My experience working with Jeremy was nothing short of outstanding. Jeremy went above and beyond my expectations in not only finding a property that met my needs, but also working with me through securing insurance for the property, and remaining an active member of the team throughout the closing process. Even my loan officer commented on what an outstanding realtor he was and that his being involved helped to move the purchasing process along. He has also used his experience and knowledge of the community to connect me to various trades people to complete repairs and remodels that were needed. He has been so much more than a realtor, and has continued to work with me after the closing of my property to assist me in getting projects completed as I do not live in the area yet.

Peg and Jeremy were amazing to work with throughout our entire home buying process. My wife and I were first time home buyers and knew as close to nothing as possible, but that didnt matter for Jeremy and Peg. They were consistently providing knowledgeable responses to our seemingly endless questions. There were always just a phone call away with advice on neighborhoods and schools, and they are great people that we would enjoy dinner and drinks with now that we are done. After talking with several realtors and making a failed offer with one realtor, we were just about to give up on house hunting. Then we found Peg and Jeremy through a friends agent in Marin. We could not be happier this connection. The day we met Peg, she showed us 3 or 4 houses in one day! We fell in love with one of those homes and she made sure we put in a competitive offer (including getting all the inspections done ahead of time). The home was a bit beyond our budget but she was able to connect us with a loan agent (as amazing as Peg & Jeremy) who gave us the lowest rates we were able to find. Once we submitted our offer, Peg and Jeremy made sure to communicate with us during the whole time with any updates and also helped us answer our questions. We felt that they were extremely intuitive about us and our personalities as well which is a rare thing. There were definitely a lot of other little things Peg and Jeremy did along the way for us and I could write an essay about it but I wont. Choose Peg and Jeremy and you wont regret it. They will do everything they can for you.

Peg was truly a pleasure to work with. As first-time homebuyers from out-of-state (and during a pandemic!), we needed a lot of support, and Peg delivered 100%. She went above and beyond by making sure we understood the specific areas (the good and the bad) and the condition of the property, pointing out any potential issues she noted from disclosures and highlighting important aspects of rural properties (such as well water). She also visited properties to eliminate those that werent worth our time, which was SO helpful. We never felt rushed or pressured, and she was there for us every step of the way. We ended up closing on the perfect property - despite a competing offer - and we have no doubt that her expertise and reputation played a huge role in having our initial offer quickly accepted (without a counteroffer!). The King’s have been instrumental in helping my family purchase a 3rd home in Petaluma and also sell one one of those homes too, all over the past decade and each home being primary residences?!?!Most recently, I spent 2 plus years of dragging Peg & Jeremy around Petaluma looking at dozens of homes. Then about 2 months ago, Jeremy told me that he thinks he found exactly the home I wanted. It was going to be coming on the market in a few weeks. The weekend the house was first listed, not only was i there to see it with Jeremy, but unexpectedly Jeremy’s wife popped in to join us too. The first thing she said was “I wanted to be here to see this house with you because I know you are going to love it for you and your kiddos!”. She was right, I loved it. Unfortunately, in less than 36 hours from listing, there was already an offer on the house.Jeremy & Peg guided me with their expertise on how to move forward quickly and swiftly. They suggested a price point slightly above asking. I decided on my own to offer meaningfully more than they suggested to avoid a bidding war. They chased down the owner of the rental home and we were able to buy our dream home, off-market and at a very fair price!The incredible story with Peg & Jeremy helping my family doesn’t stop there. Due to an unexpected family situation, we decided 4 years later that unfortunately we probably were going to sell our home. We didn’t want to go through the process of listing at that time with 2 very young children. So instead, we came up with a price to sell in our mind which was high enough that if we sold it, we would feel really good about the profit, especially since we didn’t want to necessarily sell the home at that point. Well, Jeremy & Peg came through again! On the first try, they found us a family who made a bid and paid us exactly what we wanted without listing our home.The King’s went from being strangers in our lives to become good friends where we have spent time all together as family. After wasting time and effort working with an incompetent agent to find a home in the Petaluma/Rohnert Park area, my girlfriend who is knowledgeable about the area told me to contact Ms. Peg King.It took us about a year to find and purchase a house in the S section of Rohnert Park. Timing was on our side, and fortunately for us, Peg was able to negotiate and got the house $29,000 under the asking price.Buying a house is never easy; but having Peg and her team on our side has made ALL the difference. Peg & Jeremy worked great together and gave us twice as much effort every time we wanted anything. They have an incredible team that makes you feel like you have about 4 Realitor’s working for you. Their experience gave them the knowledge to push back when push back was needed and they had us push forward when that extra effort from us was needed.I’m not just saying this because I’m writing a review but I don’t think we could be any happier about how our outcome ended up.
