I’ve been a loyal Ford customer for over 10 years, but this was my first time doing business at this location. I was not disappointed. The sales team is highly knowledgeable, efficient, and eager to earn your business. The financing team is also amazing and was able to offer me a fantastic deal. The entire process of trading in my current vehicle, choosing a new vehicle, orienting to the vehicle, including a test drive, and the final paperwork took less than about four hours. I am extremely satisfied with Perry Ford of National City, love my new Mach-E, and look forward to working with them in the future.

Great customer service! My first time visiting this Ford dealership (I have visited many) and I must say I was pleasantly surprised by how welcoming and accommodating everyone was. From the sales person (Vee) to the finance department all provided excellent service. I have been searching for the vehicle I purchased for about 6 months at all the local dealers and Perry offered by far the best price on what I wanted. After a couple of test drives, negotiations came down to trade-in value and terms and they listened to me on both. I feel like I received the deal I was after on the vehicle I wanted. Kudos to a great friendly crew who appeared to place the customer first. I would definitely return.

Not going to lie, in the beginning they had me. They sold me a beautiful 2017 grabber blue mustang with a solid 35k miles on it for a very fair price. The vehicle had just got traded in that day and I had fallen in love with it. Except, the only thing was major damage to the vehicle all around. The manager was kind enough to have my written notes on what I wanted fixed before even considering buying the car since it was left in a very poor condition. They agreed, and I’m happy with how much they helped me out with. Only thing is, it would take so much longer for them to fix one thing and I would have to drive back multiple times and get loaners multiple times. I would’ve rather had it sit there and be perfect before picking it up, after buying it, it wasn’t ready until the week after. My tailights were a major issue, I kept bringing up how I needed a new left tailight because the one they put on my car that they claimed to be “brand new” would not light up correctly, to be specific the farthest bulb in was not lighting up correctly. I had called multiple times and reached out to my sales representative and I’ve been ghosted ever since and never even ended up getting it replaced no matter how much time I waited for a response. As of now, both of my tailights are now replaced out of pocket wayyyy faster then they ever got back to me about it. That was just one of the major functioning issues I had dealt with. My sales representative was super helpful when selling me the car but as weeks went by in all honesty, just wanted my money. Will not be coming back here to get my vehicle serviced or purchase another vehicle.

Perry Ford doesn’t pay their Vendors. Called our store LINE-X of Corona to do a Bedliner for a local customer that bought a truck then refused to pay saying they had a Management change. Not sure what that has to do with paying your vendors. Just thought customers should know they are definitely not ethical.

Perry Ford Sales was Amazing! I have never bought a car so smoothly, so easy and so fast like I did here! Noone was being pushy with me they treated me very nice from start to finish! My sales guy was an amazing guy named Kurk who was extremely patient and very kind my Finance guy was so great too! Everyone was very personal very kind and willing to answer all my questions. This P. O. S. dealer took my friends order in good faith for a Ford Maverick Truck. When it came in they tacked on $4,000 in fees and unwanted add-ons. They encouraged him to walk away so they could jack up the price even more and sell to another sucker. Dont buy there. P.S. Ill remove my review when they honor their original agreement.

I ordered a custom order Maverick Hybrid a year ago. Waited for a whole year and its arriving next week. I went in to sign the contract, and they added $4000 of markup and dealer add ons. Note that the add ons were not installed yet because the truck didnt even arrive at the lot yet. They say it is non negotiable and want me to back out of the reservation so they can upsell it to another buyer. I mentioned that it is posted for $600 under MSRP on their own website, and the next day they updated it to be marked up $5000 over MSRP. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! THEY ARE GREEDY CROOKS! I spoke to 3 other Ford dealers in San Diego area and they agreed that this is dishonest behavior that they would never pull.

It was a mistake of buying here. As soon as the truck was sold, they just left you hanging and pass you to service center without making sure you are taken cared of to get the things added to the vehicle and for what you already paid for. Get your business somewhere else if you like a good customer service.

