Im lucky enough to live a couple of blocks from Payan. He is absolutely the best at repairing both PCs and MAC. Payam is a patient, skilled and thoughtful IT specialist. Adept at both hardware and software, he worked with me over a couple weeks and multiple appointments to diagnose a very strange charging, battery issue for my work laptop.He guarantees his work, so when the first solve didn’t fix it, he worked on it until we did. Had a sluggish PC with registry errors. First PC Max Solutions spent time trying to solve problem over the phone. Once determined that wasnt possible I dropped off PC and had a response and fix of issue within hours. Problem solved and PC is running like new. Highly recommend!

I went to Payam with a new ATX PC build I had worked on for a while.Unfortunately there was an issue with the pc that made it restart at random times while rendering in Cinema4D with Redshift, I just could NOT figure it out myself.Payam went above and beyond with testing, running benchmarks, testing with replaced Motherboards, PSUs, CPUs etc — really putting the pc to the test. We even did testing outside of the case, tried different wiring and more.He also was so kind to set up remote access, so I was able to run the tests from another laptop at home. But also very welcoming to have me over to chat on next steps and tests he wanted to try.After a lot of testing he found out that my CPU was faulty after he had tried rendering with a different CPU. and it worked flawless.I am so glad I went to Payam to help me with this challenge, I was at my last resort. I really appreciate his responsiveness and willingness to help. Honestly, I wanted to just give up on this PC but I’m super grateful for Payam’s expertise and effort to help us out.Thank you Payam. 10/10 would recommend anyone with tech issues to go to PC Max Solutions!

Payam did a great job with my Zenbook Pro Duo laptop, which wasn’t even turning on when I brought it to him. I was afraid it’d need a new motherboard, but the next day, he had fixed it. He was quick, professional, reasonably priced, and friendly. There is no storefront, which I actually like, because I don’t have to pay extra just to cover the costs of a storefront. Payam of P C Max is a real pro at what he does. He restored to life an old Desktop P C of mine which had lost its BIOS. At his suggestion, I agreed to have my spindle hard drive replaced with a SSDrive. The P C is fast, took only 20 seconds from power on to fully ready. He also looked at my 10 year old laptop and discovered an intermettent mother board. Outstanding work and service. I was having problems with my windows machine, including slow performance, memory issues and bad fan/overheating (accompanied by horrific noises). I’d brought it to a computer repair shop a few weeks earlier and whatever they did barely made a difference. Brought it to PC Max, Payam diagnosed the problems quickly and accurately, and when I picked up the laptop the next day it was literally good as new. I thought I already gave a review previously, maybe with another account??Anyway Payam solved my cryptic issues with some pretty simple fixes and got my PC back to me super fast. I was cautious at first because its not a conventional storefront, but now Ill bring my PC back every single time theres some issue I cant solve because Payam did such a great job at a fair price and helped me understand the issue as well and offered to take another look if the problem returns.Basically when I played certain games I would get all kind of artifacts and glitches and my PC would crash a lot, and it ended up just being some incompatibilities with the various drivers that came installed on my Mobo and graphics card and some settings that needed to be set in my bios, would have taken me forever to figure that out because I thought my drivers were updated automatically 😂

Recommended for high quality, same day assembly for any computer. Also great as a support for any issues that may arise in the future.Built my pc same day and managed to work past issues with new parts and bios updates. Cable management looks great in the back and the same goes for the front. Looks about as nice as it can with dual 8 PIN GPU cables.A few weeks later I turned on Game Boost and XMP Boost in bios and got black screen, probably from the Game Boost overclock being too high for stock cooler. Had no idea how to reset it until I called in and was told to remove and replace the motherboard battery to reset cmos. Worked like a charm and saved me time, money, and stress.

