Padra is an amazing salesperson with clear communication throughout the entire process of buying a 2017 Tesla Model X 100D. Car was in great condition as well. Even though my sales tax was higher than what Padra had expected, he still respected the amount we agreed for the Model X.
When arrived to the location was greeted with care, I was asked to take my time to check the car I’m buying, they answered all my questions with honesty, was no pressure or rush whatsoever. Paperwork was easy and smooth. Also was offered an extended warranty which I got, that’s 2 weeks ago and I am still enjoying my Lexus now. I personally recommend this place to several people.
Best car buying experience I have EVER had hands down. Padra is honest and to the point, friendly, and incredible to work with. I watched him fight for me with 3 banks at once to get me the best interest rate. It was like a scene out of a movie. Paz Auto was a pleasure to deal with. They didnt pressure us into adding any needless add ons the way SO many car dealerships do. The price was great compared to KBB. They provide great customer service too. There were a couple minor issues with the car that I didnt notice until after the purchase, but they stood by their product and got everything worked out to our full satisfaction. They could have just pointed to the As Is clause and done nothing, so I really appreciated their honesty and would certainly buy from them again.

Honestly an incredible place to get a car! He worked with me through a ton of different lenders to get me the car I wanted. Every dealer I went to before Paz always had some sort of dealer markup that was hidden from the list price to get you in the door, but Paz Auto Group’s pricing was fair and transparent. I purchased my car at the end of November and left a 5 star review, complimenting how straight up Padra was and the simplicity of the purchase. Unfortunately, just over a month later, my Tesla has had a high voltage battery failure, costing me more than I bought the car for. There was no warranty, no reimbursement, and for this reason I cannot recommend buying a car here unless you are willing to gamble.

BUYER’S BEWARE! I usually don’t buy vehicles that aren’t from real dealerships for multiple reasons, but I made an exception this one time and I will never do it again. I purchased a 2020 Chevy Suburban. I’ve had the vehicle for 8 months now and have already almost rebuilt an entire car. Some of the things I did immediately after purchasing was I had to replace the brake pads and rotors, then 1 month later had to spend $500 on vehicle registration, rear differential seals had to be replaced, 4 new tires, and as of last week, I had to replace the entire transmission… in total I’ve spent well over $10,000 in maintenance on this car in less than 1 year… GO TO A REAL DEALERSHIP IF YOU CAN!

This office is very clean, the decoration is refreshing, and the quality of the cars is relatively good. The most important thing is that there are no bundled sales. We will not lure you in with low prices and then bundle a bunch of things to sell you. Not a bad experience.
