Michael was very professional, attentive and very thorough. My business laptop died and my greatest fear was that I would lose my records. That never happened, he picked up my laptop thoroughly retrieved all of my records and purchased a new laptop and downloaded everything. I could not ask for more I highly recommend this business.

Just called spoke with Wayne to ask for some guidance regarding my hard drive that crashed. He provided great customer service, provided estimates and went over all my data recovery options. Took the time to explain while providing high level of customer service. Would definitely consider going here for PC repairs.

The owner (Wayne) is very knowledgeable and very helpful! I 100% recommend this place for anyone with any computer problems. So much better than geek squad! The only place I will ever go and recommend to friends and family!

I brought a desktop computer to PC-Fix to get a part replaced. Brought it in first thing in the morning because I wanted to see if I could get it back the same day. I was so pleasantly surprised that they called me and told me they couldnt get it done that day and they were backed up but called another place to ensure I could get it back the same day. Any business that is willing to give up business to a competitor just to meet a customer request tells me they are very trustworthy and definitely worthy of my business. I am very appreciative and definitely will be bringing more business here.

I called up and went in right away. Wayne checked over my computer and found out that it worked just fine at his business. I was driving home about 15 minutes later. Just thinking about the FAST service, can you even imagine going to B.Buy and leaving with your computer in hand without having to wait at least an hour? hummmmm. You know where Ill be going from now on.

Awesome, prompt and thorough service. Plus courteous, friendly and amazingly priced. I was very pleased with the fixes and clean up he did on my desktop. Would definitely recommend to family and friends

This place is great. The owner was very knowledgeable. Great customer service. I was saddened to drive by the store the other day, and see theyre no longer there. Is there a number to call? I need service.

Took my computer here on recommendation from a friend. Im glad I did. He had my computer for about 2 hours. Unfortunately it was not fixable. He didnt charge me for even looking at it. Most places would of charge just for the diagnostic. They were kind and courteous.