The service department is relatively fast by dealer standards. Unlike Chula Vista Ford, Perry service advisors actually know how to answer the phone. There are just three of them. If a shuttle is offered, I dont know about it. A bus stop for MTS route 932 is right in front, so you can get home for $2.50 in exact change. If you lack exact change or any cash, the bus drivers will either let you ride or tell you to put your money away. Uber and Lyft also stop here.

Custom order Mavericks are supposed to be sold at MSRP. Beware they will put 4k of add-ons once your truck comes in and refuse to take them off. Dont trust them. They are a greedy dealership that just cares about money and not their customers.

Bought a used King Ranch f150 beautiful truck. Sunroof broke immediately and I’m out $5k to fix. My complaint is I reached out to see if something could be worked out. I didn’t expect a free repair or anything like that. Subaru, regularly helps out its customers with a discount on labor or a percentage off of total cost. Long story I will NOT be a repeat customer and I will happily share my experience will the local military population.

They did my oil change and while under the hood they never told me of the rat infestation. It’s a new car. When I went to install the air filters a few days later (they told me they needed to be changed) I was in shock. A large rat nest and a mass of leaves, shells, and unmentionable rubbish. Whatever tech did that work should be fired as this was an obvious hazard. They just didn’t care.

Today 12/27/2022 I drove my truck 150 2019 Harley Davidson to dealer ship (perry Ford of National city ) to appraisal to see what is the value. One of the sales man he offer to help me without mention his name, or give me his business card he take the vin and go inside to do the appraisal with his supervisor which is I don’t know his name no business card as well, he ask me what I’m asking for it I told him just checking if I like the appraisal I’ll go for it if not that’s fine . He appraised it like a normal f150 . 43 k I believe it’s a fair price for a normal truck and my car in the market now 80k to 85 k any dealership who have this truck he post it on the website . he start asking me how much I want and I told him we are so far from your appraisal thank you so much and I was ready to walk into my truck and he told me we have 3 from 150 addition from this model up stairs, which is they made 500 trucks worldwide in 2019 and mine 466 # .in usa there is very few of few Harley Davidson edition . And I ask him to show me and he said it’s not her somewhere else lol 😂. he show me no knowledge about Ford Harley Davidson addition, top of that he was ask me your 150 no supercharge which is they made it without supercharge, I start explained why they made the model without supercharge and why this truck edition made . My advice if you decide to buy any Ford car go to other dealership to take the right information and knowledge . Ford it’s a great American muscle car’s and trucks .

MILITARY BEWARE. I bought a vehicle here in 2023. Finance lady lied to me about my pre approval. Told me I couldn’t finance with out gap coverage and extended warranty. I needed the car so I had to settle with the deal they told me I couldn’t change. After finally getting a refund for the coverages I filed a complaint with the attorney generals office and this dealership never replied to that complaint. The lady in finance told me I didn’t understand “car math”. I called the place who financed my car and they told me they don’t require any extended coverages to finance and that my pre approval was fine as is. I just bought a car a different dealer and they were shocked about what I told them about this place.

From the time I walked in the front door, I felt like there was an entire team of people that cared about my car needs and wants! Rolando my sales guy was amazing, very friendly and funny, he made sure to keep my son and I thoroughly entertained during the long car buying process! Adam the Manager was outstanding to work with, I had a few bumps along the road with my old vehicle I had brought to trade in, Adam made sure I knew exactly what I needed to do in order to end my previous lease, he was extremely tentative to the situation with my previous lease and guided me through the process, making sure I walked out of there with my new, beautiful Ford Edge! There is one more person who truly helped make my experience as amazing as it was and his name is Ali, he negotiated with the banks getting me an AMAZING finance deal, then returned on Monday and negotiated more, landing me with an even BETTER deal!!!!! Ali provided me with great customer service and never gave up on getting me the best possible finance option, he also made the paperwork process go as smooth as ever! I am completely blown away by how terrific my car buying experience went with the team at Perry Ford of National City! Thank you Brent! Another dealership failed me, so I came here to take a look at a used Ford Mustang thats price had been dropping. I was immediately greeted and given the keys for the car. Test drive and overall service from Brent was relaxing and worry free. Price was exactly what was online and there was no bait and switch. Brent worked very hard to work with my trade ins (upside down Genesis and paid off Mustang). We were able to come to a deal that left me feeling very satisfied. At no point did I feel pressured or suffocated, which is the main concern with a big dealership. Ive always been a Ford fan and now Im a Perry Ford fan. I know where Im going when Im in the market again.

