We started looking into buying our first home in late 2023, and we were quickly overwhelmed by how much we didnt know about the process. Luckily, my husband had become acquainted with Todd Pearl through a home-buying seminar at his workplace, and after doing some casual browsing on the real estate apps for a few months, we decided to contact him to set up a meeting.From our first meeting and throughout the whole home-buying process, we knew we were in good hands. Todd was kind, patient, and an excellent listener and communicator. His knowledge and guidance were invaluable to us as first-time home buyers. He worked around our schedules, helped us narrow our search, made sure our many questions were answered quickly, and was proactive about reaching out to check in on how we were doing. His use of various digital tools to help with the search process and the actual buying process was convenient and stress-free.Once we were ready to place an offer, Todds knowledge of the South Bay market and negotiation skills were incredibly helpful in ensuring we ended up getting a fair deal and the best value for our money, in a location we are thrilled about! In addition, during escrow, he took care of scheduling all of our inspections and kept us organized so we were able to meet all of our deadlines, which we very much appreciated.Overall, our home buying experience with Todd was excellent and we would highly recommend him to any of our friends and family members.

Todd Pearl is a great Realtor! Hes been a trusted partner for years and has supported me in many real estate transactions.  Working with Todd was easy because hes a great communicator who kept me up to date during every step of the process and he looked out for me until the end.  Todds knowledge of real estate transactions is superb, which was particularly helpful when negotiating with the sellers agent.  He knew more than the other agent and, as a result, I got a better deal. In the end, Todd Pearl saved me $25,000 when I emotionally wanted to overbid for a property in a very competitive market.Ill continue to use Todd for all my real estate needs.

My daughter referred me to Todd Pearl, as Todd had helped her and her husband buy their first home in Redondo Beach. She told me she thought Todd would be a good match, and she was exactly right! Todd’s suggested strategies and wise counsel throughout the process of searching for a new home contributed immensely to my successful purchase of a condo in Playa Del Rey, in a very competitive market (and through a comfortable and stress-free process.) The condo in Playa Del Rey is just what I was looking for both in terms of the condo itself, and the condo community. And Todd’s skillful negotiation on my behalf resulted in my offer being accepted within hours.Todd Pearl is a great Realtor, and was a perfect match for what I was looking for in a real estate agent- he is extremely knowledgeable, incredibly patient, and an excellent listener. Todd listened carefully to what I was looking for, asked thoughtful questions, and offered supportive guidance. His communications were timely, clear, frequent, and I always felt comfortable contacting him with any questions.I was moving from the east coast to CA. Todd skillfully supported me in my search both in person when I was visiting in CA, and remotely while I was home on the east coast. Coming from the east coast, and owning a single family home in which we’ve lived for 40 years, I was unfamiliar with the CA real estate market, CA real estate sale rules, condos and HOAs, and endless other details. Todd patiently answered all of my questions- including the questions I didn’t even know to ask. Once my offer was accepted, Todd consistently followed through with communications with the HOA and property management company representatives to be sure that all of my questions were answered, and that I was comfortable with the purchase. He clearly explained the process so I knew what to expect, and there were no surprises.It was a pleasure to work with Todd. I chose Todd Pearl as my realtor because he came highly recommended from several of his past clients that I know in the redondo beach area. Todd was able to help me hone what I was looking for in my next home by exploring different options on the market. He walked me through strategies for making a successful offer. I was happy to have Todd in my corner throughout the home buying process as he was honest, supportive, set expectations and kept me on track through the escrow process. Todd was extremely thorough, professional and communicative. I will definitely use Todds services again for any future home selling or buying needs I may have.

Todd was a rock for us through a painfully tough market. He remained positive and persistent through lender problems and appraisal issues out of our control which ultimately resulted in us finding the right house. Todd is true professional, who shines in negotiations and has become a family friend. Would recommend to my own mother.

