Large store, beautiful display case with fish and meat products. large selection of cakes and delicacies. Attentive staff. Very clean. There is a Starbucks, a pharmacy inside the store and a large selection of flower bouquets

Normally I don’t review supermarkets unless they standout. This is one of those places with a very big hot foods and deli section. This place has it all. I didn’t take a photo but it has a very large liquor section with excellent selections of all kinds!

Clean.. Bakery doesnt have the Variety it use to have..just average. The CHEESE department was Amazing. MICHAEL was helpful and friendly . Lots of high end cheeses.Still overpriced.. not a large variety of items as before.. its not a go to market. Its more of an...Im passing by ....kind of market no need to return in a hurry.

I love the deli/sushi/bakery sections the most! Everything is so fresh, reasonably priced. I went for the #2 bagel their cream cheese pairs perfectly with all of them. Very filling and healthy addition to breakfast on the go for only $6!

Pavilions definitely is the best grocery store in the area without a doubt. They have a great selection of the baked goods as well as unique and healthier brands on the shelves.They are open late and have a full alcohol section and a pretty decent to go section for hot food.

Large selection of well stocked produce, dairy, meats, snacks and household goods. I stopped here on Halloween when they had a ton of people walking through, and the whole thing was managed fantastically.Great selection of prepared foods, healthy organic salad and a quick grab-and-go session. I was impressed by their ready-made hot food selections. You can get mashed potatoes and gravy and paninis here.You can get a dozen roses for $12.99 every day. Amazing section of flowers and plants - I was impressed by the variety.Rows of alcohol for you to choose from! You’ll definetley find something you like.

The Pavilion is in a good location they have a variety of groceries which is what I like but its extremely cold in there I was freezing, so bring your coat when youre shopping there its a One Stop Shop I will be posting some pictures off the variety of groceries they have they also carry souvenirs flowers bouquets and event balloons they have a pickle bar and Deli

Our first time shopping at this store. It is very large and well organized. There was an employee sanitizing carts upon arrival to store, which is smart with covid. There is a big floral and baked goods section. There is also a Starbucks. The aisles are narrow but many older stores struggle with this. There is ample parking, which I have come to appreciate so much in Los Angeles. There are beautiful bougainvillea fowers by the parking lot (see photo) All of the employees were friendly and the store was very clean.

I moved my prescriptions to this pharmacy due to my new work location and I couldn’t be happier. When I visited the pharmacist called briana walked me thru all my medication insurance coverage and made sure everything is covered with minimum copay. Very professional staff.

Never dare to go again! You will be fined for parking in the parking lot while shopping! When shopping in this supermarket! Tickets for parking also need to be issued! At 1:13 am on November 9, 2019, I was issued a parking ticket while parking in this supermarket! When I walked to the parking lot after shopping, I saw the parking lot manager giving a ticket to my car! I said I was here for shopping! When did the parking lot manager collect my shopping invoice! Then tell me no problem! But on the morning of November 29, I still received a ticket! I immediately drove to the supermarket for more than an hour to find management instructions! But the management asked me to go to the municipal government to solve it! Supermarket parking ticket! Negative Ratings

Solid supermarket option with an extensive beer, wine and liquor area for a store such as this. Also has dedicated areas for Jewish, Asian and Mexican food supplies and sundries. The bakery and deli section is large and the vegetable selection is fair. But this is more of a general grocery store still than a specialized. They have the occasional specialty item that surprises but if you want health food only or luxury food items, than other stores may be better for some of your items. Their own sourdough bread is one of the highlights as is the fact they often have two for one on McConnell’s ice cream!

We like to shop here for years, friendly staff, fresh produce and a huge variety of products. Nevertheless, since Feb. they dont accept my Google Pay anymore. Everytime they promise to fix it but nothing happens. Now I am turning myself to Sprouts and Trader Joes, they accept my Google Pay. Just let me know when its been fixed. Update. It has been fixed and it works. Great! I have visited the pharmacy here two times. The first time was great, friendly pharmacist and very good service. Today, another pharmacist was very rude and not friendly at all.

Best market in the area for both price and selection. Its still an expensive market but the quality and selection makes it worthwhile. The cakes are ridiculously cool and well priced. The sushi selection is very good. From my experience, the staff is always been very helpful and Ive always had a pleasant shopping experience. Of the grocery stores close to the Rainbow District, I prefer this one as it meets 95% of my needs. I used to buy my produce at Sprouts as it felt fresher and lasted longer. The store has a liquor department and stocks national beverage brands Coke, Pepsi, etc. Delivery and pick-up services are available. Sign up for the Fresh Pass savings program and use the store APP to decrease service charges, obtain the best prices/rebates, and store rewards... I only pick up last minute or missed items in-store as it can be busy when I go. I have better luck getting my groceries delivered.