DO NOT RECOMMEND service departmentTook my car in due to the check engine light being on. Attached photos to explain some of the work they did and paid $1800. Picked up the car 07/14/22 and the check engine came back on took my car back on 07/15/22 and John run the scanner and he said it was a different code. Paying additional $850 for the second code. He asked me to bring it back 07/18/22 to get it looked at again. And 30 miles were put on my car while it was in for service. First time being repaired the car was in service for 17 days.

Went to service dept. to reprogram key fob, young service writer greeted and asked if i spoke Spanish. Asked him how much they charged, and he said $210. It turns out that it needed an $8 battery. Courtesy and customer service does not exist at this dealership. I will never go to them for anything.

We purchased a beautiful brand new Ford Mustang Mach-E and could not have been happier with the service that we received from all of the Perry Ford staff. Our salesperson, Patricia had been on the lookout for a specific model and color for us and notified us as soon as one came into stock. She arranged for her associate, Ash to discuss the particulars of the car with us and take us on a test drive. Ash was wonderfully informative and helpful and answered all of our questions. The following day Patricia took time out again on her day off to arrange for us to speak with her sales manager, Mike to discuss financial and on-going service and support options. We arrived at a solution with Mike that we felt best met our needs and that convinced us to move forward with the purchase. Mike then turned us over to his extremely knowledgeable associate, Andy who spent several hours answering our questions while reviewing many of the special features and options that the car offers. Andy was a wealth of information and ultimately lead us to believe, without question, that our faith and confidence to proceed with the purchase with Perry Ford was well founded. Our final interaction with the organization was likewise extremely satisfying when we dealt with Ashes brother, Alex the finance manager to review and complete all of the necessary financial and contractual documents. Alex, like his brother, was extremely kind, professional and helpful. First time Ive been able to get a deal done there. The team took great care of us. We ended up buying the Bronco Raptor and the sales team worked hard to get us where we wanted to be with our purchase. Also, Tony at the service department is a stellar guy. I brought my car in to get a part changed thats under warranty. That was fine. What I dont appreciate is that. They left my car in the parking lot unlocked. And someone went in my car. Stole my registration and my tire key and god knows what else. When I confronted my adviser and I asked him where was my registration? Nobody knew anything. Horrible customer service skill. No one seems to know what happened or where my paperwork from. My car went no help whatsoever. Will never be bringing any of my cars here again.

These people are KEEPING MY MONEY, I worked with Adam to get a vehicle in September and made a deal with him and Mike the sales manager. I was supposed to get the all weather mats or a lower payment with extra money that was left on a car I traded in, believe it was about 516 with some cents but have not received a call back. I’ve contacted the dealership over and over with no outcome. Come November if it doesn’t get fixed I will file with small claims and I do have proof of everything that was said in text messages with Adam. I want results not the run around.STAY AWAY there’s plenty of dealerships not scamming people out of hard earned money.

