I worked directly with Landry in the service dept. He is very thorough, he explains everything to you in detail even if you are someone who doesn’t know that much about your car or all the different parts involved, he spends time with you to help you understand. I appreciate that very much. The entire team is efficient as well as quick, and when you are busy and on the go, this is a great place to bring your vehicle.

I recently took my car in for a recall service appointment. There was no charge and even better, no wait time. All around GREAT customer service! As soon as I pulled into the lot I was helped out by Renato. I dont remember his last name but I was at the Perry Ford in National City. Renato was friendly, welcoming, and very helpful with any questions I had concerning my car. I got my car back within a few hours and so far so good 👍🏽 I havent had any issues or problems with my car after getting it serviced at this location so I recommend the Perry Ford in National City to my family and friends.

The service was good. 2-3 hours was the waiting time. Took a shuttle home that they offered. No complaints here.Conner was the gentleman helping me first. He was nice and professional. Alejandro was the main person handling the rest. He did great and was straight forward.

Edgar our service coordinator was super. Despite a fairly long line of vehicles waiting service, he racked and stacked them quickly and had us out the door fast. Our service was even finished before the projected time. Worked out perfectly for my busy morning.

I made an appointment with this location to get a recall on my vehicle repaired and had a great experience. I was helped out by an associate right away for the initial intake and then taken to service advisor Alejandro who was great through out the whole process. Although I was given an hour estimate my car was back to me in about 45 minutes, everyone was very helpful and communicative and my cars driving perfect, thanks again!

They were prompt and efficient with my TCM repair. I called in saying that I would tow my car there, and Alejandro said that he would run diagnostics on Friday, two days prior. They called Friday at 11am not to tell me the status but to tell me that the car was ready for pick up. I was astounded by how quick and efficient the repair was.

Normally my husband takes the car in for maintenance, it was very easy to find the staff guides you where to park and informs you who will be your service advisor. Edgar had great customer service explain everything in detail, patiently waited on my text to confirm with my husband if additional services wore ok to proceed. My vehicle was ready within 2 hours.

Had an issue, service dept Patrick my personal agent assisted me great as usual. However, I still had a concern. Spoke to service manager he asked me to wait as he looked further into the issue. He found Issue with Mr. Lincoln ( my car ) was correctly done however issue with mice chewing water hoses another thing.Blessed with great service, information with explanations and pictures I left GRATEFUL ❤️

This was my first time getting service from a Ford dealer instead of an independent service company and I liked the experience a lot better. It was a complicated repair and they handled the car extended warranty paperwork much better than I had expected. I like that they text instead of call to provide updates, which saves a LOT of time. Also I love that they have a car service to bring you home after you drop off your car and vice versa.

Brought my 2023 Raptor in with a defective tail gate. Actuator was seized from factory bed liner spray. Bill the service manager and his staff took to my truck immediately with much respect and incredible service. In and out quickly they had diagnosed the problem and worked efficiently to fix it. A part was ordered and I was on my way with a working tailgate in less than 24 hrs. Incredible. During the wait of install, I wondered around the dealership where I was happily greeted multiple times by respectful staff ensuring I knew they were there if anything was needed. Top quality performance from all personnel and the establishment. I’m very thankful for Bill’s work and support in the matter. Perry Ford will be the only Ford dealer I visit and trust with my truck.

I scheduled an appt due to an oil leak Renaldo got my appt scheduled and worked with me getting it dropped off so I didn’t have to miss work. Renaldo stayed on keeping me updated on the progress of the repair. And then I had to come back a couple days later and he got me right on because I needed the windows reprogrammed. Before you bring your car or truck here, just know, it’s a $200 per issue diagnostic fee. So if you have 4 different issues, no matter how simple or complex you are looking at $800 before any actual repairs are done. I have a gwagon and even Mercedes doesn’t charge anywhere near this amount

We needed a recall part replaced. Perry set up a convenient date and time to get this done.I received electronic confirmations and reminders of the appointment. On Monday morning, I was a bit early for my 8:30 am appointment. My service manager told me what they were going to do and about how long it would take.In less than an hour, I received a text that it was done and ready for pick up. I can’t tell you how well Perry Ford treated me and made me want to return as a trusted customer. That’s pretty hard to find.. People you trust!!

I could go on forever saying how great Ford National City Service team is! They always work around my schedule when I need my car serviced. My check engine light came on and I was nervous to drive it. They said to bring it by after work that same day. They understood the need to get checked quickly. I checked online for an available appointment to bring my car in for service and for an open recall. There were no availabilities until the next week, but when I called their service department, Renato told me it was no problem and he set me up with an aappointment for the next day. The checkin process was quick and they arranged a Lyft to take me home since my car wouldnt be ready until the next day. Service was outlined clearly and Renato was very friendly and accommodating.

