If you’re concerned the same way as we were, – Japanese, American or German car, classic, electric or hybrid engine, credit or leasing, 2 or 3 years, or just looking for the best deal – I highly recommend this personal car shopper. If youre looking for the best option, and (just as we recently) have no idea about all the procedures and nuances of paperwork, and of course, do not want to overpay – this is your place. In our tricky situation we got an excellent bargain, with a big discount, really small monthly payment, excellent insurance conditions, and ZERO difficulties with paperwork. Best experience of buying or leasing a car.You will save time and money. Instead of long negotiations with dealer he just got me lowest price possible. ($100 / month less than any price that was given to me). When I was picking my new 2020 BMW X3 and signing financial papers dealer tries to sell you services.We were discussing a service for $1900, but when Arkady showed up and told dealer that I was his client, the price for that service dropped to $900.I’m recommending Arkady to anyone who is buying or leasing a car and I will definitely use his service again.

We just moved to the US and felt a bit insecure regarding what type of ownership we should get for a car, and how to get a good deal and smooth process. Im new to the US, which means I have no credit score, no driving experience in the US, etc.Before I went to Arkady, I thought that with my budget Id be able to buy a two-year-old compact car which would be suitable only for daily commute needs. Not fun at all. At least, that was my through after visiting dealerships.I didnt have a specific requirement for a car, but I wanted to get the best value for my budget. Arkady gave me two lease options: Toyota Camry with 0$ downpayment, ~350$ monthly, or of Mercedes-Benz GLC (5k down, ~460$ monthly).Then we went to the Mercedes dealership. Hands down the best customer service Ive experienced, no hyperbole or exaggeration. Arkady is thorough, insightful, and straightforward. From other reviews and after meeting him I can see why some considered him aggressive, but he is genuinely a nice person, if only distinctly assertive. He will sit down with you and hear you out on what youre looking for, while giving you suggestions and sharing his opinion. He gets that dealing with salespeople is unnecessarily tedious and takes care of that side of things, leaving you with the choice on what to buy. Mind you, he asks for your trust, but he is 100% transparent. It was refreshing to see him make the calls to the dealerships and sellers right in front of me. If there was something he or I didnt like hed flat out say it. He will give you his opinion, but ultimately will do what you tell him. Great place for buying a new car from any vendor. I bought brand new Toyota Sienna XLE with 38,000 MSRP for only 35,500.
