Dealing with insurance in Los Angeles is a nightmare. Rates are sky-high, and companies bail on you without warning. Thats exactly what happened to me. My rates went up, so I switched companies, only to get dropped a month later.Throughout it all Paul Diaz Insurance communicated with me and worked tirelessly to get this straightened out again. Honestly, I didnt really have to worry too much; Paul and his team worked tirelessly to figure it out for me so I could focus on my business.They actually cared. Paul worked some serious magic. Not only did he get us back with our old insurer, but he also snagged us the low rate we were initially promised by the other guys.Throughout it all, Paul kept us in the loop and treated us like humans, not just another case. It was refreshing to see that level of dedication and empathy.Now, Ive got insurance thats affordable, all thanks to Paul Diaz Insurance. Paul Diaz Insurance Agency Is by far the most honest, efficient, and responsive agency Ive ever worked with and I will never go elsewhere. I have worked with several since 2007 and not only are they better than the rest but they stand alone in terms of honoring their commitment to service. Every insurance agency can sell insurance and I guarantee you that all of them say ...but the difference with us is service.... Im fairly certain my account is relatively meaningless and small to any insurance agency. However, every employee at this company, including Paul which to me is spectacular considering my estimation of how many clients and policies they have, has made me feel like Im their most important client. They are responsive to both phone calls and emails. If you would like examples or any information at all feel free to contact me. I rarely ever write reviews but Ive had insurance agencies that are even owned by family friends and they just sign you up and when you need something its like trying to contact a different universe. No one ever wants to need insurance but Im telling you that even for the smallest things in the world like an address change or a bank account change its almost like they were sitting around waiting for you to call or email.

On recommendation by my Realtor, I chose Paul Diaz Insurance for my vehicle, temporary storage, and homeowners coverage. They shopped for the best price (I checked, and verified that was true) and any questions I had since were settled by PDI. One rep even caught an oversight on one policy that did not list my trust as legal owner ... Though that shouldve been addressed at the outset, I feel confident that PDI does due diligence, even without me asking. The oversight -- which could have led to real trouble had I a claim -- was fixed.

Do not trust this people! They have no idea how commercial insurance works! They wasted my time more than a month.Heres what happened: first I ask Them for a quote, for my old town car ( commercial liability ) They never got back to me. Then i said ok, the car is old and doesnt cost that much so maybe there is not much profit in it for them.I ended up getting a new car last week, $50000 2017 Lincoln Continental, just needed a quote and if the rate is ride, ill go ahead and sign the contract. So I called Ernesto on January 23 and ask him for a quote, i havent hear from him until next Monday, then i call and asked him if I can I speak to the manager, he says the manager is not available but I get this quote for you as soon as I can, and that was 5 days ago. Today Its been 10 business days and still no quote!