I had an air bag recall on my Ford Edge, and I was hesitant on taking it in because I hate when service places keep your car for hours for the littlest thing. I knew it had to be done though. I called the Service department and dealt with Renato, he got my part ordered right away, kept in contact with me through the appointment process. I expressed to him I was hesitant because I couldn’t have my car tied up for too long and he promised to have it done in less than two hours (I thought, “yeah sure, that means he will take the full two hours.” And by my surprise, it was done in about 45 mins! This is the honesty that is hard to find! I appreciate your help and will definitely continue using Perry Ford for my maintenance! Thank you Ford!

Made an appointment for 10am, expecting it not to take 2 hours and im also used to dealerships providing at minimum coffee when choosing them for my 140 oil change and purchasing my vehicle. No shuttle or loaner ride service, no coffee and 2 hours for a scheduled oil change. Its the little things that make a difference. Happy with my vehicle though.

Overall I gave Perry Ford Service center 3 stars. My fiancés mustang’s battery kept dying and the local guy at autozone said he couldn’t test the battery due to some electrical issues. Fast forward to Perry Ford and I get a nice service advisor who takes our car in the same day and we hope for some good results. They kept the car for 2 days at which point they call back letting us know they couldn’t find any issues and the battery is dead (well, duhh). Since we are spending our deductible we ask them to continue to troubleshoot and send them a video of a noise we came across on multiple occasions before taking the vehicle in. They finally let us know after 2 more days that they cannot replicate the noise and give us their estimate for repairs.We pay our deductible, take our car back, and what would you know. The moment we get home we are immediately able to replicate the noise. We changed the battery on our own but the fact that their service department could not replicate the noise is unsettling. It did not require anything fancy or complex. You only had to turn the vehicle off and then back on to replicate the noise. Not sure if the techs are lazy or incompetent. Either way, next time our vehicle needs service we will find another Ford service center over here.

This is the first time you going to the Ford dealership for maintenance and I have to say it is one of my worst experiences I’ve ever had they were treating me like if I was a nobody being very rude. The experience was horrendous. I have never experienced this in my life.The main employee that helped me in the beginning, is the one that was rude and disrespectful when he was finished with the car he told me that the car was ready and I still had to wait 20 minutes. Finally I decided to get up and ask him where was my car was and he Gave me the keys like if he forgot about me the whole time he was being rude and disrespectful

Mechanics are honest and competent, and labor costs are fair which are the most important aspects of choosing location. Service advisors are not always responsive and parts prices are ridiculous. For example, I was quoted roughly $1200 for AC repair parts. I got that same parts in town for $280! Now I can expect a slight mark-up but this amount is extortion. To be clear, this is a management decision to be greedy. Get your own parts and I would recommend this service dept. Oh and dont fall for the we wont warranty these parts ploy - you only need worry about the labor which you can still hold them accountable for which if there is a problem after install, its usually operator error, not the new part.

I initially went in for a minor repair and he noted the recall (transmission shifter cable bushing) for my car and finished everything in a short amount of time. I went in for a Ford recall but needed my Bluetooth looked at.The supervisor Alejandro was no help at all. He charged me $205.00 just to diagnose it. Well it turned out to be $1,0???. 00, I just hear one thousand and I was like nope! Alejandro was no help at all. I use to love Perry Ford but with this new management, it doesnt feel like home anymore. All the sales reps are nasty and stuck up. Nobody made you feel comfortable NOBODY!!! NOT 1 SOUL!!!PERRY FORD SUCKS NOW!! IM NEVER GOING BACK plus, my tire is low with air. It wasnt before I took it in. Never again.

These guys didn’t try to make my deposit disappear unlike the first Ford dealer I bought a 2017 truck from, they were negotiable and reasonable. I brought my truck in for service to fix a shifter issue on the steering column.. They did a good job on fixing that issue. I also brought my truck in for an oil change and tire rotation. I found out when my truck was returned to me that the lug nuts needed to be replaced. Service advisor never called me to find out if I wanted them replaced while they had my truck. My tires were NOT rotated. I discovered this when I arrived home and read the invoice. I would have given the go ahead and fix if the Service Writer had called me. This is the 2nd time this Service Department has failed. I will probably not use this dealership in the future

The attention is good, the service is also not giving them 5 stars because they lack details in their service which should matter not only to the company but to the workers in service as well. They always deliver my dirty car dirtier than when I left it, I know its not Mercedes Benz but it is something very notable that they do the minimum they do not give 100% satisfaction for the customer. In Chulavista and National City I have had theSame experience.
