pure meat and vegggies with no preservatives. Not only is the product list great but we love the team here. They have an excellent staff which makes us feel welcomed and empowered to make the right choices for our furry family member. We always walk out with lots of goodies and a feel good mentality. Good place to wash dogs considering home washing big dogs is no fun unless you have a useable front or backyard. Very friendly staff and helpful. Good selection of pet products and food. Only thing to make better would be to add in flea shampoo as a selection on the washing dispenser system. They used to offer but probably realized they were missing a sales opportunity for flea shampoo, and they were right. Hard to blame them but at $18 per wash why not throw it back I to mix. Currently they offer 3 selections, Oatmeal, Eucalyptus and Hemp. I bought dog flea shampoo on site for $18. I liked my experience and will continue to use them for washing and various products.

Weve been going here for puppy school and after class ended decided to pick up a few things. Staff at the store is great and very helpful. Be aware that you probably wont find a lot of the brands youre used to. The products seem to be more high end. If you are a pet owner I cannot recommend this place highly enough! When we first brought our rescue puppy in we were clueless. Everyone was so helpful and informative and they even have us a free bag of their higher brand puppy chow. 10 months later and I still come here regularly for all of my dogs essentials. Ive never had a bad experience here and I always leave satisfied and impressed.

The staff here is incredible. Absolutely every single person Ive encountered has been so incredibly nice that I cant explain it. No wonder theyre still in business with their incredibly ridiculously high prices. I cant afford to feed my dog for more than it costs me to eat daily but apparently theres enough filthy rich folks that keep this place in business for love of their pets and the fantastic service you get from here. They treat my dog like royalty when I go in there. Their bathrooms are also very clean and kept up. I usually buy something small for my dog just to support the place a tiny bit but if their prices were reasonable Id give 5 stars and shop there regularly. Im still gonna keep going just for little things and the amazing experience.

The staff here are so caring. My dog had just passed away and I needed to return an item. They took the return, no problem. I asked if they knew where I could donate a few things like dog crates and they took that as well to be offered to several adoption agencies they work with. The entire experience was a huge weight lifted. I am so grateful to the staff member that helped me. When I’m ready to get another pet, I will go directly to Pet Food Express on Bascom to get food and supplies. I can’t thank them enough for how they helped make a heartbreaking week a little easier.

I come here primarily because this location hosts a weekly VIP pretty clinic, and offers self-washing areas. In general this store is pretty clean.The product selection is geared mostly towards cats and dogs with minor items for other pets (i.e. fish, rodents, birds, reptiles, etc.). I enjoy how kind the staff are, and how convenient it is to wash my dog here, and then walk him across the street to the Pruneyard so he can get a good walk and a thorough air-dry.

The good:- Buy 3 get the 4th free (does not apply to discounted or price matched items)- They price match.- The store is usually clean and does not smell even though they have a dog wash.- They have a dog wash area.- Shots on Sundays.The bad:- Over priced compared to EVERY other pet store.- They only price match if they call the store to have it verified. (Other stores are now hanging up on them and they wont verify it, even if you have the website pulled up)- They try to sell you the more expensive item, even if you dont need it.-They have a limited selection of foods.- The employees rattle off the same misinformation. Which seems like a training issue. Somewhat like brainwashing... their minds seem to be saying this is what i was told, so its true... now Im telling you. (As someone who has worked in 3 different pet stores, and shelters, and trained dogs. This information is wrong, and could be harmful in certain situations. ) They need to step up their training.

I been back to this location a couple of times, and it seems as though they are not used to people of color shopping at this location... I have been followed through out the aisles... This place is the only pet food store that carries the food my baby girl Chihuahua eats. She eats the Nulo brand salmon n lentil dry dog food. Last time I went in, we needed treats, I bought some and the girl who worked there was great! We did a sniff test with some treats and after not very much success, because my chihuahua was scared of the action in the store, the girl who worked there gave us a free bag of treats with CBD in them. Gave my pup a treat and started off on a road trip. My dog was so calm and happy. Thanks awesome employee at pet food express!

