Diana is such a professional and so many different ways. Her massages are superb the absolute best she’s working on you. She sees spots that could use waxing recently. She’s turned me onto Botox which I don’t like needles but it seems to work very well and I’ve also been taking, the complex weight loss shots from her. Are used to weigh 255. I’m at 2:39 today at my appointment. I’m impressed. I’ve followed Diana around now for about 3 to 4 years and I’m so glad I found her. Keep up the great work Diana I love what you do.

After trying many places in the past for facial care, latest technologies, regimens, etc. to no avail or minimal results, I was referred to PCH MedSpa with the highest recommendation. Hence, I decided to make an appointment.Upon evaluation of my skin, Kim, suggested a series of treatments to reach my goals: improving skin texture, firming and reducing signs of aging, such as diminishing crows feet, skin tightening and eliminating dark circles around my eyes.In a span of 4 months, Ive seen dramatic results in all the above areas and I am amazed how apparent the improvements are. Im usually not the one to write reviews, positives or otherwise, but i was inclined to do so because of my complete satisfaction. Im beyond impressed and highly recommend PCH MedSpa for any non-invasive anti-aging procedures and skincare.

I got PDO smooth threads with nurse Jacqueline for jaw contouring. The procedure may look intimidating but she numbed the area before and overall it was minimal pain. I felt more pressure rather than pain. Jacqueline was super fast yet gentle and super skilled, I would highly recommend her. I’ll definitely be coming back to PCH to try some of their other treatments.

Dr. Karandish exceeded all expectations and the results speak for themselves. I am a 50 year old woman experiencing the harsh results of gravity and collagen loss and was in need of help. I had many reservations going into this due to never having ANY work done. I am so pleased with all my results!! My experience was excellent because Dr. Kaveh Karandish was very professional, he has magical hands and gives you a lot of confidence. I did the EndoLift laser for abdominal tightening and dissolving fibrosis in my belly and also treating the love handles. I also felt no pain and I was surprised by the ease of the procedure since when I finished it was painless and I drove home. I highly recommend it and especially do it these days so you can be ready for summer.

This is the first time Ive ever had any procedure like this done. It has been such a great experience working with Dr K and his staff. He was thorough about explaining the procedure, process, healing, and expectations for results. I would highly recommend him to anybody looking for a non-invasive procedure (endo-lift laser treatment for my under eye bags) with unbelievable results. I could not be happier.

I went approximately 6 months ago for a consultation, the doctor recommended that I undergo Morpheus 8 to improve my pores, my skin and the area of the double chin. I had 3 sessions, I paid 1,600 dollars, they told me that I would see results in 3 months and until now I have not seen no positive change, on the contrary my skin was better before the procedure. The doctor never explained to me that he would not be the one to perform the procedure, nor did he explain the post-treatment care. I think it is a bad investment because there is no change for the better, on the contrary now I have some brown spots on my skin. I do not recommend it. Its throwing money away.

Dr K is amazing!! He was super professional, a very nice person and very kind! I asked him so many questions in ones the first time I met him. and he answered all of them very patently, that make me feel like he really takes patient seriously. I really respect and so it that! He also has lots of experience and knowledge. He knows what his doing and what the patient needs, and what is the best for them, at least this is my opinion. I respect him and I think he is the best in my area and I will go back to see him from now on, cuz I just trust him !Also his team, that girl Cory is super helpful, professional, and nice, it made a big difference when the team is amazing, just made you feel comfortable and want to go back more. The office environment and vibe is chic and comforting. I was honored my Groupon pricing for my threading treatment and was more then pleased with my results! Terrible. The Groupon information said the patient needed on ok for the procedure..I arrived for a consultation and was told that I must do the procedure that day. To talk to the dr without doing it would be $100. I told them that this wasn’t explained to me before I came and felt pressured to comply. The dr said the procedure I had chosen wouldn’t help me much and suggested a $4000.procedure. He also told his staff to charge back the Groupon and charge me. I could get my money back myself. It was obvious that he was trying to get around the Groupon charge too. I felt that this place was not honest, took my Groupon and left. I was aghast to find a $100 charge for the so called consultation that I never agreed to. Do not waste your time and money here.

Today I did my 3rd and last treatment of Micro needling. I am very satisfy. I could see the changes in my face after the second treatment. My brown spots went away, and my face look fresh, smooth, and hydrated. The lines on my forehead were dipped. After the second treatment, my lines improved. The appointment times were convenient, and each visit took me 45 minutes. The only inconvenient is that their lobby/ front desk is very small. The location is also very convenient. It is on PCH. Even thought it is on PCH, you can find parking on the street for free. Customer service is very nice. The lady that did the treatment for me is very nice and knew her job. She is very patient, and did a wonderful job. I am very satisfy. I would definitely recommended.

I have had a lot of people recommend that I try an IPL. The process is very well known and I had expectations going into it. They were friendly during the process, but seemed to not do a thorough job and felt like barely any lasers were used. (My bf felt the same after his appt.) We left feeling like nothing had been done. Waited a few days for redness to show, spots to darken, ect. and nothing. Disappointed and feel like my time and money was a waste with this one. Do not recommend facials from this med spa.Edit (Response to business response) -I do not have acne scars! Nor was this EVER mentioned during our conversation. In addition, I SPECIFICALLY asked the tech if he was a candidate with his dark skin, and she said Of course he is! Should be no issue at all. He has also had many IPLs in the past. Again, we know what to expect with an IPL and the tech did not do a thorough job. Your response is very unprofessional and inaccurate. Even more disappointed than before.

Booked 2 appointments on their own website, gave all my info. Received confirmation for both appointments and was canceled on just as we were about to leave. This was beyond unprofessional and asking if we wanted to reschedule, their excuse was they would be closing at 5:00 and the appointments were booked for 5:15 & 5:45. I was asked stupidly how I was able to book the appointments, like I have a way to bypass their system and make up my own times. The lady who called acted shocked as if this never happened. Considering we had 2 back/back appointments these people take no consideration of other peoples time and schedule. They could have made an accommodation but chose not to. What terrible and lousy customer service, well there was none. If you want to gamble with your time and see if these clowns keep their bookings that they confirm then cancel then go ahead, this was my experience and warning to anyone willing to gamble with your time being insignificant & irrelevant because these people chose irresponsibility and lack of concern to any Time other than their own. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere, there’s plenty of other places that won’t gamble with your time or money

Dr Z is not just a Doctor he is an artist. I came in for a consultation for PDO threads. I had been on the fence about the procedure for some time and decided I had nothing to lose with a free consultation. I had smooth threads years ago that did nothing for me and he explained to me the differences. This was an entirely different experience. I look 10 years younger than I did when I walked in. He numbed me so well that there was almost zero pain with the procedure. Dr Z had extremely fair prices and he was not pushy at all. I wish I could give him 10 stars. I will be back for all of my cosmetic needs in the future!

On July 17th dr k performed my endolift on my face and neck, i had no pain at the moment just a little bit of discomfort on my left side, after a few hours of the procedure just a little bit of discomfort and a little swollen face but dr k He said that in a few days the swelling will go away, my experience with dr k is wonderful and I am very excited to see my results in the next few weeks thank you very much to dr k and all his wonderful staff Amanda, Kim, Cori and Jacqueline

I am very pleased with my results.. Additionally when I went back for a follow up, I wanted some more lift and the doctor added some additional PDO threads and ensured I was satisfied with the results.. I didnt even bruise much the last time and the recovery was quick.. I am coming back for foxy eyes in a couple of days!
