My family has been using this store for 12 years, since it was the first market we visited after moving to Beverly Hills. You can always find great prices, and the staff is always friendly.12 years without disappointments! Thank you!

I love Tianna she is such a sweet cashier! She makes my day. THANK YOU, being in a huge town, from a small town and not knowing anyone. Its nice to see a friendly face :)Had Pumpkin trees this visit, who has ever seen that??? My first!There is a Upper management that belittles her precious People and if I ever get her name I will blast it to everyone. She is not user friendly.

I come early in the morning and they sell old baguettes for the same price as new ones. I go to the west Hollywood location and their bread is always fresh by 8 am.

Stopped in here for lunch today. The lady at the deli was super super slow. Took her about 15 minutes just to make my TBA sandwich 🥪. Next time I’ll grab the chicken already pre cooked🍗 ready to go. The place is spotless, deli,Counters, front of store, parking lot, and parking structure. There were 3 cashiers working,no waiting in line considering the COVID.

They have the worst selection. For example they had no Gatorade in the store. Shelves are constantly empty. Unless you want Something really basic like a bottle of water or a loaf a very unspecific bread this might be the place to come just wear good shoes because the floor is torn up and see photos photos

Pretty much exactly the same as Vons. It does seem to have less than Vons oddly, especially in the beef section. For the best produce, we still prefer Korean grocery stores like Hannam Supermarket. They do have a huge free parking lot

My first time to this store. I was looking for a fruitcake for my family, Pavilions came highly recommended and did not disappoint. On the plus side: they had what I wanted, but on the other hand they did not have the greatest variety in their selection probably due to the time of day. It is a very busy place but there was plenty if parking, and thats always appreciated. A good experience overall.

Love the food, yet hate the customer service hereAlways taking for ever, Workers look like they dont even wanna be there .Always giving attitude and working very slow .Definitely not a place if your on lunch or running for a quick stop . Will take you more then 25 min .Would be a five star if they greeted you, more alert, and with a smile to help you but everything is the other way around . I worked in the area for about 5 years . This is not the customer service you want in Beverly Hills . Am not judging base on the people that helped me but its always been like this every time I come here ! Also didnt were out of stock in certain meat which is understandable but sometimes I just feel like their shift is almost over and they just dont want to go to the back just leave

The staff here is really friendly and always go out of their way to help you get your groceries. I definitely recommend if youre looking for a quick shopping trip in Beverly Hills California. The only reason I dont give it five stars is because sometimes it can be hard to find parking and also there have been issues during Prime hours it gets very congested in the small Isles and its hard to find what youre looking for..

Terrific store. Well stocked and operated by a top rate staff. Linet in the deli knows all her dishes and with a smile - she advises well . All the checkout employees are quick and efficient but Tatian deserves an extra shoutout as her customer service skills are exceptional. Will definitely return.

Although a mall shopping center for being in Beverly Hills, it’s the only non foo foo one for the area. Staff is nice and helpful. Good selection of basic groceries. Small prepared food area. Wide selection of wines and spirits along with basic beers. You’ll find what you need here about 80-90% of the time. Parking is a huge pain during peak hours… hence the 3 stars.

Store has a nice setup and a great deli with hot prepared foods and an overpriced meat market. Meanwhile, the packaged grocery selection is deficient and often poorly stocked, due to the stores small footprint. Frozen foods are easier to come by, but aisle and shelf items are subject to be inconsistent in terms of their availability. Buy a bag of white corn tortilla chips one day, dont expect to come back the next day or week and necessarily find the same thing. Prices are also sky high compared to the average LA grocery store due to the economy in addition to the stores location in the heart of Beverly Hills. This isnt exactly a healthy or gourmet grocery store either. So, all things considered, your money might go a lot longer at Trader Joes or Sprouts. At Pavilions you pay Whole Foods prices for 80% the equivalent of Kroger grocery selection with about a 20% upper tier selection of brands. Its supposed to be the upscale version of Vons grocery stores, which are also found here in LA, but that isnt saying much. It does the trick in a pinch, and the staff at this location are beyond friendly and helpful. So I give it an overall 3 stars after deducting two stars for the prices, limited variety, and inconsistent stock.

