Ive never had a bad experience from this Peets. At times, early morning/breakfast rush theres a big line but their team seems to handle it well.If you havent, Id recommend using the mobile app to order ahead of time to avoid the waits in line. Plus if youre Costco members you should get $100 worth of gift cards for $80, Im just saying.

Jessie is the master crafter of my awesomely concocted dark chocolate mocha. Only one other barista has built my drink so nicely and thats Emma at the Orinda Cafe. Thank you to you both. Arriba!

Never been this part of the Oakland but very nice neighborhood and well matched Peets Coffee. Definitely not a Starbucks location but fits very well with Peets Coffee, unique, bold, cozy and smooth.

Love all Peets for their coffee. Unfortunately, the restroom here was in horrible shape. Worse Ive ever seen in a Peets anywhere. Under the toilet seat (which I could see because it was up) and all around the toilet was filthy, and had apparently not been cleaned in days, or weeks perhaps. I was surprised that the restroom in a Peets in such a nice area would look like that. Maybe hire a janitorial service. Other than that everything was good.

Employees are really respectful and friendly. Whenever I go, my coffee is ready as soon as possible. There is a very clean and calm atmosphere inside. like a library ..Thanks.

One of the things I miss from the Before Time is sitting in a coffee house, sipping my beverage, and people-watching. Well, at least I still have the beverage. The golden latte with turmeric, cinnamon, and honey is only available to Peets members. But since joining is free, I recommend everyone to sign up. After a certain number of visits, you can get a free beverage. The coffee is good, the staff is friendly; and eventually, well all be able to sit together and enjoy our beverages ☕.

Good service and coffee. Wifi was not the best so just make sure to plan on hot spotting if you are doing work there.Some good work spots and a nice open lay out.

Love coming to my local Peet’s. Usually just for some Columbia iluminosa beans, but also live their golden lattes. And the pups have a great time hanging out in front of the store.

Montclair Peets is very consistent and reliable. It is generally obvious that the staff at this location enjoys the items they prepare and serve. Always feel very welcomed here...! 😊

I always go to this place but today however was different. My normal blonde haired lady wasnt here. It was the short dark hair heavy set white lady that made me feel unimportant. I waited alongside a man for the coffee to get ready (longer than usual), the lady handed the older white man a convenience card, looked right at me and said nothing and gave me nothing. I was waiting the same amount if time as he was but I guess I just wasnt important enough? Once my coffee was done, she handed it to me, didnt say sorry or anything. But once she handed it to this man, she said Im so sorry for your wait. I felt completely undermined at this time and did not go back since. Im not saying Ill never go back l, but my experience with her in the mornings has never been great!

Great coffee and snacks. Easy to pickup a beverage and then stroll the avenue window shopping or taking care of errands. Sunday has a farmers market 1/2 a block away.

You know its Peets... Its pretty busy in there. If you wanna work on a laptop you might not find space its generally pretty packed. But you know its got regular Peets stuff and the staff is nice
