We recently took our Jeep Grand Cherokee into the dealer to address 3 issues. No check in reporters generated and then they only addressed 1 of 3, The check out report only provided notes on the item that was repaired and Ben though I asked for proper documentation recognizing the additional unserviced items.After three days, the vehicle electronically shut down resulting in frozen steering, inoperable windows, lights and dashboard flashing with eventual engine cutoff. We were told they couldn’t even look at the vehicle for at least 7-10 days and would not provide a loaner vehicle.Short on service resources, challenging service representatives. We will buy something else as soon as possible.

Place was terrible. Worst customer service Ive ever had. They never call. When you call it takes forever to get through. Their receptionist that answers the phone is rude and could care less about providing a proper customer experience. Their service department is a joke. Dont go here for anything pay the extra tow bill to go to the next dealer. Never had so many rude people working in one place. Would give zero stars if possible. Absolutely disgusted with this place.

Alba Stori (5 stars) was professional, responsive and understanding. My technician on the other hand did not provide me with the correct information which resulted in me paying thousands of dollars more in repairs which werent required. I doubt that I will use Perry again after this experience and will likely caution others to look elsewhere or get a second opinion for their repairs.

I drove 50 miles south to purchase a specific certified pre-owned RAM 1500 a couple of weeks ago. Drove it off the lot Saturday, wouldnt start on Tuesday. I have nothing but praise for how this issue was handled. Although it took quite a while to get through the busy phone lines, once I was able to speak to Michael, the service manager, directly the wheels started turning right away. The truck was picked up and towed south the same day, I received a call from Stori, the responsible technician, at 7am the next day to go over the issue in detail and she reported the truck fixed and ready for pickup 6 hours later. Perry CDJR arranged for my transportation back to the dealership to pick up the truck and Sean, my sales contact, went above and beyond to make my short wait comfortable. Thanks to all the Perry staff involved with this issue, I felt very heard and taken care of in my despair!

I have a recall on my Jeep, which is preventing my vehicle registration renewal. After calling the Jeep dealership in Chula Vista who were no help. I called Perry in National City and they said they would provide me a letter if I went down there. I was in and out in leas than 20 minutes. I was given great customer service despite the service agent knowing I wasnt there for anything that would generate them any money. I will definitely be coming here for any future vehicle related issues. Perry Jeep just gained a customer!

I drive past 2 other Jeep dealers on my way to Perry for service. Good service technicians are hard to find and Perry seems to have attracted some of the best. My previous dealer has postponed warranty work because they dont have a tech that is qualified to do it, but Perry has the proper people, one of the best service managers and service advisors that you can trust.

Do not recommend.I reached out last week for new tires, parts department told me they had the tire and if Id like to set an appointment. Set the appointment for a few days later at 830. I arrived, waited for about 10 minutes until I was finally approached. The service tech was not aware of my appointment and did not know what I was there for. I explained I needed tires and had to show them what tire I was looking to get. They asked if I was waiting or leaving. I had to ask for them to check if the tires I wanted were available prior to me leaving my vehicle, they were not. They told me the parts department will order them and be in the following day(today) at 10am. Just called, the tires were not ordered, again.

Had a very unpleasant experience at this Perry Jeep location. I had a 1 o’clock appointment for an oil change. I arrived 15 minutes prior to my appointment time. Was told my car would be ready in an 1 1/2. Not sure why that long but left my car anyways. Came back after two hours and they had not even started with the oil change. They apologized and said they would get on it but I was too upset and needed to head to work. Told them I didn’t want the service anymore and wanted my car. It took another 15 minutes for me to get my car back. I was late for work. This is unacceptable.

Bottom line: DO NOT RECOMMEND GETTING SERVICES HERE. No professionalism. No communication. Poor time management.Took my husband’s Jeep in for an oil change, sensor change out, and to check on clutch issues appointment. The service department was not prepared for the appointment and very dismissive.I hesitantly left the jeep for serviced repairs for atleast an oil change at 0815 and they did not update me at all about the Jeep. I called at 3pm for a status update to find out what else needed to be done for the Jeep. The number connected only to the Sales department and said the service department closed at 5pm and my service agent would call me back. I did not receive a call back at the end of the day and the service department closed without giving me an update on the Jeep by the time I got off work at 6pm.The next day they opened at 8am, and they still did not answer the service department phones for over an hour. After being transferred multiple times, I asked the sales department to physically go check if anyone was working at the service desks. They said yes, they would leave a note and have them call me back. I eventually arrived at the service department IN PERSON to check on the status of the Jeep. The Service Advisor said the main technician did not work on Saturdays and they would not look at the Wrangler until Monday. She had no update and no calls from me. She gave me her direct cellphone for me to call on Monday for updates.Monday, I get off work at 5pm. Still no update on the Wrangler. I called the service department - no answer. I texted and called the cellphone of the service advisor - no answer. I drove to the service department and saw my advisor and she said they were busy today and did not get a chance to look at the Wrangler again. She said if she didn’t call me, there was no update. Because it was 5pm at this point I then told her, I would pick up the Jeep on Tuesday even if no assessment or repairs were completed.Absolute worst car maintenance service I have ever experienced. Do not recommend.

Very bad experience in the service department. Waited outside the booths with no acknowledgment for 10 minutes. Then sat in my truck for over 30 minutes before. I called the service department and had somebody. Come out to my truck and get some help. I was looking to get a simple CHMSL Cabin leak diagnosis and fix But was told that 2 mechanics was called out and they have to keep my truck for about 48 hours to check out a simple leak. pretty ridiculous.Definitely wont be coming back here.

I haven’t been here in over 7 years for good reason. This weeks visit justified not coming here ever again. Read all the reviews and very much true. I was told I would get a call same day about my vehicle, no call. Didn’t get a call back in OVER 24 hrs. Got my car out of there asap. I could go on and on about this place. If you want top notch customer service and want good communication go down 12 mins down the 805s to mossy cdjr in Chula Vista they offer free diagnosis if they do not give you one in more than 24 hrs. Save yourself some headache, PLEASE.Only highlight my service advisor Stori provided a smooth seamless check-in. From there on it was a rollercoaster.

Took my car in because all the dashboard lights were on and the windshield wipers were not turning off. I was told it would be $420 for a diagnosis. Didnt hear from them until the next day even though I had made an appointment ahead of time. They said it would be an additional $200 to unplug my dvd player or $1200 to fix the DVD player. I told them I didnt want them to do any work to the vehicle and I would just pay the diagnosis fee and take the van to a different mechanic. He explained he didnt want me to have to pay $420 if they didnt do any work to the vehicle, so he said he would call me back. A few hours later, he called saying it would be additional $79 for them to put my vehicle back together since they took it apart since we last spoke. Since the vehicle was not ready for me to pick it up, I asked what would be the fee to fix the DVD player and how long it would take, he said he would check and get back to me. Called the next day to inform me that he already purchased the replacement and I was required to pay for it when the vehicle was ready. I never approved any work on the vehicle but now have a $1400 bill.

