We have been working closely with PCS for our agencys IT needs for several years. The staff has great customer service! They are incredibly responsive and diligent at fixing any issues. They also offer creative solutions to make our systems work better. And, they often suggest better ways for us to manage our data and laptops. We have become much more effective as a non-profit since working with them. I would highly recommend PCS and their team for IT services and support.

PCS has been the IT provider at my current job since before I started (going on 6 years). Throughout that entire time, their crew has been great to work with. Quick to respond to a submitted ticket, efficient at solving the quick issues, and utterly tenacious about the longer-term ones. And every single person I worked with at Professional Computer Support was friendly and kind, which really matters! I would be delighted to work with them in the future.

Our 30 + user, multi site organization has been a PCS client for several years. PCS has enabled our organization to focus on our core work as they have kept our IT systems secure and stable. PCS responds quickly and thoroughly and communicates well when plans have to change. The techs are great folks and management is available and responsive when needed. We tried a few other technical support companies with disappointing results and are happy we discovered PCS.

Professional Computer Support really saved my bacon. Dan and his team have provided excellent networking and IT solutions to my company for years. However, I recently was a victim of malware. Professional Computer Support quickly and efficiently got to work scanning and cleaning my computer, and putting my worried mind to ease. In all my time with them, they have been responsive to all of our IT needs, and proactive in providing solutions we hadnt thought of.