Long story short. The shampoo wasnt coming out of the pet wash station hose. They offered me a small ketchup cup (seriously the small white cups In n Out gives you for ketchup) of shampoo as a resolution for my 75 pound furry husky malamute. Then gave me a second cup of shampoo. They finally gave me a bottle of shampoo after I said these little cups of shampoo arent enough, which I used up the one bottle because it globs onto one section of his fur at a time. They gave me a second bottle of shampoo. It took such a long time waiting for associates to ask their manager for permission that I went past the 25 minute limit. The manager said I cant use the dryer because I used up all the time. I had to argue it took longer because the shampoo from the hose wasnt working, and I had to keep waiting for shampoo bottles. She finally said as a one-time courtesy shell give me 10 minutes of blow dry time...that might be ok for a small short fur dog or if there was a line of people waiting for a tub, but there wasnt. After 10 minutes she seriously came and turned off the blow dryer! My husky malamute was still wet. She said I can continue hand drying him. Really? There was NOBODY else waiting for a tub and even if someone did show up, there was a tub cleaned and available for them anyway. Why not let me keep using the blow dryer for the inconvenience of the shampoo not working from the hose? I ended up asking for a refund of the $45 I had paid (buy 3 baths and get 1 free). Also, they told my boyfriend he couldnt help me because it was one person per tub, yet when I looked across the room I saw a couple washing their dog without anyone telling them otherwise. I felt like they treat certain customers differently if you know what I mean.

Came here to use thr self-serve dog wash and was happy with my experience. Efficient and straightforward. They provide you with water-resistant collar you can use while bathing your dog and disposable apron. The shampoo is dispensed directly from the water. Its okay, kind of watered down. I ended up using my own shampoo and conditioner.

Vaccination clinic at wellness center is terrible. The web site says: First-Come, First-Served, No appointment. We brought our cat which was quite stressfull for her. Then we waited in the line to get into their computer. They noted my phone number and said they will call when it is my turn. I waited for an hour outside then came back to check the status. It turns out they expected me to drive home and wait there for their call which will come towards the end of the day! Nobody explained it to me! I would not stress my cat driving there again 2nd time in a day.

Yet another amazing pet food express. I absolutely love this place. I went this past Saturday (to look at the adorable dogs from DPS) and was once again wowed by how great the store is. They have only the best of the best products for furry friends. :)Also, I didnt think that it was possible, but the staff here is just as friendly and knowledgable as the one in Palo Alto (I had a high bar of expectations, okay?) Best part if you have and apartment or just dont like giving you pet a bath at home you can take them to the pet wash where you pay for a coin put it in get and apron and can use their facilities to wash your pets. I love pet food express! Especially this location. I bring my cat here all the time and they love her! They also are the only place I know that offers frozen raw food which is my preferred food type for her!They also are really helpful and knowledgeable! One associate helped me for 30mintues and broke down all the different cans of food back when I was feeding her canned. They also provided advice for how to deal with my moody cat.If you want to feed your pets high end, high quality food with a great deal(for 3 bags/cans of food get one free) and great helpful service then come here because it is worth it for me everytime!

Self-serve pet wash is nice. Good variety of soaps, complete with air dryers, towels, and aprons. You can bring your own supplies if you want to (clippers, dips, and pesticides arent allowed). Poop bags are available outside if needed. There is an emergency door closer located on the wall by the aprons if your pet gets loose, but the workers can hit their button if you chase them instead.

This review isn’t based off any product or service, but rather how i was approached by a staff member. My girlfriend was shopping inside while i was on my cell phone right outside the store. A female staff member seemed to be ending her shift as she came out with her dog, walking to her car. She says to me with an attitude, “can i help you?”. I said “uhhh no?”I was confused with what was going on since i wasn’t in the store, i was on a phone call. She says, “well you look like you’re about to go in the dumpster.”I was freshly showered with clean clothes, a fresh hat and a solid gold chain on; you have nothing in your trash that interests me. She got in her car and drove off. I told my girlfriend when she came out and she said she’s not shopping there anymore. Unprofessional.
