The guys at Perris auto were great. I was having AC Troubles and they got me an appt and gave a full inspection. They pointed out other recommendations but did not pressure or try to upsell me. At the end of the day I didn’t end up having them complete the repair as I discovered my car was still under warranty. They were flexible (I had already said yes to the repair and then changed my mind) and understanding. They also have a shuttle service and after hours pick up. I will be coming back if I ever need other work on my car. I feel they were honest and helpful, didn’t try to take advantage of me being a young woman and needing a lot of questions answered.

I got into an accident about a year ago and this place fixed my bmw like it was brand new. A year goes by and I’m still receiving text messages checking up on me and my vehicle, to me that’s honest service. I was going to write a review when I got it done, but like everyone I forgot. Perris auto has honest hard working technicians that will get it done. I was a little weary at first with having to deal with auto shops in the past, but they were up front and honest.They provided a detailed list of things that were needed to be done to the vehicle. I brought my car in to repair a coolant leak. Was quoted a price for parts & labor, and then they found another coolant leak and now is trying to charge me with a separate labor charge for the same job. The guy answering the phones and running the office needs to work on his personal skills when it comes to calling customers and let them know the status of their vehicle and not waiting till the end of the day and having the customer call to find out the status themselves poor job!!!!

This place told me my radiator needed to be replaced alone with thermostat a few other things tried to charge me 1700.00 ! He still charged me 165.00 for diagnostic. I went to Moreno auto repair they fixed it for 500 and it wasnt even the radiator that was leaking. So I got charged for nothing. Im looking into a refund .

I went to Perris Auto Repair for the first time to get my brakes done. I put in an appointment request online and was called back quickly and provided an appointment that fit my schedule. All of the guys are so polite and personable and the facility is so clean. Through the whole process they kept me up to date with progress and provided information that was helpful with making decisions on services. Very honest business! This is the best mechanic shop I’ve ever been to! The guys in the front office and the mechanics are professional and friendly. Took my car to have a constant ac problem with hopes of it finally fixed long term. Am I ever impressed. The storefront, and shop are very clean. The brothers are very professional, i even had the opportunity to meet the father who was also very nice. Newer age style of notifications from my cars first insepction. My car ended up having a main ac line leaking, and after taking it to a local dealer and never getting it fixed, also wasting alot of money. This shop fixed it finally. Went to Arizona last weekend with 113 Temps outside, nice and cold in the car. I will definitely be taking my vehicles back for more services from here on.

They have given me some of the most exceptional auto repair service in my life. I came in for damage on the underside of my car and they were really helpful during this process. At first I had my car sent to the dealership and they told me they needed to replace the whole engine which costs as much as a recent used car! Here with Anthonys team, they demonstrated that the engine was running just fine! Had never used this shop before, but took an older firebird in that was having some trouble passing a smog test. I was genuinely impressed with the customer service, the openness and the use of technology. I really appreciated their use electronic communications to help stay in touch and provide updates. I took the car in thinking there were a number of issues that needed to be fixed but after their diagnosis it turned out to be a much smaller problem...a great example of their honesty with which they do business. I will definitely go back should any of my other vehicles need repair.

I have been having consistent problems with my tire due to a nail and have taken it to multiple shops for a repair/patch, but the problem kept coming back. I took it here and Anthony helped me get it fixed right away. The service was amazing and everybody was extremely welcoming in the lobby, as they also offered drinks and donuts while we waited! The overall service and production was amazing and I would definitely come back here for any auto repairs I need in the future.

Anthony was great at getting my scheduled right away to order the parts needed, then dropping off my car for repair was a breeze also. This was an Audi Q5 used for work and Anthony could work to accommodate my work schedule so the brakes and air intake filter could be replaced.The service here is very good. These brothers here like cars and they know cars. You are paying to have things done correctly, quickly, and professionally. To the woman who was complaining about how cost was in large part labor, thats how it is in the auto repair industry. I chose this place as it was near my office. Dropped off the car in the early morning and Anthony was able to give me a ride back to office. They did a overall good job on the car even though it was just a routine maintenance, with a very detailed inspection report. I am thankful for discovering Perris Auto Repair Center. This is the only place I will be taking my 2016 Chevy Colorado. They are upfront with their pricing with no hidden fees, just honesty. The quality of work is second to none and I will trust them with my new truck because I know its in good hands. The lobby is nice and clean, not noisy or cramped, there is plenty of space to relax and wait inside and at the table outside. Definitely family friendly if I would of had to bring my son. These guys are the nicest, most professional, and legit automotive mechanics I’ve ever had the pleasure of dealing with. I had my BMW 328I towed in with a couple of major problems....and they were on top of it from the beginning. They explained everything to me, took me on a short tour of theyre garage and kept me up on everything throughout the entire process. I also love the fact that it’s family owned and operated, it shows in the care and pride they put into they’re work. I took my vehicle in for a noise coming from engine. Noise was coming from water pump so they replaced it. My car had to stay for multiple days but they were realistic with their completion timeframe and car was ready on the day they said it would be. Sent over a courtesy inspection which contained other recommended services. I did do some of them and they were not pushy about the services declined. Car is running and sounding great. Overall, their customer service and quality of work is on point. Recommend and will be using them again.