Perry Fords service department has left me without my car on multiple occasions without notice because “the person working on it is out of town.” How can I bring my car in for a scheduled service and be left high and dry? My wife took my car in to the shop to check the battery and was told it would be back to her same-day. She got a call saying they wanted to keep it overnight to check that it was still working fine in the morning. Then a full 1 1/2 days pass without a word from Perry Ford, so my wife had to call them. Half the numbers they have listed online for the service department are disconnected….when she finally got through to someone they told her “the guy working on your car is out of town until Tuesday.” They had my car a full 6 days before it was ready.Perry Ford didn’t offer an apology, a rental, a discount, or any other form of compensation. If my wife hadn’t called then I don’t think they had any intention of notifying her of its status until it was finished. They’re lucky I was out of town and didn’t urgently need it. If I can go somewhere else for service, I likely will.

This experience started off on a great note we reached out to Mario who I believe is the GM who was super responsive and set us up with an appointment that fit our schedule (and was not pushy). Upon arrival we were greeted and began the process, we had visited a couple other dealerships one where we walked the whole lot and no one acknowledged us so we were off to a good start. We are weary of having our credit ran multiple times so Ali in finance broke down a few different options that could work based on the info we gave him. When it was all said and done we were able to walk out with the vehicles we wanted and we will definitely refer anyone looking for a vehicle their way in the future.

I am expecting an email from the sales manager, I spoke today November 16Around 11:20 am .I requested an email with proof information the they don’t receive mi gap insurance money, as the gap insurance told me through an email.I have a legal case already against the gap insurance company Jim Moran & Associates, this particular insurance have a bad reputation, but the sales manager says that he doesn’t care about it because is an outside issueThe reputation perry ford is not the same anymore.Now I am going for a legal case on perry ford for holding my money according with the insurance they use, and for keep using that same careless on customer benefits.

Our sales representative was Marvin. Marvin was great and overall the people and our experience there was positive. They worked a deal and got us the vehicle we wanted for the price we wanted to pay. My only complaint was them adding a Platinum warranty without our knowledge until the end. During the negotiation process it was never mentioned. It wasn’t until we went to sign the contracts that the warranty was mentioned and that it was already figured into the price. What had been done was the car was discounted by $3000 dollars and then the warranty added, essentially getting us back to the original price. Information like that should be given upfront and disclosed to the buyer.

Things seem to have had a few misunderstandings on the first day. But on the second day everything was cleared up beautiful. I think everybody was very professional and kind. Be careful if you come to Perry ford with your own financing! I brought my own financing to protect my credit score from unnecessary hard inquiries and they failed to respect me!I recently purchased a vehicle, financed through my credit union, because I didn’t want multiple hard inquiries ran on my credit.It states on the contract I signed that I had 45 days until the first payment. I gave Perry ford their check after 8 business days.What does Perry ford’s financing department do after 5 business days?They called me and asked me if I needed to explore financing options since they had not received the check.I said no, my loan is approved and they will get their check soon. The financing officer acknowledged me and hung up the phone.After I declined and hung up, their loan officer took the liberty to explore financing options for me AFTER stating I didn’t need it. Running multiple hard inquiries on my credit sinking my credit score 50 points.Obviously the loan will not get approved if I already had a loan go through a week before he inquired! Very shady on their part not to respect my word. They got their money within 45 days as stated on the contract.Not many people will come into a dealership with their own financing options, but if you are one of them be careful of their finance department and their shady tactics.

Perry Ford in National City was great to us during our entire time. They provided top notch customer service to us-(compared to Chula Vista Ford and both Gosch Fords in Temecula/Hemet. Gosch was the worst customer service. Chula Vista Ford left us in the dark). Initially we were interested in a Bronco Sport because of the Mark Up on Broncos, but Perry Ford of NC gave us a deal we couldnt refuse on a Bronco + the awesome customer service was a plus.Adam and Ash in Sales both worked efficiently and answered any questions we had. I recently purchased my New bronco from this dealership. This is not a Cal Worthington size dealership with tons of inventory and salespeople running around. This is a small, early 90s design, hometown dealership stuck in the national city mile of cars. Do not expect a Lexus waiting room or Mercedes technology displays or coffee machine. What they do have are nice people and integrity. I worked with Jordan Sparks for a year & a half waiting on my order and he was always responsive and respectful. The sales manger Mike was communicative and true to their word of my sales price with nothing in writing. The finance manager, Hicham was quick and explained all the paperwork easily. There was no pressure and they were all helpful. I would purchase again from this dealership.