Our launch edition Jeep Gladiator started 2023 by getting a new rear differential, which cascaded into a domino of other issues, including being without our primary vehicle for a total of more than 6 months in the last 12. After the rear differential, we needed a new engine because the truck was returned to us without oil (yes really and they had the audacity to deny it), causing the engine to seize when we didn’t catch it soon enough. It took 4 months to get a new engine. When we picked the truck up after 4 months, I asked if they would check the oil, since that is how we got there in the first place. Unbelievably, the truck with the BRAND NEW ENGINE had zero oil. Thank goodness I trusted my gut and made them check it before I had driven away. Not trusting their work at this point, we took the Jeep to a 3rd party where we were told we would need a new transmission because of an error during the engine install. We sheepishly went back to Perry, terrified of what they would do next, but knowing that because other work had been done under warranty, our only option was to go back and hope for the best. We met with the General manager, anticipating more denials and that we would be sent home packing. Instead, we found a new manager who had started less than a month before and had been brought in to clean up shop. He introduced us to his service manager who was also new to this location, was aware of past issues, and promised to take care of us once they and new mechanics had settled in. They communicated throughout and made sure we were kept apprised of the status. It is now the middle of February and they stayed true to their word. The new transmission was installed under warranty and our truck with over 80,000 miles once again sounds like it just came off the lot. Last fall I never would have believed it, but Perry is definitely on the upswing, having renewed our faith in our vehicle and of Jeep. We are no longer afraid to take our Jeep off-roading, hauling our RV, and importantly, back to Perry for service. Thank you guys for making us whole.

If you care about your vehicle that you work hard to afford don’t take it here for service. I travel across the country and have been to a lot of dealerships. This is by far the worst I have ever dealt with.I brought my truck here because the other dealer in the area didn’t have the service department open. I had a list of service items. One was to rotate and balance the tires. I have a dually truck at this time it required the tires to be moved to different wheels. When I picked up the truck the TPMS on 1 wheel wasn’t working like it had been when I arrived. They also stuck the wheel weights on the chrome wheel. The wheel weights caused pits in the wheel. Also caused the clear coat to peal off. Plus the wheels are still out of balance but that will go somewhere else to fix.It took 3 return trips to get it fixed. Each time I missed an entire day of work. They no longer allow night drop off. I could never get my phone calls returned. I had to show up an additional 3 times just to speak to someone.During my frequent trips to this dealer. I witnessed the complete lack of care for customer vehicles. They put vehicles into park before they come to a complete stop. Bumming and brushing up against vehicles. My truck ended up with a scratch is the door and rings on my hood from them setting their cups on my hood.They finally fixed the TPMS and cut me a check for the damages. I am so thrilled to be done with this place. I really hope they have a culture change and start to care about the customers and their vehicles.

Pretty bad service at this place. I called a few months ago to get service for AC repair on my Jeep Wrangler. They gave me half a quote, and boy, was this stealership firing on all cylinders. They sell parts that must be made of gold. I took it in stride and they said they would need to make some calls to finish getting the rest of the quote filled out. Unfortunately, they never called me back, even after I followed up a day or two later. Bad support.

Did not have a pleasant experience working with this dealership as a first time car buyer. I was looking for a BRZ and saw they had just got one preowned and was coming soon. I immediately contacted on 11/30 and was passed over to Ray, my sales guy, to check out the car. As a serious buyer who had another bad experience with another dealership, I let him know I was eager to purchase it. Since the car still needed to be serviced and inspected before selling to me, I did not mind. I signed the contract and paperwork the next day to reserve it. I contacting the sales person days later and he mentioned it would available Friday 12/6. I come in to find out that neither the sales person or car appeared to be worked on. I was upset and voiced myself to Alex, another sales person, how I spent money on fare when I was told it would be ready. No apologies other than to contact Ray the following Monday. No one bothered to reach out to me or even apologize for the inconvenience. I was then given the runaround by numerous people mentioning it would be ready by Dec 13th or “100% Dec 15th.” It was already Dec 21st that the car was not ready to even be test driven/bought. I ended up finding an alternative car at another dealership last weekend instead of dealing with them. The team overpromised and undelivered. None of the team members apologized for the miscommunication or even acknowledge what I experienced. I would have been quite fine if they mentioned it would take a month rather than stringing me on expecting it will be ready every other day. I did not even bother asking for reimbursement for the wasted fare for trying to at least make me whole. Buying my second biggest purchase of my life I would have expected more respect rather than constantly following up and overpromises.

Worst Service I have ever received for warranty work. I own a new 2021 renegade and brought it in to get a window seal that broke due to the window being un aligned due to a factory defect. They kept my car for two days with out notice to just tell me they only ordered the part and didnt even fix the issue with no loner or rental given, knowing i am an active duty sailor and can not just request days off work. Took 3 months for the part to come in. Brought my jeep in to get the part replaced and to get an intense oil.leak checked. Again, they kept the car for a week, with no loner or rental offered, and I had to pay out of pocket for a rental because I can not be without a car as I active duty. Had to bring the jeep back again the following week, as the seal install looked horrible for service work. The door is now unaligned, making it worse than before, and my car was still leaking oil. Again, I left the car there for a week... only to be told they need to mostly like send it to a body shop and that they never got to look at the oil leak! So nothing got fixed, and I had to pay for a rental for the whole week again, as if the military makes alot of money to for me to afford weekly rentals for warranty work let alone waste time and money on my part to never even get the issues fixed. I was then told to wait to get a call back as they need to talk to the service manager to find out what to do? At this point, it looks like warranty repair work refusal and possible need for lawyer intervention. Ill never get a jeep again, and now I dont even want to go back for service due to lack of confidence in work and respect for service members.

Stay away from this place. Took my mothers jeep for oil change and engine diagnostic. They kept the car from Monday through Friday, and we didnti was going to take this long. So many days, when we tried to call to find out why so long, the advisor we had didnt answer our calls, and we went to get the car. They charge my parents for oil change service and guest what? They DIDNT do it at all. Documents said they checked tires and put air among other services, but when we turned on the car, the light for tires was on. My father went to get his money back, and proved to them that oil was not changed and got his money back after a long argument with them. Apparently, this is not the first time the advisor we got has these issues. Im sure there might be good workers, but so far, the few people involved in our service failed horrible. My wife had her grand Cherokee dropped off by the tow company on Monday and it’s Friday afternoon and nothing has been done. We had to call them and wait on hold for half an hour for an update to tell us they are going to get to it next week. Steer clear. You have been warned.

