A few weeks ago my motherboard fried and several other parts were partially or severely damaged. My brother found reviews and a 24/7 hotline for PC Helper Team, so I gave them a call and not only did Soroush give me excellent advice on what to do to salvage as much as possible, but he drove out to my apartment a few days later to pick up the machine and run diagnostics (for free). The very next day I heard back that Hector had thoroughly tested every single part, found that most of them were salvageable, and with my permission also backed up all my important data to a new hard drive.The following Friday I came back with parts for a new machine and sat with Hector as he walked me through the build from scratch and offered all of his knowledge and advice for absolutely no extra charge. Soroush similarly educated me on a few things throughout the process, again for no extra charge. Now I have a beautiful new machine that runs without a hitch, salvaged backup parts in case anything ever happens to it, and not a scrap of my important data was lost.Every step of the way the two of them not only provided me with top shelf service and education to boot, but they did so while trying to charge me as little money as possible. A job that easily would have cost me thousands of dollars elsewhere didn’t even come close to a 4 digit figure with PC Helper Team. Soroush and Hector are experts in their field in every regard and dedicated to their customers like no other business I’ve come across. Do yourself an enormous favor and hire these guys for any computer issues you run into; they are unprecedentedly kind, hard working and brilliant.

My PC stopped working, and they were able to fit me in the same day! The price would have been very high for a replacement motherboard and graphics card, but they lowered it by an insane amount. Both Soroush and Hector were very kind and helpful, and they kept in touch frequently as my computer was being repaired. Incredible service!

Saroush is a PC wizard! He expertly helped me build my 4080 i7-13700K PC. His knowledge is astounding, and his fair pricing is refreshing. He even saved me from unnecessary expenses by correcting a component misunderstanding. Moreover, he offered me a student discount and was there for me when all the other shops were closed. If youre after a skilled PC builder or know absolutely nothing, Saroush is your guy!

Soroush was very helpful and considerate of my needs. He treated my Dell Desktower like a newborn baby and did a deep diagnostic before asking me if I wanted to go forward with the repairs, given the associated cost. it was difficult to find a repairman who is familiar with Linux so he was such a relief. He did a full restore of my data and installed Ubuntu 22 LTS.

Soroush and Hector helped me recover files from the cloud. I had multiple google accounts and a defunct old one suddenly revoked all of my access permissions to all of my files and data in Drive. It was a catastrophic loss for my business. After I had taken my Dell into another place, who mistakenly misdiagnosed the issue as a ransomware issue, PCHT kept digging and learned the real issue. They also somehow managed to get ahold of google customer service! They recovered everything. Additionally, they pulled files from a broken external drive and put everything on a new one. Experience - Pros: they were diligent, thorough, available to my schedule, communicative and explained in detail, and kind! Soroush even helped me when I didnt have cash for parking. Constructive feedback: be sure to listen as much as explain, update the contract ot accuracy and send hourly pricing beforehand, especially upon request. Again, thanks again for recovering my work and helping me form a plan to prevent this.

Just wanted to thank you guys. Soroush and his tech with PCHelperTeam handled our router and Wifi upgrade. They also installed parking and security cameras. Our internet is shared with the parking management system office as well as the engineering of the building and building management here at 11500 Olympic and we always have had to work with several different vendors and providers and never have been able to fix issues easily or upgrade equipment or software smoothly. But but they have managed all the points of contacts and all communications and provided in close to a decade for us and we appreciate their expertise very much. Thank you guys.

We are always changing and moving and still you help us to be effective and productive. Great job! The wireless headsets and the BT works great and I am able to make and receive calls on Zoom and Aloware. I am just a lot more effective and handle far more cases like this with his setup you have made for us. The pdf editor and the slack as well as the outlook exchange setup is also great! thx bro!
