Excellent customer service. First time customer bringing my car in for repairs as the dealership charged me almost double what this placed offered, as expected. They are very clear and transparent about their prices and are quick and accurate to get you an estimate. Friendly and passionate people who own and work here.

They have been great for us! We have an Accord and a Metris, and have given up on taking them to the dealers since finding these folks there years ago!. They do great work, prices are reasonable, and the office staff is always informed, helpful, and pleasant!

Had a engine misfire. Wanted wires changed and was told no its the cylander and you need a new engine. Took it to another shop and was told they can see the wires sparking. Changed the wires. Can runs well with no misfires. I was a customer for 6 years.

Had 6 come backs on my truck, 3 days of work turned into 3 months!- They forgot to bolt down a new engine mount.- Forgot to resecure the skid plate and it fell off.- They damaged my sparkplug wires.- They took out the infotainment center and steering wheel controls- They had to redo the lower oil pan gasket- They had to reset my computer because the radiator fan suddenly started to run full throttle when off, wiping my updates for Android auto support.- Just now realized another bolt was discarded holding my brake caliper in place when they checked them.Edit to Add: On one comeback I said I now had a grinding sound. They located the grind and told me it was my transfer case, nothing to do with their work. After replacing the transfer case, I had the same issue. Come to find out, the electrical incident that led to wiping my computer and required new spark plug wires also damaged the transfer case control module. Their incompetence has cost me thousands of dollars and a year of headaches.

Had them install a motor and they didn’t connect some of the wiring harness plugs, so something’s where not working. And the a/c was leaking, Infiniti replaced the 3 dollar o rings that should have been replaced to fix the problem. And the radiator hose where leaking, they said it was the radiator.. I took it to Infiniti for a recall and they caught the problem that this shop never fixed . Very poor work, I would not recommend this shop . Not a reliable shop .

They tried to overcharge 2-3x my daughter for her car for the most basic service. They will try to overcharge you and not deliver. Bad services, bad quality, bad prices. Dont come here.

Had car for 3 months and it broke down a couple days after finally picking it up. Also the job they did was sloppy and there were a bunch of little issues that the car didnt have going in that it had coming out. The receptionist is super nice but the mechanics...that sometimes answer the phone can be very short and rude. The insurance paid for the repairs but I had it towed to the dealership to get things done right and paying out of my own pocket. The license plate was missing a bolt/screw and was hanging off the back end secured in one corner only.

Had front timing crank seal replaced. They didnt torque The crank bolt the crank bolt came out. Also when working on it they spelled coolant all over the front of my new motor that was just built. They also hit something with the front of my car which popped the bumper out on one side. If you have a fairly decent car you should avoid this place they do shoddy work.

Such amazing, and reliable service. So honest also. I was told by AAA that my car needed a huge fix. So I took it to them. Asked for a larger job but after they assessed they said I did not need it. Amazing! Love them! Car is running like New.

Tony answered when I called late Friday afternoon with a car that wouldnt start. I needed to head out of state the following day. I wish we had service like this near my home. Honest, thorough, professional, and a great price. They not only fixed the issue on a Friday and finished Saturday morning to help us in a pinch, but they did a complete check bumper-to-bumper. If they do any service on your vehicle you leave with a car washed inside/out, they offer water and coffee and make you feel at home. They show you what needs to be fixed and why, and you leave realizing what customer-centered service is and that you never had it so good. Really excellent service. Thank you for helping us in a jam!

Woowwww, AMAZING!! I literally will not go anywhere else after the customer service I received today. For starters, Tony answered the phone and personally guided me to the shop as I got a little lost on the way there . Upon arriving he had a smile and the coolest vibe about him. His shop even felt so homey..like I had been there before. I honestly wanted to hang out longer (dont judge me).🤣 If you can say you enjoyed getting an oil change somewhere, then they did something right! They were honest and fair-something very rare these days. Thank you Tony and his crew! I appreciate all of you!

I needed a four wheel alignment on my Hyundai Genesis, asked around and ended up at The Alignment Man, Frank Pitigliano in Cat City. Couldnt have had a better experience, great family biz, Franks been in the Alignment biz for 50 years and has pretty much seen it all! I had all four wheels aligned, got a computer print out of before and after and an invitation from Frank to come back in 4,000 miles for a tire wear assessment all done in 30 minutes for $80!

I was working in the area for the day and noticed my truck was overheating. I google mapped this shop and gave them a call. They were right down the street from where I was and helped me as soon as I drove into the lot. THE WHOLE STAFF WAS FRIENDLY ! When I walked in i was greeted with a handshake and a How can I make your day a better one? from the owner. I was floored. It was a hot one day that day so the Owner offered me bottled water and ice cream, and his staff even offered me some pizza. Unfortunately Nissan wasnt able to get the part in time, so I just had to go with luck on my back. If ever I am stuck around here I will visit no other shop for repairs. Fair prices, with quality work that you just cant beat! Thank you guys very much and may this business stand for generations to come!

I went to Performance Plus Automotive because my 08 Ford Expedition was having issues with its A/C.Not only did they do a great job at a great price, they had me look everything over to make sure I was happy with their work before I was asked to pay.While I was picking up the Expedition, my 83 Mercedes over heated in their driveway. (Lucky for me, I was already at the shop! LOL!)They did a quick diagnose and let me know that it was my thermostat, I said great, fix it.Well, let’s just say my day got a little worse as a bolt on my thermostat cover had rusted and broke off, which lead to a cracked water pump.Tony (the owner) felt so bad for me, but he also took such great care of me that I cannot recommend him or his staff highly enough.These people are amazing and will have all of my future business!PS: On Friday’s you get free doughnuts! (The expensive kind) HAHA

I arrived from out of town to check on my in-laws place in CC. The place was broken into and the car was stolen. Then I jump into my vehicle to go to the police and my vehicle wouldn’t shift. I called around and got Tony at performance plus. He was so positive and fixed my problem quick. He made a horrible day not as bad. Truely an honest and fair business.

The only family owned mechanic shop around. Kia sends their customers here when they are too busy. They bring you to your car in the lift to show you, if you wish, what part youll need. I needed a eater pump, ignition switch, and a starter. They are experts at getting the foggy headlamps clean like brand new.

Went in for a simple oil change + AC filter change and they forgot to put a part back onto my car and the lady in the front said its okay we just forgot to put a part back on your car and its a simple fix but what I dont understand if it was so simple why not get it done correctly the first time

Really honest people that will tell you exactly what you need and how much it will cost, Great customer service, my husband especially loves the ice cream in the freezer while he waits! Would recommend to everyone. Not everyday that you can say that about an automotive place. Great shop!!

This is the only place you should go for your car needs I went to a chain store to have my car fixed they didnt fix it I should go to Performance Plus not only did they fix it they show me with the other mechanics had done to ensure that I would return performance plus is excellent if you dont need the work done they wont tell you you needed if you do they will plus free car wash cant beat it