Let me start with I own a Jeep Renegade, I have always been taking My car for service here, John was the representative in the service department in charge of my car, My car wasnt starting so I took it to the dealership, Ceasar was the service agent sinceJohn is not working here anymore, Not only did they kept my car for 7 days, but my extended insurance rejected the payment because of all the wrong information that was given and because this repaired job was in the standard guidelines only for 1.7 hours for the repairs, No 7 days.It needed a new ignition switch and one other controller,They first told meFrom the diagnosis $205, Then ended charging $2,640, Ceasar was unprofessional and disrespectful, Overcharged me and completely unprofessional.I will never take my car for service again, And dont recommend it to anyone.

I bought my car from an oustide dealer. They were great. PERRY service department is the WORST. I do not know why they have appointments if they do not honor them. I had an appointment at 10am on a tuesday. My car was not looked at until 2 days later only to check what was wrong with it. They stayed with my car 3 weeks. Got the carback on friday for the check engine to turn right back on saturday morning. I wish i could give them 0 stars because that is what they deserve.

If ZERO stars is possible, Perry Jeep service deserves it! Unfortunately, my previous service agent John, has left to the loss of everyone whom had to deal with Jeep repairs. The problems began when Cesar Arango answered the phone. When I took the car in he was rude and anything but service oriented. Had to ask for the manager to get involved due to Cesar lying to the extended warranty insurer. Jeremey, was also less than honest when giving us the diagnosis and costs to repair. He was less than clear when giving the price to repair. Will definitely, not take back my Jeep for service unless it is a recall and for sure will never purchase another Jeep or any car from Perry dealerships as they dont value their customers and are actually rude and hinder when dealing with third party insurers.

Im going to try to keep this short, we bought a Used Jeep 2021, we also got the warranty to cover repairs we actually needed with in a week of having the car, there is a boogest website where you can put in a request for repairs, after you put in your request and press submit, nothing happens, I refreshed the page, it had me start over, we attempted 6 times, even in different browsers, cleaned out cookies and data, still nothing. So we emailed Rudy to ask for help on how to utilize the warranty, because we found parts which belonged to the A/C unit in the glove box, and airbag light came on and would not go off. It also needed maintenance which they did not do, we bought the car literally within days someone else traded it in, they did not even bother to give it a full check, nor clean it, Perry advertised it to get it off there hands as soon as possible. Months went by, we then tried calling, no answer, and no return calls. We finally got a number to there onsite mechanics, and the phone rang then eventually hung up. No kidding, on September 27, 2023, we get a email from a Terry a day after the warranty was up which was September 26th, asking how is the car, do we need anything, what a coincidence you now contact us a day after the warranty is up, disgusting, low., and a slap to the face. We truly regret buying a car from these people, I will next time keep my business local, Bob Bakers has helped my wife with her Dodge Charger for years, and she never had to go through any issues or problems. STAY AWAY FROM PERRY CHRYSTLER, regrettably I wish we would have. I will also be reporting them to BBB for a scam warranty I paid extra for to simply not to use due to there negligence, they can not get away with this nonsense.UPDATE 10/16/23:I have open a complaint with BBB, Perry has responded and it was not good, they are playing games, having a salesman respond back saying he he has only been there for 2 weeks, how exactly are you going to help me, and also tell me I dont have the answers, of course you dont, you been there for 2 weeks, and this is a 2 year issue! At this point I am requesting refund for the cost of what I paid for the warranty, I lost trust a long time ago with Perry Chrysler; unfortunately, small claims court will be my next step if I keep getting the run around through there responses to BBB, So sad, theses people have no honor, no respect for there customers STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE, theres plenty of car sales place is San Diego county.

Leased a brand new Jeep Wrangler 4XE from here, everything went well except them giving us a jeep with a cracked hard top, we noticed and notified our sales representative the next day and now for weeks they keep giving us a run around of having to wait to see what Chrysler says when they could just as easy switch out our hard top in the mean time and figure out the rest for themselves. Now when I turn it in if they don’t fix this issue I’ll be paying for wear and tear that it was given to us with. Will update if they ever help. Update: they switched out the top with a new one.

I brought my wrangler in for certification, it had the check engine light and they could not figure out how to get it to clear for certification. I dropped off my car in the morning, they kept it overnight without telling me and the problem was still not resolved. I had to bring it back a different day to have them pick up where they left off and again, they kept my car overnight without notice. This happened yesterday, and I ma trying to get a hold of someone, I even left a message to the service department manager and still not response. On July 2nd my check engine light came on. Knowing I was moving August 3rd needed to find someone to look at my truck. Called around and this place had an opening July 11th. Great make the appointment. I show up the evening of the 10th to drop the truck off and the place is chaos. That should have been my first clue to leave. I wait around and finally get someone to acknowledge me. Start talking to me then I get handed off to another person to get checked in. Give my info and hand over truck keys. The guy tells me I should hear something in a day or 2. My appointment was Tuesday. Didnt hear anything Wednesday, Thursday. Weird so Friday I call and get the oh. Well great what now? Well the guy that checked me in thought the other guy had it and vice versa. No one has looked at my truck. I stressed when I dropped it off the time crunch I was in and now you cost me 4 days. So frustrating. I knew with how unorganized and chaotic it was there that something like this would happen. The next week finally get some clue and was told what was wrong. Parts were ordered and finally my truck was fixed. They werent clear on the charges nor did anyone go over anything with me. I paid a hell of a lot more than what I was expecting. I got my truck in time to load up and move but not with out being stressed. There is other things that need to be fixed and had they not cost me the 4 days in the beginning I could have got that fixed also. Look around at other places. There was also personal property taken from my truck when it was there. When I brought it up, same thing we dont know about it. I know what was in my truck when I dropped it off. This place is full of crooks and thieves. I am glad that was the only time I will be doing business there. There is more I have to say but hopefully this will save someone from going through what I did. And also to note they did not apologize for the mix up that cost me 4 days and added stress. That sure would have been the right thing to do. This place cant be trusted. Go elsewhere for better customer service.