Today Saturday October 28, 2023 at around 8:40-8:50 my friends and I had the worst customer experience ever. We had wanted a sandwhich from the ones they make and the lady to begin with was already rude to us and was upset about something. We usually don’t react much since people have hard days and are tired. She kept asking what we wanted on our sandwiches and we repeatedly had to say what we wanted. She was slamming things on the sandwhich and shoving the knives back into the knife rack thing they had. My friend then asked for his and she then responded, “ Can’t you see we’re closed like look”. Proceeded to aggressively grab the knife to prepare the sandwhich. I was so in shock that she was reacting this way. We would’ve understood if she had told us from the start that it was closed we would have never ordered. I had to go and tell a worker what happened and he had sent I’m assuming a supervisor to her. I don’t know if they actually did anything about it but I was so angry and shocked that someone would react that way. I didn’t even get her name from me walking away from her. She was and old white lady working at the sandwhich area though. If you encounter her, better watch out or she might get upset from asking her to make your food.

The most disgusting staff. The two managers Marcos and Stephen were so offensive to my wife. She needed to used the restroom and it was disgusting as usual because of lack of cleaning so She entered the men’s stall and Marcos who said was the manager started to try to open the stall while she was using it. I told him she was using the stall. The. He started to talk about her weight and she replied to his insults with insults. NotCorrect but for him to hang up on a women and then have the ghetto security guard try to fight her and call her the N world because she’s black is still not ok. These idiots needs to be fired and thankfully we have that on recording so Safeway corporate will be hearing from my lawyer. The way these thugs who are hired there spoke to all of us is not ok.

I like the large selection of goods to chose from. Parking lot is always full, no doubt boys town bars affects that but a little known secret take the ramp upstairs and there’s always lots of spaces. One thing that could use improving; the check out experience. As busy as this place is at night they only have one cashier open every time I go. Which translates to longer than wanted waiting.

The butcher here (and also Gelson’s) is the best in LA. All the other ones avoid you and eye contact but this is the only grocery store butcher who comes from behind the counter and escorts people to find what they need. Super polite and generous with his time. His department always looks fresh, clean and immaculate. Most other butchers hide behind the case and avoid you and work like the plague but not this one. The security guards and staff are also super helpful despite the loads of people and work they deal with daily. This store has amazing selection too!Edit: the exact opposite from the old racist deli worker who avoids you like the plague and yells at you or gives you wrong directions if you ask where something is in the deli.

Pavilions are kind of the fancy Vons. The one I stopped by was West Hollywood CA, super nice. The deli and bakery were well staffed with friendly and helpful people. They even had a sushi counter.Any of the regular groceries you could want and even exotic things that you didnt know you wanted.Overall, I enjoyed my visit to this market more than usual due to its upscale atmosphere.

I like the store since it is close, clean and carries most of the brands of products I use. The lay-out of the store is strange and does not seem to follow the normal flow of most grocery stores. I tend to do my grocery shopping at night, and there are never enough cashiers after they have already closed the self-checkout. That or the cashiers that are working are very slow - I have waited very long for with only 1 or 2 people ahead of me in line on several occasions.The store is typically clean, the parking lot is well lit and usually security is visible.

Always great produce cheese and wine and meat selections. Great meatless/plant-based items at this location. My last visit was on a Saturday morning and it was quite busy. All parking was full. I know they have rooftop parking but a place opened up just as I was considering going up there. Multiple checkouts and self checkouts open to accommodate all the people shopping for Thanksgiving. Shelves well stocked. Only item that seems to be difficult to get here is 12 pack diet coke. Always out when I shop here and its an item I buy every week. Staff at checkout very friendly

This location is great, though I have to admit its the only one Ive visited. The staff are ALL so very friendly. From the sushi bar staff to the cashiers, all have been helpful and kind. I visit the fresh deli most often and have loved everything Ive tried. Today, Ive noticed they offered some new salads and now I must return to try them. Next to any Trader Joes anywhere, this Pavilions location is favorite grocery store. Or, its better termed a supermarket.You can spend hours here and I have. Its a one-stop shop for groceries, wine, liquor, fresh fruits and veggies, pressed juice, pharmacy, dairy, butcher, seafood, sushi, sandwich shop, deli, pizza, coffee shop, toiletries, you name it. Literally has it all. And most of the staff is top-notch in terms of helpfulness, solid customer support here.Pharmacy staff could be friendlier, if I had to nitpick. Especially as they deal with our elderly locals, who deserve kindness and understanding.

