I recently had an interaction with an employee who assisted me at checkout at the #0638 Reseda Pep Boys store and unfortunately, it was not a positive experience. The employee displayed a lack of customer service skills and had a very negative attitude throughout the transaction. It was evident that she was not well-versed in handling customer interactions in a courteous and professional manner.To ensure a better experience for future customers, I recommend providing her with additional training focused on customer service best practices. This would help her develop the necessary skills to engage with customers positively and effectively, thereby improving overall customer satisfaction.

Pep Boys on Reseda has taken care of me both times I’ve come. The people are extremely helpful, accommodating, and friendly! Very personable and attentive experience that I will probably make this my go to car service shop. With experiencing other service shops trying to get over or not being professional, it’s comfortable knowing you’re in good hands! Not to mention quick.

I recently went for brake service - typical service request for sqeaky brakes. I was blown away by the level of attention and excellent customer service that I experienced at the Pep Boys in Reseda.This is my second time going to the shop, and I am committed to being a Pep Boys return customer because of the Care and attention that I am consistently shown by the staff. I went in for a late appointment and not only did staff go over and above to explain to me everything that was going on with my car but they stayed after closing just to make sure that the issue could be resolved. They were truly concerned about my safety and stayed late to make sure that I left satisfied. They were committed to doing everything to the best of their ability to make sure that when I did get back on the road that I could do so with peace of mind. I have to give a special shout out to Natalie who sat with me and made sure I was okay as we waited on the service to be completed. Nelson was also incredible as he stayed to help make sure that I understood the parts that I was selecting and the warranty. This team was incredible!Natalie made the entire experience so much better - what an asset to the company! I think it is important to mention the fact that they were assisting me and fixing a problem created by another mechanic at a different shop. They were happy to correct the situation even though they did not cause the problem - that is huge in my book! They just wanted to make sure that I left satisfied and my vehicle was in perfect shape. I am forever grateful to them! If you have any concerns about your vehicle and know how hard it is to find a good shop then I hands down 100% recommend you take a trip to this store to have Nelson and Natalie assist you - you will not regret it! They are absolute game changers!

I would avoid this place completely. I took my car here for a vacuum leak on my intake manifold, including wanting a second opinion from their mechanic. Pep Boys swapped a $48 dollar valve cover and I was charged $700+ for parts and labor. More or less, they did their diagnostics/inspection and completely missed my intake manifold was damaged, and needed to be replaced? 🤦‍♂️ instead they worked on something else that had nothing to do with the actual problem relating to the computers error codes. Im still wondering what service was provided to fix the issue, which was clearly visible. My car has a check engine light and the same issue I previously mentioned. In the end, they said, I quote, We were able to fix the problem. My cars performance is actually worse, and they kept postponing the time for me to pick my vehicle up from their auto repair.The 5 star reviews on this thread are completely false.

I just wanted to give this places 5 out of 5 for having great customer service very informative it was my first time getting my oil changed and he made it real simple and fair price if you bring your own products but overall stores is closing and I just remember I used to come here with my dad hope people can come and give these guys some support and get brand new tires if needed on the spot

It’s all about efficiency, knowledge and customer care, which leads to a natural inclination to share with one’s group. Nataly at Pep Boys in Reseda knows her stuff, is warm, polite, understands and works with one’s budget and always delivers - definitely coming back - customer for life ..
