Kudos to Jerry at Pedego Upland. I finally got to meet him as I rode the nearby Pacific Electric Trail and I wanted to see his shop. Unbeknownst my front brakes suddenly stopped working just as I was getting back on the trail and I was able to have him adjust it for me. He did a Quick Look over and tested and all good to get back on the trail. I had parked 8 miles away so it was great for him to do this and give me all kinds of good info about my Comfort Cruiser. Looking forward to taking my e-bike to him for my tuneups and what ever may be needed done.GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE !!!!

This is a great place, run by wonderful people which whom I appreciate! I rode in off the foothill bike trail with two flat tires. They inspected my bike and recommended the slime inner tubes, and threw in a courtesy break adjustment. If you need a quick repair while riding the foothill trail, go here. They’re not only knowledgeable about bikes but hospitable to their customers providing water and clean restrooms. Thank you for your help AJ and Jerry!!! 10/10

I called them and asked them if they would work on my talaria Mx3 to bleed the brakes, and they said they would do it, no discussion of needing to bring anything but the bike itself, drove 30 minutes to get there only for them to claim that they said they needed a bleeding kit from us in order to do it. Waste of time, money, and gas. They wanted us to supply them with the parts even though they are a bike repair shop, and on top of that were charging $60 per caliper.

Called this shop and asked if they can bleed the front brakes for my sons talaria. We were told thats something they can do. However, upon arrival we were asked if we have the tool to fix it. Not once during our phone conversation were we asked if we had that specific tool. If we didnt have the tool, do you think wed waste our time to make the drive out there in hopes they would be able to fix my sons talaria? No, absolutely not! DO NOT tell your customers one thing to get their business! You are not an authorized talaria dealer so dont tell your customers its something you can fix! Be up front & honest with your customers and let them know that you have no experience working with talarias.

We bought my son an e-bike for Christmas from this shop, and from the first time my wife walked in the door, we have been amazed at the helpful and positive enthusiasm of the staff here, especially Jerry. They are very knowledgable about their products, and their genuine love of cycling and support for the community shine through. Every time we drop by with questions or need a quick tune-up, they are gracious and helpful. Their new shop location is immediately off the bike trail, and has a wide variety of Pedego models and the various products to support them. I would highly, highly recommend this shop to anyone interested in e-bikes.

We love our Pedigo Bikes, and Upland Pedigo has the best customer service. Today we were supposed to meet friends for a lengthy ride on this beautiful Saturday. Much to my dismay, I broke the tire valve on my front tire when I was checking air pressure. Jerry saved the day, fixed the problem in minutes and I was on my way, and wasn’t even late meeting friends. Great ride today thanks to Jerry. We were in the area visiting my son and family. We are from Pennsylvania and regularly ride in the Pocono Mountains of Pa. We wanted to try something in this area for the day and were fortunate to connect with Susie and her staff from Pedego Electric Bikes. We were fitted with bikes, helmets, water and bike locks. We were also instructed about things to look for on the trail. Everything we needed for a great ride on the Pacific Electric Trail. The ride was beautiful. 34 mile total round trip riding through interesting towns and landscapes. Susie and her staff were wonderful. So informative! So friendly and welcoming! I needed to get my valve adjusted on my tire so I stopped by Pedego Upland. I had never been in the store because I have a pedal bike, but learned that they service pedal and service bikes here. Jerry and Suzy provided excellent service and were kind, professional, and courteous. Jerry was able to fix my valve quickly. They also sell and install Tannus Armor which is a must if you are trying to avoid flat tires due to thorns on the Pacific Electric Trail. I recommend visiting them to have Tannus installed. Overall, I had an incredible experience at Pedego Upland and will return here for all of my bike service and accessory needs in the future. Thank you Jerry and Suzy!

Wow! Talk about amazing customer service. Jerry went above and beyond the call of duty to help my husband and me to solve a huge problem with our Thule equipment. He could have easily let us walk away because it wasn’t his problem. Instead, he patiently helped us find the replacement key and even let us borrow the key to take to a locksmith so we could have one made. Talk about customer service! Rented a pair of e-bikes to travel the Pacific Electric Trail. Jerry was so helpful and made sure that we were not only comfortable with the operation of the bikes but also gave us information regarding points of interest on the trail! When we encountered a sharp object/flat tire, Jerry quickly sprung into action and came to our rescue. Being close to lunch time, he gave us a couple of restaurant recommendations and even dropped us off! It’s hard to pinpoint the best part of the trip: the comfortable ride on the bikes with the gorgeous views or getting to know Jerry on the “flat tire” driving tour of Claremont! Jerry is the best:)

