I like their prices however the drive up shopping could be alot better. Im always missing multiple items and if they dont have something they wont even offer a substitute just cancel the entire item . Employees can use more training on double checking the bags because i dont have this issue with target.

Nope, never again. You lost us as customers! First of all, my husband slipped on their floor and hurt himself, and not one person has asked if he is okay since then. The fruit is beyond bad 👎. The peaches arent juicy, they are dry and bland. The ice cream is freezer burned. I have seen moldy stuff just sitting out. I bought bread and tortillas that only lasted a day or two before they went bad. And the prices have jumped up, and for what?! Less than satisfactory food. I think not.

EVELYN IS THE BEST CASHIER!!!! Shes super helpful, neat, organized and always has a beautiful smile on her face when customers walk in. She helped me look for items that were in my interest and made me feel welcome and relieved.

First time here. Very helpful gentleman working in the meat department helped me find a whole turkey that came with the giblets.

Tried to shop here, but I arrived on my bike to realize that despite the huge parking lot, there is zero secure bike parking. Wound up going to Trader Joes instead, which has several proper bike racks right out front

I like that they have a lot of different variety packed into a relatively small store. I like that its laid out like Safeway because Im very familiar with Safeway from up north. The parking lot is small, but as long as you dont go during peak hours thats okay. Staff is pretty friendly and helpful. Quality of the produce is very good. I only give it four stars because I used to shop at Wegmans back east and it was my favorite. I like Bristol Farms better, but for a neighborhood store this is fantastic.

While I was paying, everything was packed in my cart, so I didnt check if something was left. When I came home, I saw that one bag with $25 contents was missing. I went back to the store, but cashier said that nothing was left and turned back to her job. Why would she waste her time on a customer she just robbed? This was my favorite store, but Ill never come here again.UPDATE: After your kind response, I visited your site and tried to write the comment in Questions window (the only way to contact you), and got the quick automated response:Im sorry, Im having difficulty understanding your request.... A good trick to avoid unsatisfied customers.I wont respond anymore.Happy New Year!

Nice small neighborhood Pavilions. Great if you need to pick up a few items. Prices seem high compared to other locations. I do love the deli and the bakery section. Moderate selection of alcohol and wines. Their selection is limited on most items, so multiple choices may not be there. Parking can sometimes be a problem but if youre patient you can always find one. Staff is friendly and considerate.
