Been here multiple times over the years. Great place to pick up something in stock that you need today and cant wait tomorrow. Has fixed several of my systems over the years and upgraded it with no complaints.

They know what they know, and they should only work on what they know. Two stars because they have good, friendly customer service; and I thought the price for my service was a good deal. I had PC Station upgrade my hard drive to a Solid state drive in my 2017 iMac 27 inch. I have seen installation kits from ifix it, but I still didn’t feel comfortable doing it myself. Because, the process involves taking off the 27 inch Retina display from the iMac to swap the Hard Drive. I was glad to hear PC Station would do the upgrade for me at a good price. They completed the install at the end of December 2022. Well, Now in May 2023 the adhesive that was used to glue back on the display had completely peeled off in a instant and the 27 inch Retina display came crashing down from my iMac. The display is cracked. Yeah, it’s been almost 4 months since PC station did the upgrade. Is this some how my fault? Was I supposed to somehow prevent my iMac display from peeling off and come crashing down after PC Station had glued it back on with adhesive. Or, could this have been prevented if PC Station had put the Display back on my iMac in a better proper way. I tried calling PC Station to see if we could work something out. Like maybe, I pay for the labor and they cover the cost of a new display for me. Nope, they said bring it in, and we’ll tell you how much is the full cost to repair it. I probably shouldn’t even trust them with another opportunity on repairing and mounting a new Retina display on my iMac. The cost of a new replacement retina Display is so expensive. Much more than what I paid them for the solid state drive upgrade. Yes, they didn’t even have the audacity to put the SSD on a bracket adapter. They hot glued the SSD to the wall of the iMac. If PC station was not going to do the service properly instead of just jimmy rigging it with hot glue and half a*s adhesive. They shouldn’t have taken the offer to service my iMac.

My friend brought her hard drive here, because it was having issues, on April 13 and was told it would take 3 days. Finally on April 19 they called to say they couldnt fix her hard drive or back it up. She decided to purchase a new drive and they informed her they needed to install updates. Today, April 20, at 6:20 pm they told her she could come pick it up, so they new we were on our way, when we got there, a few minutes before closing, the lady that said to pick it up continued closing and wouldnt let us in. Is this the way you people do business? Tell people to pick up their stuff then close early while they are standing there! Very unprofessional, SHAME ON YOU! I highly recommend people do not do business with this company.

Once again these guys have not emailed me back questioning my purchase, bought a pc worth around 1k from these guys and i cant even run a game with over 60fps or the fps stuttering when they literally said it would run Rust on 60FPS or more, it has been 4-5 months since i emailed them and yet no response, what a shame.

Cool people I dropped my pc off for a diagnosis they didn’t fix my problem but they told me what it was. Also left me some thermal paste on my panel and took my two screws lol.

I will NEVER take my PCs back to them again. Do NOT recommend them. They are EXTREMELY overpriced! They supposedly worked on both my laptop and desktop. After $200 they both came back worse than they were when I took them in. They did diagnose my desktop and said it needed a new power cord because it was beeping when I turned it on. Then they tried to sell me one for $80 that I found for $15.99 and that was an original HP part! Manager was kind enough to return my call but with no resolve. More argumentative thank anything else. Said do what you have to do so I am. Had to post at least 1 star for the review to post or I wouldnt have given them any at all. Calling credit card company next!
