Brandon was so sweet so kind and so patient with me every time I talk to him, he understood what I was asking. He followed up and tried to find out the answer for me very patiently he went to me way beyond his job. Veronica Campos is my go-to for everything. Several times Ive called and shes away or someone takes a message, she always gets back to me. I know that when I leave a message I never have to worry as she always comes through with the follow-up. I have several policies and she is very knowledgeable of all and even on her busiest days, still finds time to let me know that shes working on whatever it is Ive requested. To be quite honest, Ive thought about giving other insurance agencies a try in the past but I dont because I know with State Farm, Veronica will always be there to help with any questions or concerns. Because of her, Ive stayed and have helped many family and friends become a part of the State Farm family! Thank you for all you do and for your support all these years. The service at this agents office has changed drastically over the years. Not only were they dodging my calls but everyone has a terrible attitude. I have never been in an accident, received any type of traffic ticket, or needed to actually use my insurance for anything, thankfully. But for some reason I paid more and more each year and I found out I had so many saving opportunities that this office could have applied but failed to do so. Then when I moved down the street my policy doubled and I was charged $300 extra than what I normally pay and no one called me to warn me or to expect the charge. My policy was updated after I was charged so I couldnt even prepare for it. I had to call from a blocked number just for someone to pick up my phone call so its highly unprofessional, disrespectful, and I didnt feel welcomed here. I left this office and went to another statefarm agent whos staff treated me way better. Ive been with this office for 4 years so it was great in the beginning but clearly something has changed. Karina in particular was cold and rushed me off the phone and didnt try to help. SO happy I left them and found a better deal. I recommend putting your money with people who actually care for you so BEWARE with this office.

Ive been through multiple insurance agencies, but Luisa at state farm tops them all. She has been great throughout the whole process, helping me with every question and concerns. She has been great from the get go, very resourceful and willing to get you the best coverage, discounts and still be affordable. Luisa is great and professional and I would recommend her if youre not happy with your current insurance, you wont be disappointed. Yet again Ive been through multiple agents and agencies, and by far this has been the best customer service and helpful, looking out for your needs, especially when wanting to go through one agent instead of multiple, just to answer a question.

I’ve been calling to request why my premium went up. Every time I call they give me a different answer. I don’t understand how we are paying so much to have the simplest of plans.. This place attempted to dishonestly charge my wife and I for months after we clearly ended our policyWe ended our policy because the company was adding things to our policy without our knowledgeFurthermore they started to charge our son (which is on his own policy) hundreds of dollars more with the assumptions of other drivers being on his policyMeaning they just added people to the policy without his knowledge or consentHe only noticed when checking his bill which went up hundreds of dollarsI don’t recommend this place stay away while you can 🎩