My wife purchased a “certified pre-owned” Jeep for here and has had nothing but problems from day 1. Could never make a same day appointment to get these issues looked at, always had to leave it. They will not give you a loaner no matter what. Her Jeep sat there for 6 weeks and they forgot they had it, nothing was fixed. They make excuses to get you past warranty so they don’t have to repair anything. Now UCONNECT has her locked out of the infotainment center with a code after replacing the battery, that was set by the previous owner on an aftermarket radio (still certified). I took my deceased grandfathers jeep in for a recall several months ago. The recall was the only thing that required attention. The jeep had not been driven until the last few months and I noticed the airbag light keeps coming on. I called the service department and spoke with the manager and told him what occured. He said it would cost $195 just for a diagnostic. Even though it wasnt a thing before they touched it, they wont even look at it without charging. They should be ashamed of themselves.

I called for an appointment Monday afternoon and was able to get in on Wednesday at 830. I showed up on time and I believe it was Henry that greeted me. He took all the information and said it would take about an hour and 20 minutes for routine service. I knew better than this, I be surprised if it was done in 2 hours I have been to many dealers. We had scheduled an appointment online to have our cars AC serviced. The appointment was scheduled at 830am and we did not get checked in until almost 9am. Once we explained the service request, the service agent was able to check us in. A few hours later, we had to call to get the update on the vehicle and we were told that AC services can take several days of work.When the car was initially checked in, there was no communication as to the amount of time that the service request would need. The thing that show poor professionalism is that service representative blamed another person for not letting us know how long it will take . We then received a follow up call to let us know of the issue. First, I have to search for someone to help me, and then they tell me it’s a whole week wait until someone can even look at it. I’m okay with this, I understand you can be busy. But then they say it has to be left all day and there’s no loaner cars at all and on top of that, no service on Saturday or Sunday’s. The service gentleman says I should talk to my sales associate as the car is just a few days old. I do so and she (Alexis) tells me the service here isn’t that good and I should go to her old dealership, Kearny Mesa, 25+ minutes away and they can help me and even give me a loaner car. I just bought this vehicle 4 days ago and not only is the dealership unwilling to do what it takes to make it right, they admit they are too busy and really don’t care about fixing their problems. This issue should have been identified before I even took ownership of the vehicle. I will never return here. If all you care about is “making a sale” and put no effort into customer service, even when it’s your own issue to start with, I don’t trust that anyone at this location can do right by my vehicle.

I took my 2015 Jeep Cherokee Latitude in for a transmission related issue two weeks ago. Before taking it in, I had just gotten all of the motor mounts and transmission mount repaired from another mechanic. I was advised that the transmission was faulty by the mechanic and that I should take it to the dealer since my wife and I have the 100,000 mile power train/transmission guarantee.We dropped the vehicle off and was told that it may take about a week before we were contacted. I was called on this past Wednesday by a service advisor (Landry) and he informed us that the issue my wife and I were experiencing was not transmission related and that all of the motor mounts and transmission mounts were broken and need to be repaired. I was also informed that my 100,000 mile guarantee would not cover the cost for this repair. I was a little shocked since we had just gotten these items fixed the previous week. I agreed to come in the following day (Thursday) to view the “broken” motor mounts.After getting off of the phone with Landry, I contacted the previous mechanic who repaired the motor and transmission mounts and informed them about what was going on. He advised me to go check out the motor mounts and if they were in fact broken, to bring my car back in and they’d repair the mounts free of charge since we have a 12 month guarantee on the new parts. He also advised me that the dealership has a bad reputation for their dishonesty since he was a previous Service Director that worked at another dealership near Perry.Yesterday I drove over to the dealership and asked to see my broken mounts. After walking over and looking under the car, the mechanic (didn’t catch his name) showed me the “broken” transmission mount (nothing was broken) and tried to play me by pointing out something else on my engine other than a motor mount and told me they were “leaking”. I’m not a dummy, I know what motor mounts look like and I know they don’t leak. After talking to him and informing me that what he showed me wasn’t the motor mount, he changed his tune and again told me they were leaking. I showed him where the motor mount was and told him they were brand new. He backpeddled again, stumbled with his words and said, oh, those are brand new! I asked him to lower my vehicle and that I wanted to speak to Michael Nevins the Service Director.I walked back over to the Service shop and was told that Michael was on a test drive and they didn’t know when he’d return. I got his card and called him, no answer. I left a message. I’m still waiting on his call.I got my vehicle and went home. I then called the Chrysler corporation and informed them of the dishonesty that dealership has done. They apologized and told me a record had been made and that they’d contact the dealership and correct the problems.

Let’s start with I scheduled an appointment online using their web site to drop off my van for a required safety recall early on Saturday. When I got there they couldn’t seem to find it even though I had the confirmation email in my hand. When we determined that they could not do that particular safety recall on a Saturday we set another appointment for Wednesday morning at 8. When I dropped my van off that day I was told it would be done two days later on Friday. I had also asked for them to check on a couple of other things while they had the van to take advantage of it being there for the recall. When I hadn’t heard from them by 1:30 on Friday I called to check. I was shuttled around to different departments even though I called the number on the card I was given by my service advisor. When I finally reached the Service Department I asked to speak to my service advisor and was told he was with a customer. I told the person that I just wanted to check on the status of the van and was told no, only my service advisor could give me that information (!!!) and asked for my information. When I hadn’t heard back a couple hours later I called back in and left another message since my service advisor was on a call with one holding. The service advisor called back shortly after that my van was not ready, that nothing had been done yet. I indicated then to only do the safety recall, not to do anything else but that I needed my van back right away, that day if possible. My service advisor called back at 5:22 pm that my van was not ready, could not be ready on Saturday due to a lack of a technician that had the needed training (!!!) and could have it ready on Monday. I ended up calling in two more times during the course of the day on Monday and my van was finally ready for me at 5:50 pm having only done the safety recall which addressed a battery terminal.I will never, ever bring my van back to this dealership for service.

