I was recommended to PC REPAIR CENTER by a good friend. They promptly (within one day) completed work on my laptop...the excellent repair was also $140 cheaper than the quote from a competitor. Next Im having them come to my medical office and get it dialed in.

I brought in my 5+ year-old gaming PC (HP Omen X) to swap out the failing CPU water cooler for an air cooler. It was not a trivial swap and I was impressed by how well it was done. The cost and time to finish the repair were very reasonable. The guys in the shop that I talked to were both friendly and knowledgeable. I definitely recommend this shop!

These guys did a great job replacing my mac keyboard and saving me hundreds of dollars compared to the Apple store. Great staff and communication throughout the process. Would recommend this business.

WOW! My brother-in-law recommended this place when my computer stopped booting. I have been to many PC repair places over the years, but PC Repair Center is by far the best experience I have ever had. 2023 Feb.I found the crew of Andrew and Dertich (sp) to be helpful, focused, and honest. The shop is local to Encinitas on El Camino Real.They fixed a Windows laptop (rebuilt the SW) when its well known HD encryption SW infinitely boots to a blue screen asking please enter 48 digits even though the correct 48 digits were entered.

By far, this is the best PC repair service I have ever found. Declan Centers is knowledgeable, experienced, customer-oriented and reliable. Ive been using PCs since 1982 when the original IBM came out, so Ive had a lot of experience with repair services. Declan is professional and the business is well established. Best of all the service is performed fast and at a very reasonable price. If youre in North County, this is the place to get your PC repaired ... or to build a new custom PC.

I had a failing disk drive with windows 7 and older version of QB which I need for my work. Declan was a true professional and was able to clone my PC and add a solid state drive which runs blazing fast.Originally, I went to Geek Squad and they said there was nothing they could do for me because I was on windows 7. I am super happy that I called PC Repair on my way home from Best Buy. I described my issue with Declan over the phone and he got it immediately. He never made any promises and gave me the reality of the situation. I now have a way more stable system than before and didnt have to give my PC to ewaste. Declan is top notch!!! Thanks again!!!!

I found this place after encountering very rude customer service at another location. From the moment I walked through the front door, Declan was informative, polite, and friendly. I left my laptop for a few days and they fixed it completely and at a third of the cost the previous place quoted. I cant recommend them enough and will never take my computers or electronics to another location. Thanks again Declan and team, youve made a customer for life!

I was trying to retrieve data from a very old Mac hard drive and didn’t have a clue. Javier explained everything to me, helped me sort out my options, and even tracked down the SCSI needed for the transfer. Despite all the time he invested and knowledge he shared, his charge (zero) was more than reasonable. Excellent attitude, top quality service, exceptionally responsive. I’ll be back.

I am surprised at the poor service given the good reviews. Dropped a laptop with a screen problem off for diagnostics. After four days I initiated a call for a status update and it became clear that they had not even looked at the computer beyond a quick glance and did not have the right equipment onsite to even run diagnostics. Rather than get the right equipment (a simple HDMI adapter), the guy instead suggested that we start by ordering a new LCD screen and see what happens from there. The service person did not instill any confidence whatsoever so I elected to take the computer elsewhere, but not until after they charged me for diagnostic evaluation.Just to respond to your response: The tech indicated that it might be a screen issue or a motherboard issue. He said that before ordering a replacement screen we wanted to project onto another screen to ensure that it was not a motherboard issue. He did not have a USB-C to HDMI output to test. He indicated that he was waiting for the cord from the Oceanside office but it never came. His solution was to order a replacement screen (which would take about 5 business days) to confirm that it is a screen issue. If this didnt solve the problem then the motherboard would need to be replaced. I would have been fine with any necessary repair. What I am not fine with is a guessing approach that wastes time just because you dont have a $20 adapter.

I know Sami the owner and have purchased a refurbished laptop (the one in front of me right now) from PC Repair Center. I have also referred several people to them. They also have a location in Oceanside and I have used both. Sami who mostly runs Oceanside and the fellow (sorry dont have his name handy) that runs this location are both super smart and competent - but also just really nice genuine people that care.

Javier did a great job quickly changing out a dvd drive and getting the stuck dvd out for me. He also put a new casing and cleaned up the computer. I arrived at 5:00 on a Saturday night when he closed at 6:30pm and he worked on it right away for me. I would highly recommend his service.

My LG Gram would only work plugged in. They diagnosed the problem quickly and then ordered a new battery. When the battery arrived it was installed in an hour. Great job. I fully trust them

What a great place to add to Encinitas! I have used them before at the Oceanside shop and loved them then! I came in with a bad news about my MacBook. The apple store told me it will take $759 to fix it and replace my logic-board and Jorge at the Computer repair Center game me a free check up and priced the repair at $295! really nice! took some time to get the part (I didnt want to pay for the overnight) but when it arrived all was working as it should! I would go there whenever I have a problem!

I am very happy with the work Andrew and Declan did, I came in because I had difficulty figuring out what was wrong with a computer that I was building, and they tried their hardest, checked everything twice and explained to me what they did and what was wrong, I unfortunately had a broken motherboard but I needed that information to finish my build.

Fixed My LAPTOP fast! I love this place, every time I take my laptop in for repair get it done right on the spot or within a day or so & also sometime I get some technical difficulties he gets on my laptop remotely and fix the problems, very convenient and professional way .