Perris Auto Repair Center (Tiger and Sons) is an excellent choice for auto repair from major to minor issues for all makes and models. I witnessed the class of service they give their customers while having my car serviced for a check engine light. I was surprised by the variety of cars they were working on from classics, hot rods, europeans, and normal daily drivers. I was extremely satisfied with the outcome of my service. My diagnosis ended up being a faulty fuel injector. I replaced all six at the recommendation of Anthony. Changing one would be fine but the others might go out and damage my engine by a misfire. The injectors came with a warranty and roadside assistance. I have never seen a repair shop offer this type of service. I was extremely satisfied with my service and wish I could have them open a shop here in Washington where I recently moved. 1,200 mile drive from Perris, Ca to Washington state and no issues what so ever. Integrity is the only word I can say to describe Tiger and Sons. Your father taught you well and your endeavors will be fruitful. Thanks for everything. I wish you all the best. Dont know much of this place since it was first time coming here, what I can say is that they are not kidding when they mean that they will be honest and helpful in any occasion with your vehicle. But if I had the choice I would pick these guys because of the full diagnostic from my car. The information I got from them is very accurate and very precise, anything wrong? Charged $400 for them to diagnose myChallenger 2010, I called shop Monday aboutavailability told me to bring it in right awayseeing they had openings b/c ofcancellations. After 24hrs still no diagnose,car just sat... so they call the end of the 2ndday to tell me they have To remove a cover inorder to fully diagnose which would beadditional $250 (i watched another mechanictake same cover off in 5 maybe 10 mins).Total so far $400. Now the 4th day they call tovalidate intially what i had asked to berepaired is in fact truely the issue (quotingaddit. $1000). When did auto shops startrequiring diagnostic test when you ask forspecific repairs?? They stated this is the waythey work. This is a way to take money frompeople. Plus the $400 does not go towardsrepair even though they have already taken mycar apart. Now Im down $400 and 4 daysbehind with no progress to my car butreassurance on what i already knew. They justgot a free $400 Wow!!At first i felt safe with their reviews,professionalism at drop-off, such clean/tidylocation, and the tech savy link they provideon courtesy inspection. I waited a couple of weeks to write a review. Reason being is my past experience taking my car to a dealership ended with my car not being properly repaired and me out of my hard earned cash. However, I can say that Perris Auto Repair Center is the BEST place Ive ever taken a car to get serviced. My AC had been broken for a year (Raceway Ford charged me hundreds of dollars and it did not get fixed). I was skeptical at first but when I got the summary from Perris Auto Repair, I was amazed with their efficiency and excellent use of technology to help customers like me understand what is going on with our vehicle. Not only did i get my AC fixed for a great price, i had other work done as well. My mustang is now running in tip top shape!

First time customer here.My Chrysler T&C broke down had it towed in to this location. Anthony and his staff were on it. I cant stress enough how professional and courteous Anthony was. He made it a point to call me and keep me updated on the progress of my vehicle. We had a slight problem w/ getting a part needed for my vehicle. Which meant a delay on getting my car completed on time. Knowing this, Anthony went out of his way to offer accommodations for me due to my circumstances and our discussion.Not only did he offer to rent me a car but also to come in on the weekend (closed) to allow me to pick up my vehicle if needed.(Ive never had this type of service at other shops) He also provided me w/ a shuttle service. (I live 5 miles from shop)Now in the end everything worked out and my van was completed on time. On pick up,Khalid the technician who worked on my van went over what was done.Recommendations were given never pressured. Recently brought my car in to get something repaired. I did a full diagnostic with them. They found what 2 other mechanics couldn’t figure out. They were super friendly and reassuring. They even drop you off at your house so you don’t have to wait for the service while its getting repaired, very professional . At the end of the service they sent a text with everything they found listing it from “not urgent” to “urgent” so you can see what areas need to be looked at and what areas you really need to focus on. They’re huge on preventative care which is nice because you can catch it before you have to repair it, which makes it cheaper on you. 10/10 will always come back here for everything !