I recently had an issue with my PC and Payam, a gentlemen that works there, diagnosed and solved my PC problems smoothly and efficiently. What stood out to me the most, being a college student with no access to a vehicle, was the “at home PC service.” PC Max Solutions will come to your house and diagnose and solve (if properly equipped with the right PC parts) your PC problems. First of all, this review is NOT a paid review. Just like you, I found PC Max Solutions from a Google search and at the time was ready to throw my laptop over my 14th floor balcony. I called Payam and he was able to get me in for an appointment the following morning. I sat while he worked on my computer and at every step of the way he not only explained exactly what he was doing, but he provided a lot of additional support regarding best practices and ways to keep my laptop in the best working order. That was in November of 2021. Then last week, I encountered an unrelated problem and spent countless hours trying to fix it myself. After getting frustrated to the point of balcony throw yet again, I texted Payam and within 30 minutes of my first text, he had fixed my problem remotely, talking me through exactly what he was doing at every step of the way (as I watched it all happening on my screen). If you are reading this review, you obviously need someone to help you with your computer. Dont waste another second of your life trying to find someone better or making yourself crazy trying to fix it yourself. Payam is professional, he is ultra accommodating, hes as nice as anyone youll ever meet and his prices are as good as youll find anywhere. I will never waste time trying to fix my own computer moving forward. PC Max Solutions is the only PC repair I will use from now on, whether I remain in Los Angeles or elsewhere. I cant say enough about his willingness to problem solve my PC issue.I honestly didnt communicate clearly my computers issue and he was able to go with the flow in an understanding way. A lot of people would have been very frustrated with me doing a home visit like this. Not only did he adjust with my custom new computer build. But after hearing I had the experience to essentially fix the problem myself. Payam is different to almost all repair shops, he is competent and well priced and ultra profesional.I build my own computers and have done my whole life. Today I got stumped and didnt have a spare psu to test if that was the issue. Payam helped me out instantly and replaced psu after testing.I realized when I switched motherboards I didnt have any new thermal paste, so rang him up and Payam came over himself as I was busy in meetings and helped me out within his unit.Could not recommend more.

My PC wouldnt power on at all. Took it in and he quickly diagnosed it with a bad PSU. Very reasonable price for the labor. He also recommended a hardware upgrade that greatly improved my PCs performance and didnt even charge for the labor. Will definitely be coming here for any other repair needs.

Had bios issue when changing settings. My default keyboard wasnt responding to the bios start menu, tried multiple keyboards and went into PS2 ports. He used his wireless keyboard and mouse that had batteries and it worked! 😂 Thank you! I think that was the trick.

My MacBook Air wouldn’t turn on so I took my laptop to this PcMax Solutions. Payam and his wife were very professional, warm, and friendly to me. Not only did he give me a great quote (compared to everyone else’s expensive quotes), but he gave me a fast turnaround and also fixed my cracked screen.I’m so glad to have my laptop back, which pretty much looks brand new. My computer suddenly stopped working and wouldnt turn on, I looked for many local MAC repair options (in Portland OR) and none was able to repair it with low cost and in a timely manner. Apple store quoted $870 to fix my laptop. I found PC MAX Solutions on yelp and was the best decision I made! They fixed my laptop in 3 days and shipped it back to me in Portland and cost me less than 1/3 of what Apple had quoted me. My laptop is good as new. They did an amazing job, I highly highly recommend working with them.

I had a SSD drive that I accidently wiped trying to reboot a new computer with a a windows key and he did his best to recover all the files. Even though I didnt get everything back, I was happy that he did everything within his power to get the job done. Good guy. Would go back if I had another problem.

I need to install Windows 10 on my laptop (MacPro 2011) I saw this business on Yelp.As soon as I contact them, I was warmly greeted over the phone, and Payam told me to drop off my laptop to his house because of the COVID-19 situation. He fix it in a few hours, and I picked it up and left the money for him in the envelope (contactless). I couldnt be happier to have someone in the Venice area I can rely on for the computers questions and repair.

I live in Oregon, but my dad is in Marina del Rey and was having Windows blue screen errors, and couldnt even boot his computer so I could connect remotely and run diagnostics. My dads not able to carry the heavy old desktop anywhere, so I found PC Max online and phoned.Immediately I knew this was someone I could count on, and he offered to come out the next morning (a Saturday) for a VERY reasonable fee. It turned out the old HD was going bad, so he took it to the shop, and saved all the data when he cloned my dads drive to an much faster SSD drive.I hope we never have to use him again, but I would in a heartbeat. Highly recommended.
