2021-08-09 15:52:26I started my career as a rep for PayJunction 17 years ago and have not looked back. Fantastic company. I have been extremely happy with how the corporate is always available to help me. The staff has always been super friendly and is committed to great customer service. The sales directors are always available to help you with a sale. PayJunction are experts in this industry and do things the correct way.

PayJunction has always exceeded our expectations when we need help.The recurring payments feature they offer allowed us to bring our wellness plan payment processing in house which allowed us to provide a much better product/service to our clients while reducing the headaches of dealing with a third party and produced some cost savings overall.There support during the pandemic has been excellent.Love their cloud based interface as well. Light years ahead of our our dumb credit card terminal.

2022-04-27 20:12:19I am the controller for 8 different car dealerships and 2 body shops. Anytime I have had to call Pay Junction for assistance getting something fixed, switching accounts, limit bump, or just trying to navigate the website....I have always received friendly help that answers my questions and assistance with correcting any issues/concerns. I have reached out to them by email and phone and have always received the same quality of help. It is nice to do business with a company that you dont dread calling!

2021-08-12 16:57:47PayJunction provides fast, low cost and secure payment processing of credit/debit cards and ACH checks. I signed as a reseller in 2014, working part time, to supplement retirement income. I have a strong background in technology (hardware and software) ~ education and experience. I have sold PayJunction services to a number of customers (large and small business). Their sales and customer support people are honest and responsive. I provide consulting and site support to my customers (education and installation of devices and software). I have not lost any PayJunction accounts to competitors and enjoy working with company employees.

2021-08-09 18:32:53We have been using PayJunction for a few years now and I have always been extremely pleased with their customer service and the functionality of their system/dashboard. Recently we tried out a new merchant company that integrates with our EMR software, biggest NIGHTMARE of my life. I spent an entire month try to get the new merchant company to help us fix basic things like capturing CC information through the card reader... finally we decided to continue with PayJunction, best decision Ive ever made. PayJunction was able to update our new company info within days and even lowered our rate for processing transactions. The rep who helped me, Kasey Diaz, ALWAYS answered her phone and was able to assist me with any questions I had. Even if she didnt have the answer right that minute she always emailed me or called me back within the hour. I was very stressed having dealt with that last merchant company and was hoping that I wouldnt have to deal with any issues with PayJunction and luckily PayJunction made everything easy, simple and fast. It has a very user friendly interface, easy/clear reporting and their terminals have all of the modern functionality one would expect at a business.

They get it when it comes to innovation, sales training, marketing material, professionalism, value, transparency and fair business practices. My National Account rep Andrew DeBlis has always taken great care and effort when we engaged in opportunities. His leadership, knowledge (having been in the field himself) carries traits that I look for. Attentive when new services come available with a positive but realistic attitude and perspective. If youre considering becoming a reseller/agent. This is the one I can honestly say has been nothing outside of great experiences, excellent customer service and training. This is achieved with a modern interface for merchants looking to capture payments through their multiple gateways and technology. Complimentary partnerships, and continuous software developments for todays times. Given the right platform, in my opinion Payjunction has this. Its up to the agent to give themselves a raise with their personal equity. They have an impressive merchant payment solution from years ago...till today, and they keep on innovating.

With the capability of processing payments online I have seen our check out times reduce significantly but also satisfied customers that prefer to minimize contact. Customer service is always ready to help when we have questions about our account.