Not altogether impressed with this Pavilions location. Many products throughout the store were out of stock. (No cases of Diet Coke, for example, two flavors of Noosa yoghurt, etc.) it appears this store may struggle to restock sale items, as many posted deals had no products on the shelf. Enormous amount of space for higher profit items like alcohol. The store didn’t feel ‘refreshed’ — I spotted a half-eaten brownie that some considerate shopper helped themselves to, and then discarded the remainder for the rest of us to enjoy. I’ll try to avoid coming here again based on my experience today. Keep it classy, Beverly Hills.

This is for the Beverly Hills location at Olympic and Beverly Dr. Store staff is awesome, always friendly. Not a HUGE variety (no full bakery, and no bulkier items) but everything here is great/fresh, clean, and well stocked. Prices are average, make sure to download the App to add digital coupons, and the sales are great!!

Ive been coming to this pavilions almost everyday for the past 7 years. It is a very clean place with lots of options as well as friendly staff. The food that they make there like the sushi and fried chicken is very good and I get it very regularly. The flower section is well stocked with a vast array of flowers. The only problem I have is that they move a lot of the stuff too much and sometimes there are not enough cashiers open.

I dont like this pavillions - for one thing its overpriced compared to my local Pavilions which is overpriced to begin with. The parkings funky. I dont like it. I just dont this Pavilions at all. The meat selection wasnt even very good. And the bakery really was suboptimal. They really should charge less because the shopping is not so great so you should pay less and instead you pay more so the value is not there. I hate to say this but what you really need is a good food for less to move in there.

High end grocery store with their own in store bakery, on site take out dishes, and im house fish store/selections to order. Also organic and regular veggies and fruits (Nice veggie trays, snack packs, salads, and berry/fruit bowls available.) Good selection of pet food for dogs and cats. Cheese and delicious itemsFrozen selections ( pizzas, burritos, appetizers, dinners, vegan, low cal, and regular.) Fruit and veggies. Dairy section with almond milk and almond and coconut yogurts. Use the Pavillions App and you will save money. They have a few coupons you can use each visit. They also have seasonal flowers and plants.

A lot of the times it is pretty cold in here and it seems most of the times they are under-staffed. I have gone in and there are 6 to 7 people in line and only 2 registers open. The employee are nice and helpful but management needs to staff better. Not a huge selection but its there and parking is good.

My family shops at this Pavillions location twice a week because it is the nearest grocery store to us. I know 2 of the checkers by name and like them. The store itself, however, is NOT a good representation of the chain. It is POORLY STOCKED on a regular basis. The Dairy Section is missing basic milk products every other time I need them. When they are there, the milk containers are misshaped from being crammed into the shelves. The Produce Section is not well maintained and the selection is limited. It simply doesn’t look like a store in this location should look! I have actually wondered if this store was scheduled to close soon. This is the very first time I have ever made a comment about anything anywhere. I am not interested in getting anyone in trouble but I wanted someone to know if something could be done.Respectfully,Marsha K.

Such a weird and unfriendly vibe at this market. I work close by and I have mentioned it to my colleagues who agree. Its very bizarre. I would suggest going there just to feel it. On a very recent visit, 10/21/19 in the morning I bought some fruit and did a cash back transaction of $100. The cashier openly complained about me and berated me for doing this because it took all of her cash in the till, saying now everyone in line after me has to wait until she goes to the bank, and they dont have cash in the morning. I just shook my head and thought, am I really in a Pavilions, supposedly a professional business??? Be prepared when you open the doors, dont blame the customer for your organizations incompetence!

Very easy store to find and multiple accesses to parking. From both sides of the street but youre usually busy streets. Inside the store its actually surprisingly easy to find what youre looking for and theyre very good on when registers get long lines about calling people up to open other registers, which we all know doesnt usually happen that way.

I live in Beverly Hills so I frequently go to this Pavilions. I went here yesterday (4/23/2020) during COVID-19 lock-down. Smart & Finals was completely out of toilet paper as most places. But this Pavilions had plenty. Limit 1 per customer but they were mega rolls (38?).There was no line. It wasnt too crowded.

This pavilions has some good products and usually good produce (delicious organic beets) but surprising gaps in inventory (No lentils, lackluster chip selection). Some items, especially beer, are strangely priced at slightly higher prices than other stores just a few miles away. I assume that is because of this stores location in an affluent neigborhood, but that doesnt make it less annoying. Staff is friendly.