I recently had some warnings pop up on my dashboard for immediate service, I waited outside another dodge dealer in the area 1.5 hours before they opened so I would be the first in line, when they opened I was told we onky do appointments only you will have to call and schedule something for next week... I left there and went to perry Chrysler dodge service as soon as I pulled up Henry came out to greet me. He explained that his mechanics were overloaded with work for the day and I would not get in until the following week, but then told me to hold on for a minute and he got a sensor to hook up to my truck to try and see if he could tell what was wrong.. He then said therewas a recall notice on my truck and they would complete that for me and see if the software update would fix my problem. Less than an hour later the install was completed and it fixed the issues I had.. He went out of his way to try and assist me instead of just turning me away, that is true customer service... Explained I had to drive 3 hours to get there. I was assured it was part of a recall to replace the steering damper and if I made an appointment it would be fixed in 1 and 1/2 hours. I made an appointment for last Wednesday (6 days later). I arrived on time and was told it would take about 2 hours because there was also a recall on the console hinge. After about an hour Mario in formed me that they DID NOT have the steering damper but did replace the console hinge even though it was not broken.I am not a person easily moved to anger but the lack of having the steering damper despite my telling them about it 6 days prior made me furious. Driving the Jeep is DANGEROUS and now I would have to drive 3 hours home and 3 hours back once they have the part. (It is now Saturday and still no phone call that they have the part.If you Google Wrangler Death Wobble youll see that this defect has been in place since 2018 and there is currently a class action lawsuit against the company concerning this ongoing dangerous defect. To not have that part on hand is ludicrous, and to not have it on hand after I told them I needed to have my vehicle fixed is unprofessional and unethical.

The waiting time was also longer than quoted. There was no communication telling me that. The ETA would be longer than anticipated. And the cost would be doubled. Recently took my car in for a repair. dropped it off on a saturday and they had the car for about 10 days, till the next monday.. no biggie, had the person handling the case/repair been able to answer his phone, return messages, or provide updates. over those 10 days I was able to reach him only twice.I turned the vehicle in for an A/C repair and I expressed it may be a real repair and not just a recharge. They told me they checked for leaks and did some black light testing and found nothing, just maybe its low on coolant. So they charged me $220+ to recharge the coolant... they called it a diagnostic fee. when i go to pick up my car first thing I do is turn the A/C on. I put it on full blast (not to mention its cold and dark outside) and its blowing air that is warm.I decide to give it the drive home to see if maybe it just needs to run for a while, but nothing.. just a simple AC repair.. 10 days.. over 200 buckaroos, a big ole bill from the rental car place, and still broken A/C. Thanks.I am very disappointed with their service and I would not recommend anyone trust their time, money, or car with them.

When I bought my Jeep Wrangler, I had to drive up to Carlsbad because the manager at Perry was difficult and disrespectful.On a different occasion, I took my jeep for service, and some parts needed to be ordered under warranty. He did call back about 15 mins later and said they had one more update and that would take about 45 mins. I never received any other calls and after work at 3:30 was dropped off to pick up my truck. After about 1 hour of standing around outside I finally received my truck. When I did the cameras were all disabled, the passenger climate controls were gone, I couldn’t adjust the internal temperature of the truck and XM wasn’t even an option to select anymore. I told them that the truck is in worse condition now than when I left it. They took it back and I stood around outside for about hour. Finally I went and found my account manager and was asking for updates as I had been there for about 2 hours when they had my truck all day. I asked if I could just get a loaner/rental so I could go home. Initially he said that wasn’t an option but about 20 mins later he said I will get you a rental. The rental company was supposed to come and pick me up in front of the service area. I stood around for another 45 mins. So all in all I was left to stand outside for over 2.5 hrs. Finally I gave up and asked to just have my truck and I will go to a different dealership. My service manager then came around and said he would drive me to rental place. By now it was well after 5:30 and I was done and asked to just have my truck. I had lost faith that this place would actually fix my truck.On a side note as I was standing outside, I did notice two other vehicle being picked up from the service area and promptly return with other issues.All in all stay away from this service station!!

I went in for an oil change and to activate my back up camera. I called around other Dodge dealerships and was quoted between $40-70 to activate my back up camera; since this is the closest dealership to me I figured I’d go local. They charge me $155 just for the camera activation. They didn’t let me know when my car was done. I called 2.5 hours later to ask about my car and magically it “just got done”. I asked to use a dealership coupon they sent me (3 oil changes for $100) the guy went to ask if I could use it, came back 10 minutes later, told me yes I could use it and then he didn’t apply it. I paid and was told to go out front to wait for my car, I waited 10 minutes for my car, it never came. I went back in and asked for my keys since my car was still sitting in the same spot. Finally someone brought my car. It was one of the most unorganized experience I’ve ever had. Your better off going to another spot. It was an expensive, frustrating, unorganized, 3+hour oil change that I scheduled a week in advance. I don’t mind paying more if I’m going to receive better service and quality work, I didn’t get that. I should have got my oil change elsewhere and bought a Tazer for my challenger to unlock all features. Avoid if possible!

I dropped off my car at 12:30 on Wednesday for a 2 PM appointment. I did not receive a phone call about the status of my vehicle before closing. The next morning at 9:30 I called for the status of the vehicle. I had to leave a message for the service advisor. Two hours later no one had called me back. I called again and was told they were currently looking at my vehicle, now almost 24 hours after I dropped it off. He told me he would have news for me very shortly and would call me back. Three hours later I still had heard nothing about my car. I had to call again. The positive side is that they were able to fix our alignment when two other places were unsuccessful in doing so. I took my 2014 jeep grand cherokee to Perry Chrysler Jeep located on 2340 National City Blvd, National City, CA 91950 to service manufacturer recalls.Since my car had also a check engine light on, wich was showing code P0456 I asked the service center to fix the issue. They made a repair consisting on changing vapor canister, evap control system and purge control for a total of $413.02.I pick my car up and a few days later the check engine light comes on again with same code. I take it do the repair center again. This time they take several days to get back to me, untill I call back and they said the mechanic said its ready they did not said what was done in these several days. I pick up the car and the light comes on again.I take the car in for a third time. This time they take two weeks and decide to change the gas tank for a total fee of $567.06When I pick up my car I noticed that my whole exhaust system is misaligned and has a leak, and upon more careful inspection I noticed they put the wrong hardware to reinstall the exhaust system (this was confirmed by me with pictures and by consulting Borla wich is the manufacturer of the system)When I asked the mechanic to fix the exhaust they said this is perfectly right and denied that the hardware was not the right one.Two weeks later the check engine light comes back on with the same code.I have spent my time, almost a thousand dollars and I have the same issue with my car and also they broke my exhaust system (and denied they did) wich now is a safety issue for me and my family since the exhaust fumes are getting inside the car. I purchased 2016 Lexus 200t. I noticed a deep scratch on the trunk. I was told two weeks ago “don’t worry about it, we will buff it out. I took the car back and was advised they had to take it to a body shop because the scratches were too deep to buff. Two days later I was told to bring the car in on Monday 9/30 or 10/1 and a rental would be provided. The original diagnosis was that my computer and battery needed to be replaced which would have cost me about $1700. The vehicle also needed 3 recalls resolved. First, we brought our vehicle in at 8:15 on Tuesday for diagnostics and met Landry, who informed us that he put our vehicle on a fast track, since we are just traveling through. By 4:30 we had heard nothing and Landry said he would call me back on Wednesday with results. After hearing nothing I called, only to find our Landry was off on Wednesdays. So he had no intention of calling me. I then spoke with Ray, who was very pleasant and promised the truck would be repaired by Thursday. All seemed to go well on Thursday and we finally received word by the end of the day it was finished. I am assuming all is well since we must depend on the mechanic. As we were leaving, I found greasy footprints all over the floor mat on the passenger side. This could have been easily avoided with a paper cover on the mat that most dealers use. We are very careful about our truck and service it regularly with dealers around the country as we travel. A little more honesty and a little more care would have raised my evaluation considerably.