He was laid back, not salesy and genuinely helpful. He answered my questions and sent me payment options on the vehicle promptly.Unfortunately for me, the car sold the next day before I had a chance to go look (it was taken off their website).* The only minor brush to the experience which was not a big deal was the $395 door guards added onto the quote which I confirmed earlier as to be part of the advertised price. My car was in for 6 days due to a recall was tolled to wait for a ford approval to get it fixed. After it got approved was tolled that it had a leak and that besides that, that they couldnt fix the recall that was already fixed by previous owner of vehicle at different location. Was sent back home with my car and a bunch of issues it didnt have before. Definetly not coming back to this location. We had a very bad flat tire on the 15-freeway on our way from Corona to San Diego. I called your dealership so I can have the original tire replacement and have the sensor fixed (on the dashboard was tire pressure low even though we have installed the reserved tire). I spoke to Juan at your service department and I felt very comfortable right away at the accommodating and honest sound of his voice. He gave me the cost for a new tire and calmly assure me that they can do the job. When we came and met Juan the following day, my comfort and trust level even went higher. I don’t know about you, but I NEVER have good experiences with car salesman. I just mentally prepare myself for a less than awesome experience when I walk into a dealership. We ordered our Ford Bronco a year ago on the day they were released. After a number of changes and setbacks we finally received our truck. David was understanding, apologetic, and communicative through our whole process. Obviously he was in the unfortunate role of being the middle man between the customer and the Ford plant, however, he did all he could for us to make sure we were taken care of. It was such a refreshing experience with David from start to finish. On the day of our Bronco pickup Eric helped us with our paperwork and getting us all set up. Put a deposit on a maverick order in may a few days after my birthday for a little present for myself, months pass and no word until i get an email to come in and talk about my build. i confirm my build and i think all is good hoping to my truck relatively soon. i don’t wanna be that guy to always bug and call so i just wait patiently. i decide to go in during my lunch from work to see how the build is going only to find out they didn’t even send it in. they forget about customers here and doesn’t feel like i am valued in any way whatsoever. they refund me the deposit and tell me i can put a deposit 5x of the original deposit amount when orders open up again. i know mile of cars has some sketchy dealers but to “forget” to put in my order is something else because they know they have to sell it to me for MSRP and can’t mark it up. i’ll be going to kearny mesa when maverick orders open up again, horrible experience here except to the guy who helped me get my refund back he’s probably the only decent guy there

From the time we stepped onto the lot until I picked up my car (two days later) the service was excellent. I went to another dealership right down the street and we couldnt make a deal. Julio and Brandon made the deal happen and I got the car I wanted. I also was able to order a part for my wives car and it came in before the expected delivery so I was able to pick it up at the same time as my car saving me another trip. I highly recommend Perry Ford for your next car purchase.

Overall the service team provides timely and clear communication with the customer on repair issues. The only weak link I have experienced is a lack of acknowledgment to the customer is when you arrive to drop your vehicle off. On my last visit I was the only customer at the drop off area standing right outside the office and it was over 5 minutes for someone to asked if I had been helped. Now I dont expect to be mobbed when arriving but at least a hello well be right with you would go a long way. This wasnt my 1st experience with this situation or else I would not of even mentioned it.