We first worked with Todd in 2007 when he helped us purchase our first new home - a condo in Lawndale/Hawthorne - and have stayed in touch as clients and friends ever since. We recently sold that condo in May 2023. During that sale, we were living out of state, and Todd more/less took care of everything! He literally managed the entire sale from meeting with contractors to prep the home for sale, to researching the right list price and timing to go to market, to hosting open houses, to personally going on site to address follow-up questions during the escrow process. Todds communication and guidance was terrific and consistent the whole time, and he helped negotiate the best and fair market price for us as sellers. Additionally, the modern tools he uses to facilitate home selling/buying transactions made everything super easy, which was critical for us since we were remote.Todd was similarly perfect for us when buying a new house in Redondo Beach in July 2023. We were still living out of state having only made one visit to house hunt and select the home. All the communications, tools, and on-site visits in our absence applied to this new home purchase, so again, he literally managed the entire transaction for us. His insights and awareness of homes in the area led to discovery of several issues that could have turned into major problems if not addressed, and his guidance in the negotiating process saved us $10k!We cant overstate how good Todds support and expertise are and how much we appreciate him helping us through our recent home sale and home purchase. We had the privilege of working with Todd Pearl as our broker/realtor for the sale of our home in North Torrance.We decided to work with Todd because even though I am a licensed agent myself, I knew we needed someone supremely knowledgable to be in our corner to navigate the sale of our house and the purchase of another home (out of state), all while my wife and I transitioned jobs and took care of two young children at home. Needless to say, our high expectations were exceeded over and over throughout the process.Todd did a thorough analysis of not only our property but also of our personal needs & wants, which really helped us keep our eyes on the finish line throughout the process. Even though I’ve been through several transactions as an agent, I can definitely say that this was the smoothest real estate deal I’ve been a part of to date. We decided to work with Todd based on our prior experience being extremely positive. We had worked with Todd once before and he was our realtor of choice us in our latest transaction to sell our condo and buy a house in El Segundo.During this experience, Todd was professional in his regard, knowledgeable in his guidance, and timely in his actions. When it came to selling our condo, Todd provided clear and actionable guidance on how to prepare the property to bring to market and successfully solicit multiple offers. When it came to looking for a house, Todd understood our needs and limitations. As such, we were always on the same page which enabled us to move quickly in a competitive market.Todd demonstrated his depth of skill in contract negotiation during escrow when issues discovered during inspections required an experienced and nuanced hand to work with the seller that was less than forthcoming. Todd more than demonstrated that meeting his clients needs took priority over closing a deal. When we finally found a house that was right for us, Todd worked closely with the listing agent to get our contingent offer accepted and successfully close escrow.Todd is a great realtor and is an absolute joy to work with. I had the privilege of working with Todd Pearl of Keller Williams as my broker/realtor (the house I sold in Sherman Oaks just closed). I’ve known Todd for many years and was referred to him by a family member who was personally familiar with Todd’s knowledge of real estate, his professionalism and level of expertise. When I met with him about the sale of my home, I felt an immediate connection and knew he’d be a great fit for me. He’s got a warm personality and is extremely knowledgeable, but not pushy like other realtors I’d interviewed. There was no doubt I’d made the right choice.Todd asked about my plans around selling my house and what I hoped to achieve with the sale. He fully explained the reasoning for his pricing strategy. His media team was great and our presentation to the market was top notch. When offers started to come in, his negotiation expertise achieved the best possible price for me. When the house fell out of escrow due to financing issues, Todd wisely guided me toward his rationale for going with the back-up bidder, rather than putting the house back on the market. Turned out to be a wise decision.Since I had owned the house for 27 years—and since I loved the neighborhood and my neighbors—Todd instinctively knew his work was cut out for him in getting me through the emotional aspect of my decision. We have used Todd to purchase two homes and sell one. The following are some of the qualities that we appreciated when working with him. Todd stayed on top of the market and the trends. He was patient while we found our dream home. He had a team of knowledgeable professionals that handled every step of the process, down to the financing. He executed a quick close of escrow that allowed us to move directly into our new home. Todd is passionate about his profession and we enjoyed working with him.
