Excellent Peets location across from Walgreens, perfect Americano with 6 pumps honey. Scotts Valley water is SO good, makes the coffee taste amazing!

Bad customer service. App said I had funds. Cashier said no. I showed her she still said no. I asked her if she could try again, and she said NO she was not helpful at all. Its not like I asked her multiple times she just didnt want to help.

Asked extra hot and they delivered the latte which is warm enough for a baby. When asked, the reaponse was not good. Very disappointed. Would not recommend this place.

Love Peets except when they run out of coffee and make me stand there while they brew some more. This has happened at least five times over the past year at various different Peets locations

An aesthetically pleasing environment, great for school work but can get a little busy at the lunch rush. The staff is consistently friendly and the coffee and custom beverages are always on point. Cheap refills on iced coffee! Love this Peets location

Clean, pleasant, easy to park. But, service at this Peets is variable in competence ... today I ordered coffee, they were just making so I sat down to wait... and waited. Coffee never got to counter until I asked what had happened; they they nicely brought it to my table.

Coffee flavor was great. I hope for a future where I get to choose my sweetener options rather than the pre-sweetened flavors offered at most coffee shops. For example: I love the pumpkin spice flavor but I dont want corn syrup or processed sugars that come with it.

The staff are super helpful and friendly and the drinks are decent. I cant complain too much about this Peets outlet. I typically try to avoid coffee chains, but at least Peets is a local chain.

I do like a latte macchiato at Peets. The coffee is good and its mostly well staffed. Parking can be a squeeze and sometimes so busy you cant get a seat.

We went out of our way to find the closest Peets to Felton while we were staying overnight. Our drinks were mediocre and we had the same exact drinks in Napa at Peets, the morning before paying a couple dollars less. Our drinks in Napa were excellent! So we hoped to have a similar exp. but these drinks were both weak on flavor, not steamed well etc. I had the holiday latte with soy, the flavor was just not showing up much and the soy milk was foamed all the way through the cup so not much liquid. My friends dirty chai had very little chai in it and also the almond milk was extra foamy, very hot and not up to par. We will always hunt out Peets but hope that this exp. will be taken to heart. We drove away and he did not want to deal with taking our drinks back. thx.

Beyond angry, I mobile order ahead every day, got there, waited 15min, everyone that was in line when I got there had long since left, I was late for work and STILL DIDNT GET COFFEE, when I asked if maybe my order had been missed the barista was rude and said there are alot of mobile orders and then chatted with the other barista, way to ruin my day.