We purchased high end bikes here and will buy another. The entire team here is top notch and they exceed your expectations every time we go there. There is no ebike that compares to a Pedego. I bring our small dog, Bailey with us and she loves the ride. Get outdoors and get moving . All the parts are quality made and I rarely have an issue . GOOD NEWS Two years later we bought another Pedego and this time a City Commuter in white. Excellent choice and Jerry and Susie were so helpful again . I would not go any other place to buy one. As the parent of a special needs child, I was searching for an electric bicycle that he would be able to operate independently. We checked into several electric bikes and found Pedego, Upland to be the best. Susie and Jerry, staff, helped us to find the safest bike that would fit my son’s needs. Their rental fleet is kept in top order and the access to the Pacific Electric trail from their parking lot makes them a no-brainer. I just received outstanding service and support from Jerry and Suzy at Pedego Electric Bikes in Upland. Two years ago, my family gave me a used Pedego City Commuter e-bike in great condition. After a recent seven-mile ride, I was no longer able to charge the battery. I contacted Pedego Electric Bikes in Upland. Jerry actually picked up my bicycle. At the shop, he did a diagnostic on the battery and the rest of the bike and determined I needed a new battery. He also recommended a tune up. He carefully and explained my choices for a new battery without ever attempting to steer me toward the more expensive choices. While the bike was in the shop, Jerry called me with an update on when it would be ready and also told me about a matching money program for merchant cards in the City of Upland. When that program became available later in the week, he provided me with the information needed to get the matching money on the gift cards. His thoughtfulness saved me half the price of the new battery and the tune up. When I picked up the bike, Jerry fitted the bike properly to me, something that had not been done before, and he did it for free. He explained each step of the fitting, so I would understand each change. Meanwhile, Suzy cheerfully entered manually all the gift card numbers on the print outs I brought of the merchant gift cards. If you want an electric bicycle, you should get a good one. Pedego bicycles are great and the service at Pedego Electric Bikes in Upland is incomparable. So get your bike and get your service at Pedego Electric Bikes in Upland. You will love the experience.

Suzy and Jerry are both the most knowledgeable about Pedego bikes and set them up better than other stores - the right way (we got ours at another shop that closed shortly after the sale) so now our Avenue bike rides way better than when we bought it and they were kind to fit us in last min with adding upgrades and happily helped watch our toddler while we made choices about the upgrades and test rode different seats. We also drive 45 min to get here from our house in east LA its worth it, wouldnt go to any other shop now. Cant recommend this tightly run family business enough! Rented a Pedego a few days ago for my 6-8 son. Jerry went above and beyond to get it adjusted just right. Multiple adjustments to the handle bars and the seat. Also checked tires and put them to the perfect pressure. I have rented bikes at a few other shops. Nobody did anything special. I got to do it all myself. Also, I own a Pedego ebike. Its the best!! Love riding it. This store is huge compared to the 3 other Pedego stores I have been to. Great selection of bikes to choose from. Highly recommended if you want great service and selection.

We just went in to check out electric bikes and went home with 2 beautiful bikes. Susie and Jerry have a fantastic bike shop with knowledgeable employees that were so helpful and kind! We tried out all the different styles of bikes in the parking lot behind the store. We personally liked the Element with the big fat tires and pedal assist. We plan to put them on the back of our Motorhome for camping 🏕 but in the meantime we are having a blast riding all over town and using the Pacific Electric Bike Trail🚴🏻We referred a friend and he went right down and bought one too. Im in my 50s and I truly cant recall a buying experience that has been so unique and amazing. Susie, Jerry & AJ are the owners and the service they provide is out of this world. The owners and staff are so welcoming, helpful, fun-loving, and knowledgeable. My wife and I showed up at the store wanting to rent bikes and they were having a private recognition event. They welcomed us to join them for a group ride and charged us a nominal amount for the rentals. The group ride was well organized and so much fun. I dealt with the owner I believe, and he spent a lot of time with me and gave me some tips. Was having trouble with my front brakes rode up and a guy said bring your bike on in it was hot outside so I did. Explained my problem he put my bike on a lift an checked out my brakes he then repaired them plus checked out the back brakes and cleaned them he also put air in my tires I just want to say what a great experience and I made a new friend to I would highly recommend going there for repairs extras and all your excessories thank you Brent for your help.Ron

We have returned to get maintenance or other things but mostly when we are in town we go just to say Hi. We can’t wait until the covid is over and we can go on the group excursions again. Jerry and Susie are so gracious and helpful . I had an old battery I was trying to sell and they went up and beyond to get the battery checked out at CORP to make sure it was good enough for me to sell. All at no cost . They do whatever they can to help with technical support or mechanical support for anything I needed and all out of the goodness of their heart to be helpful. Totally recommend them, even to buy something . They know everything about pedago bikes .

My husband and I are Pedago bike owners, from Canada, and we love them. We travel in a small RV with our Pedego’s secured on a bike rack. We were visiting the Upland area and stopped in at the Pedago dealership. Susie was so welcoming & friendly and very knowledgeable about the bike industry. The pedego trail tracker demo today made my day! Fat tire electric bike brought me to views, I never would have seen if hiking or riding my analog fatty, 20 miles and 2,000 feet of climbing plus 30 % battery power left. Service/ Sales Anne helped me— instructed me on battery use, settings, throttle feature! Love the extra boost throttle powered me over curbs, starting on an incline, and whooshing out of a dip in the trail. Lots of inventory— come here — they’re fully stocked. Electric bike = joy ride

I got electric bikes for the whole family and spent over three hours biking around the Claremont colleges on a Sunday afternoon. It was a great time. Next time well take the bike trail in the opposite direction and visit wine country. Jerry was great about teaching us to use the bikes and making sure everything was adjusted for our comfort.

AWESOME SHOP and even Better Customer Service when it comes to Brent, i have a competitor E Bike and my motor went out and the manufacter sent me one under warranty and no shop in my hometown of San Bernardino or surrounding cities of Rialto,Redlands wanted to touch much less swap out my motor for a fee, when i called Pedego Upland Brent told me sure they could work on it and to bring it on in, not only is Brent very friendly and outgoing he is extremly knowledgible when it comes to E Bikes, we found out that the manufacturer sent me the wrong Motor but when the correct one comes in Guess where ill be taking it for the install