When I went to pick up my car, they couldn’t find my keys. Cashier said service had them, service said cashier had them. They were eventually found. Got home and reviewed the paperwork only to realize that the battery needs replacing. Called and left a message for Xavier to schedule time to bring the car back, he never returned my call. Turns out they didnt have the parts but took apart the car and now Im being told it will be 2 to 3 weeks until they return my car . Just purchased a new 2020 Explorer and Eric my Sales Manager was amazing. It was Memorial Day and it was so busy but Eric did not let it get to him. The service department at this location leaves a lot to be desired. I continue to come here because they send me coupons and it’s in a convenient location for me to drop off my vehicle while at work. My latest oil change (8/3/21)…I made an appointment but the service reps couldn’t find me on their list. Luckily I had my email confirmation, but they were gearing up turn me away. They typically do a quick exterior rinse/wash of the vehicles after service and they told me they would this time as well (they didn’t). I was also told they would call once my service was complete (never got a call). I came over after work figuring I’d sit and wait and there was my truck…I had been done for hours and nobody ever called to let me know.

My experience was overall a very smooth and easy process. The people at Perry made well aware of the process when it came to my purchase. The finance department seemed to get a little flustered with all the paperwork which led to me having to return back to the dealership more than once soon after having my paperwork for finalizing nothing to big. When I bought my vehicle I noticed small problems with it which Perry was very quick to take care of and had them resolved within a matter of a couple days. I brought my fleet vehicle in for a warning light regarding the hood. Patrick dealt with the fleet company to get authorization to repair my vehicle so I wouldn’t have to. After a few days he was able to get the ok. Once they got my car everything was taken care of in one day and I got a new battery. Very good service. Would recommend.

If you want your car serviced at this location, request Renato. Great service tech and customer service skills to suit your needs. Long story short, crankshaft positioning sensor went out and Renato kept me up to date while it was being taken care of. Problem solved. Be warned that many dealers often dont carry stock for a lot of parts these days, so be prepared for a wait if you need something ordered.

The salesman who helped us was friendly and courteous however he lacked the knowledge about the vehicle we were interested in. We went into the dealership wanting to buy a specific vehicle and that was why we purchased the vehicle. It could have been the secretary who helped us and we would have bought the car. Even after deciding to buy the car and working out the finance we had to wait for 30 minutes for the car to be finished and detailed.. Additionally while we were at the dealership, two separate incidents happened where customers were unsatisfied with the customer service . The service was so great, what the porters did to get us our truck was beyond what they needed to do. It was in the far back corner of the back lot and they had to move at least 6-10 vehicles to get it to us. We were so impressed and it was 10pm on the Sunday of the Memorial Day weekend. They deserve the biggest thank you from us. Daniel was fantastic too. Accommodating Ron as he had to walk the lots again to make sure which truck we were talking about. I would of left 1 star for this dealership previously. However I had an issue with a recall part and had to bring it in for maintenance this last time and everything was replaced quickly. I worked with Victor who made sure everything was done quickly and easily. I did it because the first time I brought my car in for the door lock recall they only the driver side locks. This time they finally fixed them all. Other dealerships should take training lessons from Perry Ford on how to provide proper customer service!Took vehicle in for servicing. They were extremely busy and I did have an appt. The only thing I was disappointed is, I thought they’d run the car through the wash like other dealerships before returning. Other than than that, very satisfied.

Really willing to help you get going with a vehicle! If you got bad credit they will make it happen. Like any car dealership you may or may not have to put a down payment due to your credit but regardless they worked with me for 4 hours to figure something out and got it done. We were promised a good car with nothing to worry about but the car pulls hard to the left when driven. A purchase of nearly $10,000 warrants a happy purchase without the above mentioned issues. Once I arrived one of the gentleman who drive the cars into the service area asked if I had been helped. He told me that Patrick would be the person who would take care of my car. The general manager was very understanding of my extra concern in regards to my deflating tires and he actually had it checked for free but the service department did not find any problem with my slowly deflating tires and did not get to fix it.There was no problem with the oil change and it lived up to my expectation.The service advisor was very helpful. However, he shoots from the hip when I had questions about the carbon monoxide service recall that was done to my car. He was not knowledgeable on this subject and gave me false information on what was installed and inspected when I asked what was in the final invoice documents.I would come back and hope service would be better.
