My name is Lisandro, I went in yesterday for an Alignment on my white Honda Civic 09, Ruben and Marcos were extremely helpful, and very professional. I had alignment problems that couldn’t be fixed elsewhere but Ruben and Marcos helped me fix my problem. I highly recommend this place!

Set up 5 minutes before close because Firestone turned me away with a nail in my tire and they went out of their way to get me back on the road. Charged me 20 bucks, and since the guy worked a little bit past clothes I gave him an extra 20 tip. Great attitudes great service

Marcos, the tech who attended me, knew what he was doing and got right to the problem. They were attentive and fixed the problem. I did check the price with another place which tried to charge almost double the amount.They could use a bit of a smile for attending the customers.

I want to share my recent experience with Pep Boys located on Foothill Upland. Although not all Pep Boys locations are bad, this particular location charged me $100 for an engine diagnostic and gave me an estimate of over $600 to fix my vent valve. I went there because of a fuel cap open warning that popped up. However, a month ago, I went to the Pep Boys located on Chino Hills for my car maintenance, and they were super nice and fast with their service. But this time, my experience was very bad. On my way to the Foothill Upland location, I decided to put some gas in my car, and after filling my tank, the warning disappeared. So disappointed. Service was slow, and the guy named Ruben was rude.

My experience was ok! The service was fast but I would have liked that I would have been informed and reassure of the tires I bought and warranty info… the waiting area needs to be more welcoming and they need a restroom if people have to wait for more than two hours, like I did. Other than that, the most important thing is that it seems like my tires are working great. Personally, I don’t trust computer alignment (for some reason the alignment does not feel accurate), I might go back for a good deal only to buy tires but iffy about the alignment service. In just less than a month, the alignment is already failing.

Ive been a customer of Pep Boys probably for well over ten years. My most recent visit was to replace the light bulb in my car. Overall the service was great and the staff are friendly.The location were my car was getting serviced is still in a transition since the company decided to lease its space to Advance Auto Parts in 2021.I believe this is continuing to cause confusion for all customers of Pep Boys, including me.While I may not have all the details correct, this is my understanding. In 2021, Pep Boys decided to separate its service business from its parts business. The parts business would be owned by Auto Plus Auto Parts, while Pep Boys would retain the service s business.Pep Boys then leased the retail space that previously housed its parts business to Advance Auto Parts at about the same time.To many customers, it appeared as though Advance Auto Parts had purchased Pep Boys and that is not correct.Move ahead to Jan 2024, and the Pep Boys where I had my car service still under development. I say under development as there really wasnt a comfortable place to sit while they worked on my car. While they had 3 chairs, thats about it.I dont quite understand why in three years after making these changes the company is still working through this stuff. That sounds like poor leadership while the rank and file have to trudge through it.

This is truly an outstanding staff that listens to your concerns and finds the solution. They provide scheduled appointments and walk-ins. I recommend 100% absolutely outstanding.

This Pep Boys were very helpful and I was impressed that the young lady at the front desk did it herself by putting air in the tires.Very helpful staff in checking the vehicle and giving great advice about the vehicle.

I always had a good experience here for my oil changes and brake job. It’s true they are a little understaffed (but that’s the case with most businesses these days) so make an appointment and come early. Ask for Ruben, he’s very professional and courteous.