Purchased my first Jeep here and it was an easy experience. The manager gave me a deal I couldnt refuse. I was happy and satisfied on how that deal went.Had 2 oil changes done here. First oil change took at least 35-40mins and thats with a appointment. Second oil change took at least an hour only because it as walk-in and had an issue with oil drain bolt head being stripped which they were able to take out. Like others mentioned about the waiting area is a little small and could be little nicer especially since the wait times can be long. In the mornings, reps are usually quick to acknowledge you, however in the afternoons reps are out & about and may take a while to greet you.Will update on the Service Department as my Jeep needs fixing under warranty.**11/9 UPDATE**My Jeeps water pump was fixed under the factory Powertrain Warranty and ready the next morning which I was surprised and happy about. Very disappointed, again, by the service provided by Perry. Our 3-year old Jeep would not start on a Friday and had a check engine light on. Called Perry for service, and they told us first that they do not do service on weekends...which I knew to be false. Called back a second time, and we were told that there was only one technician in on Saturday and that he wouldnt be able to get to our car, so we left it at the dealership over the weekend. What dealership only has ONE technician on staff?!?!It turns out that the battery went out on the vehicle. The service staff explained that it is common for the battery to die before 50,000 miles, and we were lucky that it lasted so long. Im mechanically savvy, and I normally change my own batteries, but I couldnt believe it would be the battery so soon on a new car. They charged a $125 diagnosis fee to figure out this was the problem, and let me know that the battery cost was $200. I was welcome to take it elsewhere, but I would forfeit the $125 fee. Had them install the new battery, which may or may not last 3 years...when I normally get batteries at Costco that last me 8 years+! They had me coming and going. I paid over $500 for a new battery install and brake fluid flush. Buyer beware!

I received a call later in the day saying my vehicle was ready to pickup, took me about 35 minutes to get there. This is the place to go! We were traveling from Baton Rouge and had spent the week traveling to San Diego with our Jeep in tow. Once there, we smelt a burning rubber smell after driving the Jeep for 15 minutes. I am always leary about using dealerships for repairs especially if my vehicle is under warranty. My car was towed to the dealership on Saturday, thoroughly checked. They did not find anything. Even before examining the Jeep, the attendant noted that something from the trip could have blown under the car and attached. The manager also was eager to assist, after we asked, on how I could put the car in second gear for driving and in gear for towing. This was really my first positive dealership service department experience.

I’ve came here multiple times and have received very poor customer service, both over the phone and in person. Earlier this week, I went in for an oil change that took 3.5 hours. That was with the appointment made in advance. At 5:50 I received a call stating they were unable to do the oil change on my car because they did not have the filter for it and I would have to leave it overnight. For a simple oil change after 3 hours. I called back and another man said my car was ready and that call was a “mistake” by Mario. I do not feel comfortable bringing my car here for maintenance and will be taking my business elsewhere. They also need a proper lobby for the customers to wait while their vehicle is being serviced.

Then when my vehicle was returned... nothing was told to me as to why my check engine light was on. Not good service at all . Im confused as to why they have flyers posted everywhere stating that 100% of previous customers would recommend this dealer to a friend or family member. I know people who have come here and they have said that if you want good service you need to go up north (Kearny area). I asked for a car wash and they said the car wash has been broken for 3 months (uh, so why hasnt it been fixed ?) They did not cover my oil change and charged me for it (which ok, I understand that one because my coverage for oil changes had ended a month ago even though they could have done it for me) and then they wanted to charge me to rotate the tires?!?! After a few hours of number crunching and negotiations. The Salesman and I came up with a agreeable number. Once this was determined, the salesman circled the number that I needed to obtain financing for from my bank for and asked me to sign it. I spent an hour on the phone with my bank and got approved for the number he circled. I notified the salesman that was approved and I was leaving to go pick up the check from my bank. I said, Okay we will get the vehicle and paperwork ready for you now. After obtaining my check from the bank, I proceeded to returned but before I could get back to the dealership the salesman called to ask me to give them a few hours to detail the vehicle. I said, Okay. thank you. I proceeded to my home. While at home. approximately 1 hour later the Sale manager called to tell me they had made a mistake in the numbers and wanted me to get more money. They said, they made a $4000 mistake and needed me to fix itAs a consumer business their practices are very shady. During an pandemic they are not out to help anyone. Perry CDJR sales team is only looking for profit not caring how they treat customers. The owner should get involved with this. No excuses. This is unacceptable.

Very frustrated with the service we received on our Chrysler. We brought the car in for routine maintenance which we received no problem. However, we also took it in because the brakes are squeaking, the heater makes a high pitched ringing sound, and the back up camera is inconsistently working. 9hrs and $700+ later, and our brakes still squeal, our heater still rings, and the camera still doesn’t work. We opted to not have the camera fixed because the quote on the replacement was another $700+. We were told the brakes were fine, and the reason they squeak is due to weather...They squeak when it is hot and cold.... Also told the ringing in the heater couldn’t be replicated so there wasn’t anything to work on. I have a hard time believing this as every time the heater is turned on it rings.... including on the ride home from the dealership after the service appt. My husband called while driving home to say it was still ringing as usual and to ask if he could bring it back the next day. This was 15 minutes before closing and he was placed on hold for 15 minutes. When he called back he received the office is closed message.

Multiple calls to the dealer had the same response “there are no available parts in the US”. When I called jeep customer service at the national level, the next day a part appeared and arrived two days later. I was finally able to pick up my vehicle but the battery was completely dead. Poor service, poor communication, very unsatisfied. Scheduled an appointment and had to take the day off work to ensure this recall was taken care. I planned my entire day around this as I live about 40min away. I arrived early to ensure the car is taken care of right away. After waiting several hours and getting to communication, I arrived back to the service department past the expected completion time to be told that they dropped the ball and didnt service my car at all. They expected to leave my car overnight and somehow get back home and come back... As again, I live 40min away. After going back and forth about the unacceptable solution, somehow they were able to get the car worked on within 30min. It seems they rushed through the recall work (clutch issue), and probably did not do a test drive or inspected the work, since now my clutch does not feel right when shifting from 1st to 2nd and to 3rd. Waited 6.5 hours for a rushed 30min job, that it apparent they didnt do a good job. Extremely upset as I am looking at wasting another day and another long drive to get this checked out. I called service department and left a message. Waiting for call back.

