I was referred here by my childhood dentist about 10 years ago at a pretty young age so as you can imagine I was terrified because procedures can be very scary. I have had multiple procedures now and each one has been better than expected. All the staff here is so friendly and make you feel comfortable. I still go here every 6 months for checkups and every time it is a pleasant experience. They have been patient and amazing making sure that my gum health is good. Definitely could not rave enough about this place!

I was referred to Dr. Rondon by my regular dentist to have some periodontal, gum graft, work done. To be totally honest, I was pretty nervous about the work. However, during my first visit, Dr. Rondon and staff made me feel 100% comfortable. They went through the entire process with me, what I should expect afterwards, and gave me a printout of everything I needed to do and things I needed to avoid. In the end, I am very happy with all the work that was done, and I highly recommend Dr. Rondon, and her team, to anyone and everyone!

Dr. Rondon performed the procedure on my gums veryprofessionally and I did not feel discomfort during the whole process. After the procedure I was handed written instructions on how to take care of myself which was very helpful. The office staff are very thorough in making appointments and handling the paperwork. Overall I had a very good experience with Dr. Rondons service and the staff.

I suffer from dental anxiety, and I have to go every 4 months between my dentist and an periodontist for a full cleaning. I’ve been doing it a few years and can honestly say that Dr Rondon and her staff are amazing! They do everything to accommodate my anxiety and over the years I can honestly say that it’s drastically declined and I enjoy going in and chatting with everyone and getting my cleaning. Even during COVID. If anyone is looking for a periodontist this is the place!! 🥳♥️ 100% recommend

I have an oral surgery ( bone graft & gum sutures) a few weeks ago with Dr. Shayna Rondon who did a fantastic job !! With her superb skill & technique, I had no pain & only took 600 Ibuprofen twice on the day & none afterwards. I followed the hygiene instructions, so no swollen appeared either. It was very nice & kind of Dr. Rondon to treat not only the problematic tooth but the related one ( a bonus given to me 👍💗). I would certainly& highly recommend Dr. Rondon to my friends & anyone who needs a bone graft or an implant👍Her whole team : assistants, Heather & Lori are extremely nice & caring 💗Thank you all very much & it is highly appreciated 🤗🥰Mamie

My experience from consultation to now months beyond my surgery date has been great. Everyone at the office was kind and knowledgeable. Sometimes it can be a little tough writing an honest review. This one is going to be a breeze.For obvious reasons, no one likes (or looks forward to) going to the dentist. And for some people it can even be downright frightening. My experience with Dr Rondon was the exact opposite.From the very beginning when I called for my appointment, the phone was picked up right away and her staff was friendly, patient, and accommodating. (And in today’s day and age, having a friendly and knowledgeable live person to speak to on the phone can be invaluable.) Next, her online check in procedure was clear, concise, and straight forward.Upon arriving for the appointment, I was seated within minutes of my scheduled time. Dr Rondon made sure to give me a rundown of what to expect and how long the procedure should take. Anesthetic was given in a slow and gentle fashion. And it worked in such a way that I didn’t feel any pain or discomfort throughout the entire procedure. Without giving a whole “play by play” she explained the important parts of the procedure and made sure I wasn’t left with any questions. After the procedure, follow up care/communication was easy and unrushed.Again, some dental appointments can be quite scary and intimidating. In my case, it was a very nice experience.All in all what a 5 star experience it was. Thank you Dr Rondon!

If you have dentist anxiety, it will disappear in this dental office. Dr. Rondon’s conscious sedation process is akin to fairy dust and magic. You will feel NOTHING. I repeat, NOTHING. And that is just referring to the procedure. Her chair side manner is exquisite and she takes the time to explain what needs to be done AND why. She goes through all the dental images she takes with you and does so with care and concern. This woman is in the exact right profession. I am lucky to have found her.

I needed to have a bone graft, and that’s very scary. I can’t tell you how happy I was that my dentist referred me to Periodontal Associates. I was very nervous about the procedure, but everyone who works there immediately made me feel calm, relaxed and at ease.I was very impressed by their office. Their procedure rooms offer the most cutting edge equipment and comfort. As each staff member came in to prep me, they chatted with me to make sure that I was comfortable. One even asked if I would like a blanket.Dr. Sanz performed my bone graft. She answered my questions, and checked with me throughout the procedure to make sure that I was comfortable. Thanks to Dr. Sanz’ skill, the procedure seemed to go by so quickly. More importantly, I didn’t have ANY pain during the procedure or after I returned home.As I was leaving, Dr. Sanz walked me to the front desk to discuss my checkup visit. Several staff also stopped to say goodbye. The staff were all joking and cheerful. I looked around and commented that a dental office is not supposed to be this cheerful. While all of the staff are extremely professional, they care about their patients and one another.I would highly recommend Dr. Sanz and the team at Periodontal Associates. In fact, if I could give them more than 5 stars, I would.

The moment I step inside the Periodonal Associates office I am greeted with big smile from the front desk ladies. They make me feel home, engage in conversation and accommodate all my scheduling requests. Everyone in this office knows their jobs and delivers exceptional customer experience. Dr Rondon is an amazing professional, extremely caring, great listener and an expert of her job. She meticulously explains every detail of a procedure and performs those procedures so delicately. She is so good at making you feel comfortable and relaxed on that damn scary chair :). My husband and I have been going to this office for 4 years and have never been made to wait for more than 3 mins. I myself visit them at least 4 times a year for my routine cleaning plus take some unplanned visits if needed. Neither Dr Rondon, nor the hygienists seem to ever be behind their schedule which is very much appreciated. You can feel that your time is valued which is a huge problem in many other dental and doctors offices. If I ever think of moving out of the town, Periodonal Associates is one of the factors that would make me think twice.

Dr. Rondon is very knowledgeable and personable, as are Lorri and the rest of the staff. Dr. Rondon has been working on a much needed dental implant for me that I put off having done for years. The procedure takes a while, but I don’t mind going into her office for all the appointments. The office is also set up now to follow all the CDC guidelines for COVID-19.
