Took my Sony Vaio laptop to a bunch of people around LA, and they all said my motherboard was bad. Decided to get one last opinion from PC Friend, and they fixed the problem. I just needed a new fan. These guys are the best. So happy to have my laptop that I love back working better than ever.

Spilled water on my HP laptop, so I called PC Friend, and they recommended just going new, and luckily they had a refurbished laptop for me to replace it with for very affordable price. I am disabled, and they delivered, and recycle my old parts. Very happy with the Concierge Service. It saved the day since I usually take the bus.

Took my Gaming Desktop to Best Buy/Geek Squad, because my computer wouldnt turn on. They refused to work on it, because it had a few bugs in it. Call PC Friend, and he told me to bring it right over. They cleaned out my computer, changed the Power Supply, and RAM. Now my computer is awesome again. So Grateful. Highly recommend these guys. What a service!!

Was having performance issues, and took my Gaming Desktop to PC Friend, and they gave it the whole lookover. Dusted fans, one of my memory modules was bad, so they alleviated the problem by removing it. Enhanced my OS, and its a better machine all together now.

Took my Gaming Desktop to Best Buy/Geek /Squad, and they wouldnt work on my system, because of bugs. Called PC Friend, they took care of the bugs, and fixed my system. Also tuned it up, so it runs faster than ever before. This place is lit!!

My Mom first met Brandon when he worked at 365 Laptop Repair, then we he went on his own I started sending my laptops to him at PC Friend. Ive bought refurbished laptops from him, and they are always above, and beyond in quality. Got my iMac fixed, and Brandon installed iMovie, so I can edit movies. Now Im set.

My Razer laptop was running a little warm, so I called thinking I need a thermal paste check. Turns out my battery was bad, and getting warm plus my fans were clogged with debris. PC Friend changed the battery, cleaned out the fans, and optimized my OS. Its like a new system now.

Found PC Friend last year. Im not too far in the West Adams area, and they Pickup, and Deliver in my area also. Ive had my Moms desktop installed by them, also I had my laptop completely re-installed, and just recently Im having my new Desktop Virus Scanned, and setup properly by them since I had a compromised system. PC Friend is so much faster than going to Best Buy, or Geek Squad. I get a more personal experience to my precise needs, and in a more timely manner with constant updates throughout the repair.

My laptop was giving me hard drive full message. PC Friend was recommended from Nextdoor, so I dropped off my laptop, and they backed up my files, and re-installed a new Windows. PC Friend fined tuned the way my laptop works, and now it is way faster than its ever been.

PC Friend answers all my questions whenever I need them. I am a senior citizen, and cant get around that much, but PC Friend is on call all the time. They help me with printer issues, password issues, etc. Such a great service to have on call.

I took my Desktop to PC Friend, because I kept getting an error message for my video card drivers. Took it to them, because I couldnt figure out the issue. I updated drivers, but still kept getting errors. PC Friend figured it out. So grateful.

I highly recommend PC Friend. While best buy/geek squad charged me $200 bucks to diagnose and replace my battery, I was charged almost half that here. Always very prompt to respond and the repair took less than a week.

I cant believe I havent heard about PC Friend before. I called Geek Squad after buying that stupid Total Tech, and they never called me back. I called PC Friend and they sat with me for 2 hours explaining all my phone, and computer tech to me. I dont know much about Technology, because Im older, but Brandon sat with me, and explained so much to me. Hes such a nice guy. Very personable.

Spilled water on my laptop right before Thanksgiving, and my keyboard stopped working. Called PC Friend, and they ordered me a new keyboard, and its ready the Saturday after Thanksgiving. Very fast service. They also optimized my laptop, and did all updates to make sure its running smoothly.

PC Friend is the best find for me. My laptop wouldnt boot, so I called them, dropped it off in the morning, and it was fixed later that afternoon. I couldnt be more happy with the friendly service, quick turnaround. They kept me posted on progress throughout the day. I was so scared that I would lose everything but they saved all my documents. Upgraded my RAM on my iBuyPower Gaming Desktop, but couldnt get it to boot afterwards. I needed my computer for work, and didnt have the time to wait for Geek Squad, so luckily got a hold of PC Friend in the morning. They told me to drop off immediately. I took it over, and within a few hours they called me to pickup. They blew out the dust, got it to boot, did a virus scan all for a great price, and now my Computer is running great. This place is the Bees Knees. Thumbs up all the way!!

Was in town and my laptop freaked out. googled these guys and they got me back up and running in no time. They scanned for malware did updates and sped up my system by turning off all programs that were running in the background. My laptop is unbelievably fast now. Coming back for sure.

Just took my IBUYPOWER Desktop to PC Friend, because it was blue-screening, and eventually wouldnt power up. I called Geek Squad, and they said 3 days to diagnose. Called PC Friend. They said bring it over. They changed my Power Supply, and also reinstalled my Operating System, because it was partitioned wrong. its running amazing now, and like never before. Got it back within 4 hours. What a relief!!

I needed my HP laptop repaired so I google maps this place and I called they told me come in before 8 pm 06/14/2022.Today 06/15/2022 I went to the address posted at 12:45 pm and it turned out to be an APARTMENT complex; then I re called the number and I was told to make an appointment by 4pm?I left and took my laptop at an actual laptop repair place near by.

Just got my annual Tune-Up, and Virus cleaning from PC Friend. Been using them since they were in San Pedro. They still take care of me here in Rancho Palos Verdes. I agree with the other reviews that its nice to not have to worry about these things, and just call them when we have an issue, and its always taken care of right, and immediately. That personal touch of a small company is all the difference. Highly recommend for those of us that dont know much about computers, and just want it fixed yesterday.

Super Super wonderful. Was having issues with browser. Called Geek Squad. Spent 2 hours for them to tell me it was a browser problem. Call PC Friend came the next day, and turned out to be personalization setting which Brandon solved in minutes. Will be using again for sure.

Im an accountant, and PC Friend has been taking care of my computers every season for the last 5 years. This year we did a complete upgrade, and I will be recycling the old one with them as well. Our property management company has been using Brandon for our Computer needs for a few years now. Glad he is expanding, and still alive, and kicking. We really need someone like him who is around at all times, and available to answer those questions we cant. If you are not using PC Friend youre missing out on the Future of Computer Service.