This is one of the places that I miss so much now that I live downtown. When I was in the neighborhood this was my only grocery store. I actually went to the opening after a long year of construction. I have brought family from Europe to the store because its just not like anything else. They call it a lifestyle store and its true to its name. The staff is wonderful and if you go there regularly they will remember you. Great selection of fish meat and you cannot beat the produce here. All this in an atmosphere that makes you want to come back. Make sure to go in the back corner and try the bakery, their stuff Rivals bakeries in Paris.

Aisles are narrower since the remodel about 20 years ago so they could fit more stuff in. This place is amazing except for the new guy ELOY at the seafood department has a really bad attitude. I asked him if i could get some crab legs and it was 5 minutes before 9 and he said no sorry he already started closing. I think hes really lazy and has a poor attitude. I really love the wide variety and great quality of items. The boutique like setting is very unique. Love all the gourmet and unique products that are nicely desplayed. My only problem is that the isles are so narrow its hard to shop. Bumping into customers cannot be avoided.

I was trying to reach the Bakery for 15 min, the call kept getting redirected to another department and they kept redirecting me to the Bakery who never picked up the phone. In general - I love this store = great bakery, great deli, great pharmacy and such BUT - it is more expensive than most markets AND I accept that because you usually get great quality stuff. The meat and seafood are sky high in prices. I went there TODAY and purchased WILD CAUGHT Shrimp and I even asked the attendant how long it would last in the ice box and he said 2-3 days. I came home and within 2 hours - I was making shrimp scampi for myself and a guest. One bite and the ammonia taste was disgusting and nothing is worse than seafood poisoning. Im sorry - but they should know better than that.

It’s a Pavilions, so the in store experience is usually really nice. Carts are clean. Parking is the only issue here. The lot attendants (there are usually at least 2) will watch if you seem like you’re going elsewhere (or plan to) and you can get towed. Each time I’ve been here I’ve seen someone being towed. This is necessary due to the lack of parking for most of the businesses in the surrounding area. But it still makes me nervous even when I’m here for legit reasons, haha

My local store is in Hollywood, but stopped here on my way to work. Loved the friendly greetings 😊 Everyone was in a great mood, keep it up. The 5 star rating was messed up by the floral department. Asked for a ribbon, she replied, but it will cost you $1.50. OK, did I ask, can have a ribbon for free? I am very fond of Pavilions market overall their produce is very fresh and high-quality their selection in general is quite varied and so is the meat and seafood section. Also they have a pharmacy at all locations and I personally have been dealing with their Pharmacy for over 25 years and they have always been very helpful and very conscientious. The one thing you have to be careful about whenever you are shopping is price and to actually stay within a budget you need to go to three to five different stores and buy the Lost leader items and buy them in quantity and store them or put them in the freezer so you get a really good deal and youll also build up points on your savings card to get a nice discount off of gasoline at several of the name brand stations. It’s hard for me to go into public-heavily populated spaces. I made it to the grocery store today, only to have an employee shout at me in the self check out line. I felt attacked- & i know this is mostly due to my disorder- but I felt I had to get out! I placed my items on the counter, they accidentally fell, & now the store manager thinks i’ve done it on purpose. I did hear them slip & fall to the floor, but I felt I had to get out. As well as a great meat department. They have a wonderful produce section and even a kambucha bar! I must say though above all exquisite customer service! Every time I go in there if I have any questions someone is there to help. I must point out Kenneth in particular! Whenever I go through his line at the register he always asks me how my day was and really makes me feel welcome! I am always happy to see him at the store, and I feel like he is happy to see me! Major price gouging ever since Albertsons bought this store. Everything it once was has changed drastically. They have limited the selection of things they carry and the prices are higher than any other market in town except Gelsons.The people that work here arent as friendly as before. Ive been shopping at this location since 1974, and Ive watched all the reinventions since it started out as Safeway. Even though Albertsons (the new owners) probably feel they have upscaled the place, what they have really done has taken away all the charm. Its now hectic like shopping in a strip mall. They just stamped my coupon, explaining it is the same as offering me a rain-check. FALSE! When I went to another store, the manager said she would love to help, but it seems the coupon has already been redeemed BECAUSE OF ITS STAMP...?!!!So I went back to West Hollywood, after talking on the phone with one of its managers, supposedly. I told him I will be at the store soon, and he promised to assist me, yet when I arrived, I was told he was on lunch, and they did not know when hed be back!!!! With a store with thousands of items, he is telling me there is nothing he can do, and the warehouse doesnt have the item either... ???Then he requests - without solving my issue - for me to move to the side of the cash register he was at... so that he can help ANOTHER customer!!! In other words, he simply dismissed me! OMG moment when I realized that.So I demand - again, way more polite than the shyster deserves it - that he either gives me an item similar in type, either he at least voids the stamp that impedes me from redeeming the coupon at another store. At which he reluctantly asks an employee to look through his bag of coupons and find me an identical one, but of course, without the stamp. Which the employee, indeed did.But wait, this isnt over yet! I return now to the store whose manager said would honor the coupon only if it didnt have the stamp :-))) If anything, I am persistent... And pissed, by now. I go only to find that the manager that said that left for the day and there is no manager for the shift, because the night manager, due to Memorial Day weekend (my note :-)) just called in sick.Eventually a good humored cashier, and the only one with a smile on her face out of all the Pavilions employees I managed to see that day redeems the coupon and makes the substitution that couldve, wouldve, shouldve been a breeze. It kept glitching and prompting message screens which took forever to revert back.#2) after a little bit of research I’m finding most “sales” prices that are included with the membership card are actually overpriced and the discount card isn’t actually a discount at all. Prior to the merger trucks were here every day and it wasnt an issue. The best thing I like about this market is its wonderful employees. They are kind and always very helpful. The bathroom is clean and the Starbucks is staffed by an absolutely wonderful crew. They have a wide variety of cheeses and meat but when it comes to produce there are some items that are only available in the organic more pricey section. That goes for most of the items in the store. If you are looking for a cheap shopping spree, pavilions just isnt the spot. Check out Trader Joes at westbourne and santa monica. DELIVERY IS TERRIBLE. They fired their delivery drivers and now use Doordash and other 3rd party apps who often cancel the order before showing up at the store. More frustrating, the Pavilions staff doesnt seem to notice, they dont call or refund your money unless you contact them. Last night was the 4th time its happened to me, this afternoon no one from Pavilions has contacted me yet. The staff gathers your groceries, places them in a cooler for Doordash etc. to pickup. The Pavilions staff then GOES HOME at 6 PM. Doordash etc. then cancel your order and youre left hanging. Also, your frozen goods used to be delivered in a cooled truck; now theyre delivered in someones hot car. This is VERY unprofessional for a grocery store of Pavilions supposed calibre. REHIRE YOUR DRIVERS. Ill also be submitting this to the Better Business Bureau.

