I recently had an appointment at my orthodontists office, and I must say, the experience was truly exceptional. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by a warm and friendly staff who made me feel right at home. Their professionalism and kindness were evident throughout my entire visit.During my appointment, I had the opportunity to discuss my orthodontic needs with the orthodontist. They took the time to listen to my concerns and carefully explained the treatment options available to me. I never felt rushed or pressured to make a decision, which was incredibly reassuring.One thing that stood out to me was the orthodontists genuine care and understanding.Overall, my experience at the orthodontists office was outstanding. The staff was amazing, the orthodontist was knowledgeable and compassionate, and the level of care I received was top-notch. I would highly recommend this orthodontist to anyone in need of orthodontic treatment.

If only all places we visited operated at this level! Our treatment plan was truly collaborative. Dr. Pesh listened to our needs and responded with the ideal treatment plan. Without exaggeration, I can say the entire staff are consistently friendly and professional. This practice operates with great efficiency, but we never feel rushed. Dr. Pesh and staff make us comfortable and have no problems with answering questions. Theyve probably heard these questions thousands of times, but they respond with such kindness, it really sets them apart from other providers. Dr. Pesh has treated 4 people in our household, all of us with results that were beyond expectations. If we have any other Orthodontic needs, I wont consider anyone else but Dr. Pesh.

I have been a patient of Dr. Pesh over a year now for braces, and him and his staff are truly AMAZING! The service, education, flexibility is one of the best I have ever experience at a dentist office. Additionally, due to moving, Dr. Pesh offers the Pesh Remote which has been a blessing and makes me accountable – and I am able to see my progress digitally. Another example of service, I ran out of plastic bands and due to health issue could not come to the office, his staff dropped off the bands at my home for me. I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Pesh if you need braces services.FYI – I got my braces off this week, and I am truly HAPPY with the results.

My son had his ortho consult today and he was very nervous leading up to the appointment. Once there, Michelle at the front desk was very approachable and friendly. Then, Veda was so sweet when she took my son back. He said that she walked him through everything that she was going to do. Finally, we met with Dr. Pesh & Crystal. Both, were so informative and answered all of our questions. I was really impressed with all the advanced technology and procedures that they have at their practice. We were able to see a digital photo of what the end result will look like at the end of treatment. The ease of starting and getting treatment is definitely a plus at this office. There was no pressure at all to commit to treatment during any part of the consultation. We have good insurance but our out of pocket will still be a bit pricier here than at other practices. I guess you get what you pay for. Thanks Pesh Orthodontics for a great consultation.

My 13 year old daughter started the journey to a beautiful smile with Invisalign today and the entire process was so easy. One thing that made us choose Dr. Peshs office over others is how his office is so up to date with the latest and greatest technology. I am so glad we found Dr. Pesh’s Ortho Practice! My oldest has a beautiful smile thanks to Dr. Pesh and staff. The staff is amazing and it is effortless to be a patient here. Everyone is professional here, yet friendly, and knowledgeable. I say knowledgeable because my youngest has a class 3 bite. We took our young son to the office of Dr. Pesh after 2 other disappointing orthodontic consultations. We knew immediately afterwards that this was the office we’d be going with. Dr. Pesh and the office assistant Brittney made us feel totally comfortable. Dr. Pesh explained everything in great detail and completely took his time with us. With every thought he expressed, it was clear that he was taking my sons situation, age, and temperament into consideration. We never felt like a “number”, or “just another patient”. His follow up calls have been no different. Aside from my confidence in using Dr. Pesh, I really want to point out how highly I regard the job Brittney does. She is the person sitting with you through the consult, but also following up with you afterwards. She is supremely organized, pleasant, well spoken and detail oriented. She is so cheerful in her follow-ups and more than that she is extremely thorough, while not taking up more of your time than she has to. During the consult, she also took the time to allow my son to actually feel samples of the types of braces they would be using on him. I honestly cannot compliment her enough. We were feeling a little tainted from our previous two consults and questioning finding the right fit for our family. Dr. Pesh and Brittney answered that call and I have zero hesitation recommending their office. We have been so impressed!