Someone should have notified me that it was going to be that long of the wait and I should have arranged for a pick up. I was the last one in the waiting room. My Jeep was stalling and I reached out to Perry Chrysler for help. The service manager, (Mike) was very friendly and helpful over the phone. He explained to me what he thought may be wrong with my Jeep, and gave me the number to the tow truck to have it towed for free. That was pleasant, but however after that, the service was marginal at best. I had to call them 2 times to find out what was wrong with my vehicle. The receptionist claimed she didnt know who I was and had nothing on file about my car. She then transferred me to someone in the service department who asked me to describe my car. I gave the description and they replied, Oh I see it, the tow people just drop the cars off and leave. My car had been on their lot for 5 HOURS and I had to call them for them to realize it was there, AND to be told I wouldnt receive my car till 2 days later. I called the next day and AFTER ASKING FOR THE MANAGER (Mike saved the day AGAIN), I was able to find out the issue of my car. Mike informed me that a Mr. Landry was suppose to be contacting me about my car and didnt. I finally received my car the next day, and upon me getting into my car, Mr. Landry shows up as if hes spoken to me before. He didnt have the sticker in my windshield to remind me of the next oil change and he never apologized for not reaching out to me, he just start giving me instructions on my car as if hes been in contact all along. All Ill say is, IF I bring my car back, Ill ONLY speak to Mike (Service Manager) since hes the ONLY one who seems to care about the customers. I almost asked to be comped for my time, but I decided to just take it as a lesson learned. As for Mr. Landry, he needs to work on his customer service and stop being a Johnny come lately.

I have been having cars of all makes serviced at dealerships going back to the 1980s. The service departments are all about the same, with some having cleaner waiting rooms. Perry is unlike any dealership I have been to. Some of this listed bad is not a big deal, but all of it together. Is why I will never return.At check-in was not given a contact name with a phone number or paperwork with the projected price.I called after five days to find out what was going on with the car. I was told the car was done four days ago, and the Service Rep had written down. He called once at 11:30, and the call did not go through. The cell number was correct. Voice mail works just like everyone else. So why did he call once and gave up? What was his problem? Did he misdial?Part of the service is to check tire pressure. This was not done. One of the tires was overinflated, and two were under. At any other dealership, this would have been corrected. As work promise under Description of Service.This is the first time I had a car come out of a dealership dirtier than it when in.I know some of this is minor. But at a Dealership, we pay a premium price for service. So there is an expectation that the work will be done right and we will be treater with dignity and respect.There are other Jeep dealerships in San Diego. My wife and I will go to one of them next. My car was fixed. To have your car fixed is the goal. I had a a issue with my stop and engine off option to save gas. It wasnt going and I called in for a appt and got scheduled the next day. Thats a plus. The next morning I went in and the service took about 20 mins long to get a person to ask me about my appt. It did bother me a little but being in the pandemic times of COVID, I understood everyone is doing the best they can. Once they checked on me they asked me for my info, my keys and notified that the next day my car will be ready. Once I got there, picking up my car was as easy as walking in and out. Sorry this will not be a positive review as I did not have a positive first time experience at the Perry Jeep National City location. I’ve been going to Nissan in Chula Vista for the last 7 years so I was expecting the same excellent customer service. I never rec’ed a call stating my vehicle would need to be kept an additional day. I never received a call the following day letting me it was ready...No one took the time to review the repairs that were made. I had no mechanical issues prior to taking my vehicle in and now I’m required to take it back because there is a problem. They also left the oil stains from the bottom of their shoes on my door step. Just an overall bad experience. Unfortunately now I need to go to Carlburger Jeep which is so much further from me, but they know how to provide customer service especially considering the price we pay for these new vehicles that shouldn’t have any issues within 2 years. I should only be taking in for oil changes at this point not mechanical issues.

I went in because my car broke down due to a recall. When we first arrived everyone outside either looked at us or put there head down. We had to greet someone to get assistance as to where the tow truck should go. After we got the car settled again no one let us know what going to happen we asked where the lobby was and one of the service guys just said where the sign is. The inside was horrible. Just felt dirty to be inside. The nice lady in corner by herself was the only one who said hello and offered if we needed any assistance. She went out of her way to make more popcorn for my son. Horrible service no one checked in, no one gave us any notice as to when they started when they figured what it was or how long it might take to get my car back. Never go to this dealer. I called the day before requested appointment time to confirm a 1pm appointment and they confirmed. It took well over a week for the Service dept to get back to us about what was wrong with our car after dropping it off. We had to call and contact them in order to find out what was going on. Apparently they were unable to get intouch with my insurance company after I had provided them all the info at drop off and no one followed up to let us know. I found this out after i had received zero updates from Perry and decided to call my Insurance Co. and check on the claim..... which had not even been started. Basically they had my car sitting in their lot for over a week with nothing going on. I purchased my car New from here back in August and Im was happy with the service however theres one issue. I have the 8.4 inch screen and when I took the car for a test drive I asked if it came with navigation. My sales guy said yes. After signing the papers and getting into my car I was trying to figure out how navigation worked and couldnt find the icon. He came out and tried helping me but nothing happened so he said come back in a few days and he would help. I came back and tried again and he realized Oh hey this doesnt have navigation but its navigation compatible. You would have to pay for it if you want it. It still irritates me because to be honest if that was stated way before then ok but seeing as how he wasnt sure and the delivery process went through I was mislead about the navigation. When companies do things like this they usually have to honor what a sales person advertised to their customer. Ive been biting my tongue for months on this issue and realized I should get what I paid for and what I was told. I also went in with a refinance question and the finance guy Jimmy was very short with me and came off as if was in a crappy mood. This made me regret buying from this dealership.

