Pest Pros is expanding their service area to the Manteca area and we definitely benefit from this. Frank Cropper came out to our home, fully assessed our house for pest intrusion (including looking behind the fridge!), and provided our first treatment on the spot. He was incredibly professional and easy to talk to.He clearly explained their service model and visit frequency, stating that if we have issues between treatments to call and theyll come back out.Highly recommend Pest Pros and Frank Cropper in particular!

He was amazing communicating with me from the start to end from Setting the time to come and once he left. I really appreciated that he saw my dogs had begun to dig a hole on the side of the gate, that I would of NEVER seen, and he let me know, even tho it had nothing to do with his job. He also let me know to wait 30 minutes before I let the dog out. He didn’t just leave. So I really appreciate it. He did amazing.

Aurelio is an AMAZING professional! He is consistently attentive, respectful, and knowledgeable. He keeps track of units needing multiple treatments over time and is always available for calls when needed. He always breaks-down the treatment process as needed to help us make sense process itself. He even helps us clear cobwebs from our tall glass office windows during each visit, showing how much he cares about his work and the quality for the service that he provides. Very knowledgeable inspector and explained everything that would need to be done and the type of termites I have. Friendly and took precautions to make sure he didn’t track anything when coming into my home by covering his shoes. John had a very pleasant and friendly attitude. My doggy liked him as well. I just have to say that Frank is very knowledgeable and great at what he does! Elliot was also great! I have stamped concrete pavement around the back of my home and they went out of their way to avoid damaging it by drilling only in the joints. Connor is exceptionally great and always takes the time to chat before leaving. We have used Pest Pros for over a year now, maybe longer... probably longer. We originally needed someone to take care of a carpenter ant colony that had set up shop in our yard. When they came out we were sold and signed up to have them maintain our home. Every tech that has come to service our home has been wonderful. I think I have met most of the crew by now and they are all really friendly and professional. I called yesterday because we needed them to come out between our regular appointments. The gentleman that took my information let me know that someone would reach out. Angel S. text me yesterday with in 2 hours of my call with a time frame to come out today. Angel S. stopped by this morning, he gave me an honest answer about the pests we are dealing with, sprayed again where the troubled area is and gave me some suggestions to help inside the house. If your looking for a company to take care of your pest needs they are it. I wanted someone local and reachable, they are. I definitely recommend them... And have to my neighbors.

This Pest Control Company has been great! Its the only one I have stuck with and will continue to use. They treat regularly and will come back to treat in between appointments, if you have any extra pest issues! I like that their chemicals are not as harsh as others Ive used in the past, but whatever theyre using works! I had a serious pet problem at my home and Adam came out to me house and I explain to him what was going on and he assessed my home from top to bottom. He found where the pets were entering and sealed up all of the entry points added new screens to my foundation. Followed up with us every month to make sure that our issue was resolved.