The West Hollywood store refused to refund or exchange unopened supplements that I mistakingly bought the day before...they stated that theyve never reinstuted any type refund policy due to COVID. Sales people were obliging with great attitudes. Pavillion had the items that were on my shopping list. Im from Northern Virginia and the store aisles were wide and signs were as easy to read as my local grocery stores.

Pavilions in WeHo is my favorite market not only because the food is fresh, the store is clean and I feel I get great deals there.. But its a great store because it melds so well with the neighborhood. WeHo is a special place because it stands as a beacon of equality. And Pavilions is very much part of the community. And in this day and age of Trump, his cult and all the hate, bigotry, racism and misogyny they spew.. its always great to feel that some freedoms and rights are still being protected.

There are two locations near my home. I would have gladly driven all the way back 2 the edge of San Bernardino County had I known that this restroom was going to look and smell like a f****** murder scene. I was overwhelmed by the fumes of straight scat. The Curleys on the back of my neck straightened out and I just couldnt find enough paper products to touch the faucet touch the soap dispenser and finally touched the door handle in order to get the f*** out of there. I feel so sorry for the cleanup team at this hour. Seeing as how the two people that I encountered in this place seem to have a very blase, jaded, glassy-eyed look of compliance. Some kind of superhero needs to take over the managerial position and get some people who really want a job.

As the San Vicente Inn, clothing optional gay resort, where I stay frequently does not serve breakfast, I walk there to stock up on snacks and drinks. Also great fresh salad bar and sells Ketel 1 which comes closest to my favorite Dutch jenever.

Nasty the ground beef and other meats are kept in the stair ways of the employee break room uncovered at a unproper temperature for long periods of time before packaging which causes the meat to be red on the out side but brown on the inside. The Deli department keeps the same vegetables and meat for sandwiches overnight and not chilled and will serve the next day. The Deli manager is rude. The store director is very unprofessional

This is a branch of Vons. Its a little higher end and a little more expensive but the service and the food is high quality. Its not Gelsens.... But its not too bad. Its the only actual supermarket on the strip

This Pavilions location is currently undergoing a facelift, so get ready for a new look and new lighting. Personally, I like the look of the new original terrazzo floor finish. I can hardly wait to see the complete decor.