Bought a used Mazda here last year before covid, salesmen were great, the finance guy was sketchy, unbearable, and said some things that made me rethink. Pushing the extended warranty too hard maybe because I was hesitant had to tell him no more than 5 times. Salesman and manager promised to have my car detailed they never did. Manager and car center never returned my calls to get the detailing they promised, to get the small stains out. Not sure if it was because of covid lock down came a month after. Great selection of cars and a mix of good people and sketchy people. Dont agree to anything even if they promise, they wont deliver. Found the dealership and car through carguru. Im writing this on the 2 year anniversary of my Jeep purchase. I feel great about my experience as a whole with Perry. Waiting area is great with lots of coffee and popcorn. Staff is friendly amd easy going. I used an Auto Buying Program to ensure I got a good deal without compromising their profit (dudes gotta eat and Im not opposed to them making money). They honored my member pricing as well as the factory rebates and we all walked away with smiles and to this day I am STILL in love with my car.I double checked my financing paperwork with other people and inatitutions and all agree across the board that I got a great deal and no shady business. The same lady answered and after being on hold for 5 mins, she said the same thing. I asked if anyone else could give me an update on my car, she said no, only him. Which seemed weird to me, so if this person gets sick or doesnt show up to work that day, nobody will be able to tell me where my car is?? She immediately put me on hold and after 18 mins, the employee answered and told me that he had just got my car back and it was ready. Would say the customer service is really subpar.

I do not recommend this dealership. I bought a grand cherokee 2018 it was a certified used vehicle. Supposed to go through Rigorous testing huh?! I dont even have a year in a half with the car and I have had several issues. When I had the car for 4 months it broke down on me while I was driving on the freeway. I had my child in the car. They said it was something to do with the engine. I didnt have a car for 4 weeks. When they finally fixed it and gave it back the car broke down again a few weeks later and once again I didnt have a car fot another 2 weeks. Now currently my car broke down again!!! Francisco told me it would take 2 weeks to diagnosis my car so again I dont have a car. I am keeping my end of the deal and making my payments on a car that is not reliable. I would think that this company would be more professional in dealing with thier loyal customers. I need a car to get around and the least they can do is comp me a rental if I am paying for a car.Not to mention this time that my car broke down it did the same thing it did the first time. Im almost certain its the same issue :/ I just want and need a reliable car .Please think twice and read the reviews of any place you will be making a huge purchase from.

This place is horrible. They revoked my warranty because they said my aftermarket parts on my jeep caused a pin hole leak to open in the transmission tubing. These people will use any excuse to try to charge you for anything. I left a review on yelp, the manager responded there saying the parts i had put on caused the leak. The bracket arm of the part i installed is a full 6” away from the pin hole leak. They said they were going to charge me 3500 bucks NOT INCLUDING whatever was wrong with the transmission. The guy was smiling when he said that to me like he was proud that he got one over on me. I took the car back to myself and plug welded the hole for less than 10 dollars. Did a transmission check and the car is perfect. My warranty was revoked for no reason because of these shiesty people. NEVER GO HERE

The staff took me in immediately and Moe made sure to have my car ready as soon as possible since he knew I would be waiting there while they did the service. I searched for my vehicle on line and was pre-approved for a loan. I scheduled an appointment with Jacob who was very helpful. We negotiated the sale and it was completed in no time. I did have to wait for my vehicle, but that was fine as they were installing the latest system updates. So my vehicle was ready and off I went. I would recommend this salesman and dealership the next time you need a new vehicle. This is the third vehicle I have purchased from this dealership.

Bought my car here it was a weird and long experience but I was like whatever I got a great deal on the car (Alex the manger, Jose the seller and Mo in finance) Came to do my first oil change at the dealer, because they promised me 3 free oil changes when I got my car. But of course only promises because in the system they couldn’t see it. So I went to talk to the manger about the situation and explained what happen and still nothing. I’ve never had this happen with my other car, so I’m truly disappointed because I was going to buy my wife a new jeep next month but I won’t be coming to this dealer anymore. Very unfortunate but I’d thought I warn anyone before they try to seal the deal with “free oil changes”

The service was exceptional. From the very beginning working with Eliana, to visiting the lot with Mike all the way to the end with Rene. Eliana is well informed about their vehicles and helped in pairing us with the right sales agent. At the lot Mike took the time to understand what we were looking for and what would help us in choosing our new vehicle. Hes knowledgeable and easygoing. Work was done quickly and it was completed on time as they projected. My only complaint is that fender protection was not utilized and oily hand prints were left all over both front fenders, around the engine compartment and on the driver side door on the the pillars and around the handle. Inside the engine compartment oily hand prints were left where they topped off fluids. If the oily hand prints were left all over my truck, it would have been a much better experience. That service department used to do a quick wash of the vehicle prior to handing it back to the customer. Specially when the mechanics didnt pay attention to deliver the vehicle back in a better way then it was left.

This may have been a one time occurrence but I recently had a terrible service experience. Made a 7:15am appointment for standard oil change and investigation into a headlight flicker issue.Not once did I receive a status update on my car throughout the day, despite the generic initial text messages you receive when dropping off a vehicle.When I called in, I was kept on hold for about 20 min only to be told a technician would call me back with an update “after they find my car.” By late afternoon I still hadn’t received an update; so I called in again. By this time, the receptionist told me the service department had closed, everyone had left and nothing had been shared with her about my car. Thus I was forced to leave my car there overnight.The biggest complaint I have beyond the terrible customer service was the fact that I was forced to be without personal means of transportation for over 24 hours. Normally this wouldn’t have been an issue but the fact that my daughters car seat and stroller were still in my car left me no choice but to stay home and leverage favors to handle errands I had.When I brought my concerns to the service desk the next day, the only consolation I was offered was “a complimentary car rental” .... as I was being handed the key fob to my car.....

My experience was Ok. I think it could have been better. Here is why, upon arriving in the morning to drop off my vehicle for a 10am (recall) appointment I had, I was guided in to their lot and waiting about 5 to 6 minutes until I was finally greeted. They then took all my information (Kudos to clide or clark) and I was asked if I would be staying at the dealership or coming back when the work was done. I said I would be coming back, so I gave my phone number. Fast forward to about 4pm when I get a call my car is ready. I walk up to the service center and ask a lady how I can pick up my car and she directs me to the cashier office. I then walk into the office and see a cashier on the far left and a gentleman on the right using his pc. No one greets me as I was in there for a few seconds. So I walk up to the cashier and ask her I am here for my vehicle, she then tells me she doesnt have my paperwork, so i have to go ask for it at the booth. So I walk over to the service center booths and wait about a minute or 2 until I find someone and inform them I am here for my car and need the paper work. The same gentlemen who helped me in the morning, helped out in the afternoon. Then he tells me to simply go wait at the entrance of the service center for my vehicle. I was behind like 2 people waiting for their vehicle as well. Finally, I get my vehicle and proceed to leave the building. Overall, everyone I delt with was very friendly. But I dont think there was a need to have me run around up and down to get my paper work, go to the cashier and what not.
