Carlos did a phenomenal job, with such clear communication, a kind and understanding heart, quick work, and complete honesty and integrity. He honored rates even when the job turned out to be more complex, though he certainly didn’t have to. He was gracious and very good at his job. I can’t recommend his services highly enough.

Please consider PC Quick Digital Services for every computer related issue. There are so many companies and individuals who are there to capitalize on your lack of knowledge and Carlos is the exception – a trustworthy and experienced company focused on the client . He is knowledgeable, customer service focused, patient and professional. I would give Carlos 10 stars if the system allowed me. If you are not a tech person, the idea of trying to recover your documents, hard drive, etc. is not only daunting but also overwhelming. I would recommend Carlos to anyone who has any issues with computers – period.

I had a great experience at PC Quick Digital Services. First, I am not tech savvy . I had dropped my external drive months ago and soon the computer couldn’t read the drive and was unable to access my files. A friend told me I needed to find a Data Recovery place as this wasn’t something that could be fixed easily. I found PC Quick Digital Services on Yelp and Google and contacted the owner, Carlos. Carlos was knowledgeable, professional, and was able to diagnose the issue quickly (at no cost to me) to see if he would be able to fix. I left the drive with him along with a new drive. A few days later he contacted me to let me know all my files were recovered and moved to the new drive. The price of service was reasonable. I would recommend Carlos if you are looking for a similar repair. I found him to be honest and efficient.

I came to Carlos a few weeks ago when my 4tb ssd external failed. I host a podcast that I put out weekly and I had six full episodes on that hard drive that had not been transferred over before the crash. I spent a full day, trying to recover to drive with no luck. Thats when I found Carlos on google maps. I texted his number and he responded very quickly. After explaining the problem to him and dropping the drive off, Carlos was able to repair my drive, and we were able to recover five out of six. He really saved the day for me and I highly recommend him!

Carlos was super helpful! My hard drive crashed and Carlos was instantly ready to repair to it and made the process super easy. I was worried about what would happen but Carlos handled the situation and I recovered everything.

I would 100% recommend his services to anyone needing to fix a PC. My computer had absolutely crashed and not only did he he completely fix it quickly and save all my files but I was blown away by his professionalism and honesty. He was upfront with the problems he saw and communicated what the potential outcomes would be from the outset. I cannot recommend his business enough for anyone that needs PC work done. I found Carlos through online reviews and I wasnt mistaken in choosing him. When I took my computer that I thought was irrepearable he saved all my data but not only that, the next day he informed me that he repaired my computer and now it works better than before. He is very professional and responsible on top of personally being a great guy. Im very grateful to him and highly recommend him.

I had reformatted an external hard drive fromPC to Mac and mistakenly deleted all the data already on the drive, including family videos. I called Carlos and he was very responsive and offered a no recovery, no fee deal. He was able to recover everything on the drive despite it looking unlikely at first. He’s easy to deal with, talks you through the process and delivers on what he promises. Give him a try.

I had a some problems with my computer which ultimately turned into a lot of problems. I called Carlos after an abysmal experience with Geek Squad because he had so many 5 star reviews. Let me tell you, they are all absolutely right. Carlos is the man to see. He is very knowledgeable, prompt, and thorough; and it is important to him that you are satisfied with his work. He saved me from having to buy a new computer, so I must say I highly recommend giving him a call.

Here are the words I would use to describe Carlos: Professional, Knowledgeable, Courteous, Timely, Caring.Carlos met me at an odd hour of the night, and responded to my problem within an hour. My drive was badly damaged and so he turned to his partners with more appropriate equipment to handle such problems. After handing me over to them, he continued to follow up with several phone calls to make sure that everything was progressing along for me.In the end, Carlos asked for no money from me, but put in a couple hours of his time to make sure that I was taken care of. He embodies the concept of customer service. Hopefully I wont encounter a data recovery situation again, but if I do, I have no question about who I will turn to.

I met Carlos and he told me that I would be charged 150 for Data Recovery which is usually half his rate. When he explored my computer, he found that there was no data to recover so he didnt even charge me anything. He is super knowledgeable, honest, likeable and very easy to deal with. He also offered me some ideas about marketing for my business which he helps to market businesses. I would recommend him to anyone who has a computer issue or is looking to market their business. He will take care of you!

Carlos is great. I called him out of the blue based on other reviews I found online and he did not disappoint! He helped me recover data from a computer that I thought was beyond repair, and did it all at a reasonable rate and with patience, attentiveness and a smile. I manage a law firm and have a technical staff. However, for many years I have used PCQuick Digital Services (Carlos) for solving the more difficult computer and software issues. I have found that there no computer issues that he cant resolve in a expeditious manner and is available for follow up questions. I also find that Carlos provides excellent value -- meaning that his charges are extremely fair and I never feel that he over-works any problem; often spending much more time than he charges.

Carlos is brilliant. Not just very smart, but very knowledgeable. He has higher degrees in statistical analysis from another country. That kind of aptitude must be perfect for finding solutions quickly. At least, maybe that is one reason he is so competent He figured out a very complicated issue with my computer. And we had a printer issue ongoing that two other very excellent computer experts had not been able to resolve. He did it. And, as a bonus, he has such a warm and generous spirit.Im with you, its hard when I am searching on line for help. Dont look any further. Call him now!

I desperately needed data recovery services. i was moving my laptop to windows 10 and by accident erased all my data, years of family pictures and videos and my financial files. Called twice, no response. The number goes directly to voicemail, with a message that promises to return a call within an hour. I left a message twice, no response. For a business that claims to provide quick service, I find this to be incredibly rude and lazy. If you want to give someone who is rude and lazy access to your computers, go with PC Quick.