At the beginning of last year I decided I was finally going to get Invisalign. My smile was always something I was so self conscious about and so then I began making appointments to see what I can get. I went to 4 consultations before coming in to see Dr.Pesh at Miles of Smiles orthodontics. I automatically started my journey with them because Dr. Pesh was so involved and actually took the time to sit with me and explain and show me potential afters of what my smile would look like if I continued my treatment. Also they were the only ones that had the technology for a 3D scan. All the assistants there are super nice and friendly and Michelle is the sweetest person ever. Dr. Pesh straightened out my two front teeth which I was mostly self conscious by! When I went to other consultations the doctors made is very apparent that they were just there because it’s their job and they really didn’t care to connect with you on another level. I loved miles of smiles the moment I walked in. And I’m super grateful for Doctor Shawn Pesh. Also this is at the menifee location.

Had to do a quick adjustment on my braces. Got an appointment on Monday to go in weds at 12:15. I was there at 12:00 and out by 12:14. They are so prompt and professional compared to other Ortho’s my siblings went to it’s not even a comparison. Dr Pesh & his staff are awesome. Never an issue. Always know me when I walk in the door. I’ve been with Dr. Pesh for a while, from my MARA treatment to my Invisalign. He’s the best and cares a lot about his patients. I have been to their Temecula, Murrieta, and Menifee offices and they are always clean. The staff are always kind and they remember their patients names and faces. I always feel welcome and comfortable when entering the office.They also have updated and high-end technology and equipment compared to other places I have visited. During the beginning of the pandemic in 2020, they integrated a way to keep up with their patients using AI technology, which was impressive, especially how quickly they reacted to it. I have been through two rounds of the braces procedure with my two daughters. My first daughter had them about 4 years ago, so treatment has been completed for a couple of years, and my younger daughter is about half way through her two year treatment. I have had nothing but good experiences with every appointment & would use Dr. Pesh again without hesitation. In the beginning, I did shop around for the best price but in the end I chose Smile951 because the price was fair and it was obvious that they knew what they were doing and they were (and are) dedicated to the best treatment for my family. I may decide to get braces for myself, I have not decided yet, but if I do, nobody but Dr. Pesh & his staff will touch my teeth.

Dr. Pesh and his staff are the best! We completed my daughters phase 1 orthodontics with them. We now live in another city, but will drive to complete phase 2 with them because we love them so much!! Theyre always happy, they treat you with respect and theyre always compassionate when my daughter doesnt feel comfortable or is nervous with her treatment. They explain everything to the parents so you know the whole plan, and are always there to help with any issues. They even have fun incentives in the office for patients to enter. We even won sold out Taylor Swift concert tickets from them once!! I cant say enough good things about these guys! If youre looking you start new treatment, try them. Initially when we decided to go with Invisalign for our daughter, I wasnt too sure about the outcome. After initial treatment was over, we werent 100% satisfied with the results. My story started by visiting Dr. Awwad who is a great dentist in Menifee-Murrieta area for consultation and he referred me to Dr. Jergensen. I came over there and met Dr. Jergensen, had a consultation with him and that’s how I became a patient of Miles of Smiles. I am so impressed with this entire office! I had braces when I was younger, about 10 years ago and was looking into having a new retainer made because my retainer was looking a little rough. After having a consult at a different ortho office I was discouraged after they offered numerous aggressive and expensive treatments.Dr. Pesh saved the day! He really took the time to listen to what I was looking for and inspected my mouth and retainer thoroughly . He offered to clean my retainer and made a minor adjustment! It turns out I didnt even need to buy a new retainer yet, he cleaned it for me!Now the best part of all of this is that my front teeth have always bothered me, they had a strange shape to them at the bottom, Dr. Pesh was able to slightly file the bottom of my front teeth and completely change my smile. I cant even begin to express what a huge difference this made. I was in and out of his office in less than an hour and he was able to work wonders! Im still amazed that such a small adjustment made such an incredible difference in my smile. Thank you so much Dr. Pesh and staff!