When another shop damaged my shifter during a routine clutch replacement, Mario replaced the damaged part super fast, and Anthony gave me a fair price. Had my 05 Mustang GT addressed here when the A/C started acting up. Even after the diagnoses they found nothing, they did expensive testing just to be sure they didnt miss anything. A/Cs been working fine and could of just been me. Their free online maintenance inspection is what tripped me out the most, they will do a free diagnoses of your car and upload images of your fluids, suspension, etc. online for you to view for yourself and its very user friendly. Staff was also relatively friendly, will definitely be returning to get my brakes bled and pinion seal replaced!

I just had the pleasure of having my vehicle electrical repairs completed at Tiger and sons. I telephoned this establishment at the recommendation of my husband two weeks ago. From the initial phone conversation and courtesy, its very evident the establishment is professional. I encountered Mario and Anthony on this visit where they diagnosed, completed a complete vehicle report and repaired my vehicle. The business is family owned which provides a great atmosphere and both gentlemen speak and talk about their family and business history. They inform and educate customers on their vehicle needs and priorities; however, leave all decision making to the customer. The pickup and delivery service is a sure plus as you do not have the inconvenience that presents itself from most mechanics/dealerships who no longer offer shuttle services. They are an AAA authorized dealer and so they also honor the 10% discount up to $50 off any sizeable repair (no oil changes, etc). Give them a try, but hopefully you dont prevent me from getting an appointment the next time I need them!:)))))

If your looking for honest mechanics this is the place you need to go. Anthony helped me with my truck I was doing some self maintenance on my trucks oil pan gasket, and after I put my truck back together I had a tick wile putting my truck into gear. I couldnt figure out what happen but Anthony and his team found out that I hit a plate wile working on my truck that was hitting some bolts on the torque converter easy fix. Also wile I was there they saw my ball joints were horrible in my 2007 silverado and gave me a great deal to take care of them so I jump at the opportunity to get my truck 100%. I highly recommend this shop to anyone who wants a painless and honest process when it comes to getting your vehicle taken care of. Thank you again you guys are the best.

