Very nice selection of higher end foods and regular selections.Medium size store with large store selection. Intuitive layout. First time in store but easily found items I was looking for. Huge liquor selectionAbsolutely must have members card for decent prices, otherwise sky high prices. Very impressed with quality

Its a Store. Dont search for any deals or variety. Just be happy with what you get. Just eat your ice cream with your fingers in the parking lot... cry a bit, and drive away. 😆

We ordered the turkey dinner for Thanksgiving. Turkey, stuffing, mashed potatoes, gravy, etc. The people were extremely nice on the phone and were working with us since we needed the turkey warm when we picked it up. So the service people were awesome but the dinner was terrible. The turkey was very dry and all the rest was packaged food. I guess I should have asked. I thought it would be freshly made. We could have just gone into the store and bought packages. Probably cheaper too. Very very disappointed. $60 for a bunch of packaged food. Not what we expected since we usually have good food from there.

#1 worst thing about this store is that they end cap all their Chip offerings instead of putting them in an aisle.......HORRIBLEYou have to go to 5 or 6 different end caps to see what chips are available......Our favorites are the Boulder Avo-Oil chips.....but regardless its super frustrating.......I mean candy has an aisleSchool supplies have and aisleIts Terrible........Need to find the manager and have serious sit down with them !Otherwise we are fans of the store....EZFIX

Worst Customer Service Around. I ordered 2 cookie cakes that were on their website available to order. Next day I double checked my order confirmation and noticed I hit the wrong date called to see if I could change the date. The first employee could not find my order at all. So I placed another order just to make sure they have it and called back. The second employee informed that not only do they not use that website feature but they do not offer the 12 cookie cake that I ordered. I mean if you are going to advertise something on your website, maybe do a better job at updating what you do and do not sell. Instead of False Advertising products.Also when I held for management to let them know they did not bother to pick up the phone. I do not have time to be on hold when now I have to find another place who actually sells what they say they sell.

None of the staff here was wearing masks to protect customers. They all had them on their chins. Having a decent selection of food isnt enough. Other people are welcome to have other perspectives. I felt uncomfortable. Poor hygiene and even worse etiquette.

Nice little grocery store with most staples. A little haphazard with the placement of snacks. Fresh fruits and veggies galore. Out of regular sized marshmallows but they did have the tiny ones in their place next to the smores area.

Close to the beach but be ready to pay $3.99 for a gallon of milk. In all fairness, there were other things that were less expensive. I usually go here when I know what I need and Im in a hurry because there are less costly options if I have time to drive a bit.

Horrendous service. Asked employee at the customer service area yesterday evening to grab me a cart from outside and he walked away and said “nope”. He was a tall boy wearing all black and had glasses on. I was so caught off guard and walked away shocked. Do better!

Friendly, but incompetent,They changed my airfilter but failed to reattach the valve cover thingy...so check engine light came on and it made my sensors go whack, so I was sputtering and stalling.I had to go to the dealor and pay an arm and a leg to have it fixed.

I shop at Pavilions ALL the time, and have found everyone helpful, knowledgeable, and kind.Last week in the store, 1 mentioned to my checker, John, that I was shopping to get ready for our 50th anniversary party, and he was so charming! While my groceries were being bagged, John ran over to the floral department, grabbed a balloon, blew it up (what lung power!) in about 10 seconds, wrote a Happy Anniversary greeting on it and sent me on our way.John is fairly new to this store, I believe, but Im sure that everyone he is in contact with is glad to have him there.

Solid grocery store best deal on organic blueberries around, but my wife is vegetarian and they only carry the morning star stuff which is awful if you read ingredients or do research on them. Gardein is awesome, tofurky deli meats and healthy heart cheeses are all great options if they wanted a better vegan selection ( :