Its awful that the Ralphs nearby is closing. This grocery store that I have been going to for 36 years is probably the worst stocked store in the grocery world. Youll find mold on fruit often when you shop, items that are rarely in stock or are there one day and then you never see them again and high prices based on its location. A better choice is The pavilions on Santa Monica boulevard in West Hollywood its larger and its buyers are more concerned with getting a good stuff then this store on South Beverly at Olympic. The staff really doesnt care and is a mix of the type of people youd find working at a DMV working there. In other words they could care less about their job or about you and theyre there because of the union pay and an opportunity to work in Beverly Hills.

This place is awful, cleaning people also help cashiers to bagging without washing their hands. I bought greek yogurt and half was empty. It looks like someone ate the other half with fingers.Once I saw man walked in with backpack took as many as humanly possible boxes of starbucks coffee and left the store without paying. I reported to supervisor and he said Yes we saw that, it happen all the time and there is nothing to be worry aboutI did stop shopping from this pavilion even theyre couple of minutes from where I live because of my safety.

They don’t sell alcohol after 10 pm - and they also don’t put signs up to tell you- and finally when you ask why they don’t put up signs they give you an attitude- the employee with the FC Barcelona face mask verbally aggressive when questioned about policy - manager with the short hair also standing in front of line purchasing items when 4 customers are waiting behind her - great customer experience pavilions 👍🏼Ah it all makes sense- I just called and asked for manager and the one manager Cindy passed me off the the night manager Douglas - Douglas is the guy in the FC Barcelona masks - he’s the classy gentleman that told me to stay hydrated after he said have a nice night with a snide tone -Please guys we can’t keep supporting places that don’t give a sh!t about the customer- they obviously have a terrible culture engrained in that location-

Pedestrians coming out from under rocks with eyes on their phones still remains a serious issue (but thats everywhere)*This review is primarily for car lovers and people who just dont want their car beat up, just to grab juice that this store may or may not even have*Its a hit or miss kind of store...Sometimes the item you came in for is out of stock. Sometimes they have it stocked perfectly and plentiful. Their meat and seafood is marginally better in quality than Ralphs, but again, only if its well stocked.Lines are usually super-long and this store could really benefit from a self check out. Store personnel is a little on the morose side, but they put up with B.H. attitude all day, so I try to be extra-nice to them and it seems appreciated. But Edgar is always cool! Pick his line if you can.Now, the heres where it gets dicey: parking. The following is based on experience going back to 2002, so its not like I am reviewing them after 4 or 5 trips here.Ok, if you have a nice vehicle with sport suspension, BE SO FREAKING CAREFUL. The free lot is riddled with huge potholes and other such things that you may not see since shoppers and kids tend to dart directly into your path. You must keep your eyes moving from pavement to crosswalk, to the not-so-crosswalk-but-the-only-way-to-walk into the store from the covered structure.This free lot can bend up a rim or bust your tire in a millisecond. So, this free lot can cost you upwards of a grand, assuming your rim can be fixed and you only need one tire. THE LOT IS WHY WE DONT SHOP HERE MORE OFTEN. I learned the same is true of some of our friends and neighbors. That is a FACT.Also, if you park said nice vehicle, dont be tempted to take a close spot; park as far away as you can, preferably on an end spot, lest you return to one of two: door ding from the 17 year old in his dads S Class -or- having your drivers side door pinned by a Range Rover driven by the woman with 4 children-as-accessories, and apparently no idea that she is parking in a spot designated as compact (or should be). Park in the wrong spot and you get treated to both. Now, if this sounds harsh, its only because I mean it to be. People can be thoughtless, selfish jerks and unfortunately, you cant go around calling them out on the spot - they dont take it well! If you are NOT one of these sitting-in-traffic-snapchatting-selfie-obsessed narcissist bad drivers, YOU are awesome and dont think it goes unnoticed by others : ) PLUS, you read this far, so you probably care about your car, which I automatically give you points for...Not that you need my validation...I would shop here a LOT more if not for the parking lot. I give up a lot for my ride, and I presume others do, as well. I am cautious as hell about other peoples stuff and it is all kinds of messed up that other people dont give 2 ***** about others. Cars are ASSETS and should be treated accordingly. AS SUCH, if you are a car freak, but you need to shop here, do what we do: the buddy system...two sets of eyes, one for the tire/suspension killer potholes and the other for pedestrians and kids running and skateboarding. One of us parks and remains on guard (LOL!), the other runs in for whatever. Its the only way we have found to still shop here every 2 weeks, so I can get my special coffee.It hardly seems worth it, right...but you probably never had my coffee ; )