I explained to him what happened with my tire and he told he and his brother would take a look and tell me what needs to be done. This is a family business and they are absolutely kind and have some of the best customer service. While I waited in their little lounge, Tony, the owner, started talking to my daughter and I. This man is so nice, he offered us snacks and drinks! Such amazing hospitality. His son came back and told me my tire just needed a patch and that nothing major needed to be done. After they took the small piece of medal out of my tire they showed it to me, which I thought was nice because I didnt know thats what had caused my flat tire. So I asked how much I owed and they said not to worry about it, that it was on them. I was so happy!! I cannot express how kind this family is. My transmission is going into transmission malfunction.long story short Perris auto said they could fix my problem so they had my car for over a month and tell me they been waiting on a seal thats bad in my transmission valve body.they get the seal replaced in it then tell me i owe them all this money In labor because they said they dropped the valve body. It took me less than an hour to get 6 bolts and it came off. No seals were replaced and I think they just didnt wanna be bothered and then charged me 1000 for doing absolutely nothing but keeping my car and none of his stories add up. Brought my 2012 Honda civic in because the AC was not working properly, They were able to review my vehicle and find out I was really low on refrigerant. The shop was able to refill the system and added a dye in case any issues arose in the future. They also found a leaking PCV valve and broken air induction hose that lead to the air cleaner. I had them service my fuel system and transmission along with a radiator flush and hose change. I can honestly say that a week earlier I was going to sell the car or trade it in, Thanks to Perris Auto Repair I will be keeping it for a long time. My car has not run this smooth in years. DONT LET AAA TOW YOUR VEHICLE HERE. There are other AAA rated repair shops in the area that are friendly, reliable, and most importantly affordable. I had my suburban break down in Moreno Valley on my way back from Palm Springs and AAA roadside suggested they tow my vehicle here. Perris Auto Repair Center had a $110 electrical diagnostic fee which I agreed to because I believed it would be waived if I proceeded with service -- it wasnt. Id also like to note $110 is really high for a diagnostic fee, thats what Id pay for my tractor rig to get serviced, but this is regular vehicle. Next, when their diagnosis determined the alternator was dead, which was already expected, they quoted me an alarming rate of $758 for the entire job. I had to ask questions and get an invoice of line items. Their labor fee wasnt that insane at $85, but they were charging me $518+ for the original installed part, an ACDelco, which sells at a dealership for $275 new, and online for half that. Essentially Perris Auto Repair Center marked up their parts 400% and then some since they likely get an even better rate using their dealer account. When I confronted the owner Anthony about this, he said due to their overhead, this is what they charge for parts. I called AAA and filed a formal complaint and AAA referred me to another approved repair shop who changed out the alternator with parts and labor coming to $271 flat. Shame on Perris Auto Repair Center for taking advantage of people who may be unsuspecting of how much they should be paying for repairs. I saved $400 by going elsewhere. Came in to diagnose a weird engine sound, ended up being resolved fast and got to drink some delicious coffee and enjoy high speed internet and A/C while I waited. While I was traveling through Southern California I had a check engine light come on. I have a 2015 Volkswagon Jetta. I went to the nearest Volkswagen dealership in Moreno Valley and after a $120 diagnosis I found out I will take another $450 diagnosis to even get to the problem the check engine light was representing. I didnt have peace about the situation so I started looking elsewhere for help. Online I found Perris Auto Repair Center. The good men at Perris Auto Repair Center got my car up on a lift and showed me the issue which was plain to see and definitely would not take 4+ hours of labor to get to. One of there mechanics tested the piece that was supposedly misfiring causing the check engine light and it was working properly. After a battery of test I received a legitimate diagnosis on my vehicle and was professionally guided in the way I should go as far as maintenance on my car. A couple days after I was serviced at Perris Auto Repair Center I thought to myself I wonder if these guys could aquire the part number for the part that was occasionally misfiring and that caused the original check engine light to turn on . In case I needed that information in the future. After a short phone call with Perris Auto Repair Center I received a text with in less than 5 minutes of hanging up of the part number I needed. I never leave reviews ever. But these guys deserved it.

Came here not knowing exactly what caused the vibration in my car and the problem was diagnosed and resolved in a few hours, the mechanic also gave me updates on what the problem was and how hed fix it. I had to print out my own inspection report which they charged $130 for, that isnt the worst thing about this repair shop, I have been to other repair shops & they gave me a inspection report, also inspection was free. Only took my car to this place cause I am AAA member & this is where they would tow my car since they give a discount to AAA members. When my car was towed there it was taken on a flat bed tow truck, I had just replaced the bolts on my back rear tire but when I picked up my car the bolts had been damaged & now need to be replaced once again. The tire is being held on by only one bolt now when it went to the repair shop it had all 4. They noted in the inspection report that bolts were damaged & provided pictures of the cylinder, also mentioned they didnt have the wheel lock to take the tires off, yet that tire was taken off. Bottom line this was my first & last time I will ever go to this place. This was the worse experience I have ever had at a repair shop. I am sticking with my regular repair shop because regardless of a discount they are cheaper & do amazing work, also very honest.

Son took car on Wednesday afternoon after I told Anthony that car loses timing and it could be the timing chain. Didnt get a call till Thursday at 5:30 telling me one of the noises was the water pump and that they still need to look at the timing chain. My experience with this shop has been bad from the start simple timing belt and all seals job turned into 4 visit and job was bad. bolts loose and missing parts damaged beyond repair and now after last visit I can not even drive the car so many parts damaged will have to start from scratch and redo everything I paid them to do to get it running plus replacing all the pulleys and probably the gears and god only knows what else till it is taken apart.

Called to get price for labor,only, to change rotors and pads. Anthony wouldnt give an estimate over the phone. After some prodding he informed me that they have to supply the parts. I would not use this shop to do any work on my car.

Took my car in for a coolant issue and possibly blown head gasket took for hours to inspect and check they said nothing was wrong with it even though I had to add coolant every week and there was oil in the coolant they didn’t help just tried to get me to do a lot of work that the car didn’t need took to another shop in Moreno valley car was diagnosed with blown head in only took them around an hour to figure it out
