I was introduced to PC Professional through Microsofts preferred vendor program. They helped us migrate from legacy Office to Office 365, and later on to migrate from on-prem email to cloud email. They are always really responsive, happy to provide advice and guidance where needed, and have been a pleasure to work with.

The service is tailored to our needs, from monthly outsource to equipment and software upgrades, and printer maintenance. We view PC Professional as a true partner in managing our growing IT needs.Whenever I am approached with a proposal or inquiry to do our outsource IT work, I tell the salesperson that we already have a firm we’ve been working with for many years. The best thing about working with PC Professional is the consistency we have in our IT department. As a small company without the internal resources, PC Professional is our reliable resource for all our technology needs. PC Professional has the best response time compared to other IT companies we’ve worked with before. Ive been using PC Professional as back end support for over 15 years. Every single member of their tech team is smart, able to apply a wide range of technologies, easy to work with and dedicated to our business. My Account Mgr. calls me back... quickly!I dont have emergencies often because together weve built a good infrastructure, but when I am in crisis I have their full attention. I could not more highly recommend this company and its people. The bad reviews I see here must have resulted from some serious misunderstandings. These folks are the bomb.
