2021-12-21 02:25:30Absolute worst implementation I have ever experienced in my life. I have been doing payroll over 20 years and have used 5 different companies (ADP, Paychex, PrimePay, OnePoint HCM (which is Kronos), and now Paycom). We experienced error after error after error, lack of follow up, and lame training. We are now 3 months after our first payroll with them and I am still finding errors in how they uploaded YTD numbers from our previous service. And their software is seriously nothing special. It is full of poor design elements and is not user friendly. The help documentation is poor. The software almost reminds of the abomination that ADP was years ago. I cant even run basic reports I used to have with OnePoint. I will never recommend Paycom to anyone. Also be careful of their fees. They nickle & dime you, like charging $75 if you submit your payroll 1 second after their noon deadline, without ever warning you about this of course, and refusing to refund it, because its automatically generated.

2019-03-27 18:04:23The policy of this company is borderline criminal. I would not reccomend using this service to a small company. If you have a legitimate issue with their program. You are out of luck and they will not speak with you. Also this company has a severe practice of deffering responsibility of error to the client. This is highly unproffessional, and as i said border line criminal.
